Chapter Two – Views of the Past
Amazing! This story has been missed, but I understand that people are disappointed at me for deleting or discontinuing my stories. But, you have my word that Dark Silver is going to continue since I nearly have ninety-chapters planned for this story, however, that is not even the most chapters I have yet for this story. So, please be patient for the next chapter since I am going to wait to release Chapter Three until I have at least twelve or thirteen chapters ready typed up.

I have to tell everyone that yes, I have burrowed other ideas from other anime, video games or movies to make this story into an interesting story. But do not worry, I do have some crazy and interesting ideas for this story as well. So no further ado, enjoy Chapter Two of Dark Silver!
After waking up from his slumber, he finds the destroyed stone homes' surroundings while Rito begins seeing the dead people. He bends down to try and find out what happened to them. Then his eyes extended in shock because a golden and midnight blue sword attack appeared at the people's bodies. He jumps away from the person's attack, and his head turns to see a shadowy figure holding a sinister smile on his lips.
"Why stop the destruction, so when I can do more," the Shadowy figure says with a sinister voice and begins to frighten Rito, and his hands make a protective shield to protect him from the sinister aura of a shadowy figure.
The bright light appears in front of Rito and makes him appear in front of his sight to find himself back in the lab of the room. His right-hand wipes the sweat from his forehead because he cannot understand the dreams or nightmares that he is having. Then he asks himself, "What kind of dream was that?" His tone is worried that the criminal person might come back for him or, worst, for his father figure, Dr. Ryder.
Rito sits at the edge of the capsule and looks down at the metal flooring with his mind trying his best to figure out what those images of nightmare mean to him. He had a frightened expression about the nightmare, and Rito's head to find the books that Dr. Ryder had left him in the room, and he had read all of them.
At first, there was nothing but sliding a door and soft giggles from someone Rito knew was not Dr. Ryder since he had never seen him laugh, but he had smiled at Dark Silver. The curiosity inside Rito's mind begins to think about what Dr. Ryder is doing. Still, he sees a beautiful girl around his age. Her bright crimson eyes peek inside the room, and her long blonde hair also falls to the side of the doorway.
"Who… Who are you?" Asked Rito, his tone confused, and his expression was curious about who this mysterious or weird girl was.
The girl is surprised to believe that the experiment can speak to her, and she shows a gentle smile since she is happy to hear someone she can speak with now. She could introduce herself to a strange boy around her age but held it to herself. Then the mysterious girl took off to a new location. Rito begins to understand the question is not to be answered. Rito jumps away from the capsule and begins rushing toward the girl.
She stops in her tracks to find Rito caught up with her, and he smiles warmly at her because he is happy to finally find someone to hang out with.
(In Front of the Training Room)
"My name is Eve," Eve introduces herself to Rito with a soft tone, and she is hoping that she is getting her to wish to make a new friend in the facility since she always wanted to make a new friend.
Rito had never been here since, always in the secret room, with his thoughts about how Dr. Ryder never allowed him outside the room. His head turns to find the massive training room, and Eve opens the training room to reveal a beautiful landscape of amazing and different flowers inside the room. He went inside the training room with his mind opening about what kind of flowers, and Rito went inside the beautiful landscape. His hands touch his hands, and he strokes the flowers with great wonder about how this beautiful flower feels inside his hands.
"What is your name?" Asked Eve, her tone wondering about the boy her age. She went to Rito's side while her lip formed a gentle smile.
"My name is Rito Yurusaki," Rito responded to the girl with a friendly tone, and he showed a warm smile towards Eve, hoping to get a new friend with them. She blinks, wondering why he said his name after saying his last name.
"So, why did you say another name after saying your first name?" Asked Eve.
"Well, that's my full name," Rito says with confusion inside his tone since he does not understand what Eve does not understand about saying his full name meant to her. "Besides that, a way that you know a person is friendly to you," Rito continued to speak to her with a smooth tone, hoping that Eve would understand him better.
Eve begins to understand that Rito Yurusaki is his full name, and she nods, understanding the name. They begin to race across the beautiful flower landscape of having one another keep each other as friends. However, Rito stops inside of his tracks with his eyes stops inside of his tracks to see a beautiful crimson flower with his mind begins to remember how the nightmare inside of his mind comes back to haunt him again.
After turning her head to see Rito looking at the crimson flower on the ground, she returns to him, confused about what is wrong with him. Still, she hopes Rito is alright since he looks like he has seen a ghost or something terrible has happened to him.
"Is everything alright?" Eve asks her new friend with a worried tone, and Rito snaps out of his train of thought to see Eve is hoping that everything is alright with him.
"Yes, everything is fine, but I just believe I saw this flower from somewhere else," Rito speaks back to his friend with a soft tone, and he begins to understand that the flower is not from this beautiful and peaceful land meant that someone has been to that planet before.
Eve could tell that her friend was not telling her everything, yet she was not going to push the ideas or questions to make Rito angry or confused at her since he began to get up onto his feet from bending down at his knees. "Rito has a lot of questions about who he is, but I feel like he is not telling me the truth about the flower, maybe someday he will tell me about it," Eve's thought responded to herself with a confident voice because she was hoping to help Rito to get out of his troubles someday.
(During the Morning)
Dr. Ryder's bedroom was a normal bedroom. Ryder was lying down inside his bed with his head turned right then left, trying to get rid of the nightmares inside his mind that haunted him.
Inside the dreams of Dr. Ryder, he is rushing towards his home. He finds his wife still holding their newborn son in her arms. With his breath releasing a soft breath, the large beast roars with a fierce roar, and the mana surrounding the creature has made it impossible for anybody to attack it. His hands make a protective dome of mana to save his family from the attack, and he goes to his family, where he sees his beautiful wife bleeding from a large wound on the right side of her shoulder.
"Just hold on, and I can use my Mana Healing," Ryder says to his wife Teresa with his right-hand is glowing bright blue, yet Teresa puts his hand down with her own while her head shakes 'no' since she does not want her husband to heal him. "Teresa, I want to save your life," Ryder could not believe the sight of his newborn son not breathing properly, so he began to try everything he could to see what was wrong with their newborn son.
"Save… Save our son because he is special…." Teresa says with an emotional but tired tone as Ryder wants to save his newborn son and wife, yet he only has enough mana to save one of them from the grasp of death.
The decision was up to Ryder had to choose between saving his newborn son or his wife, as his heart was torn at the thought of losing one of them inside of his life. Teresa would murder him if Ryder saved her, so Ryder went over to his newborn son with his light blue hands to heal his fetal injury. His eyes show great tears of sadness and loss because Ryder decided to save his son from the grasp of death.
After saving his newborn son, Ryder went over to see his wife's final moments as she took his right hand with her own he was holding her hand tightly with his own and began crying again because he did not want to lose anybody else like he lost his parents.
"Shh, it's alright… My spirit will move on, and I will always watch over you and our son, Rito," Teresaspokes said to her husband with a tender voice, and she had a bright expression since her spirit was going to leave her body soon.
Moments continued to slow down as Teresa's body disappeared to leave. A bright blue with a silver outline sphere flies into the light purple with blue skies while Ryder goes over to Rito to pick him up inside his arms to hold him inside his arms. He begins to walk to the nearest spaceship to take his son away from the destroyed planet since they have nothing here.
Dr. Ryder begins to wake up from the views of the past, which he calls his dreams, since he always wanted to leave his past alone with his thoughts brought the same idea that his newborn son has become Project: Dark Silver. However, he promised to take Rito away from this facility when he hit the proper age of around eight to ten since he believed that Rito deserved a better life than this.
"The same pain inside of my heart will not leave, but our son is growing up to being a gentle and kind-hearted person, Teresa, "Ryder says inside of his thoughts, and he turns his view towards the picture of himself with his wife and their newborn son Rito inside of her arms. They were smiling inside the picture together like a happy family, and Dr. Ryder knew that Rito would learn about the truth of his origins sooner than later, so he had to make sure to tell his son soon because he would rather not lose him.
Dr. Ryder knew that Leader Scientistwouldl does not appreciate the laziness inside the facility. Then he gathers the strength to get out of bed and begins to go over to the bathroom to wash his body, and he begins to hear a strong but concerned voice, "Are you alright, partner?" Ryder's Mystical Dragon was inside his spirit and mind speaking with him since he could tell that Ryder was depressed about the passing of his late wife.
"I am alright, but I still miss her so much that this pain inside of my heart," Ryder told his partner with a smooth tone, and he is hoping that someday he will move on within his heart and mind.
"Partner, in this world,, you have to realize that not everything can last,, but remember that love and moments will always remain inside of your spirit and heart," Mystical Dragon spoke within Ryder's mind with the confidence that he would get the confidence to see his son, not as Project or Assassin, yet as his flesh and blood since he can tell that Ryder is getting the confidence inside of his spirit and heart.
Ryder rinses his face and leaves the bathroom to spend time with Rito. He puts on a midnight blue shirt and long silver pants down to his black shoes with his white lab coat onto himself. He gets out of the room and finds Dr. Tearju is looking for Eve. Then his expression is confused about her then he can only sigh is released from his lips.
"Did you lose someone or something?" Asked Dr. Ryder.
"Yes, I am looking for Eve," Dr. Tearju responds, hoping that he has seen Tearju's 'daughter,' yet he has not seen her. However, Ryder could use his Dragonoid's powers to find her presence by using his powers to find her. At the same time, his eyes close, and Dr. Tearju's eyes extend in shock that Dr. Ryder is starting to use his Dragonoid powers for the first time.
Dr. Tearju could not believe the sight of Dr. Ryder's mana hands were bright blue center with a light purple outline. Dr. Ryder could sense the presence of Eve and Rito together. They were playing with one another inside the Training Room. At the same time, his lips form a warm smile since he can tell his son has.
(At The Training Room)
After playing for a couple of hours with Eve, he sits at the center of the garden of flowers with his head looking at Eve and wondering what she did before she met him while Eve sits in front of Rito's view. "Well, I was learning a new lesson from my 'mother' Tearju, yet I wanted to see what kind of person you were, Rito, or should I call you, Dark Silver," Eve told him with an honest tone, and she began to show a warmth inside of her expression.
Before meeting with Rito Yurusaki (Dark Silver), she was learning a new lesson about reading the laboratory's normal symbols. Yet, she found everything boring since Eve wanted to leave her room. "Tearju, can I ask you another question about the Dark Silver project?" Eve asks her 'mother' with a soft tone, and she has become interested in learning more about him.
Dr. Tearju could not believe that Eve had learned the Project's name called, Dark Silver, and she was beginning to wonder how or where Eve learned about Dark Silver, so she could not pull any information about him. She wanted to tell Eve to stay away from Dark Silver since she had no idea what Dark Silver was like, but Tearju could tell that Eve was interested in learning more about Dark Silver.
"Dark Silver is a kind-hearted and gentle person I believe that he will be surprised to meet or see you," Dr. Tearju told her with a soft tone, and she showed a confident smile on her lips while she began to believe in her 'daughter' to go ahead and try to make a new friend.
Dr. Tearju knew that she lied about Dark Silver because she had never met them before, hoping that Eve would make a new friend out of him. She hoped inside her heart that she was telling the truth about Dark Silver since he was under the protection of Dr. Ryder, who never spoke about his personal life or where he came from with the Project: Dark Silver.
Eve begins to feel the excitement inside her heart and mind since she wants to meet Dark Silver and see what kind of person he truly is.
"Well, I finally got to meet you and I wanted to ask you a question too, Rito," Eve says with a soft tone, and she shows a joyful smile since she wants to ask him to become her first friend.
"Aren't we being already friends?" Rito says to her with a smooth voice, and Eve shows a bright smile since she wants someone around her age to be close to him.
Eve bounces forward to hug Rito, and he is surprised by the hug since he has never got a hug before, which he does not want to do next. However, a small voice began to speak to his mind, and it was the tender "How about you try to hug her back." Following the small voice's advice, Rito's arms wrap's body to return the hug.
Eve felt the same warmth of the hug Rito gave her, and she began to pull away from her first friend. Then Rito began to get up from his sitting position, remembering that it was almost time for him to meet Dr. Ryder for his next lesson.
"Well, I should get you back before someone thinks you are gone from your room," Rito says softly, and he begins to show confidence that he can help her find her way back to her room.
"That would be great since I don't know how to read any of the signs," Eve told him with a playful smile. Rito begins to shake his head since she is a weird or strange girl, so he will have to teach her how to read the symbols around the facility and other symbols for Eve to understand them.
(In Hallway)
After leaving the training room, Rito and Eve went out to the Training Room Rito led the way back to Eve's bedroom. She was impressed that Rito could read those difficult symbols on the wall to tell them where to go next. Dr. Ryder and Dr. Tearju are surprised that Eve is hanging around with Rito (Dark Silver), while Dr. Ryder is happy that his son has a good friend, and Dr. Tearju could not believe that Rito is the way that she describes him.
Approaching Eve's bedroom with Rito's help and they stop at her door, and he says, "Well, I have to ahead back to see what kind of lesson that I am going to have with Dr. Ryder," His tone is smooth since he did not want to bother Eve with her lessons either.
Eve's cheeks turn bright red as she feels her heart will jump out of her chest when she is around Rito, which means that Eve is starting to develop a small crush on Rito (Dark Silver). However, she would not know about her true feelings until later down the road.
"Rito, please come to see me again because I would love to hang out with you again!" Eve responded to him with a nervous tone, which she did not know about, but Rito would become an important person in her life.
"Of course, besides, I would love to hang out with you some more as well," Rito speaks to her with a confident tone because he wants to get to know her better as a person.
Rito begins to leave Eve in her bedroom, and she waves at him with her right hand while her cheeks turn bright red since she can feel that Rito has a warm and gentle presence around him. He continued his way back to his room with his thoughts, "Thank you for helping me," while Rito stopped inside of his tracks when he saw symbols called Secret Laboratory.
"Um… Rito make sure that you are alright on going in there… I can feel strong presences of Dark Mana in that room," The voice speaks again inside of Rito's mind, and he begins to walk towards the secret laboratory's door with the passcode is needed which he remembers the code that Dr. Ryder uses to get inside of his room.
(In the Secret Laboratory)
At first, the large room had large capsules, but some were dark blue frozen liquid inside. And Rito began his adventure inside the large room with his thoughts of curiosity found the capsules strange since they were empty, but one of them said Project: Crimson Mea. He continues to find a mysterious light blue frozen liquid inside the capsule. His mind brought more questions about what was inside the capsule, and "What or who is this?" Rito speaks to himself softly but will leave this secret laboratory because he does not want to get into trouble.
Something made him stop when he heard something cracking inside the capsule. Then Rito goes over to look into one of the capsules. His right-hand strokes the frozen screen to see a right-hand is moving to try to break free from the frozen prison while he goes over to try his best to unfreeze the frozen prison.
"Who is there?" A voice speaks towards Rito with a tender tone, and her bright golden slit eyes see a boy around her age.
The voice frightens Rito out of his skin, and he falls onto his backside. Then he sees the tender voice and cannot help herself, but she begins to laugh slightly since she finds the person who came to see her as funny.
"My name is Rito Yurusaki, or Dark Silver," Rito speaks to the tender voice inside the capsule. She finds him a strange person then she begins to form a small smile since she begins to find someone to speak with.
(Meanwhile)
Dr. Tearju ensured that Eve slept in her bedroom while she requested Dr. Ryder to wait inside the hallway. "Dr. Ryder, I have a question about Project: Dark Silver?" She had a serious expression as she could tell that Dr. Ryder was hiding the great secret from the other doctors and professors to protect Dark Silver.
"Yes, what is your question," Asked Dr. Ryder.
"Is Dark Silver like your family member?" Dr. Tearju speaks the serious question to him with his expression surprised because someone has finally figured out the truth.
"Yes, Dark Silver is my son, and he has the Mystical Dragoness inside of him as well," Dr. Ryder says to Dr. Tearju with a firm tone. Dr. Tearju could not believe the truth since she had heard about the horrible truth that one person had eliminated the Mystical Dragonoid race, yet here was one of them or two of them who were living among them.
The real question is why Dr. Ryder used his son as Project for assassination jobs or got him involved inside the Organization of Eden.
(At Leader Scientist's Room)
The Leader Scientist was examining the files of the targets on his computer to find six active targets with his right-hand forming a fist to slam onto the desk to bend the metal desk with a fierce fist slam that he did. He begins to find the answer by sending one of his Assassins been: Dark Silver or Eve. He begins to believe that it is time for Dark Silver to test his abilities, yet he will have to be trained first.
