Day 2 of Gochi Week: In the snow
Goku eyed her carefully from the safety of his hideout; a large bush in their garden, the once green shrubbery now covered in a blanket of pure white snow. He grinned as she attempted to march through the thick snow in her little snow boots, a frown on her face as she searched around for him. He sniggered at her annoyance, the remnants of snowflakes in her hair a clear reminder of what pissed her off in the first place.
He-he! Boy was she mad.
And he couldn't help but laugh at her. She always did that to him, whenever she was mad. She was just too damn petty and so cute, he couldn't help himself. Her anger made him smile. Honestly, for the most part, she scared the crap out of him, and he stood to attention whenever she was angry and shouting at him. But sometimes, he couldn't stop the edge of his mouth from curving up.
And anyway, this was all her idea! She started throwing the snowballs, he just took it up a notch! He bit his bottom lip, snorting as he heard her muttering to herself about kicking his ass when she found him. As he watched her silently from the cover of the sleety bush, he crouched down to sit on his heels, scooping up some of the snow into his hands and forming a small ball of snow. He continued to grin as he watched her, her arms now folding over her chest irritably.
"Okay, Goku, I know you're out there somewhere hiding, but, how about ya stop being such a coward and come here and face me!" She taunted him.
Oooh, he just loved sassy Chichi.
He smirked as he stood back up, his hand armed and ready with the snowball. She was mad because she couldn't land one single snowball on him. He got her every single time, but dodged every one of her attacks. But the last one was brutal, as he hit her smack on the back of her head, causing her to lose her balance and fall face first into the snow. He knew she wasn't hurt, well, physically she wasn't. Her pride might have been, so he burst out laughing at her as she tried to pull herself together, clambering to her feet, steam most certainly venting from her ears, a vein about to pop on her head. She growled and scraped together as much snow as she could and released an onslaught of snowballs his way, her anger rising with every miss.
Oh, his little wife was pissed. She hated losing to him. She was so competitive when they sparred or played games, but so was he.
This place just wasn't big enough for the two of 'em! So, he had to win! She turned her back to him, so he snook out from his hideaway and tiptoed over to her. He didn't wanna piss her off too much, he wanted to actually eat the delicious meal she would cook for them later, but he wanted to poke the bear just a little bit.
He carefully elevated across the garden, so she couldn't hear the crunching of his feet on the snow, halting just behind her. Chichi suddenly felt a presence but as she whipped around, about to give her husband a piece of her mind, a snow ball slammed her right in her face. At first she stood in shock, the ice cold ball just slowly slithering down her face, but seconds later, a familiar rage began to rise deep inside of her as she observed her husband rolling over on the snow in a fit of giggles.
But she stopped herself. She regained her composure. Oh, she'd get him. She'd get him good.
She dramatically threw herself down to her knees, clutching at her face, wailing! Goku stopped laughing immediately and sat up to face his wife.
"Chichi? What's wrong?!"
"My eye!" She cried out, "It went in my eye and it really hurts!" Goku shot to his feet and closed the small distance between them, crouching to his knees and cupping her face.
"Aw, crap! I'm sorry, Chichi! I didn' mean to hurt ya!" he panicked, trying to get a look at her eye as she continued to stage the scene, blinking rapidly with her one eye in a pitiful attempt to try and get the ice out, that wasn't even there.
"Oh, it stings, Goku!" she whimpered with feigned innocence. As Goku tilted her chin up to get a better look, his little wife pouted, her cute, sad little face making him feel awful. Using the tip of his thumb, he gently run it along the bottom of her inner eyelid, trying to remove any ice.
"Does that feel any better?" he asked her sweetly, concern still etched upon his face. He didn't get the answer he wanted, let alone expected, as his petite wife grabbed him by his upper arm and threw him over her shoulder, slamming him onto the ground. He lay upon the snowy earth in a daze for a moment, wondering how the hell he ended up there, when his wife jumped on top of him, armed with a mountain of snow! Within seconds she started to shove handfuls of it down his clothes, starting with the inside of his coat, making him shriek in surprise from the bitter cold ice on his skin.
"Aaaah! Chichi! That's freezing!" he shrieked out, a high pitched laugh escaping his lips as he tried to fight her off him. She then grabbed at his jeans, shoving her hand down them with a fistful of snow, making him squeal and jerk his hips up. Chichi couldn't stop the laughter as he squirmed beneath her, his shrieky howl an absolute delight to her ears.
"HAH! I got you!" she shouted triumphally through giggles, as he grasped her by her wrists. He gave her a playful smile as he restrained her.
"Oh, it's on!" he declared, throwing her over onto her back and diving on top of her, straddling her midsection and pinning her arms beneath him.
"Goku! No!" she exclaimed in a fit of giggles, her troublesome husband raking up a pile of snow ready to tackle her with. It was her turn to shriek as he stuffed snow down the inside of her coat, his hand then playfully rubbing some of the icy flakes into her face.
"Got you!" he sang to her.
"GOKU!" She cried out as he continued to stuff snow down her neck.
"CHICHI!" He taunted her back in his best girly voice, chuckling as she tried to kick him off of her.
Gohan and Goten, who were finishing their homework, were suddenly in the window of their bedroom, both of them cackling as they watched their father tickle their mother. Goku suddenly yelped as he felt his wife pinch the inside of his thigh, his eyebrows knitting together as he glared at her accusingly. Chichi huffed out a laugh at his reaction, her other hand then pinching at the inside of his other thigh. He quickly adjusted his position and grabbed her wrists, pinning them above her head for his safety, smirking down at her as he did.
"Hmm, Let's keep them up there, shall we?" his deep voice silenced her, his gaze lingering on her, making her heart race in her chest.
"Goku ..." she trailed off as he leant down, his face inches from hers.
"Chichi" he murmured before pressing his lips against hers.
Gohan almost grimaced, a blush rising to his cheeks as he immediately turned away from the window. Goten stared in wonder, his mouth gaped open, as his parents kissed in the snow. It was no more than a second later when his big brother gripped him by his shirt and yanked him down from the window.
Chichi couldn't help but sigh blissfully as her husband kissed her sweetly upon the blanket of snow, his hands releasing her wrists, allowing her to wrap her arms around his thick neck. He broke the kiss, his frosty nose rubbing against hers, making her smile the biggest smile.
"Mmm, you got me" she whispered.
"I always got you" he whispered back, giving her his signature wink, a charming act that always made her light headed. Her husband went to dip his head back down to kiss her once more, when she smirked and kicked him flying off of her. He grazed the snowy ground, flipping himself up to land on his feet. He couldn't help but laugh at her as she stood up, a proud look upon her face.
"This isn't over, Son Goku" she warned him impishly, before crouching into a fighting stance. Goku grinned.
"Bring it on"
