Hello all!

So I know what you guys are going to say.

"Grim, what the fuck ya doing? Another story?!"

Well, yes. This is another story inspired by one of the franchises I have loved and grew up with since I was a small child.

Star Wars.

And I'm going to be honest with you, Fuck Disney and *most* of their shows. Mandalorian Season 1 and 2 were awesome. But seriously, "The Acolyte" can go rot in a Sarlacc stomach for all I care.

Anyway, before I go on a tirade. This is only a one-shot for now. Unlike my previous one-shot "Let it All Out", I do need to let this cook on the backburner for a time. Only because I don't have time to add another story upon my already cramped and limited time. That being said, few little tidbits when it does go "full story mode":

1. "The Force" isn't real, Izuku has a telekinesis quirk like his mother, but OFA super charges it to give it "force-like" strength.

2. "Star Wars" was utterly destroyed during the Dawn of Quirks. Why? Because Yoichi LOVED it, and AFO is a dick.

3. The full story will be a Poly relationship (oh look, something I haven't done before _;) But with only three characters: Izuku, Komori, and one other girl. Before anyone think's it's someone within 1-A. Gonna tell you that it isn't, and she presents the "Dark side"... take a guess who :P.

4. If you want a visual of what the Lightsaber hilt and the blade look like, type in "Unstable Peacemaker's Lightsaber".

5. Disney Star Wars isn't Canon. Only canon Star Wars is Legends, Original Trilogy, Prequels, and Rogue One. (Honestly, it's the only good Disney Star Wars movie... God that Vader scene was *chef's kiss*)

6. Izuku's hero outfit looks like Anakin's in the second movie, but instead of the brown, it is dark green.

Special Thanks to Jade_Kitsune and Zabeck for beta-reading this. Especially Jade because of how much I had to rewrite due to some things not making sense. Also this is a return gift to "The_Mad_Mystic", since he gifted me a MHA/Star Wars story two years ago... sorry this one took so long bud.

So yeah, enjoy the one-shot, and May the Force be with you.

When the Knight turns Grey

One-Shot

Ever since he was a little boy, Izuku Midoriya wanted to be a hero.

The first memory he could recall was watching that classic video of All Might, how he saved so many people during that catastrophe, how the man just carried himself, and the values of being a hero.

And then, when Izuku was nearly turning five years old, he got his quirk diagnosis.

The utter joy on his face when he was told that he had got a quirk—better yet, it was just like his mother's! While only a minor telekinetic quirk, the doctor had hypothesized that his limit could be a little stronger than hers, which further thrilled the boy and made his pro-hero aspirations much greater.

Even though Kaachan kept telling him that he wouldn't be a good hero with such a 'weak' quirk.

Had it not been for Izuku being chased into that abandoned bookstore at the tender age of six, perhaps the blonde may have been right. For it was there that young Midoriya would come across two "ancient" books that would not only forever change the way he would train himself and his quirk, but also some of the values he would hold later on in life.

One led down the path of something called a "Jedi", a powerful organization of people who would wield a universal power called "The Force" to help and aid those in need, while the other was a book about the secrets of a "Sith", the opposite of the Jedi, focusing more on using The Force for their own goals, by whatever means necessary. While the very notion seemed more on the side of 'villainy', Izuku had to admit that certain aspects of the Sith Code, like using one's own emotions to fuel their power and could do some good with it.

However, he also knew the risks of letting one's emotions get the better of them, especially when dealing with a quirk like telekinesis. There were times when Izuku had noticed his mother working on something, using her powers to pull items closer to her, but at one time grew frustrated over something having to do with his absent father, and the pen she had been bringing closer to her all of a sudden flew across the room into the only picture of the man. To this day, neither Inko nor Izuku could figure out how she did that, and that a pen could puncture through a framed picture and wall so easily.

Suffice it to say, Izuku focused more on the teachings of the Jedi, with the fine-tuning it provided to control his emotions while using his quirk.

The young boy trained in secret to prevent his former friend and his cronies from ever finding out about the books, something Izuku now held as dearly as he did with his hero journals. As Izuku continued to grow, at the age of nine, he encountered someone who would be in his corner and help him on his journey to becoming a hero; someone named Mei Hatsume.

She was an eccentric girl with a knack for inventing and a logical mind to match. Mei and Izuku had first met when the green-haired boy had been looking in an electronics shop, trying his hand to identify possible parts that he could possibly construct, at the very least, the hilt of a lightsaber that was within the pages of the 'Path of the Jedi' book, which he had transferred to a notebook so he could keep the originals safe at home.

Turns out the shop he had ventured into was also owned by Mei's parents, which meant that the young pink-haired girl had overheard Izuku's request for help in trying to figure out the correct alternative pieces or similar to the parts needed for the boy to even attempt at making a lightsaber.

The two kids became fast friends, with Mei having promised she would build him an actual lightsaber once they reached the glorious halls of UA University to become not only the hero she knew Izuku would be, but also making herself his personal support technician. Izuku had a feeling she may struggle with such an impossible task, given some of the harder items to replicate, like the crystals, as well as the sophisticated level of technology to make such a thing.

Turns out, for Mei Hatsume, nothing was impossible.

The next big change in Izuku's life was that fateful day he met All Might, the number one hero in Japan and his idol. After being saved by the blonde hero from a villain made out of pure sludge, Izuku asked the only question he wanted the answer from the man who was the pinnacle of what being a hero was.

The answer he got back, however, wasn't what he was expecting.

From there, events played out similar to the story everyone knows by now: Izuku rushing in to save his bully, All Might being inspired by the boy and then offering him the powers of One for All, and, to better 'refine' his body, had Izuku clean up the debris at what was once known as 'Dagobah Beach'.

However, unlike the story everyone knows, Izuku had already been training his body at this point. Thanks to the teachings of the Jedi, and after convincing his mentor to pass the quirk onto him, so he could better train with it before the upcoming entrance exams four months away and learn what his current limitations were. But also to see how much stronger One for All would make his telekinetic powers.

Had it not been for All Might, or Toshinori Yagi, seeing the logic in his successor's words, Izuku wouldn't have been able to finish cleaning that beach only a mere two weeks later.

The power increase to his quirk was truly something to behold thanks to One for All. Where Izuku would have trouble lifting a large box full of his textbooks before, now he could lift broken-down industrial-sized refrigerators and half-rusted-out cars from the sandy "tombs" of the beach during the clean up.

Not only that, but he could finally lift multiple objects at once, though his control over them wasn't as precise as it was with only one object under his 'guidance'. But it had been an interesting way to meditate, what with him doing a one-handed handstand, with several appliances out in the junkyard that was behind the Hatsume's store. Even Mei didn't put up a fuss when he accidentally suspended her in the air while she was working on one of her mechanical 'babies'.

While it wasn't "The Force" exactly, given such a thing didn't exist in his world, the stock-up of power that was provided by One For All had boosted Izuku's quirk to pull off almost 'Force-like' strength. Given time, perhaps it would allow the young man to pull off such feats like something called the "Jedi Mind Trick". Could it be used to make villains stop and surrender before things get out of hand?

It was a possibility, but Izuku figured only more time and practice could provide him with those answers.

Looking back on it now, Izuku wishes he had made his request for One for All much sooner than he did, given his current circumstances.

"That's it, my Nomu! Take out that stupid brat!" shouted Tomura Shigaraki, his barely visible eyes wide and with glee as he cackled while watching his glorious bio-engineered creation take on one of the foolish hero students.

Admittedly, he was hoping for a quick end to the fight, considering the Nomu he had brought was designed to take on All Might himself. However, the hero student with green hair was a stubborn brat, using what he could tell was some kind of telekinesis quirk to not only barely stop any of the stronger swings of the creature's punches but also being able to lob large slabs of the broken concrete that had been made from the Nomu's earlier fight with the underground hero, Eraserhead.

But he was slowing down, and from what Shigaraki could tell, was finding it more difficult to either stop or slow down the Nomu's strikes and speed, more than likely growing ever more tired from the constant game of 'Cat and Mouse'.

"That's it my Nomu! Keep up the pressure and take down that brat!" cackled Shigaraki as his beast screeched with utter glee at its master's orders, further putting the pressure upon the student, who had barely dodged another strike.

Taking this moment to look back at Eraserhead, who was currently slowly falling into unconsciousness because of being pummeled into the cement earlier and the broken arm he had received from his Nomu. However, had it not been for one of his students at his side, doing her best to keep the concussed pro hero awake and keep him in the fight with his one open eye glaring hard at his creature. Shigaraki also noticed the worried look on her while also checking back to see if the boy was doing alright.

The outfit the brat was in was truly ludicrous, with bright white polka dots on a crimson red dress, with a matching hat that looked like the top of a stupid mushroom. And these were the next generation of heroes? Society really was pathetic.

"I don't know what's more sad." Shigaraki spoke up, catching the girl's attention as he sneered at her from under his 'mask', "You think that dumbass fighting my Nomu could survive this? Or the fact none of you will live once my Nomu finally puts down that punk."

"M-Midoriya will win!" The young woman exclaimed, a single chocolate-brown eye peeking through her auburn bangs with a look of defiance towards the villain, "H-he's a lot stronger than you think!"

"Please…" The villain scoffed and shook his head, "My Nomu was created to defeat All Might himself, there is no way some stupid brat with a crappy telekinesis quirk is ever going to beat it!" As if on cue, the pained shout of Midoriya echoed in the air catching their attention, as the Nomu had finally landed a solid hit against the hero student, sending him careening towards one of the faux building walls and another echoed shout of pain escaped the boy's lips as he broken through the wall, leaving nothing but a heavy dust cloud and darkened hole.

"Midoriya!"

"Hahaha! What a dumb ass! That's what he gets for being an NPC and trying to take on a Boss!" Shigaraki cackled once more, before turning towards the now teary-eyed girl who kept staring at the obscured hole in the wall, "And you should forget worrying about that corpse…" The villain spoke in a dark tone of voice that made the young woman shiver in fear as she felt his beady red eyes turn towards her and her fallen teacher beside her, with the very large Nomu landing just behind him and the shadow of the creature foreboding covering the two of them as Shigaraki started to laugh menacingly.

"Because you have much worse things to worry about..."

ed as he could feel the sharp pain in both his back and in his head, slowly pushing himself up onto his knees, his dark green and black leather garb covered in cement dust, which would be a pain to wash out later on. Izuku moved his bare right hand up to his head, only to pull it back to see now stained red with his blood.

Turning his head slightly left and right, taking in his surroundings and looking slightly confused as to where exactly he was. Izuku slowly pushed himself back up onto his feet, gasping from the throbbing headache, and stabilized himself by placing his other hand against the wall, right in the spider web-like cracks of where he had been tossed against.

Izuku squinted his eyes and looked towards the bright hole, though obscured by a heavy cloud of dust, that was leading back out to the central area of the USJ. The cackling of the villain echoed in the small room he was in as Izuku began to force himself to walk towards the exit, clenching his blood-stained glove into a fist.

"I need… to get back out there."

"You need to let go."

Izuku froze in his tracks, the second voice ringing in his head as he quickly looked around, his emerald eyes darting left and right to locate the source of the voice, "Wh-who's there?"

"You need to let go…"

Izuku gripped his head and gasped out in pain from the throbbing headache before the pain receded slightly.

"You need to let your anger flow."

"W-What? My anger?"

"If you do not, they will all die."

The voice said cryptically once more, though strangely, it had the tone of a slightly older man, as Izuku kept staring out into the dust-covered space before him.

"The abilities that you honed under the Jedi Code are not enough."

"A-Are you saying…?" Izuku's question trailed off before furrowing his brows as the blood from the injury on his head slowly slid down the side of his head before being wiped away. "Y-You're telling me to use the 'dark side'- I mean, my emotions with my quirk?"

"The Force is balance…" The voice spoke again, as if it sounded exasperated for some reason, "You cannot have light without the dark, nor can you have the dark without the light. All must be equal."

"But-"

"Do you not hear their screams?" The voice interrupted Izuku, who was startled by the question, "Do you not hear their screams for vengeance?"

Izuku could only stare out into nothing but that startled look on his face, "W-What?"

"The creature is nothing more than a puppet, its leash-holder having proclaimed as much with his tantrums." The voice continued, now a little more somber, "It is merely a carcass that misuses the gifts that were stolen by someone far more evil than any villain you watched on the news or written about in those notebooks of yours."

A drop of sweat ran down the side of Izuku's head, mixing with his blood as the boy's mind raced with the implications of what the mysterious voice was telling him. The very idea that someone could steal someone's quirk nearly made Izuku sick. How could anyone even dream of robbing anyone of their wholly unique gifts? Granted, Izuku was not one to talk, given how he was able to receive One for All from his mentor, All Might…

Izuku suddenly snapped out of his thoughts with the realization that he was still currently in danger, not only himself but his classmate and teacher, let alone everyone else who would soon be targeted by the unstoppable creature. Izuku began to quickly pat himself down, trying to think of anything that could help stop the Nomu.

His regular telekinetic pushes and pulls could slow the creature for sure, but it somehow kept pushing through, even breaking its arm's at times from the crunch of bone and sinew that Izuku could hear during their skirmish, only for it to regenerate and heal rather abruptly. Any debris he came across to launch at the Nomu barely did anything at all, so how exactly was-

His mind stopped when his hand came to rest upon the small device still hanging off of his belt, his breath hitched as he took hold of it, bringing it up to stare at the slightly beaten-up hilt of his 'lightsaber'.

Izuku looked at the device, something his best friend Mei had designed for him, a tool to use to clear debris or obstacles to get to trapped bystanders, his pink-haired friend warning him of just how hot the 'blade' of the tool was against flesh and bone. Izuku's emerald eyes watered up slightly, at the mere thought that one of Mei's 'precious babies', designed to help him save people, was now being considered to be used to strike down a sentient creature. Would she ever forgive him?

Could he ever forgive himself?

But that was the thing, wasn't it? This situation Izuku was currently dealing with was far from normal or anything he was supposed to be dealing with while he was supposed to be training to be a hero. Was he or any of his classmates ready for this? Fighting for their lives all because of some insane man-child's grudge against All Might?

As those thoughts stewed within his mind, making the green-haired student's eyes furrow into a scowl, Izuku clenched the hilt of the lightsaber in his hand, and unbeknownst to him, the blood on his palm seeping into the chamber where the artificially made colorless crystal was housed. The blood slid along the edges and surface of the crystal, thanks to gravity, giving it a slick sheen of red, staining it with those few drops of the teenager's crimson essence.

"Remember, anger leads to hate…" The voice spoke up once more, though its voice seemed softer in its tone, "And hate leads to suffering. Do not let your anger control you."

"Use it and harness it. For if it's fully unleashed, it will destroy everything you once held dear."

As the young adult was thinking upon the warning that the mysterious voice was telling him, his emerald eyes widened for a moment, realizing that right now, both his teacher and his classmate were still in mortal danger!

Had he been taking too long to get back into the fight? What if they were already dead and the villains were going to move on to the others?

Would it be his fault that they died because he wasn't strong enough?

With that last question in his mind, the young man dashed out into the lingering cloud of dust from within the darkness of the now vacated room, a lone figure slowly appeared suddenly, covered head to toe in beige flowing robes though the figure looked ethereal in nature, staring out to the direction Izuku had ran out, it spoke once more before fading back into nothingness.

"And thus, the first step towards the dark side is taken…"

"Fear."

"Nomu, put this bitch to rest, and make her suffer, I want to hear her screams," Shigaraki casually spoke as the large creature slowly began to walk around its master, drool dripping from its disgusting beaked mouth as its vacant eyes stared hard at her. Clutching the now unconscious teacher closer to her, Kinoko Komori clenched her eyes tightly, dreading the inevitable.

All she wanted to do was to become an 'Idol Heroine', someone that sang and danced for the masses to not only make them smile but also brighten their days. Sure, she would also train for rescue missions and the like, but Kinoko wasn't a fighter.

Her quirk "Mushroom", while being quite useful in humid places, for which to trip up people, was by no means helpful in this current situation. Not only was Aizawa no match for the Nomu, but not even Midoriya was, despite being one of the stronger students in their class. The looming shadow of the beast became larger with its growing presence, causing the auburn-haired young woman to scream when she caught a glimpse of the large fist of the Nomu raised to strike her before moving quickly to cover her fallen teacher in her arms.

Only for light to return to her world, with the earth shaking suddenly with another burst of dust swept past her and the prone body she held. Kinoko slowly looked up, to see that the Nomu had moved away from where it stood before her, now in between an enormous slab of concrete that seemed to have been ripped off one of the faux buildings surrounding the central courtyard. The hand-covered villain was currently recovering from the large amount of dust created from the Nomu's catch.

"WHAT?!" Shigaraki exclaimed after he recovered and his bodyguard tossed the slab away to reveal not far from the small group was the hero student from before, his left hand reaching out towards them, with his right hand now holding that weird cylinder that had been hanging off of his belt from before. The villain squinted his eyes, as for whatever reason, the student's eyes were now covered by their curly greenish hair with his head tilted down slightly, though he could see some of the ends were periodically dropping drips of crimson blood to the ground.

But that was not what was important to the decay user; he was more confused and infuriated at HOW this brat was still alive! Vigorously scratching at his neck, his eyes looked towards the dark portal forming close to his feet, watching as his "keeper" Kurogiri materialized from the darkened abyss beside him. "Master, time grows short, the other heroes will be here soon."

"Dammit…" Shigaraki tsked before grumbling, rubbing the back of his neck now and looking between the two heroes on either side, one scared out of her wits and holding a dying man, while the other was going to be a dead man shortly, "Fine, Nomu!" he barked out as the creature screeched suddenly from its name being called and turned its head towards its master, "Kill that brat and then finish off the girl and Eraserhead, we are leaving-"

"Peace is a Lie."

The area around them grew quiet and cold as the voice of Izuku Midoriya called out to them. Kinoko, while at first ecstatic and happy that her classmate was still alive and fighting, began to look upon her classmate with worry now, her smile fading as the villains looked on in confusion as to what the boy said.

Izuku slowly began to walk towards them, his left hand still reaching out towards the group of villains and he began to speak once more, almost like he was in a haze of some sort.

In truth, Izuku was first relieved that his fear of both Komori and Aizawa was already dead thanks to his ineptitude was proven to be false, but what the villain had ordered to do, to make his classmate suffer more than she probably already was at this point? To make her scream? That had made Izuku's blood boil. For some reason, deep down from within his memory, the passage of words he learned from one particular book just slipped past his lips.

And it felt all the more 'right'.

"Peace is a Lie. There is only Passion."

"...The fuck are you talking about?" Shigaraki growled low, his right eye twitching before hearing an inhalation of air from right beside him that caught his attention, looking towards Kurogiri, and his eyes widened in shock, "Kurogiri?!"

"M-Master!" The shadowy gasped out, crawling at the metal brace that was around his neck before it suddenly crumbled in on itself, making the misty villain exhale a heavy breath before being dropped to the ground like a ragdoll. Shigaraki watched as he could hear his 'escape route' barely being able to breathe before quickly moving his gaze back towards the student still walking slowly towards them with his left hand slowly lowering down.

"Through Passion, I gain Strength."

"NOMU! KILL HIM!" The hand-covered villain shouted and pointed towards Midoriya, with the Nomu shrieking in delight and launching itself towards the student, rearing its right fist back to punch its current target. The student stopped in his tracks while the creature was barrelling towards him. For the first time since being shown the device by Mei at the support studio, Izuku ignited the lightsaber in his hand.

The blade didn't appear at first, the device sparking only once before a brilliant beam of light shot forth, though what was supposed to be a pure white 'blade' was now crimson at the edges, with the 'pommel' of the hilt also alit with a small 'flame' of the purest and deepest color of red. The beam looked like it was struggling to maintain its form as Izuku lifted the weapon and side-stepped the oncoming beast, bringing it down and slicing off its arm.

Kinoko brought a hand up to cover her lips, not only out of shock at watching one of the gentlest of the boys in her class just slice off the arm of a villain, but also to not get sick from the rancid smell of the black blood that had splattered on the ground and parts of Midoriya's costume.

A second swipe of the blade had now removed the legs of the Nomu, much to everyone's further shock, especially Shigaraki given his "All Might Killer" was having trouble trying to regenerate due to the cauterized wounds it had received from the student. They continued to watch as the struggling Nomu was using its only arm to hold itself up, screeching at the left hand that had been raised towards its exposed cranium.

"Through Strength, I gain Power."

As he spoke, Midoriya's body suddenly lit up with electricity, before shooting towards the brain of the Nomu through his fingers like bolts of cold lightning, electrocuting it as the beast screeched out in agony that echoed out into the open air of the USJ, making everyone else stop and turn towards the source of the sound.

The lightning itself was wild, some stray sparks licking Izuku's face near his eyes, but did not make him wince. Kinoko was beginning to tear up as she watched her classmate brutally fry the Nomu's head, leaving it charred and burnt before slumping over like a pile of meat once the lightning had stopped sparking out from Midoriya's fingertips.

"W-What the hell ARE you?!" Shigaraki was now panicking, His Nomu had been killed at the hands of some weird brat who was doing nothing but taking down his entire operation like he was going for a casual stroll through a park! Not only that, he had hindered Kurogiri, his escape route! His beady red eyes were frantically looking around for something, ANYTHING, that could salvage this.

Sadly, there was nothing, but an idea suddenly formed inside of the villain's mind as he looked towards the stunned girl in the polka-dot dress, who seemed to be more concerned at staring at the freak than paying him any attention.

Might as well at least get one mob kill for the XP.

"Stupid brat, time to get dusted!" Shigaraki cried out, making the girl turn her head towards him as his left hand was about to reach her face. As she screamed in alarm from Shigaraki's approach, the hand-covered villain cackled wildly, so close to dusting the noisy wench.

That was until he was simply floating in the air, unable to move and only a mere few inches away from her.

"Through Power. I gain Victory."

As if he felt a tremendous force knock the air out of him, Shigaraki was hurled towards the treeline far from the small group with his back hitting one of the thicker tree trunks and breaking it, causing the tree to fall backward. The villain shouted in pure pain, trying to reach for his back before he felt a sudden gust of wind close to him. From the corner of his vision, he could see the blood-coated boots of his foe.

"Through Victory, my chains are Broken."

The cold tone of the voice echoed in Shigaraki's head as he began to grasp at his neck, feeling like something or someone was closing his esophagus while also lifting him into the air. The pressure on his neck was slowly starting to make the villain lose consciousness, and as his vision grew more blurry, he watched as the 'supposed' hero student slowly began to raise the beam sword thing again before blacking out due to the lack of oxygen.

The barely holding lightsaber hummed with power as Izuku raised his right hand, clenching it tightly while also choking the life out of the villain that had dared to go against him. As he watched the villain's limbs go limp while suspended in the air, Izuku began to speak once more, readying his weapon to deliver the final strike.

"The Force shall free-" "MIDORIYA! STOP!"

Komori's voice not only caused Izuku to jolt suddenly and knock him out of whatever sort of trance he was in, but also the weight of her hitting his back and her arms wrapping around his chest halted his actions and caused the now unconscious Shigaraki to collapse to the ground, but also made the lightsaber fall to the ground with a heavy thud, breaking the device once landed by his feet and ejected the now dry, but stained crystal out of its chamber.

Forcing Izuku to turn around, Kinoko reached up and pulled the boy's face down to stare into her somewhat visible shiitake-shaped and colored irises, while the boy could see the woman's worried expression on her face, her puffed-up cheeks were also showing her outrage.

"Midoriya! The fight is over! You need to shroom out of it!"

Izuku merely blinked a few times, as if finally coming out of the haze. While he was staring into Komori's eyes, he had tried to think about what had just happened, though for whatever reason he couldn't remember anything past entering the dust cloud and exiting the building he had been tossed into. Kinoko, on the other hand, took notice of a particular change in the boy's appearance.

"M-Midoriya! Your-"

"Did I do all this?"

His question stopped whatever Kinoko was going to say, as she watched the boy look all around to take in all the carnage he had done. As the two remained silent, a loud explosion coming from the entrance of the USJ could be heard.

"HAVE NO FEAR! FOR I AM HERE!" All Might's voice boomed out, having finally reached the USJ after learning of the attack from young Iida back at the university. The number one hero in Japan looked towards the small group of students that were by the door, seeing Uraraka and Ashido tend to an unconscious Thirteen. But before he could get an explanation as to where the others were, Mezo Shoji had run up to All Might.

"All Might! Sir, you need to head towards the central area! It's horrible!"

That was all the pro hero needed, as All Might simply nodded towards his student, "I'll check it out! The other teachers and the police are on their way and should be here shortly, stay here and await their arrival, young Shoji!" After getting a nod in reply back from the multi-armed student, the number one hero jumped from the platform towards the central area.

As All Might landed upon the remains of a battlefield, his trademark smile disappeared as he took in the scene before him. The entire area had been devastated with giant chunks of cement and earth strewn about the place, with many great holes that the pro surmised they had come from. There was a rancid smell coming from a large body not too far away from him, that nearly made All Might gag at the smell, but what truly stunned him was what his icy blue eyes were looking towards and walking slowly towards the small scene.

Beside the unconscious Aizawa and two others that were villains more than likely, there was Kinoko Komori, kneeling on the ground with his successor crying into her shoulder, his face obscured from him with Komori rubbing his back and whispering something to him and hugging him slightly as All Might took in their appearances.

While Komori seemed alright for the lack of a better term, she had a few scuff marks on her knees and legs, and parts of her outfit had some deep red splotches of dried blood that clashed with the bright red of the cloth. For whose blood it belonged to, All Might had a good guess.

Midoriya was in a completely dreadful state. Covered in dust and pieces of cement from head to toe, the dark green and black of his outfit were heavily saturated with the stuff, but also with the black and rancid blood of the dead body not too far away from the small group. He could hear the sniffles of his successor before gently calling out to them and walking closer, "Young Komori? Midoriya? Are you all-"

All Might stopped in his tracks and went silent as both students looked towards him, the number one hero's mouth slightly agape as he looked upon Izuku's crying face.

The golden yellow irises with fiery red rims of his successor looked up at all Might, the tears streaming down his cheeks and stained red from the blood of his head injury. All Might's heart broke when he watched Izuku grow more upset upon seeing his mentor and choked out to him.

"A-All Might… I-I'm so sorry!"
