The Alliance declares total war on the turians after the unprovoked attack on the human colony world of Shanxi. The second fleet, the fifth fleet and Sixth fleet arrive at Shanxi. MVT releases several prototype prowlers that were designed for planetary infiltration and Deep-space reconnaissance are sent to turian space. The old eezo based war ships of 200 vessels would be awaiting orders at Arcturus station.
Project infinity is layed out over mars with all hands available being thrown into completing the first ever Infinity-class supercarrier that will become the pride of the Alliance fleet time to completion is classified.
The SPARTAN project is given the green light and the first class of 300 of the best servicemen and women are selected to undergo training and augmentation. David Anderson, Alec Ryder, James Shepherd and Hannah Falker are selected to join the SPARTAN program.
The Springhill-class mining ship is built and is used to mine mineral rich asteroids.

The Alliance prepares for operation STRIKE BACK three worlds of the Turian Hierarchy are selected as they are lightly defended and low in population. The second fleet will handle the turian world Lutus the largest and most populated while the 5th fleet handles Tunea and Ramlius in the same system. The 4th fleet will protect Shanxi.
The Halcyon MK II -class light cruisers are introduced into the Alliance navy and upgrades with the same technology the Pillar of Autumn has and with more added twenty five Halcyon MK IIs are now being built at the shipyards on mars.
February 5th 2155
Operation STRIKE BACK takes place and the second fleet attacks the turian world Lutus and after 21 hours the entirety of the planet and system are under Alliance control. The second fleet losses only 6 ships and 11,000 marines and army personnel on the surface of Lutus. The turian forces suffered 21,000 losses and the fleet of 12 vessels. 5th fleet along with elements of the MVT fleet manage to sucre Tunea and Ramlius and with minimal losses. The Alliance manages to acquire intelligence on their enemy. This also marked the first Alliance Psionics operatives deployment and achieved all of their objectives flawlessly with no losses.
The Alliance Parliament comes under scrutiny as the prime minister and most of his cabinet are forced to resign after someone leaked how Parliament wanted to talk to the invading turians rather than protect their people. The new prime minister Duchovny is sworn in and calls for all of Alliance space to answer the call to arms and protect their way of life and race.
Planes for a seventh fleet are layed out.

The Turian government kept the rest of the citadel council in the dark and sent in several fleets to reclaim their lost colonies. The combined ships are three hundred cruisers,frigates and corvettes and four dreadnoughts.
Two MVT nano-suit commandos or MVT Spec ops squads land on Metinea and start scouting the planet.
February 14 2155
The Turian fleet arrives at Lutus and are shocked when they see the size of the enemy ships and engage. The space battle between the second and turian fleet ended with the remains of the turian fleet retreating though the relay. The 300 ships sent by the turians only 69 managed to escape along with the one dreadnought. The Alliance lost 46 ships and 13 were heavily damaged but it was an important victory.
MVT begins with a new ship prototype, the Lancer-class frigate designed for anti fighter screening coming in at only 250 meters long 57 meters in Width and 60 meters in Height. They have 20 of the new Point-defense AG-2G quad laser cannons that are designed for anti fighter screening.
The Alliance military starts planning Operation Blitzkrieg.
MVT releases the new and improved slipspace drive that allows for 25 LPD ships that are not in combat are to be retrofitted with these new drives.

Second fleet invades Turian world Metinea and secures the world; a Salarian STG ship watches the battle from a safe distance and reports back to the council.

Tevos and Valern looked at the turian councilor Sparatus who was looking like he was trying to disappear into the floor. They were watching a recording of the fall of Metinea, one of their outer colonies.
" Care to explain to us about this councilor Sparatus". Tevos asked (demanding) the turian. He knew he was in trouble now. Why did he take this post again? Oh right orders damn!
" Three months ago a fleet that was looking for a batarian pirate fleet that attacked one of our colonies in doing so the fleet had come across an unknown vessel that was attempting to activate a relay and to uphold galactic law fired on the unknown vessel and then attacked their world that was in the System". [Wait for it] he thought.
The Asari councilor looked rather pissed." So let me understand this, you're telling me the turians fleet not only completely ignored first contact protocols but decided to use their guns instead and invade their world". She said a bit too calmly but her bionics started to show.
[Three..two] Sparatus thought
" You damned brutes, this is why Asari handles first contact"! She screamed out.

" Not to mention the three hundred ships your government sent with four dreadnoughts, only sixty-nine and one dreadnought manage to make it back; that would mean two hundred and thirty six ships and tens of thousands of turians were killed and ships destroyed". Valern said, pulling up the remains of the fleet that tried to retake Lutus.
" We will be sending a diplomatic vessel to Metinea. You will tell the hierarchy to cease ALL hostilities while we clean up your mess". Tevos said well, more like demanded it.

Alliance and Asari diplomat's meet on Metinea and agree to start formal talks on the borders of citadel space and Alliance space in one month and twenty one day's.
The Turian 6th Dreadnought group is destroyed by the second fleet.
April 21 2155
Talks between the Human's system Alliance and the Turian's end after humanity refuses the Treaty of Farixen and several other laws and down right calling the citadel council an ineffective government. The conflict between the Human's System Alliance and the Turian hierarchy starts once again but this time it is widely known.
April 29 2155
The Humans System Alliance seventh fast attack fleet is completed and is made up of 180 frigates. The seventh fleet start harassing turian patrols supply lines, shipyards and mines if need be.
A MVT prowler finds the turian colony Aephus the turian colony has a major shipyard with thousands of military and civilian craft around it. Alexios gives the order to prepare for operation supernova. Alliance Parliament gives Alexios permission to use a NOVA bomb to destroy the turian shipyards after Operation Blitzkrieg.
Turians discover human colony Zion and attack and the small defense fleet is forced to retreat but leave as many troops and supplies behind vowing to return.
June 4 2155
Operation Blitzkrieg ends in success and several turian colonies that are low in population but are used for mining are captured. The casualties are light compared to what estimates given. The Turian hierarchy sends its 3rd, 4th and 5fth fleets to relay 314 to attack Shanxi. The combined fleets equal 300 ships and 6 dreadnought's.
The turian fleet arrives to see that 388 ships are waiting for them; the turian fleet engages the forth and the remains of the Shanxi fleet. The battle waged for the next nine hours before the turians retreated. The Alliance fleet loses only 38 ships and a large number of fighters but manage to force the turians back and hold the system.
June 14 2155
MVT PMC's and the Sixth fleet begin operation supernova the fighting over the shipyard at Aephus. The alliance marines and PMC's land on the shipyard and N7 commandos and psi operatives as well and started fighting their way to their objectives. The MVT fleet and alliance fleet take heavy losses from the overwhelming numbers of the turian's. The alliance forces managed to gather intelligence on the turian movement's. The nova bomb was planted and armed with several N7 commandos and three psi operatives staying behind to make sure it went off as planned. The remains of the fleets left the system and the NOVA bomb went off obliterating the turian shipyard and much of the ships around the shipyard unfortunately it caused damage to the colony with more deaths than wanted.
The galactic community is shocked at the display of nukes and the remains of the turian shipyard and horrified at the extremes humanity was going to. The turians soon adopted a policy of no mercy and started by orbital bombarding Zion. All 1.2 million people on the planet died as a result the alliance soon started to pull it's forces back for a redeploy.

Alliance diplomats locate the quarian Migrant Fleet and meet with the admiralty board.
The turians invade Artemis Tau the colonies Proteus and Therum.
Alliance block ops teams land on Torntus a heavy population turian world that houses heavy manufacturing centers. Several SHIVA nuclear weapons are detonated on the planet and casualties are in the tens of thousands. This cripples the turian war effort for the time being. The turians start breaking out old nuclear weapons from the Krogan rebellion.
June 24 2155
Alliance diplomats and quarian admiralty board after a very sensitive period after the use of AI by the alliance is revealed that almost started a firefight in the chambers. The ship yards over mars that are vacant will be given to the migrant fleet to repair and build new ships and the alliance supplies them with new eezo based technology for them but no AI is allowed near their ships. The migrant fleet started to move for relay 314 and the sol system.
The first ever Valiant-class super-heavy cruiser flies out of the shipyards on mars with several more 80% complete and fitted with plasma and laser based weapons and energy shielding.
The Firestorm interceptor is produced and begins mass firestorm interceptor is the most advanced fighter in all the systems Alliance navy. The firestorm interceptors are equipped with two missile pods and one of three types of cannons: a laser cannon, plasma cannon or an Fusion Lance. As of right now only 600 Firestorm interceptors are completed and have been shipped to the front line.
The Proteus colony is destroyed by the Turian 23rd fleet.

The migrant fleet arrives at the sol system and the alliance parliament welcomes them to the sol system with open arms. The quarians soon start using the shipyards to work on their ships and assist with the Alliance projects. Many of the ships the quarians are too worn down for repair and are sold to the humans for parts and resources. All quarians civilian's are to be housed on mars or earth some scientists ask for blood samples from quarians for medical purposes.
The Treatment of the quarians by the galactic community come out and the human population is horrified and the AI's who understand why the geth revolted but to make a species go slowly extinct if their ships fall is too far for punishment for something their ancestors but some think they deserve for trying to kill their AI's for asking a simple question nor do they believe the geth want to kill all organics. Alexios soon seeks out Admiral Zaal'Koris vas Qwib-Qwib for his views on the geth and agrees to contact the geth at some point and time and see if they are really not genocidel machines.
The colony of terra nova is discovered by the turians and invaded 120 old mass effect ships from the Alliance navy are sent to kick the turians from terra nova.
Operation BROKEN PRIMARCH is drafted and prepared.
July 23-28 2155
The turians start a massive offensive at Shanxi with 1,000 ships and the Alliance fleet had to resort to using SHIVA nukes and a NOVA to hold the turian's back but suffer heavy losses and the call for Shanxi to be evacuated of all non military personnel. The Alliance and MVT start to fortify the planet to make it a shield for the inner territories.
Alliance forces arrive at Terra Nova and engage the turian fleet after hours of fighting the turian fleet is destroyed to the last. Forty two alliance ships are lost with all hands as the turians destroy the escape pods they came across.
The SPARTAN project processes well with real and intensive and sometimes fatal VR training. The GEN 1 MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Mark VI testing is completed and the augmentation and gene mods dates are set for August 23.
Several Asari freighters were destroyed by the seventh fleet when attempting to bring medical supplies to the front line of the war 800 Asari lost their lives. The Asari population started Turning against the humans as a result.
The turians complete their first carrier above their home world. The Primtius class fighter carrier is only 800 meters long and holds only 100 fighters and 20 bombers.
The colony of Therum is saved by the newly created Alliance 8th fleet.
July 30 2155
The Asari attempt to have both the humans and turians meet to discuss peace but no side is willing to accept the terms of the other the talks end in failure.
Project infinity thanks to the quarians help the ship is 75% completed.
The Alliance 8th fleet completely annihilates the turian 23rd fleet in the Sparta system.
The Primtius class fighter carrier is considered a massive disaster when it was destroyed in battle above the human colony world Resort. The Primtius class fighter carrier is woefully underpowered and their fighters and bombers have to be redesigned to match the human air wings in combat. The human Lancer-class frigate becomes a death sentence to any and all fighters and bombers as though the war it has decimated many of the turians air wings. Lancer-class frigates are now targeted by turian commanders when engaging the Alliance navy.
The war reaches a stalemate and casualties reach 12 million and rising.
Alexios sends in a female operative in a new agent AKA The war mistress and meets with batarian diplomats starts selling mass effect weapons and armor to batarian pirates and slavers to attack turian worlds in exchange for them to keep the birds down. The Alliance Parliament is aware of the deals Alexios makes under his master of war persona but agrees that the batarians will most likely betray them in time. The Alliance has already drawn up several plans to cripple the batarians and attack them.
Third person POV multiverse technologies shipyards over mars
Alexios looked at the SSV infinity was really coming well and good with more advanced technology as well. The whole thing was going to be an ace in the hole they needed and even with the seventh fast attack fleet doing damage to the turians and had lost only 18 ships and the fact they were dealing mainly cargo ships and their light escorts but that was adding up and they were stealing whatever was useful in the ships and sending it home. The war needs to be finished and soon the reapers are watching and that last thing he needs is an invasion by some cuttlefish assholes early. Alexios was able to have a planet that was on the Unity system that housed one dextro garden world and two dextro moons. They were nowhere near the fighting and they were offered to the quarians. Who already started colonies on the world and moons. The ban on having one child was lifted so the quarians population was going to increase dramatically soon.

Now the only problem was convincing the quarians to join the Alliance and have their ships and troops join in the war. Alexios was still dealing with the Admiralty board about him and Koris going to speak to the geth and hopefully it is a big gamble but make peace between them and bring them into the war. Yes it was a dirty play but hey they need more ships and people and even with more people joining the navy and army they have less able bodies then the turians.
[ Thankfully our superior ground forces are holding out good and the navy isn't slaking either] Alexios thought.
The battles were getting more brutal and the turians started using nukes. Thankfully they were not as powerful as theirs but it did do a lot of damage. He also started to manufacture advanced cybersecurity software and antivirus software. The ODST core was running low on volunteers and the SPARTAN project was still doing training. While they would never be as good as SPARTAN II in the Halo universe they should match the spartan-IV's but not the III and definitely not the II's. Hell, medical technology he introduced into the Alliance even managed to cure Alec Ryder's wife and about a dozen other diseases as he started to use meld and gene mods from XCom on several N7 commands who volunteered for them. Now The Alien Alloy or Alloy A from X-COM was stronger than Titanium A and more durable and lighter but still stronger but more expensive to manufacture. They had managed to make a hybrid of Titanium A and Alloy A called Titanium AA. Now that shit was stronger than both and could handle a hit from a heavy MAC and plasma lance missiles and cannons multiple times and still come out looking good. That's why the SSV infinity was being built with the stuff.
The next thing was the MK 3 armor for the marines and army as the MK 2 was not what the Alliance wanted and so the MK 3 was made and that just entered mass production that was made with Alloy A. It enhanced the protection to new limits. The Armor for snipers and medics was also made of the stuff but it didn't offer the same level of protection but it did offer better protection than the MK1 marine armor. The added filtration system also stopped toxins and pollutants from getting in and protecting the wearer from the environment hazards. There were other advancements happening, sure war did that.
" And war.. war never changes". He said and he didn't even hear his office door open.
" No it doesn't". The recognizable baritone voice of Hackett came out. He was in his alliance navy uniform with a pistol at his side.
" I am sure Alliance Parliament told you that you will be commanding The SSV Infinity when she is completed". Alexios said to Hackett who nodded. " Operation BROKEN PRIMARCH will be proceeding as planned whether the Infinity is completed or not". Alexios was quite sure it would be they were making good progress on it.
" BROKEN PRIMARCH is a gamble but it may work". Hackett said.
" Recruitment rates are up 200% but even with the influx of people joining the Alliance armed forces the turians still hold the numerical advantage over us". Alexios said and that was one of the problems that the Alliance had when fighting the turians.
" So what is the reason why you asked for me here"? Hackett asked and Alexios hit a button on his omni-too.
Third person POV Palavan Primarch warchambers six months later
" The Humans are dug into the worlds they have along with the they have taken from us". A Turian with red face marking said as he brought up the failures to retake their worlds.
" We Lost the 23rd fleet and batarian slaver and pirates have started to hit our outer colonies they hit Tutus several days ago the defense is gone and the population has dropped from 23,000 to 3000 the slavers made off with 20,000 turians and with our fleets spread thin from the war and our policing the rest of citadel space we are in a predicament". Admiral Berius said he had lost most of his fleet at the second battle of Lutus before withdrawing.
" Spirits Damn it we need more ships and soldiers we are losing to much and the humans ship even when we take out their shields the armor is so thick it takes several ships all shooting their dreadnoughts and superdreadnought to take it down and that's not counting that the humans fleets flagships are four kilometers monster's that can one shot anything we have and we have yet to even destroy one of them". Fedorian then slammed his fist on the table stopping the other Admiral from ranting.
" We are in this position because we have been using the same doctrines for war for a thousand years. The humans have capitalized on that and we need to use this time to redesign it". Fedorian said and then a Primarch snarled out.
" We can't, we don't have the time or resources to fully implement the changes you are asking-.
" The humans have"! Fedorian stood up shouting he has had enough." The humans are adapting to every strategy we throw at them and then they make a counter strategy and they pass it through the ranks``. Fedorian looked the other in their eyes. " An overzealous pair of our own attacked a species for breaking a law they didn't even know existed and now we are ALL paying the price". He looked and dared anyone to challenge him. Fedorian was a proud turian but this war is costing them too much.
" What are you saying, Fedorian?"The Primarch of Palavan asked.
" We are losing too many ships and soldiers. The humans are targeting our manufacturing systems and they are going to bleed us dry of credits and resources we need". Fedorian was no fool; the humans were also aware of how many of their dreadnoughts were destroyed and the price for them was high. " During the Krogan rebellion the Asari flooded us with credits and other resources and the Salarians provided us with information technology and we are up against a species that has the qualities of all council races: the bloodrage of the Krogan and the brutality of the batarians-". He was cut off by another turian who called him a coward.
" That's why we're here". The voice of a salarian and then Fedorian saw an asari.
" The citadel council won't join the war but they never said anything about us".

Well here is chapter four. I hope you like it and well there will be more war soon and the turians will be getting more help from our two figures. The Alliance is going to start feeling the pressure soon. The turians will be feeling the pain soon as well and the geth and quarians should make peace and join the Alliance or not.
