A hundred years passed, Prince Edward Island has become so advanced with technology, robotics in particular, they've spread out across the country up to it's 3rd Centennial celebration of its foundation.
Canada has become one of the most innovative and affordable places to live, even with centuries of political back and forth.
That is until he showed up.
Sigma!
Not a robot (or Numan, humanoid robot evolved since Blue, Rock & Roll) but an AI.
He is god incarnate!
He is He is everywhere, everyone, everything!
And He & his disciples are mankind's replacements!
To that end, he seized Prince Edward Island as his domain, trapping the humans and Numen within before striking upon the whole country and holding the larger world ransom. Numan corrupted by the Sigma Virus, turning them into his disciples against the feeble humans to do his bidding.
Those who resist fled underground, both humans and both cleansed & unaffected Numen become GOD Killers.
At night, they strike at Sigma's patrol!
They've reclaimed what they've lost!
And written graffiti on Sigma's turf!
"GOD is a virus!"
Religions made by man burned by Sigma!
Their faith and purpose broken!
Yet there are those who bare free will and shall never yield to such limitations!
The best of the GOD Killers just so happen to be the salvaged and upgraded original Numen: Blue, Rock & Roll!
AKA: Proto Man with his beam sword, Mega Man with his super strength and Alia with her arm cannon!
With the guidance of Iris, a Numan Advisor, they've cleansed as much Numen from the Sigma Virus, freeing them.
Roll researching technology gifted by the cleansed Numen that would allow her, Blue and Rock to have better chances against Sigma and his disciples. They've also gained trust of their human creators, per their programming based on their fathers. With the exceptions of current Numen, having programming not based on the three laws as a way of granting free will, dangerous as it sounds.
And find the source of the Sigma Virus. He could be anywhere on the island and could even transfer out of it unless they delete him where he stood soon!
Though they must also contend with other Numan, who are also against their fellow siblings and humans with their own pitiful agendas! Some can be easily subdued with or no violence, while others can be more of a challenge to prove for the God Killers.
And once Iris tracks down Sigma, separating the original from his decoys and Rock going directly into Sigma by acting to give in, only to become the anti-virus against Sigma, deleting him, freeing the island, and saved humanity to a larger extent!
But just as Sigma's gone, that doesn't mean life returns to normal very soon. At this point both mankind and the Numen must adjust. Some would rather live separately, while others co-exist with each other for as a good idea.
But once again, Blue, Rock and Roll cease function, having fulfilled their mission on destroying Sigma and his disciples before they could rule the world as the superior race over their creators.
What lies ahead since the Sigma Crisis remains uncertain.
