(The camera flashes black and static before slowing fading into the view of an island, we are on the shoreline as the waves crashes around the camera. We can see in the distance tall trees and mountains and vast wildlife such as birds, insects, squirrels and much more. A person can be seen walking into the frame, back turned to the camera.)

(The person shown is a 5'8 Asian male, he seemed to be in around his early 40's, he ran his left hand through his black French Crop styled hair and stroke his light stubble beard of the same colour with his right. He had olive green eyes, his outfit consisted of a plain white t-shirt, khaki over-shirt, coyote brown cargo shorts, and black slippers. His accessories were a sliver simple stud in his right ear and a watch on his opposing wrist.)

"Hello viewers! My name is Jackson Li, but you can just call me Jack," The man now know as Jack smiled. "And I'm your brand new host for the show you're watching!" He clasp his hands

"Now, all of you must be wondering, 'Host? Show? What the heck is this guy talking about?' And I must ask you a question. What is the most popular reality TV show in the early 2000's?"

Jack placed his hand on the side of his mouth and whispered. "And if you're young, ask your siblings or parents this."

He resumed his normal voice volume. "if you're were a big TV watcher back then, you would've probably answered TOTAL DRAMA!" He exclaimed as he shot his arm above his head. Then he lowered them as he continued.

"And you would be absolutely correct!" He crossed his arms. "Though, you maybe be wondering what the HECK happened to that show? I loved it when I was younger? It's been like forever!" He exaggerated a sad voice and face. Though he quickly turned back to his over-estastic mood.

"Fret not dear viewers! For Total Drama is right here!" He pointed at the sandy beach.

"For you see, I, Jackson and this island will be the location and place of 14 brand new contestants, that'll battle it out for the grand-prize of, you guess it!

ONE.

MILLION.

DOLLARS!"

Jackson pulled out a briefcase containing the massive amount of money, some stacks of cash even overflow out the case and onto the sand.

"Whoops!" He quickly collected the fallen money and stuffs it back into the briefcase and shuts its tightly.

"This show is coming back at you faster than you can imagine! So be ready for weeks of pain, laughter, friendship, betrayal, love and hate. Right here on this island on

TOTAL.

(The camera zooms out, showing the beach and ocean.)

DRAMA.

(The camera zooms out even more, showing the vast biodiversity of the island, with massive tress and ginormous mountains.)

KALOKAIRI ISLAND!"

(The camera fully zooms out. Showing the whole island in all of its glory. With even eagle flying and giving a screech as it passes by the camera.)

The perspective changes to the once filming camera, yet the perspective moves backwards as we see three people right bending the camera and standing there, each doing their respective positions.

A Ginger woman filming the camera, a Black man who was holding the boom mic and an Asian woman on a director chair who holds the teleprompter and megaphone.

"Anddd, CUT!" Shouted the Asian woman.

The entire crew sighed in relief as the promotional video finally came to an end.

"Oh my days! Finally we got completed it!" The man holding the boom-mic dropped it onto the sand exclaimed.

"Ah, don't complain so much Zachary! That only took us like… 13 tries to do it?" The girl carefully placed the camera back into its case.

"23, it took us 23 attempts Maeve." The director woman pinched the tip of her nose whilst closing her eyes and scrunching her forehead as Maeve clenched her teeth.

"Whoops… my bad… haha.." she chuckled

"Hey, don't be so tough on her Rina." Jackson defended Maeve as he rolled his eyes. "You were the reason for half of those outtakes."

"Yeah because you kept on making mistakes!" Rina blurted out

"We NEED this to be perfect! God knows what'll happen to us if we f*ck this up!"

"Hey, calm down Rina-" Zachary tried to console her but was quickly interrupted by her loud voice.

"NO! I won't 'CALM DOWN' if we don't turn a good viewership! God knows what'll happen to our company! We are trying to make a season on one of the most popular shows of the 2000's that hasn't been aired in over 12 years cause the previous host was arrested!"

Jackson was stunned "Wait what-"

But once again the Director cut off her staff "And now we are going to host a season with half the budget, no help from the original producers, and we are on some tropical island with god knows on here!" She shouted.

The other three were left shocked and silent. Before Zachary spoke up.

"Rina, how about we take a walk?" He asked

The Director stayed silent for a moment before responding. "I'm fine, I'll go by myself." She replied

Rina walked off to the living quarters of the staff alone whilst the other three staff stay behind quiet.

"Ok, why did no one tell me that the previous host was arrested!?" Jack confusedly blurted out.

Heya! The name is daedaluso, or dae for short. I've been a total drama fan for a while and a td fan-fic enjoyer for a decent time aswell!

One of the big things i love about this website are SYOCS (even if it took me like an hour to understand what they were lol) and was inspired by a couple syocs to make my own! I'm actually in a couple of them but somehow they never get pass the third chapter (idk if this is common or I'm just unlucky)

Obviously as the title and this section suggests, this story is a SYOC (Submit Your Own Character) and obviously, I'm looking for fellow readers to hopefully submit their own OC's into my PM (Private Messages), you can find my Character Template on my Bio.

I hope to add 14 OC's as this seems appropriate for my first time writing and this was also the cast size in Pahkitew Island. I'll try to respond with an allowance or denial. Also rules will be on my Bio but one I'm writing here cuz it annoys me so much is.

PLEASE DON'T WRITE IN THE REVIEWS IF YOU SUBMITTED AN OC AND THAT YOU HOPE FOR ACCEPTANCE, I'VE SEEN THIS ON OTHER SYOCS AND THIS ACTUALLY ANNOYS THE HELL OUTTA ME AND I WILL DENY YOUR OC IF U DO THIS.
