Emma's sitting on the front patio swing with Rose, as Rose plays with her toys, A few minutes later, Tracker comes out on the porch
Tracker (to Rose): Hey pretty girl
Rose smiles as Tracker sits down in the patio Chair next to Emma
Tracker: Morning Em
Emma: Morning Track
Tracker: Em, listen, thank you guys for letting me stay here these last few months, I really appreciate it
Emma: Tracker, it's no problem at all, besides, Rose likes having her uncle here
Tracker smiles
Tracker: Well, I have some news
Tracker: I'm going to go look at a place later
Emma: Really? Where at?
Tracker: About 10 minutes from here
Emma: Well, if it doesn't work you know you always have a room here
Tracker: Thanks Em.
Emma: It's what family does for each other Tracker
Tracker: I know, but still.
Emma: I wouldn't have Sean and Rose if it wasn't for you moving down here in the first place and enrolling Sean into Degrassi
Tracker: Sean's grown up a lot since getting back together with you, I'm so proud of him
Emma looks at Rose who playing with her toys in front of her and Tracker
Emma: He's such a great dad to Rose.
Tracker: He always told me, when he has kids of his own, he'd make sure they have a better childhood than he did
Emma: He definitely is doing that with Rose.
Tracker looks at his watch
Tracker: Well, I better get going, I got to meet the realtor in a bit
Tracker gets up, he picks up Rose and gives her a hug
Tracker (to Rose): Uncle Track loves you, baby
Tracker hands Rose to Emma as he walks down the front steps, into his car and then drives off. A short time later, Tracker pulls up in front of a cute brown brick house, he gets out of the car and meet with his realtor
Elena: You must be Tracker
Tracker: I am, you must be my realtor
Tracker says with a soft laugh as Elena sweeps her long dark hair behind her ear, softly chuckling
Elena: I'm Elena
Elena reaches out to shake Tracker's hand, as Tracker reaches for her hand, smiles and shakes her hand
Tracker: Hi Elena, it's nice to meet you
Elena: Let me show you around this place, shall we?
Tracker follows Elena up the front steps as Elena unlocks and opens the door
Elena: After you
Tracker steps into the house, Elena steps in behind him and closes the door
Tracker: Wow, there's a lot of light in this place
Elena (chuckles): Oh yea, lots of light. Come on, let me show you around. This house is 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 bedroom is in the basement, and the living room has a fireplace
Tracker: Nice
Elena shows Tracker around the house
Elena: If you have any children, there's a park about 10 minutes from here
Tracker: No kids, I just have a niece
Elena: Awe, ok. How old?
Tracker pulls out his phone and shows Elena a picture of Rose
Tracker: She just turned 7 months; her name is Rose
Elena: She's adorable.
Tracker: She's got her mom's brains, for sure.
Elena chuckles
Elena: Well, when you have little miss Rose, you and her, could have a playdate at the park
Tracker: I know she would love that
Elena: I have 2 other listings to show you, if you'd like
Tracker: Sure
Elena pulls out 2 papers each showing a different house
Elena: This one is a Tan Brick, it's about 10 minutes from here, nice quiet neighborhood, 3 beds, 2 baths, with a fireplace, and another park 5 minutes away, basement has a family room and laundry room. House has a private drive, basement bath has heated floors
Tracker: Ok, Sounds like it's a nice place
Elena: I can defiantly take you on a tour of that one too if you'd like
Tracker looks at the second paper
Tracker: What about this one here?
Elena: Why don't we go take a look at it
Elena and Tracker leave to go check out a stone house, a few minutes away, they pull up in front of the house
Tracker: Looks nice
Elena: This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, front of the house is stone, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, basement has a separate entrance, bedroom and a game room that can be turned into an office or play room even. It's a nice quiet neighborhood
Tracker: I want to put an offer in on that one. It sounds good, and it's close to my brother and sister in law
Elena: Alright, I will get the paperwork drawn up
Tracker: Sounds Good.
Elena: I'll get the offer sent over as soon as I get back to the office
Tracker: How long will it take to hear back from the seller?
Elena: A couple days at most
Tracker: Awesome
Elena: Soon as I hear from the sellers Agent I'll give you a call
Tracker: Thanks, Elena
Tracker heads out the door and leaves to go back to Sean and Emma's, he arrives at the house a few minutes later
Sean (to Tracker): Where'd you come from?
Tracker: I went and looked at a couple houses
Emma: And?
Tracker: I put an offer in on one
Sean: That's amazing Track!
Tracker: It's about 5 minutes from here, nice quiet neighborhood
Sean: When do you find out if you get it?
Tracker: A couple days
Emma: That's amazing Tracker, really. I hope you get it
Tracker's phone rings
Tracker: Hello?
Elena: Tracker, hey, It's Elena
Tracker: Oh, hey Elena. Is everything ok with our offer?
Elena: No, no everything is fine. I was just wondering if you wanted to go out sometime
Tracker smiles
Tracker: I guess we will have to go out and Celebrate when they accept the offer
Elena giggles
Elena: Well alright then, it's settled
Tracker (chuckles): It's a date then
Elena: I'll call you when I hear something about your offer
Tracker: Sounds good, Elena
Elena hangs up
Sean: What was that about?
Tracker: My realtor, she just asked me out
Emma: Look at you getting back into the dating game.
Emma hears Rose crying in the monitor as Sean gets up to go check on her
Emma: I got her, Sean
Emma gets up and goes to check on Rose, she picks Rose up out of her crib when her phone rings
Emma: Hello?
Rose starts babbling
Nick: Hi, Em
Emma: Why are you calling me?
Emma said as she walks down the stairs with Rose in her arms
Nick: I just want to talk
Emma: I don't, I'm happily with a family. My next call will be to Darryl Armstrong and inform him that you're harassing me
Emma said as she places Rose in her playpen with a toy as she hangs up the phone and slams it on the table
Sean: Hey, what's wrong?
Emma: Nick just called me, said he wanted to talk
Tracker: The dude that attacked you at Degrassi?
Emma: Yea
Emma places her hand against her forehead
Emma: I need to call Armstrong
Emma dials Darryl's number, after a couple rings, he picks up
Armstrong: Hey Em. Is everything ok?
Emma: Hey Darryl, has the board decided on when to have that board meeting yet? the one about Nick?
Armstrong: I can send an email and see, is everything ok?
Emma: He just called me, not 5 minutes ago
Armstrong: What?
Emma: Yea. He claimed he wanted to talk
Armstrong: Ok, I'll email the board right away and I'll call the chairman of the board and get a rush on this.
Emma: Thanks Darryl
Armstrong: Emma?
Emma: Yea?
Armstrong: Promise me, if you feel like he's threatening you or continues harassing you in anyway, you will go to the police
Emma: I will, Darryl. I promise
Armstrong: I will call you, as soon as I hear back from the board
Emma: Thanks Darryl
Armstrong: Take Care Em, I'll talk to you soon
Darryl hangs up
Sean: What'd Darryl say?
Emma: He's going to get in touch with the board as soon as possible and asked me to promise if I feel like he's threating or continues to harass me to go to the police
Sean: Good. I want this dude, gone.
Emma: I do too.
Tracker: Something tells me he's going to be a pain to get rid of.
Sean: If he comes near my wife or my family, I'll knock him on his ass
Emma: Sean, Relax.
Sean: No, he needs to back off
Tracker: Sean!
Sean: I'm fine. I'm fine
Emma: Hopefully, the meeting will be soon, hopefully he will get fired and soon this mess will be over
Tracker: Sean, Can you go take a look at my car?
Sean looks at Tracker
Sean: Why? You were the one who taught me to work on cars
Tracker: Cause I can see your temper starting to flare up, you're a damn Cameron, we're hot heads, now go look at my car for me, so you'll cool down
Sean goes outside and looks at Tracker's car
Tracker (to Emma): For Rose's sake, this shit with this dude needs to be ended.
Emma: Trust me I know; I worry about him with this Nick shit going on.
Tracker: I can promise you one thing, you and Rose mean too much to him, Sean would never jeopardize his family with his temper
Emma: I know he's protective of us, but I worry about what would happen if this shit keeps happening and Sean just happens to witness Nick hitting on me or worse, Tracker
Tracker: He'll be pissed, he'll lose his cool, but I'm telling you Emma, he will never do anything to risk your family's safety
Tracker looks at Rose
Tracker: Because that little girl, in that playpen, is his world right there.
Emma: Yea, your right.
Tracker: Trust me, I know my knucklehead little brother. Rose and you are his world.
Emma smiles at Tracker
Tracker: If he even thought of doing anything that would hurt his family, I promise I'll knock some sense into him
Sean comes back in the house
Sean: You had an oil leak in your car, shithead. I fixed it.
Tracker: See, I knew I could count on you
Tracker's phone rings
Tracker: Hello?
Elena: Hey, It's Elena again. I got some good news
Tracker: They accepted the offer?
Elena: Congratulations Tracker! You're a homeowner!
Tracker (to Sean and Emma): I got the house!
Sean: Tracker, that's amazing!
Tracker: So, when do I sign the paperwork and get the keys?
Elena: We can get the paperwork set up now or wait until the current homeowners are out. Which typically takes 30-60 days
Tracker: Well, how about that date first? And then we'll discuss paperwork?
Elena: Sounds good to me
Tracker: I'll pick you up tomorrow, say about 7?
Elena: Sounds like a date, I'll see you then
Tracker hangs up
Emma: I'm happy your moving on, Tracker.
Tracker: Yeah, me too
Sean: You deserve to be happy, man.
Tracker: Thanks guys.
Sean: Where's all your furniture you had in Alberta?
Tracker: I gave it to Wendy
Emma: Why did you give some of it to her? If it was yours, you should've kept it
Sean gets Rose out of the playpen and gives her a bottle
Tracker: I want a fresh start, new place, new furniture, the whole thing
Emma: Good for you, Tracker
Sean: I'm proud of you, dude.
Tracker: Thanks guys, I can't wait for you guys to see the new place
Emma: We can't wait to see it
Sean finishes feeding Rose, then plays with her
Sean: I can't believe how big you're getting, princess
Emma: I know, time needs to slow down
Tracker: Pretty sure she'll be a year
Emma: I'm not in any hurry for her to be one
Tracker smiles
Sean: When I look at her, I'm reminding myself how lucky I really am
Tracker: You both are lucky to have such a beautiful little girl
Emma: She's starting to look like you, Sean
Tracker: Oh yea, I definitely see it
Sean: You guys are crazy, she looks like Emma but with my eyes
Tracker: No, little brother, she's starting to look like you, when you were a baby
Sean: I don't see it
Sean laughs
Emma: Come here sweet girl
Emma takes Rose from Sean's arms
Emma: It's time to get ready for bed
Tracker: Here, give her to me, I'll put her to bed. Why don't you guys go out and have a date night
Tracker said as he takes Rose from Emma's arms
Tracker (to Rose): Isn't that right, sweetheart? You want Uncle Tracker to put you to bed
Rose smiles
Sean (to Emma): I mean we haven't really had a date night since before Manny's wedding
Emma (to Tracker): Are you sure you don't mind, Tracker?
Tracker: You kids go have fun, Rose and I will be just fine
Sean: What do you say, babe?
Emma: Alright, let me go get changed
Sean gives Emma a quick kiss as she heads upstairs to change. She comes downstairs a few minutes later wearing a Red strapless shirt with blue jeans pairing with her black heeled boots and her hair in a ponytail
Sean: You look beautiful, Em
Emma: Thanks, it's just something I threw together
Tracker: Go on, have fun
Sean: Daddy love you, Princess
Sean said as he kisses Rose's head then takes Emma's hand as they leave and head to this cute little restaurant in downtown Toronto. They get seated, order drinks and dinner. A few minutes later, the waiter arrives with 2 glasses of wine
Emma: I'm actually kind of happy your brother suggested a date night for us
Sean: Yea, me too. We needed a night out.
Sean raises his wine glass to propose a toast
Sean: A toast, to us and date night
Emma raises her glass to Sean's
Emma: To us and date night
They enjoy a nice date night together full of love and laughter
Meanwhile, back at Chester's mom's house, Chester and Manny are in the kitchen with his mom
Mom: I'm so glad you kids decided to come up and surprise me
Chester: Hey mom, have you considered moving back down to Toronto?
Manny: There's a cute little house down the street from us for sale
Mom: Oh, I don't know honey.
Chester: Mom, I worry about you being up here all by yourself. If something were to happen to you up here, It'd take us hours to get up here, versus being in Toronto, where Chuck, Chad and I can all be close by.
Manny: And you'll be closer to the baby
Manny said as she stands up
Chester: Manny's right, then you'll be able to see peanut all the time
Chester looks at Manny with a smile
Mom: Manny, honey how far along are you?
Manny:7 weeks now, why?
Mom: Honey, I think you're going to have twins
Chester: What makes you say that mom?
Mom: Honey, twins run on your dad's side of the family, and Manny's already starting to show
Many smiles as she looks down at her abdomen
Manny: You think it might be twins?
Mom: I'm not a doctor or anything, but I'm pretty sure first time mommy's don't start showing as early as 7 weeks, unless Manny's farther than what the doctor thought
Manny: I have an appointment in a couple weeks so we'll ask the doctor then
Chester: However many we have, I'll be happy
Mom: Babies are such a blessing
Manny's phone rings
Manny: Excuse me real quick guys
Manny walks out on the porch and takes the call
Manny: Hello?
Tommy: Where you at? I have news for you?
Manny: Chester and I took a little trip to see his mom
Tommy: Well, I have some news to share
Manny: Ok? What is it?
Tommy: 2 things, your latest single is #2 on the charts
Manny: That's amazing!
Tommy: And your album is officially done
Manny: It is?
Tommy: They love the tracks we have completed already Manny, Jayme and the execs said they're loving the love/hate vibe on the record
Manny: That's great!
Tommy: I'm proud of you, Manny.
Manny: I couldn't have done it without you and Danny.
Tommy: No, despite everything you've been through while making this album, you never gave up, no matter how much you wanted to
Manny (smiles): Well, I had some great people push me in the right direction
Tommy: Oh, and your first album is officially certified gold
Manny: Seriously?! You could've lead with that!
Tommy: I had to save the best for last
Manny: This is the best news
Tommy: Go enjoy your time with your family, I'll see you when you come back
Manny hangs up and walks in the house
Manny: So, I just got tons of exciting news
Chester: What is it?
Mom: What's the news?
Manny: My first album is officially certified gold!
Chester scoops Manny in his arms and twirls her around
Chester: Baby! That's amazing!
Mom: Congratulations, honey
Manny: And, my second album is officially done, the execs love it, and my latest single is #2 on the charts!
Mom: Oh, Manny that's wonderful
Chester: Look at you! My amazing rockstar!
Manny smiles
Manny: I'm so happy it's done, and the label execs love it
Chester: I'm so incredibly proud of you, Manny.
Mom: This calls for a celebration dinner!
Chester smiles as he laughs
Manny: What's on the celebration menu?
Mom: Whatever you want
Manny chuckles
Manny: You pick, mom
Mom: I know the perfect dish. Why don't you guys go out for a little bit. Just be back by 6 for Manny's celebration dinner
Chester gives his mom a kiss on the cheek
Chester: You call me if you need us home sooner, mom
Mom: I will, I promise
Chester's mom says as she begins rummaging through the pantry as Manny and Chester leave
Chester: I'm so happy for you Manny.
Manny: I can't believe it's done finally
Chester: Hard work pays off, babe
Manny: I couldn't have done it without you reminding me this is what chasing my dreams is all about
Chester: No, honey. This is all you babe.
