After finally getting to class and being teased by Kaguya for most of the day. Burchard sighs in relief as class finishes then while packing up, looks over at Yuzuru and asks, "wanna walk home together?"

She looks back at him with a smile but seeming to realize something, she starts to look a bit sad while replying, "rebuttal: yuzuru would love to but she has plans with her sister after school."

Though she felt disappointed, he could only smile back at her while responding, "that's alright. Family comes first after all."

He slings his bag over his shoulder while saying, "I'm gonna get going, see you later."

With a soft smile, she responds, "confirmation: goodbye."

With that, Burchard leaves the classroom and after a few minutes, he exits the main school gate and starts making his way down the street, but as walks, he notices something odd. In front of him was a crowd of boys from his school that seemed to be focusing on something at the center. As he gets closer, he recognizes a boy from his class walking towards him to which he calls out saying, "hey Hiroto."

Hiroto stops and looks back at him while Burchard points at the crowd and asks, "what's going on over there?"

Hiroto simply shrugs his shoulders while saying, "oh that? Some girl from the Rindouji All-Girls Private School was waiting near the school gate and a bunch of boys flocked to her to try and ask her out."

Hearing this causes Burchard to sigh in disappointment then rubs his forehead in annoyance while thinking, "jeez, this school is filled with weirdo's."

He notices the unimpressed look Hiroto was wearing which piques his interest enough to ask, "you don't seem to care?"

Hiroto shrugs once more while replying, "what can I say? I already got a cute girlfriend."

Surprised by the response, he watches as Hiroto reaches into his pocket while thinking, "huh, I guess he's not weird."

"Especially when she's this cute!"

Burchard looks back at him confused, more specifically at the phone he was holding up which had some kind of dating app playing on the screen. He continues to try and figure out what was going on while Hiroto continues, "she's the absolute best!!! She's always so happy to see me, and she's always ready to cheer me up which makes it a no brainer to shower her in gifts and new clothes!!!"

Hiroto continues to smile gleefully while looking at his phone while Burchard simply looks back at him blankly and thinks, "nevermind."

Before he was able to continue this thought, Hiroto slips his phone back into his pocket, and starts walking past him while saying, "well I'd best be going, I forgot my charger and my girl gets really cranky when her batteries low."

Burchard continues to watch the strange teenager with confusion and slight worry then turns his attention back to the crowd while saying, "I'll worry about him later."

As he gets closer to the crowd, he was finally able to hear them saying, "come on girl, I just wanna take you to my favourite ramen spot."

While another says, "please go out with me! My family's wealthy so we can go anywhere you want."

Another adds, "you don't have to be shy, I promise I'm a great guy."

Everything he was hearing was making him mad while feeling bad for whoever was at the Center of the crowd though what he heard next just straight pissed him off, "I'm waiting for someone so please just leave me alone."

This voice was strangely familiar to him, though he was too angry to care as he stormed up to the crowd while one of the boys responded, "oh don't be like that. I'm sure I'm a much better guy than whoever you're waiting…."

He wasn't able to finish his sentence as he feels himself being shoved out of the way while hearing a foreign voice shouting, "get the hell away from her!!!"

The guy was able to regain his footing and now angry, he looks back while shouting, "just what do you think you're…."

He gets cut off by Burchard who shouts back in his face, "she told you to leave her alone so leave her alone!!!"

The guy studies Burchard with confusion but seeming to recognize him, he says, "wait, you're that foreign exchange student!"

Still angry Burchard snaps back, "so what if I am?"

The guy starts to grin as he responds, "well since you are, I'll let you off easy since you don't know how we do things here."

Becoming defensive due to the guys vailed threat, Burchard continues to stand his ground while asking, "what the hell are you talking about?"

The guy replies, "I don't know how you do things in your country but here we ask out girls were interested in."

A bit shocked by the statement, Burchard looks back at him confused while saying, "ask out?"

He look around the group of guys around him while saying, "your literally stoping her from getting away from you, and ignoring her when she asked you to leave her alone. That's not a culture or country thing, that's just called being assholes."

The crowd grows quiet though he was able to feel the anger that they were all feeling towards him but before anyone can make a move, Burchard feels someone grab his arm. Confused by the strangely familiar feel of it, he looks back and who he sees surprises him enough to think, "hang on, she's the girl from yesterday."

He however was unable to dwell on this long as she says loudly, "he is who I'm waiting for!"

The whole area goes quiet until everyone, including Burchard, let out a collective, "huh?"

Undeterred she snaps, "that's right! Now please let us leave, we have an important appointment to attend."

Confused by this new turn of events but realizing he could use this to his advantage, Burchard shakes her hand off his arm then takes her hand and starts guiding her out of the crowd while ignoring the angry eyes and saying, "you heard her, so we shall be going."

A ways down the road and now out of sight of the crowd, Burchard continues to hold the girl's hand until he hears her say in a slightly embarrassed tone, "excuse me?"

Still to focused on getting away, he doesn't comprehend what she said and instead looks at the road ahead until he feels someone yank on his arm while hearing someone shouting, "I said excuse me!!!"

Caught off guard and suddenly remembering what was happening, he stops walking and looks back but to his surprise, sees her standing there with bright red cheeks while he asks, "what is it?"

She glares back at him while snapping, "your hand is sweaty so release mine immediately!!!"

He blinks back at her a few times while trying to figure out what she was talking about but with her words finally clicking and him looking down, he finally sees their still held hands and, in a panic, quickly blurts out, "sorry!!!"

She intern refuses to make eye contact while wiping her sweaty hand with a handkerchief while responding, "I-it's alright, you were helping me after all."

An awkward silence fills the area with neither one of them knowing what to do until he finally starts walking away while sheepishly saying, "well now that you're away from the mob, I'll be…."

Before he could take two steps away from her, the girl snaps at him, "where do you think your going?"

Burchard pauses in his step then as he slowly looks back, he replies, "home? You said you were waiting for someone so I don't want to keep you waiting."

For some strange reason, this wasn't what she wanted to hear and causes her to become even more annoyed as she snaps, "You idiot, if it wasn't obvious, you were the one I was waiting for."

Initially he felt insulted to be called an idiot, but realizing something, he snaps back, "what do you mean obvious? How am I supposed to know your…."

As her words finally click in him, he pauses then with a look of confusion asks, "hang on…. Why were you waiting for me?"

For some strange reason, all she was really able to do was blink at him a few until finally composing her self then saying, "right."

She starts to glare at him while continuing, "I do believe you have something of mine?"

Confused to her this, he asks, "huh? What are you talking about?"

With her glare unchanging, she responds, "last night after our run in, I dropped a personal belonging of mine, a cd to be precise but when I returned later to retrieve it. I couldn't find it and I do believe you took it."

Still confused as to what she meant but remembering something, he asks, "you mean the one with 'Tsukino Yoimachi' written on it?"

Relived to hear this, she responds, "yes that is the one. Can I have it back?"

After thinking for a moment, he replies, "I don't have it on me. I left it in my apartment."

Annoyed to hear this, she couldn't help but sigh in annoyance then says, "how bothersome, I already took time out of my busy day to come find you and now I must go to a stranger's residence."

She then looks back at him with a look of determination while saying, "alright, lead the way."

To her surprise, he just stands there and looks back at her with confusion, becoming annoyed while blushing slightly, she snaps, "I know I'm beautiful but now is not the time to be checking me out!"

For some strange reason, he doesn't look away with embarrassment but instead continues to look at her while saying, "why would I take you to my place?"

Annoyed by the response, she puts her hands on her hips while saying, "well isn't it obvious! I need my property back! Therefore, I need to come to your residence to retrieve it."

In all honesty, he didn't want to do this for various reasons but when he sees the determination in her eyes, he realizes something which causes him to sigh in annoyance then asks, "you're not taking no for an answer are you?"

With no need to think about it, she snaps back, "no I will not!"

Again, he sighs in annoyance while rubbing his temples then responds, "fine."

Getting the answer she wanted, her whole aura turns a lot more cheerful as she smiles gleefully while saying, "glad to see you make the right choice!!!"

Before he could even respond, she shouted gleefully, "now lead the way!!!"

All he could really do at this point was stare at her with confusion until finally deciding to just start walking down the street while muttering back, "fine."

As he walks down the street with the strangely cheerful girl following behind him, the annoyance he felt only grew as he thought to himself, "well this is annoying. How could helping someone turn into being bossed around like this?"

While walking though, a thought comes to mind, so he looks back at her while asking, "so your name is Tsukino Yoimachi?"

To his surprise, she stays quiet for a moment until she finally responds in a saddened tone, "no."

Surprised to hear the sadness in her voice, he wanted to ask but realizing that it wasn't his place to, so instead he asks, "so what is your name?"

Seeming to be annoyed by the question, she asks, "and why do you want to know?"

Without looking back, he replies, "You think I'm gonna let a stranger into my home?"

After thinking for a moment, she sighs in defeat then responds, "it's Miku, Miku Izayoi."

They both fall silent, though with a feeling of dread slowly coming over her, she could only mutter to herself, "and here it comes…."

After a few more moments of silence, he finally responds though what he says next wasn't what she was expecting, "nice to meet you Miku, my names Burchard."

She was surprised to hear this, enough for her to stop in her tracks. Noticing this, Burchard stops then looks back at her only to see the look of shock across her face. Now confused, he asks, "is something wrong?"

Instead of answering the question, she asks, "do you not know who I am?"

While still confused, he replies, "should I?"

She continues to look at him with shock until seeming to come to a realization. She stands there silently which only makes him worried but before he could ask, her whole aura changes in an instant and with a warm smile she responds, "well you know me now!"

Caught off guard by the sudden change in attitude, all he could really do was stare at her blankly while Miku starts walking down the road once more while stating, "well come on! We don't got all day!"

This snaps him back to reality, though he was still confused as he started following her while thinking, "what the hell just happened?"
