Sue is now getting ready for her gymnastics competition. She is about to do the uneven bars as a matter of fact. She has been practicing before the Olympics of course. She will try to get a gold medal just like what she did in Tokyo on her last trip to the Summer Olympics by the way. Let's hope that Sue will do a good job on the vault.
"Morning." said Sue. "Where is Di?"
"She left at 4:00 in morning." said El Morro. "She is on her way to Tahiti for a surfing competition."
"That is far away." said Sue. "In fact, I have never done surfing before."
"I don't think you will try that, Sue." said El Morro. "Besides, you have a gymnastics competition coming up."
"I don't want to be late for that." said Sue.
"That's okay, Sue." said El Morro. "Someone will take you there."
Sue saw someone behind her.
"Hi." said Kazumi.
"Kazumi Evans is here." said Sue.
"Sorry, I'm late." said Kazumi. "You better get going."
"Okay, Kazumi." said Sue.
At the Bercy Arena, Sue is about to the vault.
"Hi, Sue." said Nancy. "I'm glad you got dressed for gymnastics."
"Thanks, Nancy." said Sue.
"You're up, Sue." said Kazumi.
Sue began to sprint towards the vault.
"Look how fast she is." said Nancy.
"I saw her." said Kazumi. "Brandi told me about that."
"That's nice of her." said Nancy.
Sue sprints towards the springboard and springs onto on the vault with her hands.
"She has been practicing for this." said Nancy.
They saw Sue landed on the mat.
"That was a good job." said Nancy. "Let's see what the judges will say."
The judges gave Sue a perfect ten.
"She has done it again." said Kazumi. "She is still on top."
"Let's go congratulate her." said Nancy.
They went to congratulate Sue.
"Great job, Sue." said Nancy.
"Thanks, Nancy." said Sue. "I have been practicing over and over again before I compete."
"Good thing that you didn't get disqualified." said Kazumi. "You should get a gold medal for that."
Sue has just won a gold medal. She could get another one on the next gymnastics event. See what happens in the next chapter of this story.
