(3 years later)
3 years have passed since naruto and Jiraiya went on their training trip. Everything in konoha went quite without our favourite blonde hero. Over the three years jiraiya has trained Naruto all over the elemental nations except Iwa which he refused since he looked a lot like his father didn't wanted any trouble.
Jiraiya also find out from his spy network that Akatsuki will began after 3 years so he has plenty of time to train naruto.
He abused Naruto's ability to create a thousand clones to speed up his training.
Naruto in terms of pure skill easily surpassed jiraiya the only thing that differs him is lack of all the experience jiraiya has. That's why he also requested Tsunade for missions they started with C ranks after a year of training and gradually increased the ranking. Naruto easily mastered his father's hummingbird and his mother's Whirlpool Fist that was exclusive for Uzumaki Clan and mixed both together. He sometimes used elemental chakra depending on the situation. His fuinjutsu was better as being an Uzumaki he was better in seals than jiraiya. He also spent 6 months in Ruins of Whirlpool Village and took that time to finish everything about fuinjutsu. He also developed various seals of his own which jiraiya approved as well.
His ninjutsu is the most terrifying, since he has huge chakra reserves he can throw S rank jutsu's left right and centre without getting tired. He trained in wind and earth affinity in Sunagakure, Lightning and Storm Release in Kumogakure, Water, Fire Affinity and Wood Release in Whirlpool Village. He also mastered all of Uzumaki Clans Kekkai Genkai he inherited in Whirlpool Only.
He also completed his father's rasengan by adding fire, lightning and wind element to it along with shape manipulation. He also imprved the Hiraishin when Kurama pointed out the flaw that he can't teleport in water surfaces. Which after 3 months of brainstorming he achieved it.
For his Kenjutsu training jiraiya took naruto to Iron Country since samurai's there were once allied with Uzumaki Clan and Whirlpool Country. General Mifune leader of Iron Country himself trained naruto in arts of kenjustu. Kurama trained him in genjutsu as now that he has balanced chakra he can use genjutsu. Naruto also finished all the jutsu's given to him by Tsunade even though he don't need them but he still learnt it for her surrogate mother figure.
Currently we see two figures walking in fire country towards Konohagakure. One of them is jiraiya and other is Naruto who was now 6 feet tall since he trained properly and took his diet. He wore a dark blue anbu outfit and over it he wore a red trench coat with black flames gifted to him by Kazahana Koyuki when he and Jiraiya visited the spring country a year ago. He also wore two necklaces one of which contained a swirl and other a fox with nine tails. He also has the sealing tattoo on his arms, one contained his mother's sword Benehime, second contains a sword named Kazehime gifted to him by Haruna, daimyo of Vegetable Country. Last was a dragon tattoo which was used to summon dragons which he sighed in honour of his mother and his clan.
"So gaki, excited too meet them?" asked jiraiya
"I am sensei, I missed them a lot" said Naruto
"don't worry Gaki I'm sure you'll do fine except for those 3 scrolls you have" said jiraiya with a slight chuckle
"I know that Koyuki-hime, Haruna-Hime love me as well so did Hina-hime and Shizune-chan" said Naruto
"Don't worry kid you know about CRA right?" asked jiraiya
"Yes I know I'll discuss with tsunade oba-chan once we reach the village so why update on their movements?" asked Naruto
Jiraiya's face turned all serious "It don't be long, they'll start with 1 since they need then in a order" said jiraiya
"It's a good thing that I gave Gaara one of my kunai" said Naruto
"Good precaution and I sent a message ahead that we'll be arriving in two days time also the council will throw a fit since you now look like Minato except for whisker marks" said jiraiya
"Let them be, they can't touch me because of the treaty signed between Konoha and Whirlpool Village during marriage of Mito-sama and Shodaime-sama" said Naruto
"It will be fun the day your Heritage will be revealed, can't wait to see the look on their faces" said jiraiya and Naruto just chuckled as both continue to walk towards the village
(Konohagakure)
3 years has passed since Naruto's departure and the village went quite sure to lack of his pranks and chases which occurred after those pranks. They also added tsunade's face to the hokage mountain. Currently we see a lavender haired beauty walking towards the hokage tower. She was wearing a light purple kimono and a sword strapped to her side. She's Hyuuga Hinata member of Hyuuga Clan and current heiress.
"Hinata nee-sama* yelled a female voice, Hinata turned around to see four kids running towards her.
"What are doing here Imouto?" asked hinata
"Hinata nee-chan do you know when boss is coming back?" asked Konohamaru while other two nodded.
"I want you to train us nee-sama" said hanabi and other three also give their approval
"Naruto-kun will be back in two or three days" said hinata
"And about training us?" asked moegi
"Isn't Ebisu training you?" asked hinata
"No he's pervert" said hanabi with a annoyed huff
"And he doesn't teach us actually whatever we know you taught us" said udon
"Very well, let me just deliver these papers to tsunade-sensei" said hinata
"Ok we will accompany you" said udon and four walked towards hokage tower as they reached the tower a problem came in front of hinata.
"Hello Hinata-chan" said kiba as he walked upto hinata
"Hello kiba-san" hinata greeted with a frown
"Why are you hanging out with these idiots you should be with an alpha like me" said kiba as he tried to grab hinata's hand who dodged it easily
"I'm sorry to inform you that I'm not available for dating kiba-san, so I suggest you to leave me alone" said hinata in a stern voice
"So you still have a thing for that deadlast huh, the one who didn't even acknowledged your feelings come with me I'll make you scream my name and forget his in a hour in my bed" said kiba
WHAM!! "Aaaaahhhhhhhh" screamed kiba in pain
As soon as those words left kiba's mouth hinata gave a chakra enhanced kick in his midsection which made him scream and sent him flying
"Next time try this Inuzuka I'll make sure to make you suffer this is the last warning from me and my clan since you were my teammate once" said hinata and looked at other four who had stars in their eyes making hinata sweatdrop at the reaction
"Nee-sama is so strong" said hanabi
"So cool" said moegi
"Just like hokage-sama" said udon
"I wonder what boss will do to dog boy?" said Konohamaru
"Come you four" said hinata as she entered the tower and notioned them to follow.
A few minutes later hinata knocked on the door of Hokage's Office.
"Come-in" said the voice
and hinata opened the door and entered it only to be greeted at sight of his father and inuzuka matriarch present with the hokage and Shizune while hokage's desk is empty because of her and Shizune helping tsunade with paperwork.
"Sensei, these are the latest result of poisons I tested" said hinata and placed a stack of paper of the table
"That many?" asked Tsunade with a raised eyebrow
"Eh Tsunade-sama me and hinata created them" said shizune with a nervous laugh
"What are you doing here father?" asked hanabi from behind hinata
"I came here to form a marriage alliance between your sister and Inuzuka Kiba " said hiashi
"No" said hinata instantly
"No?" asked tsume
"No I won't be marrying harmonal pervert who talks about rutting me in front of my sister and whole village beside I don't love him" said hinata
"Listen hinata its not like this he's a good man besides your clan will favour with our alliance as we are the second strongest in the village" said tsume
"Still no but tell me who holds a more political power a spoiled son of a clan head who thinks of women as a sex tool or someone who's connected to four of the five Hokage's and already a daimyo by status to a now destroyed nation but none of it matter as he's the strongest shinobi in this village now and we love each other even before we came against this information" said hinata
"Who is he hinata?" asked Hiashi
"You may know him father after all his father was your teammate along with tuechi ji-san" said hinata and hiashi's eyes widened in realisation
"Very well daughter as you wish, I would like to meet him soon" said hiashi
"yes father" said hinata and turned to her companions "Come I'll teach you" said hinata as she reached for the door
"Hinata he'll be back in two days" said Tsunade
"Thankyou sensei" said hinata and walked out of the room
"Hiashi, I will not tolerate this. my son loves her and choosen her as his mate" said tsume
"Listen here Tsume, she's my apprentice she can't be forced into any marriage not even hyuuga council can do anything to her" said Tsunade
"They fear her, ever since they received a beating from her for questioning her training methods" said hiashi with a chuckle
"I will take it upto to the council than we'll see" said Tsume
"Wait for two days than after that you can bring up a council meeting" said Tsunade
"Very well" said tsume and walked out angrily
"I must warn my clan to be careful of Inuzuka Clan" said hiashi
"Yes please and tell Neji to accompany Hinata during training as the girl trends to train till exhaustion and we can't have kiba approach get in that state we all know what he will do" said Tsunade
"Hai hokage-sama both natsu and neji will be with hinata and once sensei comes back I'll ask him to create a way to remove that seal and create a new one for us" said hiashi as he walked out of the room.
( At an unknown location )
In an unknown cave we find 9 human silhouette like projection on top of a humanoid statue.
"It's time Deidara, Sasori bring us the one tails Ichibi jinchuriki" said leader
"Hmm! I'll show that jinchuriki my art hmm" said a long blonde haired man
"Quite deidara, we'll be at suna in two days leader-sama" said a man who's shorter than the blonde one.
"Rest all of began gathering information about whereabouts of your targets, their strengths and weakness that we can exploit" said leader
"Hai leader-sama" said all and one by one all 9 projection disappeared from the cave.
( Two Days Later )
The sun shines brightly over Konoha as villagers bustle about their daily routines. The massive wooden gates of Konoha stand open, welcoming travelers and shinobi alike. Two figures approach the gates.
"Finally We're back sensei" said naruto as he approached the gates of his home and was smiling widely.
"It's good always good to be home Naruto, I'm proud of the shinobi you become in last three years" said jiraiya
"Tch still you have lot to learn" muttered kurama while pretending to be asleep.
'I know but let me enjoy my return for a while' said naruto
"Two days all you have and after that I'll start with sharingan training even though you know jutsu's but facing someone like Itachi and the masked uchiha will be trouble" said kurama
'Very well' said naruto and they reached the gate and naruto looked at eternal guards sleeping at the post.
"Security is so lax sensei" said naruto and shook his head in disapproval
"Let them have their rest naruto, they work here all the times" said jiraiya and approached the two sleeping guards
"Yo! Kotetsu, Izumo time to wake-up" said jiraiya and slammed his hand on the table making both chunin jump in surprise and immediately took weapons out.
"Who's there?" asked Izumo as both looked around only to see jiraiya
"Jiraiya-sama!!" exclaimed kotetsu
"You shouldn't be asleep, here Jiraiya of Sannin returning to Konoha" said jiraiya and naruto approached the post.
"Yondaime-sama!!" said Izumo and immediately fainted making naruto sweatdrop at their reaction
"Seriously Sensei?" asked Naruto
"Indeed you are a copy of him Naruto with whiskers marks" said jiraiya
"Well it can't be helped" said naruto and took out a kunai and gave it to jiraiya "Go meet aunt tsunade, I'm going to see mom and dad first" said naruto and disappeared in a swirl of water and lightning.
Jiraiya sighed "He still haven't taught me how to do elemental sunshin" jiraiya said to himself and walked towards hokage tower to inform tsunade of their return.
( With Naruto )
Naruto arrived in sunshin directly in front of the main gate of his parents home. Naruto channeled some chakra into the seal and the main door lock clicked.
"Mom! Dad! I'm home" said naruto and entered the mansion after locking the seal. He went in only to see a well setup garden.
"Looks like seals are still working" said naruto with a smile and entered the mansion and made his way towards the hall which has his only family photo which is also in his parents room and the room which they setup-ed for Naruto but this one is larger than usual.
"I'm back mom, dad. The training trip was successful but I still have a lot to learn even though jiraiya sensei said I'm capable of beating him without his sage mode. I missed you" said Naruto and closed his eyes to feel the wind surrounding him as his someone was hugging him and moments later it disappeared
"I'll go see tsunade oba-chan or else she'll get mad at me" said naruto as he felt a slight pull and immediately disappeared in flash of red
( Earlier with Jiraiya )
Jiraiya was making his way towards the hokage tower and quitely observing everything even without looking.
'Jiraiya-sama is back but where is Naruto?'
'Maybe he went to ramen'
'No idiot he just came back he should've gone to see hokage first'
'Considering how much energy he has he left jiraiya-sama alone' were the few voices he heard and smiled as the villagers slowly acknowledging his godson.
"Jiraiya-sama you're back?" asked a voice from behind and Jiraiya turned around to see sakura standing there wearing her usual pink outfit and white shorts and only change he noticed is that she had grown tall and now started wearing gloves
'Hm Tsunade took more than one student' "Hello Sakura" throught/said jiraiya
"Is that baka finally back, I couldn't find him after everyone returned from the mission. I hope he got stronger because I need it to get sasuke-kun back" ranted sakura
"sorry but I'm getting late I have to report to tsunade-hime" said jiraiya and continued his journey 'Bring sasuke back yeah well she didn't mention dead or alive' thought jiraiya
"Sure I'll follow you I'm going to meet her anyway" said sakura and followed jiraiya towards the hokage tower.
Jiraiya and Sakura entered the tower and quickly made their way towards tsunade's office and gave it a knock.
"Come-in" was the reply and Jiraiya opened the door and entered the room with sakura.
"Hello Tsunade-hime we're back" said jiraiya
"Jiraiya why is naruto transformed into Sakura?" asked Tsunade in confusion and hinata and Shizune just giggled
"Quite you two" said Tsunade and both immediately went quite
"Oh she's the real sakura and gaki went ahead" said jiraiya
"Where?" asked Tsunade
"To meet them" said jiraiya
"Ohh, so ready to report?" asked tsunade
"Training Trip is a huge success hokage-sama, He mastered everything I taught him well except for sage mode since he wanted to do it with his other summons" said jiraiya
"Other summons isn't that baka used to summon talking frogs?" asked sakura
"They are toads" said jiraiya with a small glare and looked at tsunade " He found it when he visited that village ruins and spent some time there" said jiraiya
"Very well now I have to wait to inform him about his assesment and upcoming matters" said Tsunade
"No you don't" said jiraiya and put is one hand in pocket and moments later Naruto appeared in a Red Flash.
"I'm back Aunt Tsunade" said naruto as he stood beside jiraiya
'Ohh my naruto-kun is so hot' thought hinata and a huge blush crept up on her face
'My My I knew he would've grown but not this much' thought Shizune and blushed hard
'I wouldn't mind a date with him now. He'll beg me like before shannaro' thought sakura
"Naruto... You have grown. are you okay? did the pervet gave you trouble? are you hurt?" asked Tsunade
"No aunty I'm good and glas to be back I missed you Dattebayo!" said naruto excitedly and hugged tsunade
"Glad you're home gaki" said tsunade
"NARUTO-KUN" yelled boh shizune and hinata and tackled naruto in a hug
"Hello lovely ladies, I missed you both" said naruto
"We missed you as well" said shizune
"Yes Shizune-chan is right and don't forget your promise" said hinata while giving naruto a mock glare
"You have to make up for three years" said shizune and mimicked hinata's reaction
"Hai! As you order" said naruto as three got back up to their feet
"Hello naruto-kun" said sakura
'Kun?' thought naruto
"uhh huh" said kurama
'Can you stop my emotions sensing ability, I don't want to feel her lust' said naruto
"Already on it and done" said kurama
'Thank you kurama ' said naruto
'She called him kun? how dare she?' thought both shizune and hinata
"Hello sakura" was all naruto said before looking back at tsunade "Is Kakashi sensei going to stay outside the window or he's coming in?" asked naruto and the very same moment door opened and temari and Shikamaru entered the room.
"Naruto!" exclaimed temari and hugged naruto
"Hello temari, hello shika" said naruto and greeted them both
"Tch troublesome blonde, good to have you back" said shikamaru and naruto nodded
"What are doing here in Konoha temari, you know other than Gaara you're the only one who can use that jutsu" asked naruto in worry
"I know but gaara sent me here to finalise preparation for Chunin Exams, I'll be returning tomorrow morning" said Temari and naruto nodded.
"How do you know temari naruto?" asked shikamaru
"Well I spent six months in Sunagakure where I trained with Gaara and Temari while Kankuro played with his dolls" said Naruto making others laugh
"He hates you for that naruto" sais temari and turned to tsunade "Hokage-sama we're done here is the report" said temari and gave hinata the paper who handed it to Tsunade
"Very well you're free to leave" said Tsunade and temari and Shikamaru bowed and left the room.
"Yo!" said a voice from window as Kakashi decided to make his presence known but his eyes widened as he saw naruto 'Minato-sensei' thought kakashi and quickly composed himself
"You have grown naruto" said kakashi with a eye smile
"Yeah yeah" said naruto and tossed kakashi a book "Jiraiya-sensei gave me to read but I hate these books, so it's a gift to you from me" said naruto
"It is..." said kakashi and Started reading his new book
"glad you're kakashi, naruto in evening you'll be facing Kakashi, Gai, Asuma, Kurenai and Yugao for your assesment" said Tsunade
Naruto looked at jiraiya with a glare "You said it's only Kakashi" said naruto
"Hey at first it was kakashi she changed it" said jiraiya in his defence
"Well anyways at what place?" asked naruto
"Training Ground 7" said Tsunade and naruto nodded and went near Tsunade and held her wrist and hiraishin seal appeared on her wrist
"Only if you require me urgently else use toads" said naruto and tsunade nodded
"Come Hina-hime, Shizu-hime, I'll make lunch for you as compensation" said naruto and placed a hand on their shoulder and trip disappeared in a swirl of water and lightning.
"He still haven't taught me this" said jiraiya in frustration
"He added chakra nature to his sunshin?" asked Tsunade
"Yes and he won't tell me because it's a punishment for getting distracted during his sunshin training" said jiraiya
"Well I can ask him if I can copy it" said kakashi
"Well you'll be disappointed Kakashi, you can't copy his justu" said jiraiya
"Where is that perverted idiot went" asked sakura which reminded others of her presence that she's still their in the room
"Why are yoy here in the first place sakura? I have you assignment to bring entry list from Izumo and Kotetsu where is it?" asked Tsunade and sakura blushed red in embarrassment
"I'll get it" said sakura and immediately ran out of the office
"She's annoying" said jiraiya flatly
"Tell me about it, earlier I only planned to train hinata, ino and tenten along with shizune but that damn council forced me to teach her" said tsunade
"She still thinks naruto will follow her and get sasuke back for her like some love sick puppy" said jiraiya
"I want hinata on my team along with naruto, only than I'll be able to tolerate her" said Kakashi
"Yes seems like it and Kiba is trouble for team eight so I'll see what I can do" said Tsunade
"Thank you tsunade-sama" said kakashi
"Before you leave Kakashi be on time or else" said Tsunade with a glare which promised lot of pain to kakashi who just nodded and left using sunshin
"So jiraiya any new update on akatsuki?" asked Tsunade
"Yes they'll start moving now, I'll focus more on tracking them and informing naruto so that he can work on eliminating them with help of Kakashi" said jiraiya and tsunade nodded
"Anything else I need to know?" asked Tsunade
"Yes Koyuki-hime and Haruno-hime requested and alliance with konoha and confessed their feelings for naruto so it's an alliance with him not us. Kumogakure agreed to help us in wiping Akatsuki out and Raikage has sent a letter for you as well" said jiraiya
"Where are those?" asked Tsunade
"With naruto he'll give them to you after his assesment" said jiraiya
"Make sure to be there, I will need you input" said Tsunade and Jiraiya nodded.
"Well till than I'll inform Kakashi about Akatsuki" said jiraiya and disappeared in a poof of smoke and tsunade went back to finsihing her paperwork before evening's assessment.
