He knows that Voldemort is not completely dead either and that, one day, the Dark Lord will return to finish what he started. Fearing the future and obsessed with becoming powerful, he will stop at nothing to keep his remaining family safe. Harry is not the BWL.

The future was so bad Hermione burnt up the sun to send a warning back to Harry when they first met. Now she has to figure out what the future version of herself sent back, Harry has to take charge of his life, and make new friends. Ron is a tool, Dumbledore is not cool and Snape is slime.
