Me: Hello everybody, my name Tokuniverse11 and welcome back to My Toku to Hero Academia! First off, we're back to a thousand followers, yay! And we are now at the second and last part of Heroes vs. Criminal arc.
So I finally found a drawback for Melissa' Superhuman Factor... She needs to consume extremely large amounts of calories in order to maintain her physical abilities.
But do you have anything else you want to say as well other then what I explained.
Milarqui: Only that I hope this new year will go better than the previous one.
Several things about Izuku in this story: while he is still very much the kind and compassionate Deku in canon and shows even some villains sympathy because of their pasts, he is still very capable of feeling hatred and anger, and he's not even above killing if the enemies prove to be beyond redemption. Just wait until he meets the usual suspects (Muscular, All for One, Overhaul, etcetera). He's also much bolder, almost to the point of fearlessness, and his confidence remains high as a result of his immense power, Katsuki still being his friend and major support from other people.
Also, while Izuku is intentionally OP, he can still get injured – but he's nearly impossible to kill. His struggles in life will be different to the ones other people undergo.
RIP Jason David Frank aka Tommy Oliver/Green Ranger.
With that out of the way, let's begin!
Chapter 5: Heroes vs. Criminals Trial Part 2
"In the previous chapter, the Heroics 101 class officially starts, and for the first lesson, the would-be heroes are to capture criminals in an advanced Virtual Reality chamber. They have never felt so real to the students, particularly when they can touch anything in it. How much further will this trial take them?"
Heroes vs. Criminals Trial 4: Air Port
It was now Shoto and Reiko's turn, and the virtual reality around them had transformed to resemble Haneda International Airport. As in the previous trials, a hard light barrier blocked their path, so they waited for the test to begin–
"First platoon, advance sixty meters towards the target! Sniper team, aim for the target and wait-"
An explosion rocked the students' ears through their earpieces: clearly, the forward platoon had been the target of the attack. They prepared for the next part.
"READY? GO!"
That was the cue for the pair to immediately begin their mission. As the doors slid open, a man popped from behind the front reception desk, a female hostage (likely an employee) cowering in fear. Clearly, these criminals had some kind of theme, judging by the man's doctor mask with an 'X' mark and a red hat. The fact that he also had a last-generation assault rifle made it obvious these criminals were not the type to rely on Quirks.
'Domestic terrorists, probably,' Shoto thought as he began to ready his ice, but the man was hit in the head with a large potted plant, knocking him out cold. Shoto nodded at Reiko.
"You go right, I'll go left," Shoto ordered, and the students split up to cover more ground on the way. As they advanced, more terrorists showed, up, most with red hats but some wearing white hats, likely some kind of hierarchy. Nonetheless, they all fell just as easily to the onslaught the duo unleashed: Shoto liberally combined fire and ice to leave a trail of half-frozen or burned terrorists, with the only one to survive it attempting to strike him with a baton, only to get smacked with a bokken, while Reiko either dodged attacks with great agility or blocked them with objects she pulled with Poltergeist, and she retaliated with those same objects or just punching them out.
With the terrorists in the foyer taken care of, the two ran for the metal detector zone, as their earpieces spoke up again.
"Captain Sato to all policemen and heroes on site, we're about to initiate assault into the control tower! Over!"
Running through the baggage check-in area, Shoto and Reiko were forced to deal with more terrorists attempting to shoot at them. Reiko jumped over one of the desks and pulled the line barriers in such a way that three terrorists got tied up, while Shoto dealt with a charging man armed with a large machete by freezing his feet in place.
Running further into the facilities, Reiko and Shoto had to dodge several hostages that had either managed to free themselves or been freed by the police or other heroes; the cause of their running was a group of terrorists that were chasing them, but before they could react to their sudden presence they had been taken down by Reiko hitting them with random objects while Shoto blocked the terrorists' sight with his fire.
Finally, the two of them managed to reach the terminal the terrorists seemed to have occupied, but there was a sudden encounter that forced them to stop.
"HANDS UP! HANDS UP OR SHE DIES!" a terrorist screamed, pressing the barrel of his handgun against a weeping hostage's temple.
None of them wanted to see the hostage get hurt or killed, even if she was not real, so the two of them slowly raised their hands. They were running out of time, however, and they had to act now if they wanted to succeed.
Shoto had a flash of an idea, a risky one, but one that could succeed. He just had to hope that Reiko would catch onto the idea. Slowly, he reached out for his bokken, catching the attention of the terrorist, who turned to aim his gun at Shoto.
"FREEZE!"
"I'm disarming myself," Shoto simply replied.
"I SAID FREEZE!"
"I'm putting down my weapon."
Shoto unsheathed his bokken and put it on the ground, kicking it away as he prepared his strike.
"ALRIGHT, YOU DROPPED YOUR WEAPON, NOW–"
"I know, I know... freeze."
Before the terrorist could react, Shoto shot a breeze of ice from his right hand. Just as riot troopers crashed their way through a door, a gunshot rang out. When the simulated troopers reached the zone, it was to a completely unharmed hostage, a terrorist frozen with his gun aiming to a side, and the door leading to the airfield open.
"Terrorists gathering at the runway, they may be trying to escape on a plane!" their earpieces spoke out again.
""That was too close. Quick thinking there, Todoroki-san," Reiko complimented.
"It wouldn't have worked without your intervention, Yanagi-san," Shoto replied as they ran across the tarmac. Atop some of the bridges stood more terrorists equipped with sniper rifles.
"Go on ahead, I'll take care of this," Reiko whispered. Shoto looked at her and nodded before starting to emit ice to push himself faster ahead, and Reiko threw down with the snipers by pulling one's rifle.
Shoto's path was blocked by a moving baggage truck. He was able to jump over it, but the truck turned over and attempted to block his advance again: seeing that it was being driven by another terrorist, he froze the cabin and moved forward towards the only airplane on the runway – just in time to see a platoon of riot troopers forced into retreat as bombs where tossed at them by a man wearing a black hat: clearly, this had to be the leader of this band of terrorists.
The man laughed madly as he kept throwing bombs, but something made him look towards the rushing hero, so he hid behind the plane's landing gear and continued with his bombing.
Shoto was forced to use an ice shield to protect himself from a Molotov cocktail and several dynamite sticks the terrorist was somehow pulling out of an inexhaustible supply of explosives, and was put into the defensive as the terrorist turned his full attention at him: he knew he was running out of time, so he had to push forward if he did not want to fail this mission.
Seeing an opening, Shoto sprinted forward towards the terrorist leader, who kept tossing explosives at him. His ice wall was destroyed from a combination of grenades, and Shoto was too late in realizing that another grenade was about to land next to him – only for the grenade to suddenly be tossed back.
Caught off guard, the terrorist was unable to react before the grenade exploded, close enough to him that he was send flying back. In the process thereof, he accidentally dropped two unpinned grenades, causing him to attempt to crawl away, but it was not enough: the grenades exploded, causing him grievous injuries and sending him flying into a fuel truck.
Turning around, Shoto saw Reiko had been the one to save him: her right arm was stretched out, but her left was hanging, and she had several bullet holes on her costume.
"Are you alright?" Shoto asked, showing concern for his partner. Reiko nodded.
"Criminal Captured!"
As the riot troopers finally approached to arrest the leader and his minions, Shoto gave Reiko a small smile.
"You did good out there," he said, causing Reiko to smile at him in return.
"Thank you. You did, as well."
As the duo came out of the chambers, their classmates noticed the damage the two of them had suffered to their outfits. They had been the first to get such injuries, showed that the VR was really that advanced – and that it could actually hurt them.
"Woah, you guys sure took a beating," Setsuna pointed out.
"Are you guys OK?" Itsuka asked, concerned.
"We're fine," Shoto replied as he began to inspect his bokken, which had become charred from the explosions, somehow.
"Alright, moving along!" All Might stated, getting his students' attention back. "Now, Todoroki-shonen and Yanagi-shojo finished the trial with a time of 2'20''80. What do you think of their actions? Who was the best in this round?"
Izuku raised his hand.
"It is hard to tell, but I think Todoroki-san was the best. He proved to be able to use his dual Quirk in balance and as needed, and he did a good job improvising when they reached the part where the terrorist had taken a hostage," he explained, causing Shoto to turn to look at him. "Not to say that Yanagi-san didn't do a good job. Her skill with her Quirk proved to be enough to bring down several terrorists while utilizing objects that were lying around the ground, and her move to save Todoroki-san from the leader's attack was very good. However... I think they could have both done more to show what they can really do."
All Might had his right hand on his chin, nodding at his protegé's assessment.
"You are correct, Midoriya-shonen. Both Todoroki-shonen and Yanagi-shojo performed admirably, but I believe neither of them has truly earned the MVP title." He looked at the two students, who seemed to be slightly disheartened. "Don't take this the wrong way, the two of you. You still did well to complete the mission, and managed to save all the hostages you found. Simply, take the lessons you have learned to heart and move forward!"
Turning to the rest of the students, keeping his trademark grin on his face, he nodded.
"Very well, let's move on to the next trial! Team E, you're up!"
"Fucking finally!" Katsuki exclaimed, tightening up his grenade-like bracers and securing his militaristic armor and making sure the machine gun mount on his left shoulder was ready.
"I'm ready to tear up these criminals!" Togaru stated, a bloodthirsty look clear through his insectoid features, showing off his uniform, a simple green cloak and body suit with his feet clad in three-toed boots.
Waving at Izuku, Katsuki led Togaru into the chamber, ready for their trial to begin.
Heroes vs. Criminals Trial 5: Nuclear Power Plant
The VR chamber turning into the outside of a power plant – a nuclear fusion plant, judging by the structure surrounding its central building – and the chatter in their earpieces demonstrated the goal of this trial to be fighting terrorists threatening to cause a catastrophic destruction of the plant.
What was also obvious to the students watching the trial was that Katsuki and Togaru just... did not fit together. It was not so much oil and water, but water and sodium: liable to explode if they looked funny at each other. Izuku was just lamenting that his friend wouldn't even give a try to teamwork.
Any lamentations were put to a stop as the duo's wish for the test to begin was finally granted.
"READY? GO!"
The hard light barrier collapsed, and the two belligerent students charged forward, just as the entrance doors slid open to reveal that this scenario's enemies were Middle Eastern terrorists, even though they didn't have the same relevance as in past centuries.
"DIE!" Katsuki screamed, firing an explosion at the nearest terrorist, while Togaru chained several slashes that left the other criminals bleeding on the floor.
Getting through the doors, they found a set of automatic revolving doors, and at the other side stood even more terrorists, wielding assault rifles and stick batons – and holding several workers hostage.
Katsuki gave a wild grin as he activated his shoulder machine gun: a weapon he and Izuku had come up with, it could fire his sweat in small globules capable of exploding on impact. Several of the terrorists were unlucky enough to be in the line of fire, but Katsuki's eagerness overrode any cautiousness he might have and he accidentally struck one of the hostages, a 'Female Engineer' that screamed in pain.
"What the fuck!" he cursed, growling. Shaking off his shock as Togaru got ahead of him by slashing his way through the terrorists, he quickly caught up by using his explosions for propulsion, reaching the locker area where more terrorists were lurking. Seeing that they were getting surrounded, Katsuki prepared to fire one of his special tricks.
"Stun Grenade!"
Out of his hands came out another explosion, but this one was more light and noise than anything else, covering the room with a flash and almost ear-disrupting blast that left everyone in the room defenseless to Katsuki's following attacks. This time, at least, he was more careful and took them out without hurting any hostage before blasting forward towards the next section, a large staircase that led towards the central control room.
"Central control room secured by heroes! The terrorists are attempting to break into the reactor!" the earpieces blared. Katsuki briefly wondered who the hell was stupid enough to try to break into a power plant's reactor, but that thought was smothered when Togaru came down the stairs, jumping towards a set of doors that led into a hallway.
"Out of my fucking way!" Katsuki exclaimed, shoving Togaru aside and propelling into the hallway.
"Screw you, asshole!" Togaru shouted back, running behind Katsuki in an attempt to catch up with him.
Katsuki was the first through the next set of doors – where he was immediately sprayed with water. He had entered into a decontamination chamber, and now he was going to have a harder time triggering his explosions. His distraction was enough to allow Togaru to reach him, getting himself sprayed with water as well, and the duo entered another room, where they found a group of terrorists attempting to open the entrance to the reactor itself.
Katsuki quickly fired up his shoulder gun, hitting the terrorists at the door with his explosive sweat, while Togaru charged and started to dodge attacks and countering it with slashes that came several times close to actually causing limb losses.
"Whoever is closest to the exit, several terrorists are attempting to escape through the parking in the back! Halt them!"
Without a word, the duo ran out of the room – dealing again with the blasted decontamination shower – and headed to the back end of the building. Katsuki was able to once more gain distance over Togaru as his hands dried up, but then he got through the door and found himself covered in a torrential thunderstorm.
"Fucking hell," Katsuki growled: it was going to be impossible to dry his hands enough to actually make his explosions work. Then he noticed three terrorists taking cover behind a white car, as well as a male hostage that had seemingly managed to escape but was panicking and running around aimlessly. He attempted to fire his machine gun at the terrorists, and while he did manage to hit the car hard enough to bring the terrorists down, the hostage – as it turned out, the plant's chief engineer – also got hit in the process. "For fuck's sake, stop getting in my way!"
That was when he began to hear a buzzing coming from the sea, a buzzing that was growing along with a spec in the distance, which turned out to be a military helicopter flying towards him. As it came closer, he managed to get an eye on the pilot and saw a man similar to the ones he had fought, with the only distinctive feature being a black eyepatch covering his left eye. And he certainly looked ready to kill.
'I fucking swear, the moment I get out of here, I'm gonna find who the fuck came up with this shit and explode their fucking ass.'
The helicopter fired two missiles at him, but it was far enough that Katsuki was able to jump out of the way and from the worst of the explosions. That was when Togaru finally made it through the door, only to have to dodge back inside as the helicopter fired its Gatling guns, causing chunks of concrete to fly.
"Damn it!" Togaru yelled as one or two bullets came a tad too close for comfort.
The helicopter passed over them and began to take a turn in order to make another attempt to attack. Katsuki was pissed off at the rain, because it was ruining his best chance to go up there and make his stance on getting fired at clear. But... he had something else, he reminded himself, looking down at his hands. He aimed his left hand down and prayed that (a) he had enough sweat there and (b) he would be able to time it correctly. He pulled the pin.
"Explosive Turbo!"
The explosion from his grenade propelled him quickly into the air, right in the path of the helicopter. He was glad he would not have to see if the helicopter's blades were as sharp in this VR place as in real life. Instead, as the helicopter came close enough, he rose his other grenade and pulled the pin.
"FUCKING DIE, ASSHOLE!"
The explosion was somehow even bigger than the one he had used to fly, and hit the helicopter like a train. Had Togaru (who had covered his eyes from the bright flash) been able to see it, he would have noticed the frontal pane shatter and stab the terrorist leader at several points, and messily land into the parking grounds: it was only the auto-rotation feature that kept the helicopter from an actual crash and destruction.
As soon as he felt his ears recover and his eyes to stop being blinded, Togaru looked around for Katsuki. Just as he turned to look towards the sea, he saw the blond boy pop out of the water, grimacing as he began to swin to land. Seeing that the other boy was alright, Togaru ran for the helicopter and grabbed the injured, unconscious leader.
"Criminal Captured!"
Katsuki and Togaru came out of the chamber with mixed feelings. Togaru felt that Katsuki had hogged all the glory of fighting the criminals, even if he had been technically the one to capture the leader, while Katsuki went over his less-than-perfect performance, looking down at the ground.
Before he could dwell too much into the thought, he felt a big, strong hand gently gripping his shoulder.
"It is fine, Bakugo-shonen. Remember, whether you did good or bad during the trial, this is still where you're learning how to be a hero. Looking back and learning from both success and failure is a part of life," the hero said, before he turned his attention back to the group. "Now, time to review this trial! They finished with a time of 2'42''46. Any assessment you might have about their performance?"
Momo raised her hand.
"In my opinion, none of them is worthy of the MVP, harsh as it sounds. They were both very reckless in their fighting, particularly Bakugo-san, who hurt two hostages because he didn't take care with where to fire his weapon. It wasn't an inspiring or encouraging performance," she explained. Bakugo just gave her a glare.
"I'm sorry to say this, but you are right, Yaoyorozu-shojo. The reason for their time being so long is that the two injured hostages accrued a time penalty. Their team would have been the fastest so far without that penalty." All Might turned to look at Katsuki and Togaru. "As I said, take this mistake as a lesson about learning not to be reckless. Learn from this mistake, and you'll become better heroes!"
Katsuki and Togaru nodded, the former cooling his face into a neutral expression.
"Now, Midoriya-shonen is up next. Show us what you can do in this sixth trial!"
"Here we go," Izuku said, taking a deep breath and beginning to walk to the chamber, only to stop a few steps away. "All Might-sensei, there's something I'd like to share with my classmates."
"Hm? Alright, go ahead."
"I want to let you all know..." Izuku said, turning to his curious classmates, "that I have renamed my Quirk."
The only person not surprised by the news was Katsuki, whom Izuku had previously informed of the change. Someone modifying their Quirk's name was not common, and mostly it happened because the person had gained a better understanding of how it worked.
"What is it now, and why rename it?" Itsuka asked.
"Because, over the years... I have been thinking of it, of what it can do, and what it represents. And I decided to give it a name that better reflected its true power. So, a couple of days ago, I sent a request to name my Quirk 'Omnes Potestas'."
The students whispered to each other about the sudden change, until All Might intervened.
"Ahem! If you're done chattering amongst yourselves, let's get on with the trial, shall we?"
Knowing that their teacher was right, Izuku's classmates – particularly the girls – wished him good luck as he entered the chamber, his helm activated. As the doors closed behind him, the other students saw on the large screen what was the scenario behind this trial: the 8th Infantry Regiment of the Japanese Army was attempting a coup d'état, having taken the Diet Building before stating their demands to the Prime Minister.
The students cringed when they saw the rogue soldiers shoot down the Diet security and took the government hostage, and they wondered how Izuku would handle the situation...
Heroes vs. Criminals Trial 6: Diet Building
Izuku loosened up his muscles as he got ready to begin his trial. It was also a good way to fight off the cold, because the VR simulation was so good that even the fake snow surrounding him actually felt like the real deal.
"READY? GO!"
"Alright, let's do this," Izuku muttered, activating Mover to charge into the guards the rogue JSDF soldiers had emplaced at the Diet's main gate, which they had left partially opened to allow soldiers to come in and out as needed.
The soldiers were quickly put down, as Izuku jumped between soldiers and dealt devastating punches and kicks to them, quickly knocking them out. Thinker gave him a feeling that prompted him to form a force field with Shaker, stopping several bullets coming at him from the top of the building. Seeing that there were soldiers firing from atop the Diet, he switched to Blaster and fired several homing energy shots, leaving them out of the count.
Seeing that he had cleared out the area, he entered the building and found himself in the central hall. Several men and women he identified as members of the House of Representatives had apparently managed to escape their bonds and were now running for the exit. Several rogue soldiers ran behind them, only to halt and raise their rifles to aim at the lone hero. Using Shaker to stop the bullets, he told the representatives that the soldiers at the front were no longer there, allowing them to leave the building before he changed to Mover and ran for the soldiers, quickly dispatching them with Striker-guided precision.
Running towards his left, he had to keep using Shaker to protect himself from the soldiers' attacks, as they came out of the smaller offices leading into the corridor, but they could present no meaningful opposition to him, and soon enough Izuku had broken in the chamber where the House of Representatives met.
A quick glance told him that the Prime Minister was not at his normal seat, but before he could react the doors he had used became closed, and he was surrounded by rogue JSDF soldiers. The latter began to fire their assault rifles, amidst the screaming of the hostages in the room. However, Shaker came to the rescue again, and he was surrounded by a pink energy field that protected him until he retaliated with a large shockwave, taking out nearly every soldier in the chamber. After knocking out the ones that had held up, Izuku opened the doors and rushed out.
That was when he saw the tank standing in the middle of the Diet's left-hand courtyard.
Before he could comprehend the fact that there was a tank in the middle of the building (did any of the soldiers have a Quirk that let him shrunk objects as large as tanks?), the tank's turret turned and aimed its main gun at him. Izuku was just barely able to bring up Brute to shield himself before the tank fired a shell: every glass pane in that part of the building was shattered, and the soldiers nearby shouted in pain as the sound of the explosion got through even their specialized ear protection.
The explosion also destroyed the ground Izuku had been standing on, sending him down to the building's first floor.
'Well, he made me a favor, after all,' Izuku noted, pushing out the rubble that was semi-covering him. Using the smaller pieces as throwing ammunition to knock out the soldiers that were trying to come up to him and check if he was dead, he came into the courtyard to find the tank ready for a fight. At the tower stood a man that, if he was not mistaken, was a colonel, likely the man who had led the Regiment into committing treason.
The colonel glared at Izuku before going back down the hatch, and the secondary turret turned to aim at him with its machine guns. Before it could do so, Izuku jumped up and landed on top of the turret, and then he turned to Brute once more to bend the main gun, making it completely useless. After rendering the machine guns useless with Shaker, he ripped the hatch open and pulled the rogue colonel out, throwing the man out of the tank.
Jumping after the officer to apprehend him, the latter quickly stood up and drew out two katanas, silently challenging Izuku in defiance.
Izuku accepted the challenge and combined Mover and Striker to rush the man and punch him in the gut, stunning him long enough to arrest him.
"Criminal Captured!"
Izuku retracted his helm as he walked out of the VR chamber, finding himself surrounded by his classmates, who were clapping in demonstration of his great skill.
"Amazing, Midoriya!" Eijiro exclaimed.
"That's, like, really hot," Camie said with a wink.
"Man, I can see why he was picked to go solo on the trial. He didn't really need any help," Ochako remarked.
Katsuki remained silent, clapping at his friend's success, but still smarting at his failures in his own trial.
"Excellent work, Midoriya-shonen! You finished your trial in 1'16''33!" All Might praised him. "Now, do you think Midoriya-shonen deserves the MVP?"
"Yeah!" pretty much everyone answered at the same time, causing All Might to laugh.
"Well, that answers that! Congratulations, Midoriya-shonen, a job well done!"
Izuku rejoined the group, praises still ringing out, but the trials had to go on, so they became silent as they continued to watch. The people running the trials now had an advantage in that they had seen their scenario before, so they knew what they could do, and were able to show off their skills and Quirks: Hitoshi, for example, was able to trick most of his trial's criminals into surrendering without a fight, allowing Yui to tie them up, while Melissa was more straightforward and used her full prowess, both intellectual and physical, to capture the wanted criminal. For the most part, the students received positive assessments from their classmates, but some of them became criticized for failing at some of their intended tasks.
With the class finished, the students went back to the lockers to get dressed up and finish the day: since this was the last class of the day, that meant putting on casual clothes and getting ready for whatever leisure activity struck their fancy.
As he put away his costume, Izuku noticed Katsuki looking down at the trial result report All Might had handed him at the end of the class: out of the forty students that had taken part in the test, Katsuki had been the only one to harm a hostage, and that had been reflected in the report. And Izuku knew well how badly he would take making such a mistake.
"Hey, Kacchan, are you OK?" he asked in concern, putting a hand on his shoulder in an attempt to comfort him. Katsuki turned to look at his friend, and slowly pushed the hand away.
"Look, I... I need some space. Think this shit over. Later," he replied, getting up and walking away. Izuku just looked at him with sympathy as he left the locker room, before sighing.
'First time he fails like this... he's going to need to learn that one can't succeed at everything. I hope he gets over it soon, or it's going to affect him. I am going to have to keep getting better, if I want to avoid making other mistakes and become a great hero,' he thought, closing his locker and, seeing that he was the last one to leave, turned off the lights.
Perhaps he could treat himself to some cookies while watching any hero news that had happened in the morning or catch up to watching his toku?
That night, a mansion in a forest somewhere else in Japan hosted only one person, a young, mature woman, sitting on a large comfortable armchair as she read the newspaper to the light of a fireplace.
All Might Becomes U.A. Professor for Heroics Majors, Closes Agency Temporarily!
"So, the so-called Symbol of Peace is at that hero college?" she asked, crossing her legs and placing her head against her hand, in the same way one would lean their head to talk with someone over the phone. "But... our targets are the students, huh?"
After a few seconds listening in, she gave out a dark, sadistic smile, and laughed out loud.
"Alright, then! We'll make sure to kill those freshmen hero students for you. Won't we... Master?"
"Next time on Toku to Hero Academia! All of the Heroic students go to the Club Events to find any clubs to join up! Why has the alarm been sprung on at the campus! The students's next Heroic lesson is to rescue people! Who are these group of villains attacking them?!"

Your thoughts Milarqui?
Milarqui: Well, shorter, which meant less time working on it. Even when considering the back-and-forth to consider why certain things had to be reconsidered. Bakugo using his normal explosions in the middle of the rain wasn't going to fly (pun totally intended). And I actually checked on the plans for the Diet building to make sure Izuku's trial actually fit the reality.
Omnes Potestas is Latin for 'All Power' and Izuku changing it to this name is to represent it's god-like level of strength and power (pun intended as well) that he finally realized he holds.
Omnes Potestas
Type: All
Range: Varies
Description: Izuku has the ability to use twelve different aspects, each of which manifests into different colored aura-like energy around him when used. Each aspect has a different unique set of specialized abilities then the other for any situation Izuku might face. Each aspect will keep evolving and adapting that results in it permanently growing stronger in power and gaining a new ability according to Izuku's critical experiences or intense battles he gets into.
Aspects:
Mover (Green): Abilities that move Izuku. Flight, speed, teleportation, etc.
Shaker (Pink): Abilities with an area of effect.
Brute (Red): Abilities that give Izuku enhanced strength and durability like armor, muscle, personal forcefields.
Breaker (White): Abilities that have Izuku be in a altered state, granting him powers or altered interaction with reality.
Master (Purple): Abilities that create minions or have a means of compelling others to take certain actions.
Tinker (Yellow): Abilities that let's Izuku build alien or advanced technology.
Blaster (Orange): Abilities that provide a ranged attack.
Thinker (Blue): Abilities that give Izuku advanced perception, knowledge, data-collection, or skills.
Striker (Gray): Abilities that give touch based and melee effects. Typically weapon's or arm's reach limited.
Changer (Brown): Abilities that shapeshift and alter Izuku's physical form.
Trump (Cyan): Abilities that involve powers: picking from, add, remove, complicate, compound.
Stranger (Black): Abilities specializing in infiltration, distraction, subtlety.
I based Izuku's new Quirk off of Worm's Power Classifications that is meant to rate the threat of a parahuman but I got so inspired from it that I made it into a Quirk here and also took a few things from Toku no Hero's original Superpower Quirk in some of the aspects like Blaster, Shaker, Striker and so on.
Trope Time-
* Battle Harem: All of the girls in the Deku Bowl will hold their own against the worst of villains and monsters to come in this story and show why they are or will become great heroines.
* Had to Be Sharp: One of the main reasons why the heroes here are much more stronger then in canon is due to having to constantly fight strong and deadly monsters that they usually need to put down daily and these fights let the heroes push their quirks and bodies to the limit making them stronger and experienced with each fight. Because of that most villains aren't much of a fight for heroes, but there are exceptions of strong villains though.
-Terms used in Toku to Hero-
* Mutant Humans: Humans that were mutated beyond the limits of their Mutant quirks or by other means losing their humanity as a result. Differs from Kaijin as they aren't human in origin. Nomu are an example of this term/category.
* Rogues: Unaligned people who utilize their Quirks for either business, personal, societal or neutral reasons and are neither Heroes nor Villains unless they commit serious crimes.
That's all for now folks, so please review, fave, follow, or all of the above.
However NO FLAMES and NEGATIVE RANTS, but if it's criticism then I'm totally okay with that, no hard feelings. Guest reviews are more then welcome.
