The next day of school, Candy was walking into the building and head into her first period of class.
As she was walking through the entry hallway of the building, Gil appeared right next to her.
"Hey, did things work out between you and your Dad?",asked Gil.
Candy responded with an nod.
"Yes, things worked out between me and my Dad.",said Candy.
Gil started to show a smile across of his face because he was happy about what he had heard.
"That's great to hear!"he said with happiness.
"Yup. Now, come on, we don't want to be late for our first period of class!",said Candy.
Gil responded with laughter, as the two of them than have both started running to get to their first period of class in time.
