"Owwww, ow, ow, ow." The sound of Rarity waking up echoed off of the walls, beside the bed to her left was her little sister, Sweetie Belle. Sweetie held her hoof as she tried to raise herself from the bed and pull away the warm fabrics surrounding her.
"You're awake! Thank Celestia," Sweetie spoke, the highly pitched tone of her voice causing her older sister to flinch in pain. Rarity wondered if she'd participated in a boxing match from just how badly her head hurt. The mare scratched her forehead, hoof bumping against the golden ring that had been placed upon her horn.
"What the, why's there a ring on my horn?" Rarity asked, removing sleep from her eyes as she looked about for answers to try and piece together the situation she'd landed herself in.
"Don't worry about that Mrs. Rarity, it's simply a precaution to make sure you don't cause any more harm to yourself," a pony spoke. Dr. Hooves' brown muzzle entered her field of vision from behind a white curtain to her right.
"Your sister here found you knocked out in your bedroom a few days ago, the scans we did on you suggested an extreme overuse of magic beyond anything we'd ever seen. You should think yourself lucky Ma'am, most ponies experience a stroke from such overuse, with most if not all ponies dying from the internal bleedings in the brain." Dr. Hooves explained, noting down how she responded to light and other tests before whipping out another clipboard.
"Before I leave you and your sister to it, I'd like to ask a question. The police would like to know; where you assaulted and or sexually abused before you went into a coma?" A puzzled look came upon her face, the alabaster unicorn simply shaking her head from side to side.
"Well, that's good to know. Your sister here was fearing the worst. May you have a nice day ma'am, you'll be free to leave the hospital once the ring is no longer needed on your horn." Dr. Hooves spoke, the earth pony closing the door behind him as he left the room.
"Why did you fear I'd been raped?" Rarity asked, raising an eyebrow towards Sweetie.
"Um, well… you did leak quite a lot when I found you." Sweetie spoke, her vague response took her a bit to understand, but then she remembered. Her full belly must have slowly had its content leaked out once she'd gone into a coma. The thought of her sister finding her leaking like that made Rarity's cheeks grow pink in colour.
"Oh well, I guess I did go all out in town in the hopes of finding a mate," Rarity jokes, hoping that the lie would suffice.
"I'm just happy to know that it was consensual, I wouldn't have wanted my niece to be born from… well to have been made by force." Sweetie scratched her neck, refusing to lock eyes with her sibling.
"Thanks for being supportive." The two sisters hugged, Rarity happy to know that Sweetie didn't think anything bad about her having a foal out of wedlock. "How did your birthday party go, Good I assume?"
"Better than good," Sweetie fidgeted in her seat, the mare looking away from her big sisters analysing eyes. Rarity looked her up and down before her gaze lowered itself onto the table, and more specifically the positive pregnancy test on it. No answer was needed, the older sister simply punching her lightly in the shoulder before hugging her once more.
"Now Mrs. Mash, it's not ladylike to keep secrets," Rarity teased, her little sisters' smile growing as they finally made eye contact with each other.
"He hasn't proposed yet, but we are talking about it. Though I'll still be Mrs. Belle, as he'll be taking my last name instead of me taking his," Sweetie spoke, opening up about her party, and what had taken place while she'd been in a coma.
"The revelation of us all carrying foals had brought about a mix of emotions; Babs had been happy for all of us, Silver Spoon, Dinky Hooves, Applebloom and myself had been quite ecstatic at motherhood. Dinky even dragged away Pipsqueak for a repeat performance." Sweetie's blush growing ever so slightly upon the last detail added.
"What about Diamond Tiara and Scootaloo?" Rarity asked, the mare now holding a jasmine tea on her hoof. The hot and tasty water calmed down her nerves, and most importantly the massive headache she had awoken with.
"Diamond was a little shocked at first, even talked about getting it removed for a bit before Snails massaged a bit of acceptance into her." Sweetie giggled at the memory, seeing the uptight earth mare receive a massage while her coltfriend had whispered sweet things into Diamond Tiara's ear, it had been quite a cute scene, Sweetie thought.
"And Scootaloo?"
"She… well she'd been less accepting." Sweetie admitted. "They've decided to keep it, but it did take Rumble hours to make her calm down and stop crying. Can't blame her really, the mare finally got the wings she'd always dreamed of, and now she'll miss a year's worth of training because of her pregnancy." They shrugged their shoulders, what the Pegasus mare decided to do was her choice, and both knew they couldn't change her mind once she'd set her mind to something.
"Oh, I almost forgot. Babs had to carry Featherweight back home, poor guy couldn't even stand on his own four hooves." Guilt surged through the older sister, she knew he'd have a hard time after what she'd used his body for… but she hadn't intended for him to down right be unable to walk.
"And what about Button, was he the gentlecolt you'd hoped for?"
"Oh he was the best, I awoke a total mess. I didn't think a pony so petite could produce so much potent cum, though perhaps it was simply the heat that caused it. Because all of the cum smelled so alien next to his musky smell." Sweetie Belle opened up as she went along with her story, not much shame in saying these things considering she had found her big sister leaking more fluids than probably three stallions combined could produce.
"But I won't spoil you with too many details. If you'll excuse me dear sister, I've got a rather charming gentlecolt to meet up with." Sweetie finished off, standing up to walk away. Rarity couldn't help but to pick up on a rather noticeable limp in her walking style.
Sorry Sweetie, didn't plan on rutting you so hard, Rarity thought. If what the doctor had said was true, then it had been days since that fateful night, and in turn, nothing she'd done that night had been discovered. Laying herself back, she breathed a sigh of relief, another trip through hell for her and she'd come back unharmed. Bred fat for the first time, but not hurt.
Ripped out of her thoughts, Rarity heard a knock at the door. She couldn't even tell her guest to come in, before the door flew open. In trotted Fluttershy, the Pegasus hopped onto the bed to give her BFF the biggest hug possible. "By Celestia I'm happy, girl I thought you were gonna die on me," Fluttershy spoke through giggles of excitement.
"Calm down, Darling, it's just a small headache," Rarity assured, padding her friend on the back to comfort the overdramatic mare.
"JUST a headache?!" Fluttershy shot back, anger and tears in her eyes as they made eye contact with Rarity's.
"Girl, you should've seen yourself when you arrived at the hospital! The freaking veins on your forehead looked about ready to pop. Just what in the horse apples did you do after leaving to go back?!" Fluttershy demanded to know, looking sternly at her alabaster BFF.
"Well, I… I might have used a little too many spells at once," Rarity admitted, clapping her hooves together as embarrassment swept over her.
"I'm not very good with spells, my dear. Compare it to your everyday work, if you don't mind," Fluttershy said, moving herself off of Rarity and to the side where Sweetie Belle had been sitting just moments prior.
"Well, you know how I'm very good at controlling needles and other objects while making dresses and other accessories?"
"I do, dear. You always boast about it whenever you get a little tipsy. What's the number you always mention again to describe your average workload?" she wondered out loud, as she wasn't quite in the mood to remember Rarity drunk while she was hurting before her.
"That I can control about five hundred needles throughout an entire day," Rarity answered.
"Oh yes, that's right: Five hundred. So tell me, Rarity, just how many spells were you going about casting?... if you were to compare them to those needles." A small amount of anger was present behind Fluttershy's otherwise gentle voice as she demanded to know.
"Well, the teleportation spell wasn't very taxing; just ten or perhaps twenty. Now, the spell I put on the mansion was about two hundred though," Rarity admitted, as she hadn't expected how straining it would be to have a spell like that running on around 14 ponies in total.
"Almost halfway to five hundred, dear, and you haven't even entered the house yet," Fluttershy reminded Rarity, the mare crossing her front hooves in slight frustration.
"Right, um… then I think I did around five pregnancy check spells, probably another hundred needles. I did a mind-altering spell on Diamond Tiara, that's an additional fifty. Featherweight had a cage on—trying to open it probably took up another thirty. I swapped my mind with him, that's another hundred, probably. I had to remove some messy liquids once I returned to my body… that was likely around seventy more. Oh, and of course, I did the race spell which you instructed, which was about, two… hundred. I've passed the five hundred point mark by just a bit, haven't I?" Realisation hit Rarity when she spotted the nerve that was visible on Fluttershy's forehead. The Pegasus was irritated at her obliviousness to her overdoing.
"By Celestia, you're a moron sometimes. You'd already gone overboard by the time you swapped minds with Feather. The fact that you managed to drag yourself back to your own bedroom is a miracle, let alone that you accomplished the plan regarding the race spell."
Rarity bowed her head in shame; in retrospect, she could see why her little sister had been worried. By Luna's blue moon, she was starting to be grateful that she hadn't experienced a severe stroke, imagining the headlines sent a shiver down her spine; 'Rich unicorn mare found dead with two sets of balls right under her bed.'
"Why did you need to do the foal spell three times, though? Did you mess it up twice before you got it right?" Fluttershy asked, a little puzzled at why her friend had used thrice the amount of spells she'd expected would be needed.
"Well, I might have preoccupied myself a little too much while I had the chance to use Feather's... you know." An awkward smile appeared on her muzzle. The unicorn scratched her neck as she tried to conjure a plausible excuse for what she was about to tell.
"I assume at least some of it was related to the plan we established, correct?"
"Some of it, yes. For example, I checked up on Apple Bloom and Tender Taps. He hadn't bred your cousin-in-law, so I followed through with our agreement and gelded him... Then, later, I bred her with a foal while in Feather's body... sorry about that."
"...Well, as long as the Apple family doesn't know who the sire is, then I'm sure Feather won't get in trouble. Though, now Apple Bloom will have to marry that sissy colt," Fluttershy said, shaking her head in disappointment. And here, she'd hoped to get rid of the dancer.
"Of course, I managed to breed my sister… but got your cousin, myself, and even Diamond Tiara caught in the 'crossfire' as well."
"I can't say I know Diamond Tiara enough to know how that will turn out, though her mother will be pretty furious considering she gelded Snails." Fluttershy looked out the window; the weather was growing hotter by the day. If anything, she was a little jealous of her BFF for having gotten pregnant at a better time of the year than her.
"You know ponies will ask you relentlessly as to who the sire of your foal is. Did you use the race spell on yourself, or will that be a surprise for next year?" Fluttershy scooted closer, placing a hoof on her friend's stomach to softly rub it.
"No, I want it to be a surprise to everypony. Including myself."
"You do know Dr. Hooves placed you under my care once you get discharged from the hospital, and you know what that means, don't you?" Fluttershy teased, blowing air onto Rarity's horn and, in turn, the ring. "That ring won't be coming off until you've entirely healed."
"...I'm not going to get any dresses done for this season, am I?"
"Hehehe, nope. You definitely aren't." The two ponies hugged tightly for a few minutes, basking in each other's body warmth as they each wondered what tomorrow would bring.
