Hey, hey!

Nothing much to add. Well, kind of. This chapter is a bit more gore than the other chapters. Just to give you that warning!

Oh! Also, because the notifications are still down on FF. I'm kind of communicating with reviews through here, since you won't get my PM notification:

RareDust76- You are reading my mind for the Kaguya-esque Hinata! For a while I feel like I've been teasing for something similar to that, and my fic that I'm currently working on (Jealousy is already done) I'm writing about a Hinata and Kaguya bond. So, What Happened to Perfect fic. Maybe that will be the type of fic you'll give a shot and read!

Back to the story. Enjoy!

Well, the good thing was everything happened in a domino effect manner.

First the village was invaded. The third Hokage fought Orochimaru and died. Naruto and Sasuke fought Sauna and Otogakure enemies, and won. Everything was going according to Obito's plan. Which meant it was going according to Naruto's plan.

Then everything went to shit. Hinata was attacked, and bitten by Orochimaru. The good thing, just by pure luck, the man labeled as Naruto's God father, Jiraiya, had entered Konoha at the end of the invasion.

God forbid it was to do something like become Hokage, and fix the shit show the third Hokage left behind. Oh no Jiraiya wouldn't do that. It was to offer an even better person for the job. His old teammate and good friend, Tsunade Senju. Who so happened to be the person that Orochimaru was searching for as well. To heal his body. Well, what she could heal.

After his mental breakdown at the Hyuga compound, Sasuke dragged Naruto to the Hokage's building. Naruto felt like that was the worse place to take him at this moment. He didn't want to hear anything anyone was saying in the Hokage's office. He didn't care about seeing Jiraiya. He knew who he was, and what connection he had with Jiraiya from his father. Still, Naruto could care less.

That was until he heard Orochimaru was pursuing the same person as Jiraiya. This all happened within two hours of Naruto finding out Hinata was attacked. So, while he didn't want to be introduced to Jiraiya, and he didn't want to bond. He wanted to find Orochimaru.

That was seven days ago. Now Jiraiya and Naruto have been out here for a week now. Searching for this Tsunade lady. "So, Kakashi has told me about what happened to your lady friend."

Naruto slowly nodded his head as his dull eyes dragged over to look at Jiraiya. "Yeah." His voice was horsed because he hasn't really talked this whole trip. Maybe a short answer here or there. He spent enough time screaming to the heavens before meeting Jiraiya. So he didn't have much of a voice box right now.

Sasuke had went back to the Hyuga compound with Neji to watch over Hinata. Naruto had reached a heightened paranoia mode in which he only trusted Neji and Sasuke to watch over Hinata. It had to be people HE trusted. Not her teammates, because if they were any real teammates. Why did they let her travel alone?!

He'd be sure to tell Hinata that when he got back. He'd tell her that over and over again until it settled in the depths of her soul.

That being said. Naruto could see what Jiraiya was trying to do. He wanted to get a feel on him. Understand Naruto more, because he didn't KNOW Naruto. He didn't know his skill set, and if Jiraiya found out the real Naruto. Then this all would ruin Naruto's plans.

Maybe.

"So, you've traveled all over?" His voice was still strained, but he got the question out, and was able to change the subject from the touchy topic of Hinata. Jiraiya looked at Naruto and shrugged his shoulders. "Yeah. I try to. Why? Got a place you want to see one day?"

Naruto nodded his head at this and his eyes never left Jiraiya as he studied him. "Amegakure." Jiraiya looked at Naruto stunned. Caught off guard with that answer. "Why in the hell would you want to go there?"

Naruto clicked his tongue against his teeth and looked ahead the trail. They were entering a town and this place, according to Jiraiya's intel, was where Tsunade resided. "If you're my God father, then you know about my parents. Then you know about my mother and about the nine tails inside of me. Can we stop playing around? I am in no mood to pretend right now. I am very…upset."

Which he was. Naruto was in a dark place right now, and he wanted to do nothing more than take his anger out on people. "Those people. The Akatsuki. They're after me, they're after all tailed beast hosts. I heard the Akatsuki reside in Amegakure."

More like he knew, but Jiraiya didn't need to know that.

It was silent between the two now. Jiraiya now studying Naruto more than he already was. How was he able to piece all of that together? The information was forbidden for him to know. So, how?

"Are you going to ask me how I found out? Or are you going to apologize to me for leaving me in an orphanage and leaving me to be shunned out by Konoha villagers? Is this one of those, 'Well I'm here now' moments? Where I forget about having a shitty 9 years of living because you decided to grace me with your presence. If it wasn't for Hinata taking me in to the Hyuga clan. I'd be a lot worse than I am now. I'd probably be dead, and you wouldn't have a chance to see your 'God son'."

Naruto stopped walking when Jiraiya did. Both staring one another down. That was until a grin graced Jiraiya's face. "Don't you fret. We'll get Tsunade back to Konoha to take a look at your lady friend. That way you can stop being in such a sour mood and we can have an appropriate conversation on how all of this came to be. I understand how it feels to have someone you love in distress. So, I'll allow all this moody teenage behavior from you. For now."

Naruto saw a gleam in Jiraiya's eye, and it almost reminded Naruto of himself. It let Naruto know Jiraiya was hiding behind that perverted, goofy persona. Just like Naruto did sometimes with his own mask. Okay, so this man was just as dangerous and Naruto should tread lightly. Noted.

The two dropped the subject and continued walking until they arrived to what looked like a dive bar. Naruto frowned at this. What kind of pronoun medic-nin hung out at dive bars? Just like that, Naruto saw a guy fly out the door of the bar and land across the street.

He arched his eyebrow at this, and poked his head inside to see the bar was empty. Except for two women sitting inside. He knew the blonde haired woman had to be Tsunade, based on her command presence. She looked to be heavily intoxicated and the female beside her seemed to be trying to get Tsunade to get up from the bar stool and leave with her.

There were no words for Naruto, simply because he didn't care about any of this. If this was who Konoha council wanted to be the next Hokage. Then so be it. He wanted to know if this lady was all Jiraiya said she was. That way he knew Hinata could be treated with proper care if whatever Orochimaru did to her was detrimental.

This also reminded Naruto that this wasn't just about getting Tsunade to come back to Konoha. It was about him murdering that evil fucking snake.

Naruto looked at Jiraiya expecting him to have the next answer to what they just witnessed. "So. What's the plan? If we go to her, is she going to throw us out like that guy?" Correction, was she going to throw Jiraiya out like that guy. Naruto didn't see himself being in that same situation.

Jiraiya let out a heavy breath, Tsunade was still Tsunade. That was for sure. "Sheesh. I don't know kid. You try talking to her first. She might sober up seeing a young kid."

Naruto gave Jiraiya a pointed look. The annoying thing about being out here with someone that equaled your personality. Was being out here with someone that equaled your personality. Naruto was realizing he could be so fucking annoying.

Still, he didn't have time for this. Hinata needed to be taken care of. He walked into the dive bar and approached Tsunade and her friend. "Hey."

"Piss off kid."

That was Tsunade's immediate response and Naruto clenched his jaw. He turned around back to Jiraiya and threw his hands up in the air. He didn't need this. Fuck this lady, and her alcohol breath. He was about five seconds from slipping acid in her drink and burning a hole through her throat.

If she was such an amazing healer, than heal that. Along with his chakra absorbent wire wrapped around her neck.

Jiraiya shooed Naruto back. "Think about your lady friend. Go back!" Jiraiya whispered this to Naruto and the young blonde shot him a dirty look. This was really starting to piss him off. He turned back around and sat on the stool beside her. "I told you to PISS OFF kid. If you don't leave me alone-"

"Look. I don't even want to talk to you, but your friend Jiraiya rather have me be your punching bag than him. I would wait for you to get sober, but I don't have TIME for you to get sober. Konoha needs you right now, and I have someone back at home, that YOUR teammate ruined. She isn't doing good at all, and I need your help. Please."

That 'please' came out strained from him, because Naruto did NOT want to say that. In the back of his mind, he was saying fuck this lady a million and one times. The very thought of pleading and begging to people that didn't think twice about him once in their life annoyed him. Yet here he was. Groveling.

Finally the older blonde woman looked at Naruto. Totally unimpressed with his little speech. "And I don't have time for a punk little brat coming in here giving orders. Especially one from Konoha. Who do you think you are? Jiraiya! Get your ass over here. Who do you think you are bringing this kid-"

"Minato's kid. Tsunade." Jiraiya walked beside Naruto and crossed his arms over his chest. He was sporting a smirk and arched his brow. "There is no need for us to beat around the bush. Somehow this kid knows his past, and he's in no mood to have his 'dead beat' God Parents talk down to him. So, the least you could do is not dismiss the kid like he's nothing."

Tsunade furrowed her brows in confusion and looked from Jiraiya, back to Naruto. Who was just staring at her. Waiting for an answer. "What's going on back in Konoha?"

Naruto rolled his eyes internally and fought to keep his composure. "The third Hokage has been killed. By Orochimaru. The village needs a new Hokage. The wonderful Lord Jiraiya has turned down the position, but has told the council that you will be the best choice. So, we went to pursue you. You are also the best choice in helping my 'lady friend'. Who was attacked by Orochimaru. So please, could you tell us if you will come back or not."

While Naruto was doing his best to not roll his eyes. Tsunade did roll hers. "I need to sober up first. Then we'll hit the road."

Naruto didn't know what exactly made her want to agree to go back, but then again, he didn't care. She gave off this aura that she didn't trust him. That she thought he was a threat in some form. Maybe she agreed just to see what he was all about? Naruto thought this because this woman's, 'I don't care about Konoha', attitude was fake. He could see that.

They went back to Tsunade's cottage that night and Naruto watched her assistant, Shizune, start to pack. As Tsunade kept to her word, and rested to sober up.

There was alcohol bottles everywhere and Naruto again ignored this. It came with the ninja lifestyle. Sometimes ninja's became alcoholics. Sometimes they suffered from depression, PTSD, it was a long list of life long effects of living their lifestyle. Naruto liked that about his career choice.

As night fell, Naruto spent his time gazing out the window. The women in the cottage slept, while Naruto and Jiraiya stayed awake. "Want to talk now? You seem to be a little bit more calm." Naruto looked over at Jiraiya, who leaned against the wall on the other side of the window. He shrugged his shoulders and this was his way of telling Jiraiya to ask away.

"How did you find everything out?"

Naruto stared at Jiraiya as he started to loosen the front of his kimono. He reached inside and started to undo the bandage around his torso and stomach. Revealing black scriptures covering his skin. "When I broke into the Hokage's office. To retrieve the forbidden scroll, because I wanted to learn Shadow Clone Jutsu. I took some other things. I wanted to know other things. I learned a lot about myself. About people in Konoha. With that information, I decided I wanted to take after my parents and learn about sealing. I studied long and hard until I was comfortable enough to tamper with the seal holding Kurama in."

Jiraiya looked at Naruto's marked up body and stared back in his eyes. "Kurama? That's the nine tails?"

Naruto still had a dull look on his face. The same as earlier. "Yeah. That's his name. I don't want to be labeled as his 'jailer' anymore. Me and Kurama have an understanding. He told me about the night my parents died. I'm not angry with him anymore."

Kurama told him everything. About that unknown Uchiha.

Jiraiya shook his head. This broke his heart to see. "I can't really be saddened by this. I can't tell you I'm disappointed because I wasn't there for you. At this point, I'm sure you don't want to hear anyone's opinion that knew about this."

Naruto finally let out a grin. His eyes still dark, but a chuckle left his lips. "You're right about that. Still. I like to pretend around Kakashi-sensei that I don't know anything. Whether he has found out or not. We don't speak on it. I just want to go through the ranks, and live my life."

"With your lady friend."

Naruto laughed again, and this time his smile was genuine. "She's just my best friend."

Jiraiya made the loudest 'Pfft!' sound ever. That was a HUGE crock of shit. "Kid. Who the hell are you kidding?! I saw you when you got to the Hokage's office with that Uchiha kid. Gosh, you were bloody, crying, and a damn wreck. If you didn't get ahold of the nine tails before, that moment would have been one of your meltdown moments that he would use to escape. You're telling me. All of that emotion was over a BEST FRIEND? Bull shit."

Jiraiya smirked when he saw Naruto turn away from him flustered and looked back out the window. "Or is SHE saying you're her best friend? She's friend zoning you. Isn't she?"

Naruto shrugged his shoulders and scratched his chin. "I started living with Hinata when we were nine. Her dad died, and she was struggling really bad from it and asked me to live in the Hyuga compound. They adopted me out of the orphanage. Me and Hinata have been friends since we were like six years old. So, we're just really close."

Naruto watched as Jiraiya started to count on his fingers. "You're about to be 15 right? That's like nine years of you being friend zoned. That sucks."

Naruto gave Jiraiya a pointed look. This man reminded him too much of himself. "So, I heard when 'stick in the mud', Hiashi died. How did Lady Hinata take that?"

Naruto let out a heavy breath, but a smile graced his face. It was more so an awkward smile from the topic. "Horribly. She's not really all there after he died. Which was a shocker honestly. Her dad was an asshole that liked to take his frustrations out on her."

Jiraiya's eyes widened and his mouth dropped open. "WHAT? That was something really well kept. I had no clue." Naruto finally rolled his eyes and looked back out into the darkness. "Yeah. You missed a lot. Had no clue on so many things. Me and Hinata bonded because for some reason society liked to see us being treated like shit."

Naruto saw Jiraiya sigh at this and shake his head again. "You have the right to feel the way you do Naruto, but put yourself in others positions. What inner demons we were battling. What good would me, Tsunade or Kakashi been for you, if we were just as broken as Hiashi? If we took you in and STILL neglected you. It's better that you have us when we're able to help you."

Naruto clicked his tongue against his teeth. "So. You were the third Hokage's students. You, Tsunade and Orochimaru. Meaning you're very close to Orochimaru. I've heard the infamous stories of how your team grew apart, and the monster Orochimaru became. I don't care much about anyone's past. I get you all were scarred from the life of being a ninja. War, hate, and seeing fucked up stuff. I get that, but what that man did to Hinata is unforgiveable."

Jiraiya watched as Naruto continued to look out the window and finally everything was coming together. "You didn't just tag along to seek out Tsunade. You're here to kill Orochimaru. Aren't you? You want revenge."

Naruto didn't make a move to show he was scared Jiraiya found out his true intentions. "I want Hinata's honor back."

"Fair enough."

Naruto blinked and looked at Jiraiya. That was not the answer he was expecting from him. "Yeah?"

Jiraiya nodded his head and shrugged his shoulders. "If I were you. I'd be doing the same thing. I'm no fool. Orochimaru was a dear friend of mines. Someone I really wanted to save. Then I grew up. I realized he didn't want saving. That there was nothing I could do to change Orochimaru back to the person he once was, and there was no reason to let this ruin me. Orochimaru has done some very sick things, and hurt and killed many people. I can't protect him anymore. So, if you're worried that I'll stop you. Don't."

Naruto clenched his jaw and blinked a few times as he looked outside. Jiraiya wasn't doing this because Orochimaru was scum. He was doing this in honor of Minato and Kushina. "Can you tell me about my parents? Am I anything like them?"

Jiraiya smiled at Naruto and looked out into the night as well. "You're like both of them. A perfect mix. You're mom, the red head habanero. She was a feisty one. Never giving your father a break. Hyper woman too. Your father kept her grounded and calm. Him becoming the fourth Hokage wasn't a surprise to anyone. He was a beast on the battlefield. He could fight tailed beasts alone and survive to tell the story. Good man too. Excellent student. Nicest guy I've come across in my years of living. It…it was really tragic what happened Naruto."

Naruto just nodded his head in acknowledgement. Not further questioning Jiraiya. There was nothing else to say. They didn't need to dive in these emotions. Instead, they could be focusing on better things. "I sense Orochimaru approaching. I'm going to go outside. I would really appreciate it if you stayed here. Please don't let Tsunade come outside."

There was a pause and Naruto finally looked at Jiraiya. He wanted to be sure there would be no interference. Jiraiya closed his eyes and lifted off the wall. Making himself comfortable on the couch. "Alright. Do your thing. You have my word. I'll stay right here."

Naruto waited for Orochimaru outside. He waited patiently for what felt like hours, but was only 20 minutes. He sat up in the trees, about 1/3 of a mile from the cottage. He sat on a branch and watched as Orochimaru walked until he was standing next to his tree. "Boy. You've been a thorn in my side for some time. I advise you to go back to that Akatsuki idiot you've been following."

Naruto grinned as he saw the one armed man. Watching as Orochimaru annoyingly kicked a random rat away from his foot. "Oh. You know about Boss man?"

"I was in Akatsuki you idiot. I know all about Obito and his stupid plan." Naruto chuckled at Orochimaru's insults and started to scratch his ear with his pinky finger. Again, watching as Orochimaru grumbled as he kicked another rat away from him.

"Yeah. I think his grand plan is a crock of shit too. That's not why I'm here though. Why did you attack that Hyuga? Getting Sasuke was too much work?"

Naruto leaped down onto the ground and played with a kunai in his hand. About five more rats came to nibble on Orochimaru, ripping at his clothing and gnawing at the exposed skin on his feet.

At this point, Orochimaru realized something unnatural was happening. "The legendary snake sannin, Orochimaru. Let me see that real form of yours. Let me see this monster snake you are. You know what your problem is? You like dōjutsu users too much."

Naruto smiled so big, his fangs showed as he watched Orochimaru avoid the dozens of rats starting to form around him by shape shifting to his true form. A giant serpent. Taller than the trees before them. "Well. Aren't you a real beauty. No wonder you don't mind moving around with no arms. You know, I learned something from my sensei. If he could have those dogs working for him. Why can't I have my own. Some people find rats disgusting, but I like them."

The dark shadows of the forest, the whole time, the dark void of nothingness Naruto and Jiraiya were looking at. Were rats. Behind Naruto right now, red beady eyes appeared and that's when Orochimaru realized it was hundreds, if not thousands of rats. They all came barreling down on him. Nibbling and ripping his skin apart. Slowly eating him alive.

Naruto closed his eyes and basked in the sound. The high frequency sound of squeaking in bliss from eating such a huge meal. Filling their bellies.

His enhanced hearing from the wicking beast within, granted him the ability to hear Orochimaru's snake scales being penetrated. The skin being ripped from his body in a wet manner that you could practically feel the blood oozing down his long slithering back.

The rats getting into Orochimaru's core and organs. The sound of Orochimaru gargling from his own blood. Hearing the pitiful legendary man try to let out sounds of pain. Everything happened so fast, the rats outnumbered and attacked him in seconds.

Naruto opened his eyes to look at his work. Who knew blue eyes could look so evil. "You made me do this you bastard. If you would have just stuck to your weird ass agenda, and left my Hinata alone. We wouldn't be here. I wouldn't care if you spent all of eternity chasing Sasuke, because it wasn't like he was going to follow you. I already got to him first. My proposition was ten times better than whatever the fuck you had. I think you, Konoha, and Akatsuki all suffer from the same issue."

Naruto watched the struggle between animals, but the rats were hungrier. They tasted blood, they wanted to feed. He watched as Orochimaru's fight slowly left him. The sound of his skin being torn from his body and chewed on. The sound of a grown man dying in agony. It was the adrenaline Naruto needed.

He's been deprived of this for some time. Behaving himself because his Hinata wanted him too. Look what behaving himself did? It got her hurt. No, next time Naruto would do what he desired to do. He would feed his filthy habit, anytime he wanted.

Naruto approached Orochimaru's body, and as his rats got their fill, they scattered back into the darkness. "You all think you can dominate. That you can lead and be alpha. I'm going to show you all what a real monster looks like."

Naruto walked back to the Hyuga compound with Tsunade close beside him. He felt good. He felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders, simply because he got to release his tension. He was so pent up lately.

Still, he was nervous to see Hinata. Neji wouldn't let him see her before he left, and that was understandable. He was in a bad place mentally, and if anything happened to Hinata while Naruto was gone, Neji would have sent him a message. Naruto still wanted to see this damage Orochimaru did to Hinata. What was so bad that Neji didn't want Naruto to see?

When Naruto and Tsunade came in, they saw Hyuga's rushing down to the guest hall. Nowhere near Hinata's room. Naruto heard a sound, almost demonic. Growling and hissing. He didn't hesitate, he immediately followed the sound in a guest room, and saw Hinata.

She was in a white flannel pajama set. Her hair was wild and untamed. Falling in her face, lacing with her bangs. Her eyes were black, with dark purple rings indicating she was using her Byakugan. Black scriptures mutilated her face and body. Covering everywhere that was exposed. Her skin was half her regular skin tone, and half light purple and these thin, demonic wings sprouted from her back. She had fangs now, like him, and they looked razor sharp. Ready to tear someone to shreds. Her nails, now black looking claws.

Naruto thought she looked beautiful.

Neji was currently holding Hinata against his chest while he sat on the bed. Sasuke was holding her shoulders down so she wouldn't get up. Neji grunted when he got headbutted in the chin as Hinata wildly tried to escape. "Hinata-sama! Calm DOWN. Look! Naruto's back."

Upon hearing the name. Hinata did calm down, but only a little, as her eyes focused on Naruto. He was holding his assault pack in his hands, but looked at Hinata with a grin on his face. He could see where Orochimaru bit her on the neck and ignored the ting of jealousy that hit him. The fact that old ass man got to do that before him. Fucking perv.

"Nata. What are you doing? You stop that now." Naruto walked over to the bed, and Hinata blinked at him owlishly as he moved some hair out of her face, and kissed her forehead.

"Naruto-kun." Just like that Hinata's persona came back to her, along with her natural appearance. She extended her arms to him, and Naruto picked her up bridal style. He'd take her back to her room now. Where she could get comfortable.

"We took her out her room, because she was breaking things." Sasuke frowned at the sudden mood change from the female Hyuga and huffed. She almost dislocated his shoulder a few times trying to fight him off.

"She won't do that anymore. Thanks Sasuke." Naruto added in the 'thank you', because Sasuke didn't have to look after Hinata like that, but he did. Sasuke was really fitting in their family.

"Naruto-kun. Where did you go?" Hinata wrapped her arms around Naruto's neck for extra support, and laid her head on his chest. Naruto in return smiled as he looked at her. "I went to get the new Hokage for Konoha. See? She's Lady Tsunade. She's super strong, and a great medic-nin. I asked her to take a look at you. Just to make sure you're okay."

Hinata giggled as she looked at Naruto. Using her finger to lightly poke his chin. "Oh Naruto-kun. You didn't need to do all of that." Naruto made it to Hinata's room and saw it was clean, meaning after she destroyed it, Neji and the other's cleaned it back up. He laid her on her bed, and got her under the blanket.

Naruto smiled as Hinata got comfortable on her pillow and he kissed her hand. "No, no. I had to. I was really worried about you Hinata. What was I going to do in this world without my best friend?" Hinata blushed at this before her eyes gravitated to Tsunade. "Hello. Lady Tsunade."

Tsunade arched her brow at the scene. She sees why Jiraiya pokes fun at the kid now. This was a sight to witness for sure. This crazy, murderous kid was a softie for the Hyuga clan leader.

Smiling at Hinata, Tsunade sat on the edge of the bed and started to do a routine checkup. "Hi Hinata. I heard my old colleague did a number on you. I'm really sorry to hear that. I will say, your family has been taking great care of you. Whatever injuries you sustained during the invasion are gone now. You're healing fine, but the curse mark is unfortunately a permanent damage."

Tsunade sighed as she looked at the young lady in front of her. How could this girl still look so calm? When moments ago she looked like a monster. "The good news is Orochimaru is no longer. He's dead, so the curse mark can't be manipulated by him anymore. He can't intensify it or make you seek him or darkness out. It's just the rage and madness you'll have to start to control Hinata. That is until we find a way to get this thing off. Which honestly would take me probably months, to years, to figure that out."

Hinata closed her eyes and smiled at Tsunade. "Oh! That is fine. Take your time ma'am. I understand with all your duties, and your soon to be busy schedule. You will not have that much time for me. I will manage. Like you said, the good thing is Orochimaru is no longer."

Tsunade blinked at Hinata and scratched the back of her head awkwardly. Keep a lookout for not only Naruto, but the Hyuga clan. Check. "Yes, well it's important that you control this curse mark Hinata. You can't keep having these outburst and scaring your family."

Hinata opened her eyes and Tsunade saw nothing but mischief. How could such an innocent girl hold a look like that? "Oh? That is a shame. It proved to give me entertainment Tsunade-sama. They won't let me leave the compound right now, so I grow bored."

This caused a smile to come across both Tsunade and Naruto's face. That scene earlier was intentional. Tsunade chuckled and lightly slapped Hinata's thigh. She liked this girl. Still was going to watch her though. "Hinata. What kind of growing clan leader does this? You can't go around scaring your people."

Hinata titled her head and smiled. That gleam still in her eyes. "I understand, but it also proves to keep them in check. People do not defy what they are scared of." Hinata then looked at Naruto and her eyes became droopy. "I guess with you back. I can finally sleep well. I am very tired. It was nice meeting you Hokage-sama."

Tsuande shook her head as she still laughed to herself of what she just witnessed. Nothing but pure madness. She left Hinata's room and the Hyuga compound. Leaving Naruto and Hinata alone.

Naruto watched as Hinata scooted over on the bed. Offering him a spot to rest on. He smiled at this, and took off his sandals as he got comfortable. He was sitting up and his back rested against the headboard. Hinata curled into his side and looked up at Naruto with a sleepy smile. This is the happiest Naruto's seen Hinata since the Chunin exams started.

This serene moment. He wanted it to last forever. "Naruto-kun?"

Naruto looked at Hinata with hazy eyes, and a relaxed smile. "Hmm?"

He watched as her eyes grew black again, and how the curse mark started to spread over her face. "Where is my gift?"

Naruto's smile stayed on his face as he reached over to give Hinata her gift from his assault bag. The head of Orochimaru.

End of chapter.

This chapter was fun to write! As you can see, cause of death was by rats. Flesh eating rats was the Dark Ages method of torture and death. Just a fun fact.

Had to slip in more NaruHina sweetness at the end. So, Hinata has the cursed mark. Orochimaru is dead though. Hmmmm. Maybe Naruto can feed into her anger and madness. Lol!

Tsunade knows something is up, and has agreed to come back to Konoha really sudden. Perhaps because she senses the real threat was standing before her.

Next chapter is a time skip. I figured 9 chapters of youth life was good enough. Now we can read about adult Naruto and Hinata. What the Hyuga clan is up to now, and how Sasuke is doing.

See you next Friday!
