Carmine farted while exercising and it was clear from the way that it stunk in every sense that she was feeling quite nauseous which was only possible with the fact that she was sweating a very large amount of sweat on top of her flatulent fumes, with it causing her to leave the gym since she needed to get herself water as a way to reduce the urge to throw up from the putrid stench emitted from her body.
