Chapter 6: I reunite with family.
On Olympus
It was a dark night. It was the second anniversary of the passing of Percy and everyone was there to remember the hero and what he did for them. Poseidon was somber as always as the rest of the gods tried to keep him chipper and distracted. Artemis, who was with her hunters, had a slight tear running down her eye as she truly did miss the hero as he was one of the only men she trusted because of what he had done for her previous lieutenant Zoe. Speaking of lieutenant,Thalia, Percy's favorite cousin was holding her necklace hard as she still felt the pain of his absence. Looking around at the other gods everyone was pretty much the same. Most of the males besides Apollo and Hermes where indifferent. Those two kept their heads down as they really did miss their friend and companion. The goddesses on the other hand were taking it much more rough. Aphrodite held a picture of him looking longingly as she hated how she medled a lot with his love life. Demeter looked at the flowers on her throne as they seemed to be wilting at her growing sadness. Athena felt truly sad at the loss of the hero, for even tho he was a spawn of posideon it had really affected her and her daughter more then she would have thought. Then there was Hera. The queen of the gods felt a sense of hurt as she did not know that the death of a hero would weigh so hard on her family and her. She respected the boy and took a liking to him but did not share that with anyone. Then came the most heartbreaking reaction. That of Hestia. She had felt like he was such an important part not just to them but to her as well. He was the only one that really noticed her importance and she would cherish that for the rest of her life. Looking at the scene Zeus threw his bolt into the sky as he gathered everyone's attention. "I know it has been a rough time and all after we lost one of the greatest heroes of all time. But today it is a day to honor the hero. So let us begin with the ceremony." At this the gates to the hall broke open as Annabeth followed by Grover and Juniper ran in in full panic. The gods just stared at them as they waited to see what was going on. Zeus started to speak in a more agitated gone. "Demigod and spirits what is this madness. The turn for the Demigods to come in is not for another hour." Annabeth ignored as she ran in and started to speak. "I think Percy is back." At this statement all the gods peaked in their interests. They looked at her as Poseidon spoke. "What do you mean child he has been dead and gone for 2 years you were the first one to say that as you were there when it happened." Annabeth signaled to Grover to come forward and to say what he felt. "Go on Grover tell them what you told me earlier." As Grover stepped forward he was a bit anxious as he slowly started to speak having all of the gods attention. "Well I was sleeping in today and I felt a massive area of the wild just suddenly dissappear. I don't know where it was from but I confirmed with a lot of nature spirits that they also felt it dissappear. And some may be saying It has something to do with Percy." At this all the gods looked at him with such confusion and questioning looks. Hera surprisingly was the first to speak up. "Little saytr how can that be linked to the great hero. There is literally no link between nature and the hero so why is that such a big deal." Grover
shook his head as he started to speak again. "That would be true but when I felt the presence leave I also felt my empathy link that tied me to Percy finally dissipitate. That can only be cause if he had changed something involving in nature." They all looked confused thinking that Grover was just speaking nonsense as Artemis stood up and spoke. "That doesn't seem right considering I would have felt it as well since I am also connected to nature so I would have felt it as well." At this Grover started to hide behind Annabeth as a very dark energy started to form At the end of the hall. Everyone stood still as they felt a very powerful being coming from the portal as it looked like pitch black before a tall male and a shorter female stepped out. They seemed to be having a joyful conversation until they stepped into the light and the male noticed where they were. He cut his phrase short as he looked up. "Yeah Caly you will love the outside world soooo……. Holy shit ummmmmmmm I am sorry to barge in I hope I am not interrupting." Everyone stared in shock as it was Percy standing there looking a bit older and more toned as he held hands with a girl. All the females in the room looking in jealousy as Poseidon was the first to react. "Percy is that really you." Percy would just smile as he stared at everyone in disbelief. "Well of course it is me. Wow I can't believe everyone would forget who I am."
AN: well there it is Percy has finally arrived at Olympus but how will everyone react. What will become of this and how will he deal with this reunion.
