Episode 2 (Supers, Timeline) , Infinite Crisis. Dawn of the Silver Age.
The SUPERs Multiverse, was once made up of infinite universes.

The Main Universe, of every Omni-Verse, is where all cosmoses stem from. A lone universe, with no multiverse... which acts as the brain of the Omni-Verse.
Where all universes are self aware, they are more like aspects of the Main universe's consciousness. Just as mortals are connected to each of their interdimensional counterparts.
There are only 42 Omni-verses, in existence. With each being made up of 42 cosmoses, stemming from their own Main Universe. Further separated into 42 multiverses.
Where each multiverse, has their own starting point, known as their "Prime" Universe. Which are supported by "Canon" universes, acting as fixed points, on a multiversal scale.
Each multiverse contains a different number of dimensions. With the smallest recorded multiverse, being only 7 universes. While the largest are truly infinite.
Timeline: Rise of the Superm(e)n.
Origins of the Golden Age Superman.
• On a doomed world a child is sent out into space in an escape pod and goes on a 3000 year long journey to Midgard. His pod crash lands in the island of Metropolis in a town called Smallville where he is adopted by Jonathan and Martha Kent, who own a farm. They quickly realize the baby has exceptional abilities.
They name the child Clark Jerome Kent. They try to teach Clark how to control his powers and conceal them from the rest of the world as their is currently a war going on with Hydra who are using people with superpowers. His parents are constantly telling him to "be careful" whenever he touches anything and refuse to allow him to play sports. His parents don't even let him go to school until the temptation of "Recess" is no longer an option. However when he starts middle school he decides to ignore what his parents taught him since they are not around and plays a game of football with the other kids. He accidentally breaks his new friend's arm with the bone sticking out of the skin. That's the moment he realize just how dangerous he is, and develops a core fear of his own power.
• When Clark is 12, he goes to a Captain America bond rally. His parents drive hours to the capital of their home island, so Clark can see his hero perform.
Afterwards the family goes into a backroom, where the kids are getting their picture taken with The Captain. The boy's parents roll their eyes at their son's enthusiasm. As they understand Captain America is more of a symbol, and not literally being the great warrior he's shown as in the comics and movies.
When its Clark's turn to take a private picture, he and his parents go into the room alone as more kids wait outside eagerly for their turn.
Clark immediately tells the Captain that he has read all his comics. "Well not the new one, but I just bought that today and I'm going to read it as soon as I get home! I can't wait til I'm old enough then I'm going to show all those lousy Genoshians a what for!"
The Captain loses his smile hearing that, and tells the photographer to give them a minute.
He ask the boy if he knows what "America" means and Clark admits that he doesn't, and assumed it was just the Captain's last name. The Captain eyes. "You might be shocked to hear it's a Genoshian word"
While Clark looks on, with wide eyes, the Captain continues explaining. "The man who developed the serum that gave me my strength was Genoshian. He told me the first island Hydra invaded was their own. Hydra itself is evil but most of the Meta-humans they force to fight for them are slaves. I hope to free them when I get over there.
"That's what 'America' means 'Freedom'. Genoshians need to be saved just as much as the rest of the world"
Clark stares at the man in awe, thinking the man is a real hero, not just someone from a comic book. The boy says. "You're comics should say more stuff like that..." Then the boy slowly holds up his first edition comic book of the first issue and ask the Captain to sign it. The Captain agrees and ask the boy his name.
That's when the boy gives his name, and blurts out he's a meta-human. Which causes his parents to panic, as they've tried to do everything they could to hide the fact the boy has super powers from the world, and Clark just blurted it out to a government lapdog.
Captain America assures them he won't say anything, and tells Clark that is just one more thing that makes him special, writing something to that affect on the Comic without making it too obvious what the boy is. Writing out
"To a Super Man,
with respect,
Captain America."
• At 16, after Secondary School, he goes in search of the alien outpost in the north pole. It is an entire base made of white crystals. Where Clark meets an AI, modelled after his birth father. As well as the Brainiac 5 AI that looks after the base.
Clark stays there for years learning everything he can from the alien fortress. Not only how to use the technology but various fields of science. As well as how to better use his powers, and learning two styles of martial arts.
One form focusing on fighting tough opponents. While the other taught him how to fight, by using his x ray vision to hit key nerve points. Both teaching him how to subdue his opponent, without badly hurting them.
He completes his training at the age of 25. Then begins reverse engineering some Kryptonian tech with human technology. First he figures out how to create cybernetic organs and limbs. Although they still look like metal they are fully operational and even allow a person to feel through them.
He can even artificially replace part of the brain with a computer that can process over a Yodabyte of information and store nearly a hundred Yodabytes of data.
He uses that same computer technology to create a tablet just as powerful well being near paper thin.
• Clark takes the tech to Lex Corp, and is hired despite not having a college degree or apprenticeship papers.
Clark is interviewed by Lois Lane for his work in cybernetics. Telling her Lex Corp is helping him develop a number of other projects that he can't talk about right now. She ask if he is worried about Lex Corp's shady business policies and he tells her he's never heard anything like that. Since he works there, It's better to trust his word, then rumors.
Unfortunately for Clark he does discover Lex Corp really is into some shady business deals and not only are the police in on it but the government as well. He goes to Lois and tells her, giving her documentation of all involved. She publishs the story and an investigation is opened up on Lex Corp, but nothing comes of it.
Clark stays at Lex Corp to try to bring them down from the inside well feeding Lois information. He does all the investigation in his Superman persona, too drag attention off Clark Kent, as without his glasses Clark's eyes are so blue and so hypnotic no one can focus in on the rest of his face. He even vibrates his body, so that his face is blurred on cameras.
• Superman continues to fear what he can do, as he only seems to get stronger, but wanting to help. He inspires people to be better, while he mourns the people he can't help. He literally hears people all over the world screaming for a savior but not even he can save everyone.
He often hears more then one tragedy happening at the same time and has to choose which person to save and it's eating him up inside. Even when Clark lays his head down to go to sleep at night, he still hears people dying and suffering all over the world. It's why he's a scientist in this universe. He wants to help as many people as possible by reverse engineering Kryptonian technology.
Golden Age Villains.
• Metallo:
A Cyborg created by Lex using Clark's cybernetics, with a kryptonite power source. Which he can focus as a weapon.
• Brainiac:
A robotic probe in the shape of a man is sent to Midgard. To consume all it's information, before destroying the planet. But Superman is able to interfere.
• Mister Mxyzptlk:
A 5th Dimensional Imp, that just wants to mess with Superman.
• Lex Luther:
Lex finally meets Clark face to face, in Clark's civilian identity, not as Superman. While Lex has no idea, that Clark is anything other then an employee.
Lex tells Clark about his childhood. Of living in Suicide Slum, with abusive drunken parents. That the only good thing they ever did by him was dying. As he used their life insurance to start up Lex Corp.
That he worked hard, studied everything he could on engineering, and despite never getting a degree as a result of not being able to afford college back then, he became one of the greatest minds of the world.
He came from nothing, and built everything he had on his own. Taking many risk, with not all of them paying off.
Lex tells Clark that is what it means to be human, to struggle. It is the essence of humanity and Superman is taking that away from people.
Lex tells Clark that he believes Superman's role as a "Hero" is an act. That Superman has come here to make humanity dependent on him. So that when he and his alien buddies decide to conquer the planet people will hand it over gleefully. There are already cults worshipping Superman as a god, and see the rest of the "Justice Society" as his disciples.
Lex even says he can understand their reasoning. What makes a man human may be found in the hardship they endure, but no one actually wants to suffer. Who wouldn't want to turn to something that can take all your pain away.
Lex tells Clark that he sees a lot of himself in the boy, a genius who came from humble beginnings. He then tells Clark that he knows he has been working with Superman, and that he forgives him. That Clark didn't know any better but Lex needs him to stop now and focus on their work.
That together they really can change the world for the better, and they don't need a false god to help them do it.
After Lex's speech he dismisses Clark. Clark gets up to go back to work, only to turn around and asking Lex how his parents died. Lex stares at him for a moment before answering that he is "a forgiving man, but only up to a point" implying he killed his own parents and wouldn't hesitate to kill Clark as well if he has to.
After the speech, Lex inacts his newest plan to kill Superman. Where Lex puts on a battlesuit himself and fights Superman with a bunch of killer robots. Lex is arrested at the end of the battle but his lawyer gets him out of all the Charges.
• The Global War against Hydra comes to an end.
• 42 Years later, an interdimensional crisis occurs, destroying all but 42 universes, in the Supers multiverse.
After The Infinite Crisis, the Silver Age begins .
Clark "Joseph" Kent, is a 14 year old boy, who's universe was destroyed in an "Infinite Crisis" across multiverses. Where he was growing up on Krypton.
After his universe was destroyed, the only things the boy had left, is a blanket with his family crest, and his dog Krypto.
Clark "Jerome" introduces the boy to his own parents, so they can raise him, while he takes the boy on as an apprentice.
"Joseph", unlike "Jerome", can fly, but isn't as infinitely strong, given he is still growing.
Joseph falls in love with his neighbor, Lana. And accidentally outs himself to her. Which she gleefully accepts him.
• Another 42 years pass, but Joseph still looks 17 due to his Universe's Kryptonians aging slower.
Jerome is killed by Doomsday, at the cost of his own life. And Joseph dawns a modified Superman costume, Superboy no more.
This Marks the end of the Silver Age, and the start of the Bronze Age.
Joseph's Villains .
• Lex Luther.
Due to The Original Superman, introducing Kryptonian technology. Lex is still alive, thanks to Kryptonite power nanobots. That also give him Super Strength, and a healing factor. Lex is glad Superman is dead, and wants to finish off his legacy, by killing the Former Superboy, Whom he believes is Superman's son.
• Atomic Skull:
Albert Michaels was a scientist working for S.T.A.R Labs in Metropolis who suffered from a rare condition which affected the electrical impulses in his brain and caused him to have painful seizures which were increasing in frequency and intensity.
In desperation, Michaels allowed the criminal organization SKULL to implant a radium powered device in his brain which, in theory, could control his seizures but also allowed him to project blasts of energy from his brain, which he was to use in their service.
Unfortunately, while the brain blast power worked, the seizures ultimately remained uncontrolled, and Michaels' condition actually worsened. Michaels needed SKULL to adjust the device, but unfortunately Superman captured the only scientists they had capable of doing it, leading the organization to fall apart and all the research to be lost.
Michaels swore vengeance on the man of steel for his condition as the Atomic Skull.
• Toyman:
A magical human, who only knows how to enchant props into the real thing (Toy guns into real guns). As well as control toys.
As a child, this caused his parents to think he was a demon, and they attempted to kill him as a toddler. His toys saved him, killing his parents instead. Not realizing he was controlling the toys, and that they aren't really alive, they became his only friends.
As a man, he continued to play with toys, and was stunted emotionally by his trauma. He always just took whatever he wanted, but eventually fell on Superman's raider, due to occasionally stealing things for Lex.
When Superman breaks his childhood Toys (which were attacking him), Toyman swears vengeance. And of course, since the toys are fuelled by magic, they can hurt Superman. This is the first fight Superman ever had where he actually becomes injured.
• Parasite:
A Metahuman, created in a lab accident, that can absorb the raw power of others through touch. He needs to do this to live but quickly gets addicted to the feeling of Power.
• Cyborg Superman:
Superman fights an evil robotic counterpart built out of Kryptonian technology and genetics. Brainiac rebuilt the original Superman's body, with Mechanical limbs and organs. While being controlled by Brainiac, Cyborg Superman is evil, but Joseph is able to reach his mentor.
Jerome is alive, but retires from hero work. Marrying Lois, and having a son, "Jon".
• Bizarro:
A Failed experiment, by Lex, to clone the original Superman. The new Superman puts Bizarro on one of Midgards uninhabited moons, one oddly shaped like a cube, and keeps him there by a Kryptonian force field... but this taints his perception of clones.
• It's been over 100 years since the Hydra Wars... and Lex succeeds in cloning the "New" Superman, by combining his DNA with the hero... who doesn't handle having a clone well.
• Joseph falls in love with both Wonder Woman, and Batman, and the three start dating as a polyamorous trio. However, this means Batman can't take on Conner, despite wanting to... as he doesn't want to overstep with his boyfriend.
• Conner runs away when Batman takes on his own biological son, as the next Robin.
• Damien, Batman's biological son, helps reclaim Joker Junior, with hypnotic suggestions to keep the two personalities separate. While also bringing Batman to his resurrected ward, Jason Todd. Whom is being kept by the League of Shadows.
• Conner runs into Flash's Rogues, whom take him in. Although Cold refuses to ask Conner to join them on "Jobs." With Cold saying he'd be proud, if Conner manages to stay on the right side of the law.
