Chapter 10
Ash and Alice, continuing their journey through the diary, adopt their tenth set of disguises, representing Fire types. They transform into Morris and Paula, renowned chefs known for their culinary expertise and fiery dishes. One day, they find Serena comforting her sister Helen, who is devastated because her restaurant was forced to close. Seeing their distress, Ash and Alice decide to help. As Morris and Paula, they assist Helen in reclaiming her restaurant, bringing their expertise and passion for cooking to the kitchen. Together, they create a menu that revitalizes the restaurant, drawing in crowds and restoring its former glory. Helen also shows gratitude by helping them with their new region project as the Fire Gym Leader.
During this time, Serena learns that Ash and Alice are dating, which breaks her heart as she has had a crush on Ash since they were children. Although she tries to remain strong and supportive, the pain becomes too much to bear. After helping Helen reopen the restaurant, Serena rushes out, seeking solace in a nearby cafe. There, overwhelmed by her emotions, she breaks down in tears. In the midst of her sorrow, Mark, Ash's recently adopted brother, notices Serena and approaches her with concern. They strike up a conversation, and Mark's kindness and understanding provide Serena with the comfort she desperately needs. As they spend time together, a bond forms between them, and Serena starts to see a new path for her heart. Mark and Serena's connection deepens, and they soon begin dating, finding happiness and companionship in each other.
Ash and Alice, continuing their journey through the diary, adopt their eleventh set of disguises, representing Flying types. They transform into Skylar and Plania, skilled pilots ready to take to the skies. Their journey takes them to the Rota Kingdom to meet Ash's aunt, Queen Ilene. Queen Ilene is delighted to see them and provides them with the plane that once belonged to Red and Valerie, the AK151.
Realizing they have no experience flying a plane, Queen Ilene introduces them to East, the son of Wallace and Winona, who is a skilled pilot. East, with a passion for flying, agrees to teach Ash and Alice how to pilot the AK151. Under his guidance, they quickly learn the ropes, mastering the basics of aviation. The time spent together forms a strong bond of friendship between them. Impressed by Ash and Alice's determination and their shared vision for the Sevestar Region, East expresses his desire to contribute. He decides to take on the role of the Flying Gym Leader, bringing his expertise and passion for flying to the new region. With East's commitment, Ash and Alice feel more confident in their growing team and their ability to build a thriving region.
Learning that both his parents used to be stars in Pokémon Contests, Ash decides to follow in their footsteps by starting in the Hoenn Region. He diligently works to earn five ribbons, which qualify him for the Grand Festival. In the finals, he faces Reisa, East's younger sister, and after a fierce competition, Ash emerges victorious. Reisa, having tried seven times to win the Grand Festival but never succeeding, breaks down in tears, feeling like a disappointment to her family. Moved by her dedication and determination, Ash promises to help her train and prepare for future contests, vowing to support her in achieving her dream of winning the Grand Festival.
To further strengthen their bond and enhance their skills, Ash and Alice adopt their twelfth set of disguises, representing Water types. They transform into Jude and Aoi, talented musicians and performers. Along with Reisa, they form a band called 'The Colors,' blending their love for music and performance with their training. The band quickly gains popularity, providing a platform for Reisa to regain her confidence and refine her contest skills. Together, Jude, Aoi, and Reisa create a harmonious blend of music and Pokémon performance, captivating audiences and preparing for their next big challenge.
While traveling, Ash and Alice meet up with May and Max at Petalburg City. Ash, remembering his promise, has a battle with Max. After a thrilling match, Ash emerges victorious. Impressed by the potential he sees in Max's team, Ash offers him a position as a Gym Leader in the Sevestar Region project. Max is initially surprised but, with encouragement from Norman and May, he eagerly agrees to take on the challenge.
Continuing their journey, Ash and Alice adopt their thirteenth set of disguises, representing Ice types. They become Cole and Aurora, owners of a unique establishment known for its special ice houses made entirely from ice sculptures. These ice houses attract visitors with their breathtaking beauty and cool ambiance. While managing the ice houses, they meet Bryce, Alice's cousin. Recognizing his talent and passion for Ice type Pokémon, they ask Bryce to become the Ice Type Gym Leader in the Sevestar Region. Bryce, excited about the opportunity, accepts the role, further strengthening their growing team.
In Unova, Ash and Alice encounter a Porygon-Z being pursued by poachers. After successfully saving the Pokémon, they discover it belongs to Colress, the former Team Plasma scientist. Colress, now reformed, is working alongside N to rescue Pokémon from abusive trainers. Inspired by their noble mission, Ash and Alice decide to join forces and help form the new Team Plasma, dedicated to protecting Pokémon. During one of their missions, they save two individuals, Nate and Rosa, whose Pokémon had been taken by poachers. Grateful for their rescue, Nate and Rosa express their desire to assist Ash and Alice in their endeavors. Nate, an aspiring novelist, and Rosa, passionate about Pokémon styling, bring unique skills to the team.
Adopting their fourteenth set of disguises, Ash and Alice transform into Reukra and Namie, famous Pokémon stylists who once used these personas to gain influence and fame. Under these disguises, they help Rosa hone her styling skills. Nate takes on the role of the Normal Gym Leader, while Rosa embraces the role of the Dark Gym Leader in the Sevestar Region. With their new allies and strengthened team, Ash and Alice continue their mission to protect Pokémon and build their dream region.
When Eve collapses due to cardiac arrest, she is rushed to the hospital. Desperate to monitor Eve's condition closely, Ash and Alice use Uxie's power of knowledge to adopt their Poison type disguises: Eason and Gus, both doctors. Ash trains as a Pokémon doctor while Alice focuses on becoming a human doctor. After earning their licenses, Alice performs her first surgery on Eve, successfully stabilizing her sister's condition.
During their time at the hospital, they meet Tox, Dawn's brother, who is training to be a doctor. Tox struggles with nervousness regarding medication, so Ash and Alice offer their guidance and support. With their help, Tox gains confidence and decides to become the Poison Gym Leader for the Sevestar Region. They also encounter Lillie and Gladion, who inform them that their mother, Lusamine, is seriously ill. Despite their efforts to convince Lusamine to accept treatment, she refuses and ultimately passes away. Deeply moved by their loss, Ash decides to adopt Lillie and Gladion into the family, with Lillie becoming a member of the Elite Four. This strengthens their team and further solidifies their dedication to building a supportive community in the Sevestar Region.
Ash and Alice adopt their next set of disguises, representing Dragon types. They transform into Dragon Prince Shin and Dragon Princess Pauline, former identities used by Red and Valerie to tame dragons. Invited to Opelucid City for a speech on dragon taming, they meet two bullied siblings, Drandon and Lucine. The siblings share their tragic past, revealing they were labeled as cursed children in Blackthorn City due to their mother's promiscuous behavior, leading to their family being ostracized and chased away.
Moved by their story, Ash and Alice decide to take Drandon and Lucine as their students, teaching them the art of dragon taming. To confront the injustices of the past, they travel to Blackthorn City, where they find the people selfish and greedy, accusing Drandon and Lucine of being liars. When the townspeople threaten them, Ash and Alice, in their dragon disguises, fight back and unleash a blizzard upon the city. The remaining members of Blackthorn, assisted by Lance, intervene and apologize sincerely to Drandon and Lucine for their past mistreatment. With their newfound acceptance, Drandon becomes an Elite Four member, while Lucine takes on the role of the Dragon Gym Leader, further solidifying the Sevestar Region's strength and unity.
Because Ash shows affection to Alice by carving jewels for her, they decide to use their next set of disguises, representing Rock types, as Tom and Julia. Together, they open a jewelry store called 'Jewelove.' The store quickly gains popularity for its beautiful, hand-crafted pieces. One day, Steven Stone and his son Luke visit the store. Luke expresses interest in helping them out, as he has a talent for mining and a passion for gemstones.
Seeing the potential for a mutually beneficial partnership, Ash and Alice welcome Luke into their team. Luke's skills in mining provide the materials needed to create their exquisite jewels, while Ash and Alice focus on crafting and design. This collaboration strengthens their operations and brings a steady supply of high-quality gems to 'Jewelove.' Impressed by Luke's dedication and talent, Ash and Alice offer him the role of the Rock Gym Leader in the Sevestar Region. Luke eagerly accepts, ready to contribute to the region's development and share his expertise with aspiring trainers.
Ash and Alice adopt their final set of disguises representing Psychic types, as Rodney and Tosha, renowned space scientists. During a visit to the Anistar Sundial, they meet Olympia and her apprentice, Daniel, who is Tulip's son and a budding psychic. Daniel, eager to expand his horizons, shows interest in helping Ash and Alice with their project. Through Daniel, Ash and Alice learn that Red and Valerie once owned a villa on the moon called the 'Lunar Villa.'
Intrigued by the idea, they enlist the help of David and Colress to clean up space debris and pollution, making the area around the Lunar Villa habitable once again. With their combined efforts, they successfully reopen the villa, turning it into a stunning sanctuary. Impressed by Daniel's abilities and enthusiasm, Ash and Alice offer him the role of Psychic Gym Leader. Daniel, excited by the unique opportunity, decides to set his gym on the moon at the Lunar Villa, instead of within the Sevestar Region. This innovative approach adds a new dimension to their project, making the Sevestar Region and its affiliates even more extraordinary.
With the help of new friends and family, Ash and Alice are almost complete with the Sevestar Region, a region made from the island where Red and Valerie used to hide from their parents. The transformation of the island into a thriving region is nearly done, but they still need to address the issue of population.
Arceus offers them a unique opportunity by allowing them to travel between dimensions to a world devastated by war and the evil organizations, particularly Team Rainbow Rocket. In this war-torn dimension, people are struggling to survive. Among those they rescue are the famous Pokédex holders, individuals with special pasts and remarkable skills. Some of these heroes did not survive the devastation, but their souls have merged with people in the real world. Ash discovers that he has Red's soul merged inside him, while Alice carries Yellow's soul. Similarly, May, Dawn, Nate, Rosa, and Serena also find their souls merged with other Pokédex holders. This extraordinary connection enriches their abilities and deepens their resolve to protect and nurture the Sevestar Region.
The influx of these resilient and skilled individuals not only saves lives but also brings new diversity and strength to the budding region, ensuring its future as a place of peace and prosperity. Together, they forge a community where past and present heroes unite to build a better future, solidifying the Sevestar Region's place in the world.
