Last time, Sue took Bobby and Lori's job application for temp nurse and started enforcing new rules on them, which included prohibiting anyone from visiting, including family members. Bobby and Lincoln later paid a visit to Albert and he told them the story of what Sue did when a group of Alex's bikers attacked Sunset Canyon. When Bobby tried to confront Sue about it, she managed to have Bobby quarantined. Shortly after, Sue thinks back to her childhood for a brief moment before focusing on her agenda again. Meanwhile, Castleton was visited by an old acquaintance of his from his military service, who gave him a ton of money to help him get back on his feet. What he plans to do with it, we'll have to wait and see.

Is Sue truly irredeemable? Is there more to her than meets the eye? Will Lori be able to make it to the end of the week? Let's find out.

I would like to thank DukeyDukeyDoo and Maikoh Locklear for helping me proofread, as usual.

Chapter 46: The Mama Bear Effect

[The next couple were getting pretty difficult for Lori. Ever since Bobby was quarantined in his and Lori's room, Marty began to get more and more fussy at the absence of his father, and it was starting to take a toll on Lori.]

[Sue, on the other hand, just shrugged off these concerns, claiming that the baby just needed time to adjust to the new changes. But Lori wasn't so sure. She knew that her son really missed his daddy, but it seemed that Sue didn't care, for Sue was more focused on trying to take Marty for herself. She had already taken Bobby out of the picture and all she needed to do now was watch and wait for Lori to make one last mistake.]

[Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, and Clyde kept spying on Sue during those days, hoping to get more dirt on the nurse. Most of it was vocal evidence thanks to Lisa's eavesdropping device, but they were still missing something to complete the report. Lincoln and Ronnie Anne would often report their findings to Lisa and she would add them to the notes in her bunker.]

[As for Castleton, he stayed with Byung-ho at his home in Huntington Oaks for the next few days until he could get over his existential crisis. Castleton managed to make some progress by drinking less, but he still needed time to get over his grief. Castleton still carried the $10,000 he received from Byung-ho on his credit card, but he was still unsure on what to do with it.]

[Deidre, still feeling responsible for the deaths of Joseph and Lang, had been paying her respects to the former's family by helping her widower with his children. She once brought Clyde with her to interact with the kids, resulting in him befriending two who were around the same age as he was. T-Bone also stopped by occasionally to help his comrade with the duties, mostly while he's off-duty from bounty hunting. Out of all the six kids, the one who took the news of his mother's death the hardest was her eldest son, 18-year-old Eugene. He had been acting distant around his father and Deidre ever since he heard the news, and his father was having a hard time getting through to the young adult.]

Friday, at Royal Woods Middle School...

[Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, and Clyde sat together at a table in the cafeteria during lunch trying to piece together what dirt they got on Sue.]

Lincoln: "So, what do we know about Sue as of today?"

Ronnie Anne: "I know that she's a manipulative puta who put my own brother in quarantine for something as trivial as a sneeze. Not to mention that she's forbidden us from visiting Marty the day before that."

Lincoln: "And that she might do the same thing to Lori, or something along those lines."

Clyde: "And we know that she has a friend living in Indiana who may be involved in the plan."

Lincoln: "But we still don't have enough evidence to expose her, you guys. There's gotta be something to top it all off. Something that'll give us the green light."

[Ronnie Anne groaned and banged her fist on the table.]

Ronnie Anne: "It's just not fair! How can a woman like Sue be allowed to watch over a baby just to do everything in her power to make their parents look bad?"

Clyde: "People can get off on these kinds of things just to make themselves feel better. But what else is there? The world isn't exactly perfect."

[Ronnie Anne sighed.]

Ronnie Anne: "I know. I just... I feel so helpless thinking about losing Marty... I can only imagine Bobby and Lori feeling the same way. I want to be able to help them... and my nephew."

[Lincoln put his hand on Ronnie Anne's as he reassured her.]

Lincoln: "We ALL do, Ronnie Anne. He's my nephew too, after all."

[Ronnie Anne looked Lincoln in the eyes as she smiled at him with a blush.]

Ronnie Anne: "Thanks, Lincoln. I really appreciate the support."

[Lincoln smiled back.]

Lincoln: "Don't worry about it, Ronnie Anne. Nothing is going to stand in the way of our investigation."

Clyde: "That's right, Ronnie Anne! You are definitely not alone on this."

"Howdy there, fellers!"

[At that moment, Rusty, Liam, and Zach came up to the table.]

Rusty: "What up, you three?"

Lincoln: "Not much, Rusty. We're just been doing some thinking."

Liam: "'Bout what? You and Ronnie discussin' datin' plans?"

[Liam gave Lincoln a smirk, making Ronnie Anne sigh in annoyance.]

Ronnie Anne: "Come on, Lincoln. We'll talk more at another table."

[With that, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne left the table with their lunch trays and moved elsewhere. Clyde remained where he was while the three boys sat with him.]

Zach: "So, Clyde, you joining us on the bus after school?"

Clyde: "Nah, my mom's coming to pick me up."

Liam: "Still gettin' tah know yer ma a lil' better, huh?"

Rusty: "It's nice that you're bonding with your long-lost mother, but what if she ends up leaving you again?"

Clyde: "I'm still taking my time with her. So far, she hasn't done anything to hurt me, but I still want to be careful."

[The three boys looked at each other for a moment before Rusty spoke to Clyde again.]

Rusty: "Well, good luck with that, Clyde. You'll need it."

Later...

[The end of the school day was here, and Lincoln and Ronnie Anne decided to ride with Clyde and Deidre. After a few minutes of waiting outside the school, Deidre arrived driving a blue four-door rental car before allowing Lincoln and Ronnie Anne to sit in the back seats with Clyde. Lincoln sat on the right, Clyde on the left and Ronnie Anne in the middle between the two boys.]

[As Deidre drove away from the school, Clyde spoke to her.]

Clyde: "Thanks for picking me up from school, Mom."

Deidre: "You can thank your dads for letting me do so. Though, I think Howard is still giving me looks of suspicion."

[Deidre had decided to refer to Clyde's dads by their real names to avoid confusion.]

Clyde: "I can't really blame my dad. He's still adjusting to the changes that have been going on."

Deidre: "Yeah, but I also know that he's just concerned for your well-being..."

[Deidre adjusted her rear view mirror and looked at Ronnie Anne.]

Deidre: "Compared to a certain fool rotting away in prison. I mean, I am glad that Castleton was able to put him away again, but I personally think that S.O.B. should've died right there in those woods."

[Ronnie Anne put her hands in her hoodie pockets as she looked down at the floor. Deidre noticed this and quickly changed her tone.]

Deidre: "Oh! I'm sorry, Ronnie Anne... I know it must be difficult for you to talk about-"

Ronnie Anne: "No, it's alright, Miss Hayes. He got what was coming to him either way."

[After a few seconds of silence, Deidre cleared her throat before speaking to Clyde again.]

Deidre: "So, Clyde... How was school for you and your friends?"

Clyde: "The usual, Mom. Not too much out of the ordinary. Chef Pat was serving meatballs in the cafeteria today."

Deidre: "She has, huh? Maybe I could pay her a visit sometime? She was in the same friend group as me and Rita along with your friend Zach's mom."

Lincoln: "No kidding?"

Deidre: "Yeah... And there was also your friend Liam's mee-maw. She had a part-time job as the school's lunch lady back then. So, what are you and your girlfriend planning to do tonight, Lil' Al?"

[Lincoln and Ronnie Anne blushed and gave each other a smile.]

Ronnie Anne: "We're not exactly dating, Miss Hayes."

Deidre: "Only kidding, Ronnie Anne."

Lincoln: "In any case, we're just going to pay a visit to my sister Lori and her family."

Deidre: "Not with that nurse staying there, you ain't. Banned you for a week, did she? You clearly did nothing to warrant that."

Lincoln: "We know. Sue claims she doesn't want visitors until Tuesday. But we think she may be planning something that involves Marty."

Ronnie Anne: "And I can't shake the feeling that she only became Bobby and Lori's temp nurse as part of her plan. She even put mi hermano in quarantine for no reason."

[Deidre scowled as she thought about Sue while the three kids stared at the woman curiously.]

Deidre: "Those poor youths. Soon, Sue will convince them that they're unfit for parenting."

Lincoln: "That's what I was thinking. She tried to do the same to my Pop-Pop and the other residents at Sunset Canyon last year."

Deidre: "Reets' dad too, huh? She always did have a tendency of doing that to those weaker than her."

Clyde: "Why are you so concerned about Sue, Mom? Is there something between the two of you?"

[Deidre sighed as Lincoln and Ronnie Anne looked at each other, curious on what Clyde's mother had to say.]

Deidre: "Kids... I got some info for you regarding Sue, but you gotta promise to keep it on the down low between the four of us. You got it?

Clyde: "Okay, Mom."

Lincoln: "I think that's a good idea. Can I share this with my sisters?"

Deidre: "I guess that's okay, too. You just leave your mom to me."

Ronnie Anne: "You just tell us what you know about Sue, and we'll keep it hush-hush."

Deidre: "Okay then... From what I can tell, I've known Sue since I was in kindergarten. She seemed like a very shy girl during the first few weeks, but soon, she started taking more of a bossy attitude towards the other students."

Clyde: "Why is that?"

Deidre: "I wish I knew. For the first few years, it was my older brother that protected me from Sue. Sue could never get near me as long as my brother was around. But after he... disappeared, Sue went back to her same old habits, picking on me just because I was an awkward kid. When I entered Middle School, Sue had gained a partner in the form of a girl named Gloria, and she was an even bigger jerk than Sue, not to mention a little taller, too. They eventually gained some more followers and formed a small group, and they kept picking on me every chance they got. She even gained the title Sue the Strong, because she likes to think she's tougher than everyone else."

Clyde: "Okay."

[Deidre then looked at Lincoln through the mirror.]

Deidre: "By the time I entered High School, I met someone you of course know of, L.A.. And that someone was Rita Booke."

Lincoln: "My mom?"

Deidre: "The very same person. She was the captain of the cheerleading squad, and back then, she and her peers used to pick on me just for being a nerd. Of course, it wasn't on the same level as Sue's. By then, Sue had a gang of eleven and Gloria was built like a brick house due to all the exercise she did."

Clyde: "Really? I never really pictured Lincoln's mother as the snobbish type."

Lincoln: "Me neither, ma'am. It's not like my mom to be a bully. So how did you two become best friends?"

Ronnie Anne: "Did she save you from Sue and her cronies?"

Deidre: "In a way. Just two weeks after I met Rita, Sue and Gloria came to me, wanting me to pay up. But Reets saw what was going on and wasn't gonna tolerate it, so she took on the whole gang. After Rita beat the tar out of everyone, she and I took on Gloria and then Sue last. It was a tough fight, but we managed to give Sue the beatdown of a lifetime and she ran off crying like a baby. Rita was given a week of detention as a result, but all the same, Sue and her friends never bothered me again after that, not while Rita was by my side."

Clyde: "Wow, Mom... You and Mrs. Loud were really close. But again, I never saw her as the bullying type."

Deidre: "People can change, Clyde. Some people do, but some don't, like Alex Santiago."

[Ronnie Anne looked out the window as she heard that.]

Ronnie Anne: "Yeah, I know that feeling."

Clyde: "Have you heard anything about your old bully after you left town?"

Deidre: "Not much, but I heard a rumor that she worked as a nurse at an insane asylum, and that her mother was a patient at that very asylum."

[The three kids looked at one another, intrigued by the new information.]

Lincoln: "That sounds pretty disturbing."

Deidre: "You have no idea, L.A.. If anything, I'm betting she drove her mother into insanity before having her committed."

[Clyde took a couple of glances at his two friends before speaking to Deidre again.]

Clyde: "Mom, can you keep a secret?"

Deidre: "Of course, baby."

Clyde: "My friends and I have been spying on Sue for a few days, and as Lincoln and Ronnie Anne said, we think that she may be up to something with Bobby, Lori, and Marty."

[Deidre sighed.]

Deidre: "I know... I've been eavesdroppin' on her as well, listening to her through the walls in my spare time. I don't know what she wants with Reets' grandbaby, but what that woman really needs is help. Somebody has got to do somethin' about that snob before she does anything crazy."

[At that moment, Deidre and the kids arrived at the Loud House. Deidre stopped the car in front of the house and allowed Lincoln and Ronnie Anne to get out before motioning them to come over to the driver's window.]

Deidre: "Okay, now if you kids get any more dirt outta Sue, you make sure your family knows all about it. It might be your best chance at putting an end to her plan."

Lincoln: "My sister Lisa is already on board, but okay, Miss Hayes."

Ronnie Anne: "Yeah! We'll see to it that Sue gets a well-deserved dressing down."

Deidre: "That's good. And while you're at it, you can share your info with me as well. I'll help you kids out however I can. Take care now."

[And with that, Deidre drove away from the Loud House with Clyde. Lincoln and Ronnie Anne ran into the house, got their skateboards out of their rooms along with the eavesdropper, and went back outside before skating towards Carlisle Park Apartments hoping to gather one last ounce of proof.]

Later that evening, at Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[Lori remained under Sue's watchful eye as she continued to care for Marty. She had hardly seen Bobby all day ever since he was put in quarantine and even Marty started to worry about his daddy's absence.]

Sue: "You know, Lori, you could let me hold the baby for a few. I'm sure that he'll calm down a little faster that way."

Lori: "Do you really have to keep watching me every time I move around the house with Marty?"

Sue: "Somebody has to, Lori. You could end up dropping the poor dear on his fragile head, and that boyfriend of yours definitely isn't going to be much help while he's still in quarantine."

Lori: "I can handle my baby, Sue, thank you very much! I handled my younger siblings when they were all babies."

Sue: "I'm sure you have, Lori. And I'll bet that it was all just a job for you..."

[Lori turned around and glared at Sue, feeling pretty offended by that comment.]

Lori: "Just a job? Let me tell you something-"

[Before Lori could finish, her cell phone started ringing. She checked the caller ID and saw that it was her mother before answering.]

Lori: "Hi, Mom. What's going on?"

Rita: "Hi there, honey. How are you and Bobby doing?"

Lori: "We're doing fine, Mom. A few guidelines we have to follow from Sue until the week's end, but it's fine. You know?"

Rita: "Alright, honey. We wanted to check on you, and to make sure you're doing alright."

[As Lori chatted with her mother, she could see Sue staring at her, as if the nurse wanted to make sure that Lori didn't say anything about how she was running things.]

[Sue then took the phone from Lori before speaking into it.]

Sue: "There is nothing to worry about, Mrs. Loud. Your daughter and I have things under control. You and your family just go back to doing what you are doing and leave the rest to us. Good day, ma'am."

[Sue then hung up before giving the phone back to Lori.]

Sue: "The less time you spend on your phone, the more time you have with the baby."

Lori: "Wait a minute, Sue! You had no right to use my phone like that!"

Sue: "Do you know how distracting a cell phone is, Lori? Do you know how many car accidents have happened because of such carelessness?"

[As Sue was talking away, Sue walked over to the bassinet and put Marty in it before speaking to Sue again.]

Lori: "I am not a little kid anymore, Sue, and neither is Bobby! We are literally full grown adults, and how we raise Marty is OUR business! I mean, what is your problem anyway?"

Sue: "I am simply doing my job to ensure your baby's safety and health. Something that people your age will never truly grasp."

[That did it. Sue had hit Lori's last nerve. The blonde woman clenched her fists before speaking to the nurse again.]

Lori: "You know what, Sue?! I've tried to be patient, but it's literally not working out! Bobby and I should've just told you this before you had him quarantined, but I guess I'll just say it myself!"

Sue: "I'd watch what I say next if I were you, Lori. You're treading on thin ice."

Lori: "The only thing that's thin is your attitude, and I've just about had it up to here with it! Susan Shrood, you are literally fired! Do you hear me?! FIRED!"

[Right after Lori shouted the axing phrase, Marty started crying in his bassinet, as he was scared of the arguing coming from his mother and the nurse. Lori and Sue stopped arguing and the eldest Loud sibling tended to her son.]

Lori: "Oh no, Marty. It's okay. I didn't mean to scare you. Come here."

[Lori picked Marty up and began cradling him to help him calm down.]

Lori: "Shh shh shh... You're okay."

[Just then, Lori heard a shrill whistle coming from behind her. She then turned around to face Sue, who had blown her red whistle to stop Lori.]

Sue: "Lori Loud, you put that baby down this instant!"

Lori: "Nurse Sue, I was just trying to-"

Sue: "I said put him down! Right... now..."

[Lori did so before turning around to face Sue, who was still glaring at the young woman.]

Sue: "I'll bet you like picking on the little guys, don't you, Lori Loud? You act like you're the boss of everything around you, including defenseless little children?! All you do is criticize the children instead of their behavior, and that is clearly bad for their psyche!"

Lori: "Look, I'm sorry I lost my cool in front of Marty, but I'm not a bad person!"

Sue: "I've had just about enough of your excuses, Loud! Just for that, you'll be joining your partner in quarantine for the rest of the week!"

[Sue pointed her finger to the parents' bedroom, much to Lori's shock.]

Lori: "What?!"

Sue: "You heard me, Loud! Now get your sorry behind to your room right this minute!"

Lori: "But I'm not even sick! I just said that you're fired!"

[Not wanting to hear anymore, Sue started pushing Lori into the bedroom.]

Sue: "You are in no position to fire me, young lady! Now in you go!"

Lori: "But... But... But..."

Sue: "And another thing; If you had kept your legs closed long ago, I never would have lost my job!"

Lori: "What?! This is absurd!"

Sue: "You're damn right it's absurd! You wiggle your proverbial keister to your partner and this is what you get! A bunch of lunatic bikers running amok in our town and an unemployed nurse with no family!"

[Finally, Sue had gotten Lori into the bedroom. Bobby watched as he remained seated on the bed.]

Lori: "What about our baby?! I can't just leave him unsupervised."

Sue: "You really seem to care about your son, don't you, Lori? Or maybe you're just pretending to care?"

Lori: "Pretending?!"

[Bobby then shot up from the bed and stood by Lori's side.]

Bobby: "Woah! Now wait a minuto, Sue! Me and Lori have been through enough hell as it is! We've only just begun our new lives!"

Sue: "You stay out of this, Santiago! It's your fault that your father nearly decimated the entire town!"

Lori: "Okay! That is not fair! Bobby's father was a psychopath! He literally tried to kill us all, for God's sake!"

Sue: "Nevertheless, as the only responsible adult around here, I'll be taking care of the baby until the week is over. Until then, you can stay here and think about what you've done."

Bobby: "You can't do this! Marty is our son!"

Lori: "Yeah! This is literally insane!"

Sue: "Yeah, it's insane alright! Insane that people your age get to be parents! What a sick joke! And for your information, I practically wrote the book on motherhood long before you kids were even born! And as far as I'm concerned, you have both failed, and you have lost your parenting privileges! I hope you two enjoy the next few days in your room like the irresponsible teens that you are! Because as soon as this week is over, I am going to make sure that a thing like this never happens again!"

[And with that, Sue shut the door and locked it before putting more police tape over it, leaving Bobby and Lori inside. Sue did a little victory dance, confident that the young couple would be convinced that they were unfit for parenthood. All that she had left to do was to take care of Marty for the remainder of the week and she'll be all set.]

[When Sue had finished dancing, she walked over to the couch and crashed on it.]

Sue: "Finally, the cycle of anguish is almost broken! By week's end, I'll have Child Protective Services giving those two the business and giving me the right to keep their kid. Oh, it'll be just like the good old days!"

[Sue laughed like a schoolgirl after being asked to prom as she finished her sentence, thinking that no one had heard her. But of course, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne were right outside the apartment with the eavesdropping device and once they had heard everything, Ronnie Anne became enraged.]

Ronnie Anne: "I knew it! We've got just what we need to finish that puta!"

Lincoln: "Let's go, Ronnie Anne! We have to tell the others about it right away!"

[And with that, the two kids ran off with the evidence, determined to finally expose Sue and her entire plan.]

Later, at the Loud House...

[It was almost nightfall as the Loud siblings were gathered on the couch watching TV. Just then, the front door burst open before Lincoln and Ronnie Anne rushed in.]

Ronnie Anne: "Everyone better call a sibling meeting! We finally have some hard evidence on Sue!"

[The sisters all looked at one another, curious on what their honorary sister had to say.]

[Before long, Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, and the rest of the Loud sisters gathered in Ronnie Anne and Leni's room for the meeting. Everyone had just finished listening to the last piece of evidence from the eavesdropping device after several minutes. The sisters could not believe a word that was said, especially the last piece.]

Lincoln: "So, that's the whole story, guys. Sue just wants to discredit Lori and Bobby as parents just so she could have Marty all to herself."

Lynn: "She can't do that! Marty is not her property!"

Lola: "Yeah! What right has she to take our nephew away from us?!"

Luna: "This will not stand, man! This aggression will not stand!"

Lily: "Sue bad! Sue bad!"

Leni: "What are we going to do?"

Ronnie Anne: "I say that we march over to where that shrew lives and expose her for the fraud that she is!"

[All the Loud Siblings let out a collective "Yeah!", except for Lisa.]

Lisa: "Siblings, if I may. Before we do anything rash, may I suggest showing this evidence to the right people?"

Lucy: "But, who would even want such evidence?"

Leni: "We could show it to Clyde's mom. She could help us out!"

Ronnie Anne: "Not to sound like Lori, but she literally lives right next door to her and Bobby. She already knows what Sue is up to!"

Lisa: "That would definitely be in the realm of possibility, even if the walls at Carlisle Park Apartments are stronger than ours."

Lola: "Never mind that! What if that shrew harms little Marty? He's just a poor defenseless little baby! And I am not about to let some lowdown, manipulative, heartless snob take my nephy-poo away from us!"

Lana: "Lola's right! It's time to take action!"

Luan: "Yeah! And that nurse better watch out, because our AUNT-tics are about to en-SUE!"

[As usual, Luan laughed while everyone else groaned.]

Luan: "Get it? I made a double whammy! But seriously, Sue's gonna be the one crying UNCLE when we find her!"

[Luan laughed again while everyone groaned in response.]

Luan: "Now it's a TRIPLE whammy!"

Lynn: "Let's just go already! The faster we get there, the faster that selfish, snobby shrew goes away empty handed!"

Luna: "Yeah, dudes! Let's kick it over to Bobby and Lori's pad!"

[And with that, Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, and the Loud Sisters ran out of the room, down the stairs, and past Lynn Sr. and Rita before heading out the front door.]

Lynn Sr.: "Whoa! What's going on here?!"

[The parents ran outside to see their kids pile into Vanzilla. As Leni started the engine, her father approached the van.]

Lynn Sr.: "Where are you kids off to?!"

[Leni backed out of the driveway as Lynn spoke up.]

Luna: "Sorry, Pops! We need to borrow the van for a bit! We got a bit of a family emergency on our hands!"

[By that time, the van was out of the driveway.]

Lynn Sr.: "Borrow the van? Family emergency? What is going on here?!"

Lynn: "No time to explain, Dad! We gotta book it to Bobby and Lori's place! Let's go go go!"

Lucy: "I pray that we are not too late."

[And with that, the Louds and Ronnie Anne quickly drove off to Carlisle Park Apartments, leaving Lynn Sr. and Rita feeling quite confused.]

That night, at Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[Sue was laying on the couch chatting up Gloria on her cell phone as she watched Marty napping in his bassinet.]

Sue: "...and that's just the way it went. Both of those teens are now locked up in their room and their baby is now mine for the taking. I say this turned out to be a sweet victory for 'Nurse Sue'."

Gloria: "Atta girl, Suzy Sue! I knew you still had that bossy-ass attitude in ya! My guidance has never steered you wrong, has it?"

Sue: "Of course not. Now all that's left to do is call Child Protective Services and book those children for the bad parents that they are. Which will happen in due time."

Gloria: "Why not now, Suzy?"

Sue: "Because I need to make sure that the baby loves me more than those so-called parents."

Gloria: "Well, there's no need to shout your pretty ass off, Sue!"

Sue: "Okay, now you're overreacting, just like you did back in high school!"

Gloria: "Woah now! How am I overreacting?! And how was I overreacting back then?! Christ! It's always something up your sweet ass!"

Sue: "All I am saying is that I'd like to be treated with a little more respect here! I am doing my best!"

Gloria: "Alright alright alright! Look, Suzy... I'm sorry, okay? I'm just... getting a little impatient, you know? Can you forgive me?"

[Sue thought for a moment. That apology was really shallow, but she decided not to argue any further.]

Sue: "Yeah... I forgive you."

Gloria: "That's what I wanted to hear... Now, I've been thinking... Maybe you should rat out that Lori Loud slut and her weak man friend to the coppers as well? Hell, why not rat out the entire Loud Family while you're at it?"

Sue: "Rat out the whole Loud Family? That sounds like a tall order, Gloria. I'm not sure if I'm ready to do that."

Gloria: "Hello! Have you forgotten what they did to you all of a sudden?! Dat whole biker attack on Royal Woods was their fault in the first place! Remember?!"

[Sue went silent for a few seconds as she started reconsidering her thoughts.]

Sue: "I'm not so sure about that now."

Gloria: "Not so sure? Well, you wanna know the real kicker? Rita Muddahfuckin' Booke-Woim is their mudduh! The same damn dame who kicked our asses back in high school!"

Sue: "I know! I know! I'm not stupid!"

Gloria: "And you haven't forgotten what she did to us back den, have ya? I neveh fahgat how it happened! Back in '92... Back when you used to run our gang!"

[Sue thought back to that moment. Back when she and Gloria cornered Deidre Hayes before Rita Booke came along. Rita had managed to take on the three girls that accompanied Sue and Gloria by herself before the tall girl took her on. While Gloria had the upper hand at first, Deidre joined in and helped Rita take her down. Sue had suffered a humiliating defeat at the duo and ran off crying. Shortly after, Gloria found her and swore to her that she was gonna get even with Rita and Deidre, with or without Sue.]

Sue: "No... Never have..."

Gloria: "That's right! And I swore we'd get back at her for that humiliating defeat! And after what you just told me, this could be our big chance! Once you have the CPA or the fuzz or whatever giving the Louds the business, you get the kid and they will be destroyed! Figuratively and emotionally, of course."

Sue: "Well... You might have a point, Gloria. But let's just call it Phase 2. I don't want anything to go wrong while I wait out the remainder of the week as a nurse."

Gloria: "Fair enough, Sue-Sue. But if I were you, I'd be ready tah stick it to the woman when the time comes. The integrity of our friendship is ridin' on this, so whateva you do, don't fuck things up! Capisce?!"

[Sue sighed.]

Sue: "Believe me, I won't. Once I get full custody of the baby, I'll make sure that Rita and her family are finished. You have my word."

Gloria: "Dat's the strong goil I know! Lemme know how things turn out when you're done. I've got big plans for the kid."

[Gloria let out a chuckle, much to Sue's unease.]

Sue: "Gloria, what exactly do you mean by 'big plans'?"

Gloria: "Big plans to help you raise him, of course! Nuthin' wrong with dat now, is there?"

Sue: "Well... no. I guess not."

Gloria: "Den it's all settled! I'll have the place ready for when ya finally arrive! Talk to ya later, Suey!"

Sue: "Okay, Gloria... I'll see you soon."

[Sue hung up the phone and groaned as she put her free hand over her eyes.]

Sue: "God, I'm in deep shit now. I can't give the baby to Gloria. There's no telling what she'll do to him. How can that woman even live with herself?"

[At that moment, Marty started crying, prompting Sue to get on her feet and walk over to the bassinet before picking the baby up and cradling him.]

Sue: "When Tuesday rolls around, I'll rat out the Loud Family and then I'll go as far away from Michigan with the baby. I mean, it's not like anybody can stop me now. Is there, little one?"

[But right outside, Deidre heard everything as she listened through a glass cup to the door.]

Deidre: "That's what you think you cowardly snob of a bitch! I have to warn Rita."

[And with that, Deidre quickly rushed back into her apartment to call the Louds.]

Back at the Loud House...

[Lynn Sr. and Rita sat on the couch as they discussed what was going on.]

Lynn Sr.: "What on Earth has gotten into those kids?"

Rita: "Well, they did say something about going to Bobby and Lori's, but why is that?"

[Just then, Rita's cell phone started ringing. She checked the caller ID to see Deidre before answering.]

Rita: "What's going on, Dee?"

Deidre: "Reets, this is an emergency! You mind putting me on speaker? Because Lynn needs to hear it too!"

[Rita obliged and put the phone on speaker, allowing Lynn Sr. to hear Deidre as well.]

Deidre: "Can you hear me, Lynn?"

Lynn Sr.: "Loud and clear, Deidre!"

[Lynn Sr. laughed a bit while his wife sighed.]

Lynn Sr.: "Get it? Loud and clear? Because my family name is-"

[Rita then cleared her throat, making Lynn Sr. stop.]

Lynn Sr.: "But seriously, I can hear you."

Deidre: "Alright, now listen closely, okay? Your grandson is in complete danger! That nutty nurse has locked your daughter and Bobby in their room and now she plans on skipping town with the baby!"

[Rita and Lynn Sr's eyes widened with shock when they heard what Deidre had said.]

Rita: "What?!"

Lynn Sr.: "Why would Sue do that?!"

Deidre: "I don't know if it's revenge or what, but that woman needs help. I even heard her talkin' on the phone with Ol' Glory about calling the CPA on your family and gaining custody of the baby!"

Rita: "Gloria Pietersen?!"

Lynn Sr.: "Who?"

Rita: "It's a long story, Lynn! I'll tell you about it later. But it's no wonder our kids drove off in Vanzilla!"

Lynn Sr.: "Hold on there, Deidre! How do you know all of this?!"

Deidre: "Let's just say that your son and his friend did a damn good job snoopin' around the apartment."

Rita: "Oh, why do Lincoln and Ronnie Anne keep getting themselves into situations like this? I think I need to have a word with them when they get back home."

Deidre: "Come on, girl, go easy on them. They just wanted to help their nephew out. Remember how we used to be just like them back in high school?"

Rita: "I know, but they could wind up hurting themselves if they get involved."

Deidre: "Hey... If it makes you feel any better, I'll keep an eye out for your kids when they arrive! I'm still keeping watch on Sue right now."

Rita: "I understand, Dee. And thanks for your help."

Deidre: "You're welcome, Reets. Later."

[Rita hung up before looking at her husband.]

Lynn Sr.: "I figured that something bad was gonna happen with Sue involved. Oh, I hope that shrew gets what's coming to her!"

Rita: "I just hope that Lori and Bobby are doing alright."

Meanwhile, at Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[Lori and Bobby were still locked in their room as the blonde woman started doubting herself. She and Bobby sat on the bed as the young Santiago man comforted his girlfriend, who was now in tears as she feared losing her baby boy to Sue.]

Lori: "Oh, Boo-Boo Bear, I don't understand where we went wrong. I thought I was such a good parent on my terms."

Bobby: "I'm sure we're doing our best, Babe. But maybe with enough studying, we'll get the hang of it."

Lori: "I hope so... But what if she really does end up calling Child Protective Services? I just don't want us to lose our baby. I... I don't..."

[Lori then cried on Bobby's shoulder as he held her tightly.]

Lori: "Oh, Bobby Boo-Boo Bear... What are we going to do now?"

[Bobby wiped a tear from Lori's eye as he spoke softly to her.]

Bobby: "Awwww, babe. Don't cry. Hopefully Sue is just calling a bluff."

Lori: "I don't know, Bobby. I literally don't like this at all. You think you could check on our baby somehow? Please?"

[Bobby looked at the door for a moment before looking back at Lori again.]

Bobby: "Anything for you and Marty, babe."

[Bobby got up and looked through the keyhole in the door. He saw Sue trying to feed Marty baby formula from a bottle, but the baby was refusing to take it. He also saw a cell phone facing Sue's direction, which could only mean that she was recording herself. The nurse needed to have proof to show everyone on the internet that she was capable of caring for children.]

Sue: "Come on, sweetie. You have to get over breast milk at some point. Who knows what's even in that stuff."

[Marty kept pushing the bottle away from Sue and the nurse was starting to lose her patience. At that time, Lori joined Bobby by the door so she could also have a peek as well.]

Sue: "Honey, you are really trying my patience here. You can either take this formula, or you can starve for the rest of the day."

[Lori heard what Sue just said and she felt the urge to tell the nurse off.]

Bobby: "Babe, please try to calm down."

[Finally, Marty knocked the bottle out of Sue's hand and the cap fell off, spilling the formula all over Sue's outfit. Sue started reaching her boiling point when this happened.]

Sue: "Oh, you are such a stubborn little brat!"

[Sue walked over to the bassinet and put the crying baby in it.]

Sue: "Now you listen to me, kid! I will NOT tolerate such disobedience around here! You are either going to respect me as a mother or I am taking away all your toys!"

[Marty cried louder as Sue's words kept falling on deaf ears before the nurse shielded her own ears to block out the noise. By that point, Sue was starting to get impatient with the baby and picked him back up.]

Sue: "Will you hush up already?! You are getting on my fucking nerves! What in God's name do you want from me?! What?!"

[Marty squirmed to break free of the nurse's hardening grip as he cried for his mommy or daddy. Finally, Sue has had enough.]

Sue: "Marty, you stop crying right this very minute or I'll give you something to REALLY cry about!"

[Just as Sue raised her hand, the bedroom door burst open and Sue quickly looked over in a split-second to see Lori rush out before the young mother saw Sue's raised hand.]

Lori: "You heartless monster!"

[Sue let out a panicked gasp and immediately put the baby back in his bassinet before raising her hands in defense and taking a few steps back as a furious Lori marched over.]

Sue: "Now, wait a minute there, Lori! You and Robert are still in quarantine!"

Lori: "Quarantine THIS, bitch!"

[Lori raised her fist and punched Sue in the jaw, knocking her down to the floor while Bobby raced over to his frightened son and picked him up.]

Sue: "Now, let's think about this, Lori!"

[Lori raised her fist again and gave Sue another punch to the face, leaving a nasty bruise on the nurse's cheek.]

Lori: "Like you're in ANY position to think, you horrid woman!"

[Lori then lifted a nearby stool as Bobby rushed into the nursery with Marty in his arms, eager to get him away from the unpleasant scene.]

Sue: "Now I see that you're upset, but that is no way to behave in front of your-"

[Before Sue could finish, Lori yelled and threw the stool down on the nurse's face, smashing the object and leaving a few splinters on her face along with a black eye. Lori proceeded to kick Sue numerous times in the stomach and side. Sue attempted to raise her arm to defend herself, but Lori kept kicking it, leaving more bruises. And as Sue was still being kicked, the nurse grabbed her head as her mind started flashing back to a very painful memory.]

"You little piece of dogshit!"

"Mommy?"

[At the age of five, Sue was on her knees with her hands tied to the furnace in the basement as her 21-year old mother angrily loomed over her. The woman then grabbed the young girl by the collar of her dress and raised her fist at her before giving her a backhand punch in her face.]

Lori: "My boyfriend's! Name! Is! Bobby!"

[Lori gave Sue another punch to the jaw, knocking a tooth out and triggering another horrible memory.]

"Come over here, Susan!"

[A three-year-old Sue turned around and started to run from the young adult, wanting to avoid her mother's wrath. However, the woman caught up to her and grabbed her by the arm, making the girl scream.]

"You don't run from me, you little bitch!"

[The young adult raised her free hand before backhanding her daughter.]

Lori: "You can belittle ME and BOBBY all you want! But NOBODY! Lays! A HAND! On! My! Children! You hear me?! NOBODY!"

"Hold out your fucking hand!"

[Sue's mother reached out and grabbed her daughter's wrist tightly before dragging the girl back towards her.]

Lori: "This is MY LIFE, and YOU LITERALLY can't control it or my baby! You FUCKING! SHREW! BITCH!"

"You puny scab! Why did you have to be born?! You deserve what you fucking get, you fucking! Worthless! Bitch!"

[Baby Sue was now laying in her bassinet crying as her mother punched her hard in the face. She had tears in her eyes as the person who was supposed to care for her continued to hurt her.]

[Finally, as if a tough nut had fully cracked after numerous hits with a hammer, Sue burst into tears and yelled out.]

Sue: "STOOOOOOOOP! NO MORE, MOMMY! PLEASE! NO MORE!"

[Lori stopped kicking and looked down at Sue as she continued to sob shakily.]

Sue: "Don't hit me, Mommy... I'll be good... Please... Don't hit me... I'll be good. Please, Mommy... I'll be good... Don't hurt me..."

[As Lori kept looking down at the nurse, she could not believe what she was seeing. Sue looked pathetic compared to the controlling demeanor she had in the last few days. After that beating she had received, Sue had been reduced to nothing more than a weeping pile of goo.]

Sue: "Please, mommy, I'll be good! Please..."

[Sue then crawled slowly to Lori and grabbed her legs, prompting Lori to quickly back away from the nurse.]

Lori: "Get the fuck off of me, you freak! Get off!"

[With no other choice and while breathing shakily, Sue crawled her way as fast as she could to Bobby and Lori's bedroom while whimpering and slammed the door shut. Lori could only watch the display with surprise as the cries of her son coming from the nursery died down. Then she looked at her hands in shock over what she had done to Sue.]

Lori: "What the hell did I just do?"

[Sue leaned against the closed door for a few moments as she continued to make shaky breaths. The nurse then crawled over to the mirror and looked at her reflection. Her face was badly bruised from Lori's beatdown and she had a shiner on her left eye. She looked down for a few moments and then she looked back up to see a different person in the reflection.]

"Sasha": "Why, mother? Why did you have to leave me? I could've died out there, and you were too busy fending for yourself!"

Sue: "What was I supposed to do, Sasha? I'm no supermom! There were just too many of those bikers! You could've been killed!"

[Sue lowered her head again and sobbed again before another voice spoke from the mirror, which was now a man in his early 30's.]

"Sue's Husband": "You really gained a lot from the divorce, didn't you? Was it all worth it snatching our daughter away from me?"

Sue: "Please don't do this to me, Spencer! I just wanted what was best for her! I didn't want to lose her! Please!"

[Once again, Sue lowered her head before another voice spoke in the mirror. This time, the person in the reflection was a teenage girl who had a look of contempt on her face.]

"Sue's Mother": "Well, if it isn't the mother of the year! Guess you couldn't get out of my shadow after all, could you, Susan?"

[Sue started breathing heavily as she saw the reflection switching back and forth between Sue's mother and Sue herself.]

"Sue's Mother": "Just look at yourself! You're pathetic! You're worth NOTHING! You could never keep a job with your behavior, and you could NEVER take care of your own daughter! What a waste! I should've just aborted you when I had the chance!"

[Sue screamed as she slammed her head on the mirror, cracking it. Sue then collapsed onto the floor as she looked up at the ceiling and started weeping again. The impact she made on the mirror also caused a cut on her forehead, and blood was now trickling from her wound and down her face.]

Sue: "I'm so sorry... Please... Forgive me..."

[Back in the living room, Lori sat on the couch with her hands over her eyes as she was still trying to process what she did to Sue. At that moment, Bobby came out of the nursery with Marty in his arms. The baby had calmed down a little after being held by his father, but was still a little scared.]

Bobby: "Are you okay, Babe?"

[Lori lowered her hands before she spoke.]

Lori: "I literally can't believe I just did that. I just lashed out in front of our baby like some crazy person. What kind of a mother am I if I can't set a good example for him?"

[Bobby leaned forward and put his hand on his girlfriend's cheek as they made eye contact.]

Bobby: "Take it easy, Babe. You were only doing what you had to as a mother, and I'm proud of you for it. Besides, after what Sue almost did, I think Marty's more scared of her than you."

[Lori thought for a moment before answering Bobby.]

Lori: "I guess... Still, I wish I could've handled things differently."

Bobby: "Listen... Whatever happens next, we'll be ready for it. Okay?"

[Lori sighed before giving Bobby a nod. Bobby handed Marty over to Lori and the blonde girl took the baby in her arms. Lori held her baby close and he happily accepted his mother's embrace.]

Lori: "Oh, my poor little bumblebee... Did that bad lady frighten you?"

[Lori then gave her son a kiss on his forehead as she continued to cuddle him while Bobby sat right next to his girlfriend on the couch and felt the baby's head. Tears formed in Lori's eyes as she thought this could be the last time she'd have with her baby boy.]

Lori: "Don't cry. Mommy is here for you. Nothing is going to happen to you... I hope."

[Bobby then started singing his Spanish lullaby to Marty to help him calm down.]

[Sue watched from the broken door as Bobby and Lori comforted their child. From what she could see now, those two young adults genuinely cared for their son, despite her earlier claims. This was the kind of love she never received from her own mother when she was younger, and to think that she was going to rob the poor child of that. Tears formed in her eyes again and she lowered her head in shame and sadness.]

[A few moments later, Sue came out of the bedroom clad in a black dress and matching black shoes along with a gray coat as the woman wore shades to hide her black eye. She had a very forlorn look on her face as Bobby and Lori stared at her with Lori holding Marty close to her.]

Lori: "Sue... I literally don't know what to say. I am very livid about what you tried to do to my baby, but at the same time I probably shouldn't have lashed out at you like that. If you want to report me to the police or Child Protective Services, I-"

[Sue raised her hand to stop Lori from talking any further.]

Sue: "No, Lori... It's okay. I see no reason to report you... In fact... I'm really proud of you..."

[Lori's eyes widened in surprise as she looked at Sue again.]

Lori: "You're what?"

Sue: "You heard me... You went out of your way to protect your child. That's what a true parent is capable of... even if you are a little young to be carrying that responsibility."

[Lori simply stared at Sue with an astonished expression. As Sue looked at Marty, the baby started whimpering and squirming at the sight of the nurse, prompting his mother to comfort him.]

Bobby: "I don't think our son likes you anymore, Miss."

[Sue sighed and looked away for a brief moment as she rubbed her left arm.]

Sue: "After my repulsive act of unprofessionalism, I honestly can't blame him. If anything, I should be the one reported for my misconduct. In fact, you should be pressing charges against me for wronging you and your baby. You kids carry on. Hopefully, I can pay for the damage done to your mirror... if not everything else. Good day."

[Finally, Sue took her cell phone and walked out the door before Bobby shut it. Lori then sat on the couch and sighed as she put her right hand over her face with Marty in her left arm. Sue may have told her not to worry, but Lori still wasn't entirely convinced. Bobby could see that Lori was still in doubt and decided to sit beside her until she felt better.]

[Outside of the apartment, Sue went outside and got to her car before she heard a female voice speak behind her.]

"Hey, Nurse!"

[Sue turned around only to be met with a fist to her face, knocking her shades off. The woman stumbled backwards on her car before sliding down to the pavement. She took a few seconds to regain her bearings before looking up to see an African-American woman who was around her early 40s.]

Deidre: "That's for all your shit in elementary, middle, and high school, you fat snob fuck!"

[Sue rubbed her sore cheek as she looked up at the woman before her eyes widened. Now realizing who that woman was, her face turned to sorrow. Deidre's expression turned to surprise as she could now see a bleeding cut on the woman's forehead and a shiner on her left eye, both of which she most likely got from earlier. Deidre had the urge to punch Sue again, but was finding herself unable to do so. Sue just sat there, not even attempting to put up a fight against one of her childhood victims.]

[Just then, Deidre heard a familiar voice whisper in her right ear.]

Vee: "That was a good start, Dee... Now give that fat cunt exactly what she deserves."

[Deidre looked to her side and saw Vee with a smirk on her face. But to Sue, the woman seemed to be staring at nothing.]

Vee: "What's the matter, Dee? You lost your nerve already?"

Deidre: "But... I don't..."

[Vee then walked beside Sue and put her hands on the former nurse's shoulders.]

Vee: "Why don't you give her the business already, Dee? Make her suffer for everything she did. You know that you want to."

[Upon finally reaching her breaking point, Deidre then screamed at the "person" beside Sue.]

Sue: "Deidre, I-"

Deidre: "SHUT UP! I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANY MORE SHIT OUT OF YOU! YOU HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT TROUBLE EVER SINCE YOU SHOWED UP! ALL YOU EVER WANT TO DO IS CONTROL AND ABUSE LIKE IT'S NO BIG FUCKIN' DEAL! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO ME A MOTHERFUCKING FAVOR AND GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY LIFE, YOU BITCH! JUST DISAPPEAR FOR THE SAKE MY SANITY AND FOR EVERYONE ELSE'S! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME, MOTHERFUCKER?!"

[Deidre then started taking heavy breaths after her tirade. Sue was pretty stunned at Deidre's words, so much so that she was driven to tears again as she hung her head low.]

Sue: "I understand... I don't blame you."

[Deidre looked on with surprise as Sue got back in her car and drove away in tears. Deidre then looked down in shame as Vee walked behind her.]

Vee: "Not exactly what I've had in mind, but I think you did pretty damn good."

Deidre: "I said leave me alone, Vee. You've done enough."

[And with that, Deidre walked back into the complex, leaving Vee where she was as she crossed her arms while pouting.]

Vee: "Hmph... Talk about being ungrateful."

[That was all Vee said before slowly fading into thin air.]

[When the coast was clear, the Louds and Ronnie Anne drove after Sue's car in Vanzilla, which had been parked across the street from the apartment complex, and continued to follow her without getting spotted. Of course, all that the Louds saw in their eyes was Sue and Deidre, and they had no idea what to say about that display.]

Luna: "Damn... Clyde's mom sure has volume."

Leni: "Poor Sue. She looked really hurt."

Lynn: "Boy... And here I thought that shrew would put up more of a fight. Pathetic. Really takes all the fun out of going apeshit on her."

Lana: "I'm not even sure if we should expose her now."

Lola: "Lana, are you out of your mind?! She's probably just putting on an act! Think about our nephew here!"

Lincoln: "I think Lana might have a point, Lola."

Lisa: "Our male sibling is right. We will just have to wait a little more before we decide the fate of our maternal grandparental unit's former caretaker. In the meantime, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne will do a last minute snoop on her."

Meanwhile, in Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[Bobby and Lori were resting together on the couch after putting Marty to bed in the nursery. However, Lori was still looking pretty down despite kicking Sue out of the apartment.]

Bobby: "How are you doing, Babe?"

Lori: "I don't know... I really thought we could get through the week without any problems, but all it took was three days for us to lose our help."

[Bobby took Lori's hand as the two young lovers looked into each other's eyes.]

Bobby: "I'm sure we can manage the last four days without Sue. She was clearly not the right person for the job."

Lori: "I know, but... I don't know if we're going to survive for that long, Bobby."

Bobby: "We can make it work somehow, Lori. You know we are in this together."

[Lori smiled dreamily at her boyfriend, feeling a little better about things. But she still felt bad about what had happened.]

[Lori and Bobby's faces inched closer to one another before they started kissing for a few seconds until there was a knock on the door. Bobby got up and walked over to the door before looking through the peephole to see Deidre standing outside.]

Deidre: "You mind if I come in? I want to talk to Lori about something."

[Bobby looked over at Lori, who only nodded in agreement. Bobby then opened the door, allowing Deidre to come in.]

Deidre: "Hey there, Lori."

Lori: "Hi, Miss Hayes. What brings you here?"

Deidre: "Call me Deidre, please. You mind if I have a seat?"

Lori: "Of course. You're welcome to it."

[Deidre sat down on a chair beside the couch before speaking.]

Deidre: "I was outside your door and I heard all the commotion. Sounds like you really gave Ol' Snob the business."

Lori: "Yeah, I guess... When I saw her about to lay a hand on my son, something triggered inside of me and I literally went berserk on her."

Deidre: "So the shrew thought she had tamed the mama and papa bear, but then lost all control when she tried to mess with their cub. How did that make you feel?"

Lori: "To be honest... I'm not really proud about what I did, even though it was for my son's safety. I want to be the mother that my child deserves, but I don't want to end up scarring him for life."

[Deidre sighed.]

Deidre: "I know that feeling all too well. You have every right to defend the people you love, but at the same time, one can go too far with their defense... I found that out the hard way."

Lori: "I know... Sue started crying as I was whaling on her. I really expected her to put up a fight, but all she did was cower as if she were going through some trauma."

Deidre: "Don't let that get to you, girl. Whatever bad experiences Sue had in the past should not excuse what she almost did to your son."

Lori: "I want to believe that she's not all bad. But after scaring my child... I'm not so sure."

Deidre: "Yeah... To be fair, I guess I was a little too direct when I confronted her outside... I saw the sad look in her eyes after I berated her, so I don't think she'll do anything else to you... What she needs now is some professional help."

Lori: "She does... I thought we could put up with Sue until the week was over... But I guess I was only kidding myself."

Deidre: "Well, I'd be very happy to help you take care of Marty for the rest of the week... If you don't mind, of course."

[Bobby and Lori looked at each other and smiled before giving Deidre their answer.]

Lori: "Of course we wouldn't mind... Bobby and I would literally appreciate it a lot."

Bobby: "That's muy kind of you, Miss Hayes. We might need all the help we can get"

Deidre: "It's the least I can do, Bobby. I guess it's all settled then. You and your family will be in good hands for the rest of the week."

[With that, Deidre decided to spend the rest of the week helping Bobby and Lori take care of Marty.]

Meanwhile, at the Loud House...

[Lynn Sr. and Rita remained on the couch on the couch when the home phone rang. Rita got up and walked over to the phone before picking it up and putting it to her ear.]

Rita: "Hello? Who is this?"

Sue: "An old acquaintance of your father's. Will you call him and have him come over to your house? I have something I need to say to him, and to all of you before it's too late."

Rita: "And what is that?"

Sue: "You'll have to find out as soon as I come over tomorrow."

[At that moment, Rita heard the dial tone before putting the phone back down on the receiver.]

[Sue had been calling Rita from a pay phone a few miles from Carlisle Park Apartments following her encounter with Deidre.]

[Lincoln and Ronnie Anne were hiding in a nearby bush as Ronnie Anne watched the woman with a pair of binoculars. As the Santiago girl kept spying, she noticed Sue pull out her cell phone before watching that video she made with Marty, right up to the part where Lori tackles her offscreen.]

Ronnie Anne: "Oh, that fat puta! She's going to post that video on social media to make Lori look bad! You got the camera ready, Lincoln?"

[Lincoln held a digital camera in his hands, ready to take a picture.]

Lincoln: "Ready and waiting, Ronnie Anne."

[To Ronnie Anne's surprise, however, Sue had cut out the part where Lori started beating her up, but not the bit where the nurse was threatening Marty.]

Ronnie Anne: "What the hell? Lincoln, hold!"

[Finally, after editing the video, Sue posted it on social media before lowering her head in shame.]

[After that, Sue inserted another quarter in the phone before making another call.]

[Sue dialed Gloria's number and put the phone to her ear. After about two beeps, Gloria's voice answered.]

Gloria: "Hey, Suze. Any luck on getting your credibility back? Didja rat out them Louds yet? I'd like to hear everything about it in full detail."

[Sue looked down at the floor for a few moments before Gloria spoke again.]

Gloria: "Are you there, Sue? What's goin' on ova there?! Do you have the kid or don'tcha? Why aren't you answering me?!"

Sue: "I don't think I'll be getting any more credit anytime soon, Gloria. This whole town is completely against me now... But I think that's probably for the best. I'll have to leave Royal Woods tomorrow."

Gloria: "Leave town? What the hell happened back there?! You couldn't handle a couple of weak teenagers all of a sudden?! Look, if no one will accept you in Royal Woods, I can still set you up at my place until you get back on your feet!"

[Sue's face crumbled again and her voice cracked before speaking again.]

Sue: "I'm so sorry... But... I can't see you anymore... You'll only bring bad memories."

Gloria: "Bad memories?! Okay, Suzy! I know this isn't the first time! Pretty soon, you'll come crawling right back to me!"

Sue: "Not this time, Gloria. I need to start thinking about myself now."

Gloria: "Are you fucking kidding me?! If those Louds warped your mind, I'll fix them! They don't scare me one bit!"

Sue: "And don't bother coming over, either. The Loud Family aren't the bad guys... We are... And if you even THINK about doing anything to the Loud Family, you're going to be mighty disappointed. I suggest you forget about me and think about improving yourself, Gloria..."

Gloria: "So, that's it?! You're giving up?! That's not the Susan Shrood I knew! Have you forgotten who helped you through middle and high school?! Are you really going to throw away everything you had planned over your own insecurities?! Everyone hates your fuckin' guts now, and I'm the only person offering to help you out! I'm all that you have left in this shitty world, and don't you forget it!"

Sue: "I'm sorry, Gloria Pietersen, but my mind's made up... If you really cared for me, then take my advice; Just forget... all about... the Louds... Goodbye... I wish you luck."

[Sue slowly moved the phone back to the receiver as Gloria continued to rant from the other end.]

Gloria: "You know something, Shrood? You've really gone soft! After all that I've done for you, you decide to quit on me like the worthless coward that you are! Well, maybe you'll reconsider those words because I have a gun and I'm pointing it at my own fuckin' head!"

[Sue stopped when she heard those words.]

Sue: "You what?"

Gloria: "You heard me, Shrood! I happen to be very popular around the state of Indiana, and when they find out that you drove The Gloriator to end herself, they'll come looking for you! You're gonna spend years in the slammer for murder! Plus, my uncle's a lawyer and he's gonna sue you for every goddamn penny you have if you don't take me back! Is this what you want?! Huh?!"

[Sue went silent for a few seconds before answering Gloria's question.]

Sue: "Maybe it is... I've got nothing left to lose now."

Gloria: "FINE! Your choice! I'll see you in Hell, you passive-aggressive piece of shit!"

[After a few more seconds, a bang was heard over the phone which was then followed by silence.]

[Sue then leaned her face against the glass and started crying again as she dropped the phone, leaving it hanging by its cord as the dial tone started beeping. Lincoln and Ronnie Anne looked at each other, surprised by the whole outcome. What they saw now wasn't a power-hungry shrew, but a broken woman hell-bent on punishing herself. Tonight's experience clearly took a lot out of her.]

[Just then, Lisa's voice spoke from Lincoln's walkie-talkie.]

Lisa: "Lincoln, Ronnie Anne. status report!"

[Lincoln picked up the walkie and spoke into it.]

Lincoln: "It's Lincoln... It looks like Sue deleted some footage from her phone."

Lisa: "What?! Was it important?! Did you get it on camera?!"

Lincoln: "Positive... It was footage of Lori beating her up because Sue frightened Marty."

Lisa: "She has?"

Lincoln: "She still has the previous footage of her scaring Marty...but she posted it..."

[Lincoln took another look at Sue, who was still crying at the phone booth.]

Lincoln: "And now she's crying at the phone booth... I think she wants to hurt herself."

Lisa: "That is quite an interesting development, Lincoln."

Lincoln: "What should we do now?"

Lisa: "You and Ronnie Anne just remain where you are. We'll be coming over to pick you and Ronnie Anne up ASAP."

Lincoln: "What about Sue?"

Lisa: "We'll set up the intervention for tomorrow morning. There's nothing else we can do about her tonight."

Lynn: "No way in Hell, Lise! If you ask me, that shrew has already dug her own grave."

Lucy: "Lucky her."

Lisa: "It's only practical that we do so, Lynn. Otherwise, we can never get to the root of her problem."

[Lincoln put down the walkie-talkie as he and Ronnie Anne looked back at Sue, who was still very miserable. Then, the two kids made their way back to Vanzilla.]

Meanwhile, back at Bobby and Lori's apartment...

[Lori sat on the rocking chair in the nursery rocking Marty to sleep when she decided to share some words with the baby.]

Lori: "Oh, Marty... I apologize for how I reacted towards the nurse, but I had to make sure that she didn't hurt you in any way. I wish I could've stood up to her much earlier, but I was really afraid that she'd have you taken away if I did, and the last thing I need is to see you taken by some people who would've potentially treated you like garbage. But I know for a fact that you are the sweetest thing a mother could ever have. I know I may not be the most perfect mother in the world, and I know that I tend to raise my voice at times, but your life is still precious and your well-being is all that matters to me and your daddy. I know I regret not finding a better way of handling that nurse, but if there is one thing that I don't regret this week, it's protecting you. I would literally brave through thousands of ravenous locusts just to make sure you were safe and sound, just like daddy. You mean the whole world to me as much as your daddy does, and you mean everything to him as well."

[At that moment, Marty snuggled up to his mother and was now fast asleep. With a warm smile on her face, Lori put her son in his crib and set the stuffed bear beside him.]

Lori: "Goodnight, my little Bumblebee. I love you."

[Lori kissed her son's forehead before she quietly left the room. As she did, she saw Bobby staring at her with misty eyes, clearly ready to cry after hearing his girlfriend's heartfelt speech.]

Lori: "Oh, Bobby. I thought you'd be in bed by now."

[Bobby wrapped his arms around Lori and hugged her tightly as he cried.]

Bobby: "Don't you worry, Lori. You're gonna be the best dang mom ever... I know it."

[Lori smiled dreamily as she wrapped her arms around her boyfriend.]

Lori: "Of course I will, Bobby. And you're going to be a wonderful father, no matter what others may think. I love you very much."

[Deidre was resting on the couch when she sat up and looked back at the couple's embrace with a smile. Then, Bobby and Lori broke from their embrace before immediately making out for a few seconds. After that, the two parents walked into their room together.]

The next day, at the Loud House...

[The Loud siblings and Ronnie Anne were gathered in the reorganized living room while Lynn Sr., Rita, and Albert sat in the dining room. Lisa held a clipboard and pen in her hands, with the intention of taking notes from Sue.]

Albert: "It's nice to be visiting the family again, but I don't quite understand why this person wants me here."

Rita: "She said that it was an old friend of yours."

[Albert made a scowl.]

Albert: "That must be Sue. That video of her being mean to Marty must've really taken social media by storm, and I mean a category 5 hurricane."

Lynn Sr.: "It is just outrageous! That woman is a total menace! I don't think any hospital can recommend her to care for their babies after what we saw!"

Rita: "Lynn, Dad, I know what she did. But somehow, I get the feeling that she wants to hurt herself. Who do you think posted the video in the first place?"

[Lynn Sr. and Albert both looked at each other for a moment before the old man spoke up.]

Albert: "Well, that could be possible."

[Just then, Rita's cell phone rang. She checked the caller ID to see Deidre before answering.]

Rita: "Hi, Deidre... How's it going with Bobby, Lori and Marty?"

Deidre: "It's going really smooth, Reets. A few hiccups here and there, but otherwise, your grandbaby's a sweet baby boy."

Rita: "I'm glad to hear that, Dee. You certainly make a better caretaker than Sue."

Deidre: "Thanks. Now that the ol' snob is out of the game, maybe things can finally ease up."

Rita: "I still can't believe that very same nurse from Sunset Canyon was actually that old bully I took down in high school, and the very same bully that gave you trouble since elementary school."

Deidre: "Well, I don't think she'll be a problem to anyone else anytime soon, thanks to your kids."

Rita: "I'm still a little disappointed with Lincoln and Ronnie Anne for not informing me about it. But still, I'm really proud that they were going through great lengths to protect their nephew. No child should have to be separated from their loving family."

[The night before, Rita and Lynn Sr. had a stern talk with Lincoln and Ronnie Anne as soon as they and the rest of the Loud Sisters returned home. While they were disappointed at first, they warmed up a little after the two kids explained everything to them.]

Deidre: "I agree, and I'm happy that Lori and Bobby are letting me help take care of your grandson. Lil' Marty is quite a handful, but I'm really glad to be looking out for your fam. Maybe someday, I can help you out with the rest of the kids, too?"

Rita: "Are you sure you're up for taking care of three boys and 10 girls? Harold and Howard can't handle that many kids."

Deidre: "With a family like yours, I wouldn't trade it for the world. But you have a point there, Reets. I think I'll settle with just Marty and Clyde for now before I'm ready to tackle larger numbers."

[Just then, there was a knock on the door.]

Albert: "I better go see who that is. You and Deidre just keep on talking."

[Albert got up from his seat and walked over to the door to see a familiar face outside. Albert then cringed when he saw that his former caretaker looked all beat up as she held a cardboard box in her hands. She also had a bandage covering the wound on her forehead.]

Albert: "Yikes... What happened to you?"

Sue: "It's a long story. But do you think you have it in your heart to let me in so I can say a few words?"

[Albert frowned at the woman that has made his living at Sunset Canyon hell.]

Albert: "Now why would I invite someone who could potentially harm a baby, let alone my great-grandson, into my daughter's home?"

Lola: "Yeah, toots! Do us a favor and crawl back to whatever rat hole you crawled out of!"

Lisa: "Remember, Lola, we have the intervention set up for a reason."

[Lola crossed her arms and pouted as she glared at Sue.]

Sue: "I get the impression that you saw the video? Believe me, I have no idea what came over me last night, but I would like to get some things off my chest before I leave town for good."

[Albert turned his attention to the box in Sue's hands.]

Albert: "That's not a bomb in that box, is there?"

[Sue gave Albert a deadpanned look over that question.]

Sue: "No, Albert... I may be a heel, but I am not a psychopath. Hell, I don't even know how bombs work."

[Rita sighed as she watched the tense conversation, having just got off the phone with Deidre.]

Rita: "Just let her in, Dad, so we can get this over with."

[Albert glared at his former caretaker as he unlocked the door and let her in.]

Sue: "Thank you, Albert."

[Albert kept on glaring at Sue, not wanting to say another word to her as she set the box on the living room table before sitting on one of the chairs in the circle. The Loud kids were also giving the former nurse dark glares as their parents and grandfather sat with them.]

Rita: "Well, well, well. It looks like Sue the Strong has returned. So, why have you decided to show up at my house after everything you've done this past week? Plus, I know about how you treated my father and my kids, and I really don't appreciate it. Not to mention all the other things you did back in high school, especially to my best friend, Deidre."

[Sue looked down as she let Rita's criticisms sink in.]

Sue: "Everyone... I didn't come here to ask for forgiveness from any of you, especially you, Albert. I'm probably beyond that now. My reputation has really preceded me ever since I lost my job."

Lynn: "Well, isn't that the understatement of the year?"

Lucy: "Shush!"

Sue: "But I still want to apologize to you and your family for my actions before it's too late, especially your grandson, Lincoln. Everything I did these past week was all about my daughter. She practically hates my guts after that whole biker incident. I knew I could never earn her forgiveness, and that was why I wanted Lori and Bobby's baby for myself."

Ronnie Anne: "You mean you were going to kidnap him?"

Sue: "It wasn't kidnapping, little girl. A kidnapper would have taken the easy way out. I was going to have the CPS allow me to keep him."

Leni: "It's still wrong, Sue! No child should have to be unfairly taken from his loving family! You have done more harm than good to our grandfather and everyone else! You were just... So mean!"

Luna: "That's right! You're bad! You're bad! Really, really bad!"

[Sue's eyes welled up with tears again as she heard Leni and Luna's criticizing words.]

Sue: "I know... I made that very mistake with my husband decades ago. I just didn't want to lose her... When I saw her get taken by those bikers, I thought I could protect her by not making my presence known to them. Who would've thought that decision would end up costing me dearly? I couldn't handle everything that had happened, and that was why I wanted Albert's great-grandchild. I wanted to relive the moments I had with Sasha from when she was a baby all the way to adulthood. I wanted to go back to the times when I was happy with my baby girl... But I guess I was only kidding myself."

[Lisa wrote in her clipboard as she listened to Sue's reasons.]

Lisa: "We get the impression that there is more to this story than wanting to relive your precious moments with your then-infant daughter."

Sue: "How did you know?"

Ronnie Anne: "Lincoln and I were spying on you for the past few days."

[Sue sighed.]

Sue: "Of course you were. Can't say that I blame you. You two were probably trying to get back at me for banning you from your sister's apartment. But I deserved that... Really."

Lincoln: "Well, we were mostly trying to help Marty. What you tried to do to him was unfair to Lori and Bobby, and it was unfair to Marty as well."

Sue: "I figured as much."

Lisa: "After hearing about your phone conversation, would you care to elaborate more about your past?"

Sue: "Of course."

[Sue took a deep breath as she told the Louds some more of her past.]

Sue: "You see, I have had a terrible childhood, and Sasha became my one source of happiness the moment she was born. My mother had me when she was only 16 years of age, and she saw me as nothing more than a thorn on the sole of her foot."

Lana: "So that's why you treated Lori and Bobby so harshly... Because they were teenagers."

Lisa: "Only in your eyes were they teenagers, Sue. Bobby and Lori are legal adults now."

Sue: "I know... But what I went through as a child does not excuse what I did today. Sometimes, I think my mother should've aborted me long ago."

Ronnie Anne: "Considering how my own father has treated me since I was born, I think I can relate... to a certain extent, at least."

Luan: "It's still no excuse, though."

Sue: "As I was saying... My husband, Sasha's father, had put up with me for only a few years until he finally decided to get a divorce. Then, after settling everything in court, I was granted sole custody of Sasha."

[Sue sighed as she thought about her husband.]

Sue: "I sometimes wonder if taking Sasha from her father was the right thing to do. He wanted to help me, and I just took him for granted."

Lincoln: "I see... And who exactly was it you were talking to over the phone last night?"

[Sue looked over at the Loud kids and Ronnie Anne with a grim expression.]

Sue: "Someone that I'm glad you'll never cross paths with. I've crossed paths with this woman many years ago, and I have regretted it ever since."

Luna: "Lemme guess... This person was G-L-O-R-I-A?"

[Sue let out an angered sigh when she heard the name being spelled out.]

Sue: "If you really want a history lesson on that woman, I'd suggest asking your mother."

[Sue looked over at Rita, who simply looked away as her husband stared at her. The Loud kids stared at the mother as well before looking at each other, sensing that she knew something.]

Sue: " I don't want to talk about her anymore... not after everything she did. For all I know... that woman is dead to me. In the meantime, let's just talk about what I have in the box instead."

Lincoln: "So, what exactly IS in that box?"

Sue: "Just some personal belongings. I won't be needing them anytime soon, and neither will my daughter."

Lisa: "You won't mind if you remain seated while we take a look in the box, would you?"

Sue: "No... I can stay right where I am. Go right ahead."

[Albert opened the box to see a bunch of items. Most of them were stuffed animals and other things. After taking every item out, inspecting them, and setting it all on the table, Albert and Lisa found nothing suspicious at all.]

Lisa: "Well, they seem pretty legit. But that does not make a difference."

Sue: "I know it won't make up for all that I have done, but your family could find a good use for these items. Maybe Marty will like these toys."

[Rita and Lynn Sr. gave each other odd looks, not knowing what to say about any of this, and neither did Albert. This woman no longer felt like the controlling shrew that she was back at Sunset Canyon, but a broken husk.]

Sue: "Once again, I am very sorry for all that I put you and your family through, and no amount of explaining can ever justify my actions. That is why I am packing up and leaving Royal Woods for everyone's sake."

Lynn Sr.: "But where will you be going, Sue?"

Sue: "I don't really know. Maybe I'll move to the next town in Michigan, if not the next state. I just can't show my face around Royal Woods ever again, not after the way I acted. In fact, I haven't been acting right for decades."

[Sue heaved a sigh before getting up.]

Sue: "I wish you all the best of luck, and I expect you all to be there when I make my exit. Good day, everyone..."

[With that, Sue left the house before shutting the door. Despite her actions, Albert couldn't help but feel some pity for Sue.]

Albert: "That poor woman."

Lynn Sr.: "Yeah... I hope she gets the help that she needs."

Lola: "I'm not holding out any hope for her, not sorry."

Leni: "What if dad's right, though? What if she CAN change her ways?"

Luna: "Nah, we don't need to talk anymore about Shrew... Not after the minute she's out of our town."

Lisa: "Until that day of rehabilitation comes, I think the rest is up to Sue."

[The Loud siblings all agreed.]

[Just then, there was another knock at the door, making Lola scowled.]

Lola: "That shrew better not have forgotten anything to say because-"

Rita: "I'll get it, kids."

[Rita stood up and walked over to the door. What she saw outside wasn't Sue, but Castleton standing on the porch.]

Rita: "Hello there, Castleton. We've hardly seen you this past week."

Castleton: "Greetings, Rita. Could I come in? I'd like to discuss something with you and your family."

[Rita opened the door and Castleton walked in before looking over at the circle of chairs and the people sitting in them.]

Castleton: "Was there some intervention going on earlier?"

Lisa: "In a manner of speaking, there was."

Lynn Sr.: "So, what brings you here, Mr. Castleton?"

Lisa: "I called him over."

[Everyone looked over at Lisa as she got off her chair and approached Castleton.]

Lisa: "I've had an unauthorized audio log in my tape recorder for eight days straight, and upon further research, I have deduced that said log was from a certain Matthew Kochner shortly before Lori and Ronnie Anne were abducted by Alex and his gang of ruffians."

[Castleton sighed at the mention of his former partner's name.]

Lisa: "Perhaps you wouldn't mind coming into my abode to hear the tape? It could be of great importance to you."

Castleton: "Of course I wouldn't, Lisa. Maybe it could give me some closure."

[Lisa took Castleton by the hand before they both started going up the stairs and into Lisa and Lily's room.]

[Lisa searched through her drawers and unearthed her tape recorder. After searching through the tapes, she came across the specific one.]

Lisa: "If you wish for me to leave the room, I will accept that request."

Castleton: "No, no, you can stick around if you want. You already heard the tape before I did."

Lisa: "As you insist, Mr. Castleton."

[After taking a seat on Lisa's bed, Castleton pushed the play button on the recording device, and Koch's voice spoke from it.]

Koch: "Hey, Cass... If you are hearing this message, it means that I am either dead or have skipped town... Though I think it's most likely the former. Ian... You have done a lot of good despite me not being much help... What I'm trying to say is that I have made the biggest mistake of my entire life... Years ago, I made a deal with the devil, and the devil's name was Alex Santiago... I've only done so because my cut salary on the force was hardly enough to pay for my rent, even less so when I was a cable repairman coupled with Alex's arrest. When Yuri came to me, I thought this could be my chance to start anew... I guess I was just kidding myself, because my life was ruined beyond repair when I got fired from the force, and I have no one to blame for it but myself... That biker woman was right... Yuri was only using me just so she could get to that Loud boy and do unspeakable things to him... I've done plenty of horrible crimes, but molesting children is where I draw the line... And that's a burden that I cannot have on my shoulders... I was nothing but a pawn in a game of chess... And like the jackass that I am, I get myself roped into it... And took a man from his family in the process..."

Koch: "I may not have had a wife and any children like you did... or my own reality show... But I'm still human, despite my flaws... But all the same, I was so focused on getting back at you that I ended up playing a big part in Alex's fucked-up plan, and I don't think I can EVER redeem myself after all the shit I put you and countless others through, thanks to my own blind arrogance. But you, Castleton... You are like a guardian of the young, the old, and the weak... Ever since we got assigned to the Santiago case, you went out of your way to find who was responsible for Lydia Santiago's death and put them away in order to protect her children... While I just sat in the sidelines like a total bum and mooched off of Santiago's bribes... There is no place in this world for people like Alex Santiago... or me... But Royal Woods needs someone like you to stand up to injustice... You have to stop Alex and his entire biker horde at all costs... You must save the Loud Family and Alex's two kids before that monster kills any of them... You're their last hope... and the town's..."

Koch: "Well... I think I better stop before Alex or his cronies suspect something... So yeah... By the time this recording ends, I am finished... But you... Sergeant Ian Castleton, you go do what you have to do... and make this world a better place... You'll be a credit to the town... Goodbye, partner... It's all up to you now..."

[The tape came to an end and silence filled the room. Castleton thought more on all that he heard until something clicked.]

Lisa: "You want to talk about any of this, Mr. Castleton?"

Castleton: "No thanks, Lisa... I think I'm going to take a walk."

Lisa: "It's alright, Sir. You have all the time in the world."

[Castleton smiled at the young genius.]

Castleton: "Thanks, Lisa. You're a smart kid."

[With that, Castleton got up and left the room as Lisa watched him go. He then walked down the stairs and said goodbye to the Louds before heading out the door, feeling better about himself. Castleton had a lot of thought after hearing Koch's message. As he walked down the sidewalk, he reached into his pocket and took out his cell phone before calling Byung-ho's number. Castleton then put the phone to his ear, and after a couple of beeps, Byung-ho answered.]

Byung-ho: "Hey, Ian. How are you doing?"

Castleton: "Byung-ho... I think I might know what I'm going to do with the money you gave me."

Byung-ho: "Really? And what's that?"

Castleton: "I want to go back to what I did before, but this time... I want to do it my own way."

Later, at the bus stop...

[Sue stood at the bus stop waiting for her ride as she held a suitcase in her hands while a small crowd of people gave her cold stares. Among the crowd were the Loud Family, Ronnie Anne, Bobby and Lori's family, Deidre and the staff and residents of Sunset Canyon. Scoots was also eating from a bag of popcorn that was sitting in her scooter's basket as the old lady watched Sue's misery with a smile on her face.]

Scoots: "I tell ya, it's about damn time Ol' Shrew was finally driven out of town, and I ain't missing this for the world."

[Scoots chuckled before taking another handful of popcorn while Albert rolled his eyes and heaved a sigh.]

[As Sue looked among the crowd of angry and disappointed stares, she couldn't see her daughter anywhere. She hung her head low, thinking that she didn't even bother to come see her mother off.]

[After about a minute, the bus finally arrived and the doors opened as soon as it came to a stop.]

Sue: "Well... There's my ride..."

[Sue turned around to face the crowd again.]

Sue: "Goodbye, everyone... I am pretty sure that I won't be missed in this town."

[Sue turned around again and was about to board the bus when she heard a familiar voice from the crowd.]

"Wait right there!"

[Sue turned around and her eyes went wide as she saw Sasha running over to her. As soon as the young woman approached her mother, she grabbed her knees as she tried to catch her breath. Sue could also see that her daughter had what looked to be an envelope in her right hand.]

Sue: "Sasha? You came?"

[Sasha took one look at her mother for a few moments before she despondently turned her head away from Sue as she gave her the envelope. Sue slowly took the envelope out of her daughter's hand before getting on the bus. As soon as Sue took her seat, the doors closed and Sue looked at her daughter one last time through the window as the bus drove away.]

[Once the bus was out of sight, Bobby and Lori took Marty back to their apartment while the Loud Family and Ronnie Anne made their way back to the Loud House.]

Scoots: "And nothing of value was lost."

[Scoots then followed the rest of the Sunset Canyon residents and staff back to the home.]

[As the family of 13 made their way back to their house, Lynn spoke first.]

Lynn: "Boy, am I glad all that crap with Sue is over and done with."

Lynn Sr.: "Thank goodness Deidre told us about it."

Luan: "I say this was a pretty satisfying conclusion to this SUE-parter."

[As usual, Luan laughed while the rest of her family (sans Lynn Sr.) groaned.]

Luan: "Get it?"

[Lynn Sr. chuckled before answering.]

Lynn Sr.: "Indeed I do. I think I needed that."

Lincoln: "Speaking of Deidre... Mom, can I ask you something?"

Rita: "Of course, Honey. What is it?"

Lincoln: "Well... Is it true that you and Miss Deidre started off on bad terms?"

Ronnie Anne: "Yeah. That's what I wanna know, too. Were you really a bully yourself once?"

Rita: "Well... That's sort of three quarters true."

Lincoln: "What do you mean?"

Rita: "It means there's more to this story than what Deidre told you kids. Yes, I was kind of a jerk and a bit of a bully to Deidre when we first met. Yes, I saved her from Sue and her group, especially her big dumb lackey. And yes, Deidre and I became the best of friends following that incident. But the reason for all the teasing was because my cheerleading squad were doing the same thing, and I only went along with them out of peer pressure."

Lincoln: "Really? Deidre never told me about that."

Rita: "Well, I guess she must've let it fade from memory sometime while she was away. But she understood where I was coming and accepted it."

Lincoln: "I see. What else can you tell me about Sue and Gloria?"

Ronnie Anne: "I think we know enough there is to know about Sue. But what I wanna know is; Who exactly was this Gloria person? Did you know her as well?"

[Rita's face fell when she heard that second name being mentioned.]

Rita: "Yes... Gloria Pietersen. She was somewhat of a feminist. Actually, she was more of a misandrist. Always liked to beat up boys to the point of putting them in the hospital, all the while claiming to other students and faculty how all of it wasn't her fault to begin with. She'd even go as far as to hurt them emotionally by doing harm to someone or something very close to them, including animals. Plus her family always paid money to get her off the hook. That's how truly awful she was, probably even more so than Sue. In fact, I've seen them both arguing a couple of times back then, and Gloria tended to berate Sue whenever she had the chance, mostly about not being strong enough. I don't think their friendship was ever healthy to begin with."

Lincoln: "Really? Now this is new."

[Lana's face turned to anger when she heard the part about Gloria hurting animals.]

Lana: "I'm already starting to hate this woman."

Lucy: "Me too... I sincerely hope there's a special place for her in the underworld."

Rita: "Yeah... With the amount of toxicity between Sue and Gloria, they could never be what Deidre and I were back in the day. Also, right after I told them to lay off Deidre, I noticed that Sue may have also had some peer pressure as well when she led her group. In fact, Gloria was so brutal that she might as well have been the one actually calling the shots in the gang."

Lola: "Holey-Shmoley... She sounds like one of those mob bosses I've seen in those gangster movies."

Luna: "No kiddin', dudette."

Rita: "As I was saying; I even heard rumors of Sue and Gloria splitting up after that fight. I didn't even know what happened to Gloria since high school or where she even was before she... left, but I can only assume that she was still the very same man-hating brute she was back then. As for Sue, I never thought that she would eventually end up becoming Pop-Pop's nurse, let alone treat him so harshly. But now that I look back, I think that Sue was just like Ronnie Anne, a victim of abuse and toxicity for years to come."

Ronnie Anne: "No kidding... I guess that's what I would've become if I... stayed..."

[Ronnie Anne thought back to that moment in the woods when Alex tried to kill Lincoln, and when she nearly shot her father to death. Ronnie Anne said no more, as she didn't want everyone else to know.]

Lynn: "All things considered, that Gloria bitch must've been tough, and I mean REALLY tough. I bet I could've taken her on, if my hand was fully healed."

Luna: "Like how you handled Alex?"

Lynn: "Hey! That was a stroke of bad luck, Luna! He was just too damn strong!"

Rita: "Kids, please stop! I know that whole ordeal with Alex was bad, but let's not think about it anymore, or Gloria for that matter."

Lynn Sr.: "Your mother's right. It's all too upsetting for her. Let's just be glad that woman won't ever have to see that woman."

Lincoln: "Well... Then... What about Sue? Do you think that she can really change?"

Rita: "I honestly don't know, sweetie. But if there's one thing that I DO know from all of this, it's that whatever happens to Sue next is all up to her now."

[Lincoln thought for a moment. He remembered when he tried to convince Alex to stand down, and that attempt ended up failing. All the same, he had to hope that Sue could change her ways for the better.]

Meanwhile...

[Sue sat in the back of the bus as she held the envelope in her hands. She then opened the envelope and took out a photo of a younger and thinner version of herself with her husband and Sasha, who was just a toddler at the time, at Dairyland. All three of them were happier at that time. She then looked at the back of the photo to see a message that read "Mom, I hope you get all the help you need, because I can't do so. Here is a little reminder of the time we had together. Your daughter, Sasha."]

[Sue lowered her head as a tear leaked from her eye. Sue could only hope that she could turn over a new leaf if it means reconnecting with her daughter. But with her new reputation, only time will tell for the former nurse at this point.]

[Upon entering Huntington Oaks, the bus passed the Burpin' Burger in town. At that very same Burpin' Burger, Katherine Mulligan came out the back door of the establishment dragging a garbage bag with her. She was no longer in her usual news attire and now wore the Burpin' Burger employee uniform. Ever since her firing from Channel 3 News, Katherine had gotten a job as a garbage lady at the Huntington Oaks Burpin' Burger. The manager at that particular Burpin' Burger was a real piece of work, treating Katherine like garbage. Not helping matters was a certain blonde employee who was around the age of 18, who seemed to boss her around as well. Her home was also foreclosed on and she had to live with her brother and his family until she could get back on her feet.]

[Finally, she reached the dumpster and threw the trash into it. But as soon as she did so, she started to feel queasy and threw up behind the dumpster. Upon regaining her composure, Katherine put her hand over her stomach and rubbed it. Her fling with Castleton's cameraman had brought her another problem into her already tarnished career, and now she was carrying a child that she never planned on having.]

Katherine: "Oh, God... Why did I do that? I am such a mess. What am I going to do now?"

[Katherine put her hand over her mouth as she started crying, not knowing what to do about her predicament.]

"In a little spot of trouble, I see?"

[Katherine turned around and her eyes widened as she saw an older man in a blue suit holding a briefcase in his left hand.]

Katherine: "Mr. Rosato...? But you're supposed to be dead."

[Katherine had heard on the news that Rosato had died, but yet there he was, standing without a scratch. And speaking of the news, Wes had applied for the job of reporter at Channel 3.]

Rosato: "I thought the same thing, but it's truly amazing what a bulletproof vest and a couple of blood packs can do to save your life."

February 15th...

[Rosato laid face first on the wet ground and opened one eye to see Castleton and Koch looking around in the shed. He quickly shut it again as the two men ran out of the shed and past the lawyer with guns in their hands until they were in the woods. Rosato got on his knees and opened his coat to reveal a bulletproof vest and two leaking blood packs on the chest, due to being penetrated by the bullet that Koch had fired.]

Rosato: "That's gonna leave a bruise."

[Rosato then took out his cell phone before calling Alex's number.]

Alex: "This had better be good news, Rosato!"

Rosato: "Well, prepare to be disappointed, Alex. That police sergeant Castleton and that turncoat Kochner have put aside their differences and are heading your way right now."

Alex: "WHAT?! Well, where the fuck were you?!"

Rosato: "I was shot today. That unreliable slimeball got the upper hand on me. Thank God I came prepared in case one of those cops tried to off me. Send out any remaining goons that you have left to take care of them both."

Alex: "And what the fuck are you going to do?!"

Rosato: "Well, I don't know about you, but as for me, I'm going to make myself scarce in case the feds show up. There's clearly no reason for me to stick around during a losing battle. From here on out, consider our business terminated. Best of luck, Santiago... You'll need it."

Alex: "You motherfuck-"

[Upon hanging up on Alex, Rosato got back on his feet and started running away from the scene in the hard rain, leaving behind a puddle of blood.]

In the present...

Rosato: "Yeah... None of that childish ketchup packet crap. Gotta be more convincing, you know?"

Katherine: "Okay. What do you want from me?"

Rosato: "I was having a decent meal in the establishment when I noticed how your employers were treating you. Not exactly a fancy Italian ristorante, but it'll have to do."

Katherine: "Why do you even care?"

[Rosato showed Katherine the briefcase.]

Rosato: "You see this case? It contains a few million dollars. Enough to provide one with a place to live."

Katherine: "What are you getting at, sir?"

Rosato: "I can provide you with your own home and a steady new job. No need to be living with your brother anymore and no need to be cleaning up after some rat hole named after a bodily function. You'll be able to have a fresh start with this kind of money."

[Katherine thought for a moment. She wanted to turn her life around, but this proposition seems too good to be true.]

Katherine: "Is there a catch to this?"

Rosato: "Always a catch, isn't there? Well since you asked, there IS one little catch involved: Just one tiny favor that I need from you."

[Katherine sighed in annoyance before answering the man.]

Katherine: "What is it? What do I need to do? You want me to help you break Alex Santiago out of death row before he fries?!"

Rosato: "Nah, to hell with Santiago. That guy was a chump. Now that he's on the row, he's basically done for. Old news, as you might say. As of right now, I'm personally working on my own terms."

Katherine: "Then what?"

Rosato: "I would need to take some extra baggage off your hands... If you know what I mean?"

[Rosato pointed to Katherine's stomach and the former news reporter looked at the man with a shocked and appalled expression as she put her hands over her stomach.]

Katherine: "You mean I have to abort this baby?! I will do no such thing!"

[Rosato stood beside Katherine and pulled her close to him.]

Rosato: "Lady, don't think about this as killing an innocent baby, think of it as getting rid of some unwanted luggage that you don't need in your life. Think about it, Mully. You get that abortion, and all your problems will be solved with ease. You will be well respected in your community once again if you take this offer. All it takes is a simple agreement and you are set for life."

[Katherine crossed her arms as she thought for a moment. She really wanted a fresh start to her life, but she was still adamant about getting rid of the baby inside of her.]

Katherine: "I... I'll have to think about it."

[Rosato patted Katherine's shoulder to feign reassurance.]

Rosato: "It's okay, Mulligan. I can see how difficult this is for you. Take all the time that you need... Just be sure to give me your answer within a month... Until then, here's my number."

[Rosato reached into his shirt and took out a small piece of paper before handing it over to Katherine. She then looked down at the paper to see Rosato's phone number.]

Rosato: "Remember... You have only a month... Just don't let it slip your mind, okay?"

[And with that, Rosato walked back into the restaurant with the briefcase in hand. Katherine looked down at her stomach again, feeling a mix of emotions ranging from anger to guilt. How was she going to handle this new situation?]

The lives of the Louds and Santiagos may now be free from Sue, but plenty of stuff is brewing in the background as a certain former ally of Alex's has cheated death and is now making deals. Will Katherine come to a decision regarding her unborn child? What are Rosato's intentions regarding Katherine? Just what exactly is Castleton planning to do with the money he got from Byung-ho? Only time will tell. But for now, let's hope the Spring season yields happier results.

As for Sue, she wondered if she'll ever be allowed to come back to Royal Woods and face her daughter again. Well, in the words of a famous Beatle: "But I think she deserved her punishment... Don't you?"

Gamelover41592: Looks like it.

wollyworld: Thanks.

Maikoh Locklear: Thanks.

MoreABoutThomas: Sue kind of has her reasons, even if they aren't the best.

Sogg1Dog: Lori just doesn't want to risk Marty being taken away from her if she doesn't follow Sue's rules.

Guest: Looks that way.

boygenius2020: Wait and see.

Unity123: It's all up to Sue now.

Guest 2: Looks that way.

alexloud808: Sue's only criticizing Bobby because he's (in her eyes) a teen. Plus, she has a reason for it. Probably not a good reason, but a reason nonetheless.

Guest 3: Wait and see.

Guest 4: They'll have plenty of it.

DarthWill3: Sue's plan might fail, but it's possible that there is a reason for her behavior.

Guest 5: Lisa will have plenty of evidence on Sue.
