The next morning, a half asleep Burchard sluggishly gets ready for school while occasionally taking a sip from his cup of coffee. He yawns as he walks to the front entrance then says to himself, "I'm so tired…. I just wanna go back to bed."

After putting his shoes on, he goes to open the door but before he could, he hears a knock. Confused as to who that could be though he does have a feeling as he opens the door while asking, "hello?"

Not exactly to his surprise, he finds Yuzuru standing at his door with a smile while saying, "greeting: good morning Burchard."

He smiles back while responding, "good morning. Is there a reason you're at my door?"

Though she continues to smile, her cheeks turn a bit blushed, and she starts to sway back and forth with her hands behind her back while asking, "suggestion: yuzuru was wondering if you'd like to walk with her to school?"

Though he tried his best to hide it, he couldn't help but enjoy her adorable display but deciding it was best to answer instead of indulging himself further, he replies with a smile, "sure."

Though he didn't understand why, hearing this causes her to beam with joy while responding, "confirmation: then shall we go?"

He slings his bag over his shoulder then replies, "let's."

Now outside, they casually walk down the street but noticing someone missing, he looks over while asking, "where's your sister?"

Surprised by the question, and becoming slightly suspicious, she asks, "curiosity: why?"

He simply shrugs in response while saying, "just figured since she goes to the same school that she'd walked with us."

She thinks over his answer for a moment but deeming it acceptable, she responds saying, "confirmation: she had to leave early to attend to some personal matters."

They continue to walk while he seems to take some extra time to think about this for some reason until finally saying, "ah, makes sense."

Though he couldn't help but glance behind them while thinking, "then why is she tailing us?"

Just like he thought, Kaguya was currently hiding behind a telephone pole a few dozen feet behind them and snickering to herself while whispering, "keh-keh-keh, from back here I can safely watch over their walk without being spotted!"

As Kaguya continues to more or less stalk the two from a distance, she starts to notice something, and with her cheeky grin slowly changing to an annoyed frown, she thinks, "there just talking!"

Just as she was thinking, Burchard and Yuzuru simply walked and talked without doing much else, which seems to only annoy her more while thinking, "come on guys! Do something interesting! Try holding hands, brush her loose hair back, take him to a love hotel! You don't have to be much but at least do something!"

To her dismay, nothing of note happens as they get closer to school which only annoys Kaguya even more but when she looks ahead of them and sees a bucket of water on the side of the road, a devious idea comes to mind as she thinks, "keh-keh-keh. That's perfect!"

Meanwhile, Burchard continues to ignore Kaguya and instead focuses on Yuzuru while asking, "so how long have you lived here?"

After a brief pause, she simply shrugs then replies, "reply: not long, Yuzuru and her sister only moved here a few weeks ago."

A bit surprised, he says, "oh? Then where are you from originally?"

She was caught off guard by his question especially since she had never really thought about that and with a gentle breeze blowing by her feet, she has to think hard about her answer until finally saying, "reply: uh, well…."

As she was trying to think of an answer, she failed to notice the knocked over bucket of water in front of her and as she steps in the water, she slips and starts to stumble while blurting out, "panic: Yuzuru is going to fall!"

She closes her eyes tightly and braces herself for hitting the ground but to her surprise, nothing seems to happen. Unsure of what was going on, she quickly got her answer however when she hears Burchard saying, "I got yah."

Still a bit confused, she opens her eyes, only to see Burchard with his arms around her waist and holding her up. Quickly realizing how close they were, Yuzuru almost instantly turned bright red while muttering, "surprise: uh-uh Yuzuru-uh."

Confused by her rambling and even more so by the steam that was emanating off her head, he looks down and is shocked when he can't see where his hands where while thinking, "wait! What did I grab on to!"

Realizing that whatever he had grabbed was the reason for her current state, he turns red from embarrassment and frankly let's go while blurting out, "sorry!"

With him no longer holding onto her, she was able to regain her senses but since she was still blushing, she looks away in an attempt to hide her embarrassment while saying, "rebuttal: it's fine, you were only saving Yuzuru from falling, therefore you have no reason to apologize."

Though she seemed to approve of his actions, he still felt bad about grabbing hold of her while saying, "still, I shouldn't have grabbed hold of you so thoughtlessly."

Hearing the unease in his voice, Yuzuru takes in a deep breath then looks over at him with still flush cheeks and a soft smile while saying, "reassurance: yuzuru is happy that you were so willing to hold her without having to think about it."

Seeing this only caused him to turn redder as he more or less stared at her beautiful smile until he realized how long he had been doing this which causes his head to snap the other way and says in an embarrassed tone, "uh okay then."

His reaction only causes her to smile more but as she was adjusting her bag, a pen fell out. Seeing this, Burchard bends down to grab it while saying, "I got it."

After grabbing it, he looks up to hand it back to her but just as his gaze moves above her knees, a gust of wind comes blowing down the road at knee level. Before she had time to react, the wind lifts up her skirt. In a panic, Yuzuru turns bright red as she frantically looks down and forcibly pushes her skirt down while blurting out, "panic: Yuzuru is exposed!"

The wind dies down, however Yuzuru continues to hold the hem of her skirt firmly and as she slowly looks up, she's surprised to see Burchard still bent over which she was expecting to see but what surprised was how his head was turned almost unnaturally in the opposite direction. Still embarrassed by the idea of him seeing something he shouldn't have, she asks in an embarrassed tone, "inquiry: did you- did you see?"

With his head still turned away, and in an equally as embarrassed tone, he replies, "no."

Not believing him, she asks, "demand: do not lie to Yuzuru!"

While still looking away, he responds, "trust me, as soon as I saw your skirt start to move, my head instinctively turned the other way."

She was still hesitant to believe him, but not detecting any deceit in his voice causes her to let out a relieved sigh, then with a small smile says, "acceptance: Yuzuru is thankful to hear this."

As he stands up, he shares in her relief though he had noticed something odd while saying, "what's up with this wind, it's like it has a mind of its own."

Hearing this causes her to raise a hand to her chin while thinking out loud, "intrigue: wind with a mind of its own?"

A sudden realization comes over as her head slowly turns and she starts to glare at the seemingly empty street behind them while saying, "Confirmation: Yuzuru believes you might be right."

He didn't understand what she meant but before he could ask and to his surprise, she grabs his hand and starts more or less dragging him down the street while saying, "order: come with Yuzuru quickly."

Surprised by her sudden urgency, he just decides to follow along while responding, "okay."

Meanwhile, a few dozen feet back, Kaguya hides in one of the side alleys and with her back against the wall, she muffles a laugh while thinking, "that was hilarious! They both looked so embarrassed, and I've never seen someone's head turn so fast!"

She slowly looks around the corner while continuing, "now what other mischief can I get up to."

Now looking at the street, she is surprised to see no one there which confuses her enough to ask out loud, "where did they go?"

She starts walking down the street but no matter how hard she looked, she couldn't find them anywhere while thinking out loud, "where could they have gone?"

With annoyance quickly taking over, she starts stomping her foot while shouting, "dang it! I was so entertaining watching them!"

"confirmation: so you were the cause of all this?"

The familiar voice causes her to freeze in place, then with what little courage she could muster, her head slowly turns until she was looking down an alley next to her and is horrified to see Burchard, but more importantly Yuzuru standing there and glaring back at her while a dark aura emanates around her. With every fibre of her being screaming at he to run, her legs seem to disagree with her as she finds herself still standing there. With no other options, she forms as innocent of a smile as humanly possible while responding, "oh hey guys? Funny seeing you here."

Seemingly unconvinced by her act, Yuzuru continues to glare at her while stating, "anger: explain yourself."

While still trying to keep up her act, Kaguya responds innocently, "I don't get why you look so angry? I was just making sure you guys were alright."

Unfortunately for her, Yuzuru's expression remained unchanged as she asks coldly, "question: and how was attempting to expose yuzuru to Burchard supposed to do that?"

Though she tried her best to stand tall, Kaguya couldn't help but feel the weight of her sister's cold gaze, though fortunately for her, she didn't have to answer her question as she hears an angel voice behind Yuzuru saying, "why are you blaming your sister for that? It was just the wind."

Seeming to have forgotten that Burchard was still there, Kaguya quickly ceases the opportunity by saying with joy, "yeah Yuzuru! How could you blame me for something I have no control over!"

She couldn't help but smile cheekily at Yuzuru who couldn't help but glare back at her coldly but realizing that she was bested causes her to sigh in defeat then responds, "confirmation: you are correct, Yuzuru was simply angered by her embarrassment and wanted to blame someone."

To her annoyance, Kaguya continues to smile cheekily back at her while saying, "oh it's fine, I completely understand why you would want to do that!"

With Burchard a bit behind her, Yuzuru felt safe in continuing to glare at her, until she noticed her sister making a strange face which causes her to ask, "inquiry: why do you look confused?"

While still sporting a confused look, Kaguya points at Yuzuru's hand while asking, "why are you two holding hands?"

This question confuses her for a moment until she finally feels something familiar in her hand and as she looks down, she becomes horrified to see hers and Burchard's hands locked tightly. In an instant, Yuzuru goes bright red while Burchard sees there held hands and while looking back up, he becomes a bit red in the cheeks while saying, "well she grabbed my hand and pulled me down the street to hide us from you."

He chuckles a bit then continues, "guess I didn't realize that we were still holding hands."

Seeing the steam emanating off of Yuzuru's head causes him to become worried enough to ask, "you okay Yuzuru?"

Though she was in a daze, Yuzuru was still lucid enough to hear his question and replies in a shaky tone, "in-inquiry: could Burchard please let go of Yuzuru's hand?"

Hearing this quickly reminds him that he was in fact still holding her hand, and while turning a bit redder, he quickly pulls his hand away while blurting out, "sorry!"

With her hand now free, Yuzuru was finally able to clear her head but while still a bit red and looking away, she responds, "Confirmation: it-it's fine. Yuzuru grabbed your hand first after all."

Though he was relieved, he still felt embarrassed while responding, "glad to hear."

They both stand there in awkward silence with neither of them knowing what to do now but unfortunately for them, the silence is broken by the sound of stifled laughter. They both looked forward, only to see Kaguya more or less keeled over and holding her stomach while seeming to reach her limit, she burst out laughing. Becoming annoyed, Yuzuru snaps, "demand: stop laughing!"

Though she tried her best, and was even able to stand upright, she couldn't stop laughing but was able to force out a response, "I'm sorry but you two are hilarious to watch!"

With her response only angering her more, Yuzuru couldn't help but continue to glare at her while a small breeze starts blowing around her feet. She was getting ready to send her sister flying as far as she could send her but in the corner of her eye, she was able to see Burchard looking down at the ground with confusion. Realizing something she thinks, "annoyance: if Burchard sees Yuzuru using her powers then she could harm him mentally."

The wind quickly dies down while Yuzuru continues looking at a still laughing Kaguya. Realizing she had no other option, she simply storms off while saving, "demand: come Burchard, let's not allow this annoyance to make use late."

Still confused by everything that was going on and unsure of what else to do, he simply starts walking with her while saying, "okay then."

Seeing her source of amusement getting away causes Kaguya to finally stop laughing but continues to smile gleefully as she starts chasing after them while shouting, "hang on guys! I'm not finished being entertained!!!"
