"Betamon, you know what to do," Seth says, digivice held high in the sky as his partner begins to digivolve. "Could really use Asuka about now," he mumbles, wishing there was an easier fight or something for the newer digidestined behind him to be able to get their partners stronger. Just their luck that this is the fight they all find themselves in.

"Forgot me already?" Miz sneers, walking up next to him. "Justimon, you know what to do."

Seth turns and watches as the other mega level digimon joins his, making the fight seem a little less dangerous with two digimon to help fend off Chaos Greymon and keep the others safe. "I guess I did," he says, shrugging. "Sorry, man. Head's elsewhere."

"Mox is missing, right?" Mike asks, looking at the razed ground around them. "I'd be about as bad if Johnny had been around this week. What should we do?"

Seth exhales and turns to look at the remaining digidestined. "Can you go look for the other digidestined while we deal with this fight? Please?"

"Sure," Xavier says immediately. "We're on it, Seth. Don't worry."

The various digidestined wander off, searching through the rubble for survivors, and Seth closes his eyes, trying just to breathe in and out as he forces his focus back onto the battle before them.

"You really think you have a chance," Chaos Greymon cackles, hoisting his arms up high and preparing a massive energy attack, the force of it glinting off of Seth and Mike's eyes as they stare up at it in horror. "You humans really are egotistical little fools."

"We have to stop him," Seth hisses.

"Any ideas?" Mike mutters back, watching as Justimon and MetalSeadramon hover near Chaos Greymon, waiting for an opportunity.

"Maybe," Seth says. "Will you and Justimon follow our lead?" He nods at MetalSeadramon.

"I guess?" Mike says. "What do you want us to do?"

Seth exhales slowly and grips his digivice closely, considering the few options he's aware of. "I have an idea," he says slowly. "It's kind of out there, though."

"I love when people say stuff like that here," Mike sighs, throwing his arms out to indicate the entirety of the world before them. "Well, what is it?"

Seth starts to talk quietly, watching as Mike's eyes widen, then narrow. "It has to work," he finishes describing his idea slowly.

Mike exhales. "You're insane," he says. "Let's try it."
