Anime Valley Wrestling Chapter 8: Elevation - Episode 4, a Wrestling + Cartoon X-overs Crossover fanfic

AVW Elevation: Episode 4 (February 15, 2022)

The accustomed intro was abruptly cut when General Manager Kokomi Teruhashi appeared in what it seems in an unknown place but was holding something in her hands as she waves to everyone with her free hand and smiled.

"Right before we could start our normal programming, let me treat you first to a BIG announcement that I will be sharing with you all." She spoke and paused. "Anime Valley Wrestling offers such accommodation to every talent possible and one of those is the championships. Many of them want a shot to either AVW World Championship or AVW World Tag Team Championship, but all of them won't have a guaranteed opportunity to those titles."

"Because of this, I have decided that I will open a new part that will open the doors to those who want to show their talents, power, and flair. This will be the stepping stone to greatness for those who wants and needs it. Therefore, Anime Valley Wrestling will present a new championship, a championship that is 'no limit for those who desire it'."

The General Manager pulled the occupied hand to the camera and unveiled a new championship belt (Let's just say it looks like the current design of the ROH World Television Championship, replacing the logo of ROH with AVW while the Television was replaced by Infinite. The side plateswere replaced from the geographic map into an Infinity sign).

"I'll present to you - the AVW Infinity Championship!" She announced as she pridefully raised the new belt as she could. "With the intention of bringing excitement to another new championship, I have decided to crown the first-ever Infinity Champion at the next pay-per-view - Battle Chronicle! In several weeks, 6 men will have the opportunity to shine and prove that they are deserving of becoming the inaugural champion because those men will compete in a Ladder Match!"

"And in those weeks, a few qualifying matches will be contested in Elevation. In fact, I have named the first participant in the match. This individual did surprise everyone with his crazy athleticism and skills that have met my conditions to be handpicked by yours truly. That individual is none other than Rimuru Tempest!"

"With that out in the discussion, 5 slots are remaining for the Ladder Match. Additionally, we will determine the next participant tonight in a qualifying match, where Akihito Kanbara will face "The Demon Cyborg" Genos! Future participants will be announced in the upcoming weeks and make sure to tune in for Elevation tonight! The show will begin in just a few seconds!" The GM said as the screen turns back when the intro began to play.

("Broken World" by Alex Norre) played in the intro as the entranceway and the ramp lit up with pyro and fireworks in a pattern with the follow-up of wild cheers from the crowd. The camera then pans to the commentary booth.

"It's Tuesday, you know what that means!" Excalibur began to speak.

"It's Elevation time, everyone!" Shun took the initiative to answer.

"We're here at the Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut! I'm Excalibur, and in between on my sides, Corey Graves and Shun Kaido!" Excalibur introduced his team as the others did their signature greetings to them.

"We're in a fallout of last week's February's Avalanche Slam and tonight is also the go-home show for next week's Tag Team Turbulence! Time passes by and we're already jam-packed here in Bridgeport!" Corey said.

"You're right, Corey. Let's not forget that the ramifications for next week's Tag Team Turbulence will be present here tonight as the main event of the evening - an 8-Man Tag Team Match between the semi-finalists of the tag team tournament will be colliding tonight where Fire Force, and Class 1-A's Shoto Todoroki and Katsuki Bakugo will face SOS Brigade's Yato and Yukine, and Karma Akabane and Nagisa Shiota! Plus, we will witness the debut match of the returning Shinji Ikari tonight!"

"There's more to come here tonight!" Shun exclaimed. "This past week, Queen Malty Melromarc has issued not just a negotiation but a Royal Negotiation for 'The Shield Hero' Naofumi Iwatani and his associate, Raphtalia right here in Elevation! And more chaos will be developing tonight when Rumia Tingel, Darkness, Satsuki Kiryuin, and Houki Shinonono will be facing each other in a Four Corners Match!"

"And let's not forget about what we have just seen right before the show begin, the General Manager Kokomi Teruhashi has introduced to us the AVW Infinity Championship! And the first qualifying match will happen tonight when 'The Demon Cyborg' Genos will take on Akihito Kanbara, the winner will be competing alongside Rimuru Tempest for the championship at Battle Chronicle!" Corey added.

The camera focuses on the ring, where the whole canvas was covered with a red mat, almost resembling a red carpet with the addition of a television, two blue-colored one-person sofas, and an abstract painting in between the sofas.

"As you can see, the ring has been designed for the upcoming talk show, Ami Plus! What kind of talk show will Ami Kawashima bring to her guest and everyone?" Excalibur said.

"Who cares?! It's a perfect design, it compliments the dynamic of the host herself!" Corey said, complimenting the design of the ring. "And here she is!"

("Pressure" by Muse) was played in the background where the host, a pony-tailed Ami Kawashima, appeared on the entrance ramp with a few cheers and whistling reactions from the crowd.

She currently dons the sunglasses, an orange sweatshirt, and denim jeans, complementing it with black and white striped sneakers. She took her time to take a picture of herself and proceeds to walk across the ramp and offer her hands to the nearest fans. Then climbs to the steps and enters through the middle rope to grab a mirror, which was hidden on one of the sofas, and took a great look at herself.

"If I am telling you that there's a talk show host that is actually prepared in all kinds of perspectives, I would be lying to you," Shun said as Ami then removes her sunglasses to reveal her beautiful violet eyes, winking to the camera as she picks up a microphone from a crew outside of the ring with the music dying down.

"But let's be clear here, Ami Kawashima is truly a fashionista that knows how to serve attention on her appearance, no one can deny that!" Corey exclaimed. Ami taps the microphone a few times to test the instrument.

"Bridgeport… WELCOME TO THE MOST AMI-CABLE TALK SHOW IN THE WORLD! This is the first and special episode of yours truly, WELCOME TO AMI PLUS!" The host emphatically shouted, and the fans mildly cheered at the simple introduction, while some of them began to whistle for the host because of obvious reasons.

"I'll tell ya, so far, so good! It's running very well." Corey said to the current progress of the talk show, much to the sigh of Kaido.

"Yes, I called it special because we're going to have an exclusive and first-ever scoop about the wake of last week's instant main event, which was won by our special guest for tonight. So, let's get to the heart of the matter, and please welcome, the AVW Women's Champion - Rin Tohsaka!" Ami wholeheartedly gave an introduction to the guest.

("My Last Breath" by Evanescence) played next as the Tron begins to count a 10-second timer. When the timer reached zero, the entrance ramp is lit up with pyro and fireworks, and so are the fans as the champion makes her way to the entranceway, preciously holding the title and raising it with pride.

"Rin Tohsaka, the champion, makes her arrival here tonight at Elevation proudly hoisting the AVW Women's World Title after a phenomenal match against Asuka Langley Soryu!" Excalibur exclaimed after seeing the champion interacting with the fans on the sides and slowly climbs up to the ring via steel steps.

"What a night that was for Tohsaka, it's the most important match of her career. She is here to give some insights into what just happened in the past 7 days for her." Corey added while Rin climbs up to the top turnbuckle to mimic Christian Cage's gesture then raised the belt one more time, earning more cheers from the crowd while Ami applauded her.

Rin then face the host, who shook hands with her and offered her a seat with Rin accepted it. She sat down while her belt was on her shoulder with the music beginning to fade away.

"It's great to meet you, Miss Tohsaka! Congratulations on your victory last week." Ami began the formalities while the crowd begins to chant "You Deserve It!", making Rin smile while Ami looked at them with fascination.

"I agree with them, she deserves that," Shun said with the same sentiments as the audience.

"It's kinda embarrassing, guys. But thank you so much, very appreciated it." Rin was simply flustered by the reception from the crowd.

"Right, so let's get started and get out of the recognition, your victory was very superb and the fans were probably elated afterward. Do you feel the same as them?" Ami asked her first question.

"Of course! I thought it was just another dream for me but for that dream to become reality, I would actually punch myself to the gut but that didn't occur and I actually became a champion." Rin answered to the cheers from the fans.

"That's nice, that's nice…" Ami said then paused. "But I'm just wondering, your response seems to be contrasting to the usual platitude of someone achieving a goal, your emotions are quite complex to comprehend for me."

"Uhhh… what exactly do you mean?" Rin asked politely, her eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"I mean, do you still feel a bit nervous about what just happened last week that you thought it's just a dream?"

"Wait, wait, wait… are you implying something here that I couldn't quite even understand? A-Are you even talking in a professional sense? You sound like-"

"No, no, no. That's not it, Tohsaka." Ami interrupted Rin's assumptions as she sees her beginning to glare at her. "You don't even understand what I'm even trying to deliver here, but it seems I got you good. It seems that you're pressured, you're stressed, you're strained… wait, no, YOU ARE AFRAID!"

Rin suddenly stood up while the crowd began to boo the host. "These people have heard enough of your condescending statements and if you're thinking you are playing mind games to me, that's not going to work. In fact, you seemed to be afraid, afraid in a pressuring presence of a champion." She then raises the belt to emphasize her statement, while Ami was not looking at her, unimpressed.

"You think so?" Ami sarcastically asks the champion then looks at her with an icy stare while Rin reciprocated the unimpressed look.

"I think so." Rin stares a hole into Ami, while still raising the belt. "Just say you wanted this title, don't be afraid to ask."

Ami chuckles loudly, causing the crowd to boo while Rin was giving her a proverbial headache.

"Oh, did I hear it clearly? You're asking me for something? No-no-no, that's not how it works, champ. While I'm looking at you, I see fear in those facade eyes of yours. You're a champion, alright, a champion that's reign is going to be short, it will not last forever." Ami harshly continues to throw verbal bombs at the champion.

Rin sneered. "You're seeing me as a facade, right? Fake? Yeah, your face looks faker than plastic surgery, and to be fair, I'm not saying that my championship reign will not last forever or anything but beating you right now will last longer than your talk show will ever be aired."

The crowd went in awe as Ami begins to show signs of resentment towards Rin.

"Okay, that was too much for the champion to say, if you asked me," Corey said.

"The host did provoke the champion in the first place then it came to this," Shun replied.

("The Epic" by Downstait) was played in the arena as Asuka Langley Soryu showed up in the entranceway with the crowd booing her, with a microphone in her hand. The music quickly dies down when she puts her microphone near her mouth.

"Asuka Langley Soryu, the woman who almost came close to winning the Women's Championship last week, just spoiled the party for both Kawashima and Tohsaka!" Excalibur exclaimed as both the women in the ring were looking at her with annoyance at her presence.

"More like, thank you for her presence, Ami Plus might have cut short," Corey replied.

"Ladies, ladies… quit nagging like you're some annoying kids in the block! I could not stand anything that you two say from you, guys!" Asuka spoke as she slowly walks across the ramp. "Miss Ami Kawashima, welcome to AVW! In your first exposure to the business, it is fine. But do you think you pushed yourself too far already on your first night?"

Ami then shouted at Asuka, who nodded and spoke incoherently while Rin did not remove her sight from Asuka.

"Rin Tohsaka, the AVW Women's World Champion… after the match, well, I did realize something about you… I felt so embarrassed about losing my first title match here in AVW but I realize that tonight, you faced your own embarrassment and face it like the champion that you are. I respect you for that."

Rin's eyebrow raised once again in confusion after hearing the statement while Ami was looking at the champion, visibly was anger by the statement from Asuka.

"Okay, okay, I did not expect you to say that but I'm definitely sure that you're here for a reason," Rin answered then looks at her title belt to Asuka. "If you want a piece of me, I'm here, I'm wide open! I can take you out, I can take this fake beauty right here, or even better, I can take you both out!" The crowd wildly responded to the enthusiasm of the women's champion.

"Look at the champion! She's really capable of showing courage to fight everyone out, even challenging both of them for the title!" Shun exclaimed.

Asuka waved at Rin and then answers. "Wait a minute! I think I forgot something, I forgot to tell you a story!" Asuka picks up a piece of paper from her pocket and then takes a good look at the contents of it.

"Well, a story that has never been told by Asuka, this is a first…" Corey said.

"So, I'll read this from the perspective of the writer of this story," Asuka said and coughed heavily to brace herself to read.

"If I can remember that night when I heard that she was crowned the champion, I was actually curious to know what she can do. So, therefore, I called someone, that someone familiar to her, and I said 'can she fight in insurmountable odds?', she said 'Well, let's see but let's just wait for a few days right before she realizes it'. That was a done deal and once that time comes, well, let's test it out and we'll see-"

"Hey, hey, cut the crap now! What nonsense are you talking about?!" Rin interrupted Asuka, fully irritated by the rubbish story. "Are you going to accept or not? You're wasting everyone's time!"

"Shut up!" Asuka shouted back to Rin while looking at the fans who were booing her. "All of you, shut up! And Rin… I wasn't talking to you…"

Rin was fully fuming and was talking to Asuka to come up. But once Asuka simply drops the paper, she spoke a few words.

"...I was talking to Kawashima…"

The audience was perplexed by the revelation that was unveiled. But once the situation became clearer, the audience and Rin realized that Ami was nowhere beside the latter's view. When Rin sees Asuka's smirk, she slowly looks back to see Ami untying her ponytail then went back to Asuka, who was beginning to climb the apron.

"Uh, what in the world is this…" Excalibur spoke as Rin looks in between both Ami and Asuka, who both nodded at each other. Rin sees the gesture and quickly takes down Ami, attempting to take offense literally. "Oh! I-It appears that Asuka Langley Soryu and the new debuting Ami Kawashima are teaming up on the women's champion!"

"I knew it all along! It was a collusion from the get-go!" Shun complained. Asuka then enters the ring to the chorus of boos when the blonde girl attacked the champion from behind, she took Rin on her and mounts over the champion, taking shots of her own.

"No! This is brilliant! This is a well-planned alliance from both Kawashima and Ami!" Corey replied while Ami stood up and stomps the heck out of Rin.

After a few seconds, Asuka was finished pounding Rin as she told Ami to lift her with the latter obliging to the command of the former. Ami picks up both shoulders of the enraging but defenseless Rin while Asuka talks trash to her that she should have never won in the first place and decks her again with a hard right hand, knocking Rin out cold. Meanwhile, the crowd's jeers were loud enough for the women to go with their plan.

"The champion is outnumbered by a well-placed plan from these two!" Excalibur said. Asuka told Ami to put her in a position that was familiar to the champion and the latter nodded.

"Uh-oh, I don't like the next scene to come here!" Shun exclaimed.

Asuka then runs to the ropes, attempting for the Second Coming (Curb Stomp) but all of a sudden, the lights from the arena blackout.

"Wait, the lights are off!" Excalibur exclaimed.

("Zombie" by The Cranberries) played in the arena as the crowd went berzerk to the presence of Rei Ayanami, who just entered with only the spotlight placed on her. Meanwhile, the duo of Asuka and Ami were shocked to see the new presence, especially Asuka, who told Ami to go outside to confront Rei.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it's Rei Ayanami! And she's here!" Excalibur shouted as the camera pans to Rin's laser-beamed eyes towards the ring while Ami was preparing for what she had to offer.

"And she's not here for a surprise but for a payback from someone!" Shun exclaimed.

"And from that someone, she seemed to have seen a ghost of her past and it's gonna haunt her for tonight!" Corey added.

Rei's music stopped and the lights came back on as Rei runs towards the ring to take out Ami with a Clothesline then proceeds to slide underneath the ring to look at Asuka, who tosses Rin outside of the ring. When Asuka looks back, she met the familiar gaze of Rei Ayanami with the crowd going nuts on the staredown.

"The staredown just rocked Bridgeport with those eyes that tell a story, Excalibur said as Rei surprises Asuka with a right hand. "Oh, here's Ayanami!"

"And Asuka fires back…" Corey said when Asuka fought back with her own right hand. "And look at them go! It's nonstop and they're taking each other for real!"

Suddenly, the crowd booed when Ami went back to fight Rei behind and takes her down with multiple stomps, also joining the mugging was Asuka. Asuka then orders Ami to finish her off as the blonde girl holds the shoulders of Rei to openly attack her but was intercepted by Rin, who attacks Ami with a Spear, sending her through one of the sofas and rolling outside.

"Whoa! Rin just made the save for Rei with a huge Spear!" Excalibur said while Rei escapes from Asuka's hold with a few Elbow shots at her.

Rei grabs the head of Asuka and runs towards the top with Asuka as she hits the Slice of Heaven (Springboard Bulldog) to a loud ovation. Rin then gets her time to hit a few shots on Asuka as she picks her up, setting up for the Unprettier but Ami surprisingly pulls Asuka outside to safety, much to the dissatisfaction of the fans.

"Asuka was supposed to get a 2-in-1 special but Ami pulls the leg of Asuka, avoiding any more damage to her now ally," Excalibur said.

"Thank goodness for that but my god, what a return for Rei Ayanami!" Corey replied as Rei picks up the other sofa and throws it outside while Rin kicks the painting and uses it to slam the television beside it.

"She came at the right place at the right time and she is looking for revenge on her familiar foe, Asuka Langley Soryuu, as they escaped the wrath of Tohsaka and Ayanami for now," Shun added as Rei's music begins to play again with both she and Rin looked at each other for a few seconds until they shook hands as a sign of respect, much to the chagrin of the opposing duo of Asuka and Ami, who was still clutching her stomach after a vicious tackle.

Backstage Area

"What a return from Rei Ayanami and she looks like she wasn't done getting her hands on Asuka. But for now, let's welcome our guess at this time, one of the teams will be competing in the Semi-finals of the Tag Team Turbulence Tournament, Class 1-A's Shoto Todoroki, and Katsuki Bakugo!" Visha introduces the aforementioned duo as they appeared beside her, where the crowd was rooting for them in the background.

"So, about last week, I think people would describe it as great… from your tag team victory, Izuku Midoriya's world title triumph, and probably something unexpected, the return of Ochako Uraraka. But for tonight, you'll be aligning yourselves with Fire Force, what do you expect from them and your opponents for this tournament?" Visha asked in a detailed manner as she extends her arm to capture the microphone beside their mouths.

"You've just described how our last week went perfectly, it was great, it was a feel-good moment for us to be standing tall. And as for our opponents, we knew it right from the start that they're just all talk and nothing but shameful scoundrels when their boy, Kyon, couldn't get the job done." Shoto answered first.

"SOS Brigade will not be existing in the first if it wasn't for their arrogant leader, who always does is shouting and shouting like a grumpy neighbor! Oh, man, if I were her neighbor, I would just step away." Bakugo added but then looks to the other side that their target was walking in their direction and was met with unimpressed looks in the background of boos. "Speaking of the devil…"

"What? You look surprised… coming from you, who just wants to brag about their great day or whatever they can come up with something tedious." Haruhi, who was accompanied by both Yato and Yukine, spoke and pointed fingers at the opposition. "Just remember that my secretaries won their match last week as well and guess who they're facing next week? Both of you! Now I'm glad that my allies are going up against you because if anyone deserves the right to be called Tag Team Champions, it's them! They'll set the score on getting your poor souls sending off your poor and pointless bodies because that's what we do best - at destroying careers that don't matter!"

Todoroki was supposed to say something but was interrupted by a hand from Haruhi with the boos roaring smoothly.

"And if it wasn't for that freak friend of yours, Ochako Uraraka, your trooper will be fallen against the hands of my vice, Kyon!" Haruhi complained, clenching her fists that she once recall that certain situation last week. "That freak just came out of nowhere to attack me unattended, like a lost dog!"

"Oh, yeah, then you decide to run away from her like a coward? How impressive of a leader you are." Todoroki sarcastically replied as the crowd begins to cheer for them while could not contain her anger. "In fact, you started this all anyway, you pushed her from a ladder through the table, and when I can remember that she said something like…"

Unexpectedly, the crowd went wild when Ochako Uraraka appeared beside her colleagues with a serious look while crossing her arms, and aiming her eyes toward Haruhi.

"If you can talk loudly, I can punch you stronger." She said with her teammates smirking at their adversary while Haruhi wasn't having it as they unexpectedly walked out of them, making the Class 1-A chuckle. "Pretty pathetic."

"By the way," Bakugo then told Visha something. "We have a match to prepare tonight and we should see who gets that momentum and you already know the answer to that." The trio then walked out of Visha's sight.

"Well, that would be it, for now, let's go back to the ring where the first match will begin," Visha informed the viewers as the camera went back to focus on the ring.

("Return of the Fire" by def rebel) played in the arena where the lights turned off as multiple poses from an individual lit up on the Tron, following the lights beside it. That individual appeared when the lights went back as he stops by the ramp, gesturing to the opponent, who was already in the ring with a thumbs middle descending to thumbs down.

"The following contest is a Qualifying Match for the AVW Infinity Championship Ladder Match and is scheduled for one fall with a 15-minute time limit, introducing first, hailing from 'Ghost City', Z-City, he is 'The Devil Cyborg' - Genos!" Mai Sakurajima announced as he continues his tour toward the ring.

Meanwhile, the camera took concentration on the other individual inside the ring, who was currently shadow-fighting.

"His opponent, in the ring, from Nara Prefecture, Japan - Akihito Kanbara!" Mai then introduces the other competitor.

"What an intimidating presence, coming from this man, the look, the physique, the size, it's like a wet dream from some geezer out there," Corey said while Genos enters the ring and removed his gray, thick jacket.

"Let's remember that this two inside was once a participant in Winter Warfare's Battle Royale, where they got prematurely eliminated. And tonight, one of them will take an opportunity to gain stature and will punch a ticket at Battle Chronicle for the inaugural AVW Infinity Championship!" Excalibur stated with the referee talking to both competitors as they nodded, signaling the timekeeper to ring the bell.

The match begins with Akihito spamming punches Genos in the face in the center, but quickly realizing that his opponent was not budging, he then bounces to the rope to hit a Clothesline but Genos was unfazed, surprising Akihito and the fans.

"Look at this man, he's unfazed like he's a long brick wall!" Shun exclaimed as Akihito tries for one more but it was not effective.

When Akihito bounces to the ropes, he was met by a vicious European Uppercut from Genos, sending the smaller man down. Genos follows up with a ground-and-pound offense and went his way to the ropes to bounce and hits a Cyborg Leg Drop (Leg Drop) across the throat of his opponent.

"That long legs of Genos dropping on the throat of someone is devastating from that size," Excalibur said.

Genos easily picks up Akihito and slams him behind with a Karelin Lift, sending his opponent to the canvas. Genos picks him up again as he whips him to a corner and runs towards Akihito, who answers with a Back Elbow, stunning Genos momentarily and the young boy hops to the top turnbuckle to give Genos an aerial offense. All of a sudden, Genos shocks everybody when he hits a Dropkick, also stunning Akihito.

"Wow! Talking about big men who do stuff his size shouldn't do! That has just flushed out Akihito!" Corey said in amazement but he was more astounded when he lifts him in a Vertical Suplex position. "And now, Genos is flexing his strength to all of the non-believers out there! He is surely taking his time to rush the opponent's blood down to the brain."

The fans begin to count on how long Genos can lift Akihito then he drops him to the mat when the fans counted at 20. Genos then taunts the crowd that this is over in an instant with his thumbs middle into thumbs down gesture as he sees Kanbara trying to get up. He kicks the gut of Kanbara and crosses both arms and effortlessly hoists the man up and hits the Cyborg Bomb (Ricola Bomb) with authority as Genos pins Kanbara's both legs.

The bell rang in succession as the fans were lightly applauding the performance of Genos, who stood up and got his arm raised by the referee.

"Here is your winner, Genos!" Mai Sakurajima announced.

"This man just dismantled another man and does it in dominating fashion! That Ricola Bomb was destructive on all levels! Because of this, Genos is then the second participant in the ladder matches for the AVW Infinity Championship!" Excalibur exclaimed.

"The fact that he is the only second participant is shocking to me. The other players that will be included in this match will face The Demon Cyborg and logically, he is the man to become the champion at Battle Chronicle! Who will gang up to this strong brute?" Corey asked.

"Well, we'll have to find out in the upcoming weeks if there are enough individuals that can step up to him, including Rimuru Tempest," Shun added as Genos walks out of the ring on his own and taunted one more time to the crowd on the ramp.

The camera pans to the backstage area where The Mage Sister was walking through a path and was accompanied by two security crew beside them with the crowd cheering for them.

"Well, looks like the hold harmless agreement isn't over yet until the bell rings as Rumia Tingel will face a huge obstacle tonight when she competes in a Four Corners Match later tonight!" Excalibur said while the camera suddenly pans to another team involved in the aforementioned match, where Team Stratos' Cecilia Alcott was backing off from a crew from a tight space between them with Houki Shinonono glaring at the said crew, earning boos from the audience.

"On the other hand, let's not forget about Team Stratos are also in this debacle where tonight one of them will gain momentum before their AVW Women's Tag Team Championship next week!" Corey added.

"But coming up next, we will be witnessing a 'Royal Negotiation' between the camp of Malty Melromarc and Naofumi Iwatani that will take place in the office of our General Manager, which will be coming up next!" Shun reported the next segment as the camera momentarily fades to black.

General Manager's Office

The camera is currently focused on the wide office of GM Kokomi Teruhashi, where she was doing her usual paperwork until she was caught off-guard by a knock on the door.

"Come in."

The creaking sound blared through the room where Naofumi Iwatani, alongside Raphtalia entered the cozy office. The GM offered them seats on her right side as they took their time to sit down.

"Thank you for coming, both of you." The GM said to the duo, who nodded accordingly.

Then, another knock shook them out as the door opens automatically the knights, who were beside the self-professed queen, Malty Melromarc, who was arrogantly entering and eyeing Naofumi while Raphtalia looked in concern. The GM then offered a seat to the trio, where the knights rejected the offer while Malty took the chairs on herself, sitting in between the chairs.

"Thank you for coming as well." GM Teruhashi said to the royal opposition as she coughed heavily to begin the discussion. "Now, so both parties decided to have a fair and decisive negotiation for the reason of heavy disturbance to one another."

She then faces Naofumi and asked. "So, Mr. Iwatani, what do you have in mind for an offer to cease the disturbances."

"I did make a pledge that I will be coming for the AVW World Championship until that Royalty Fraud just seeped through the pipes and interrupted me. So, what I have in mind since she wouldn't stop bothering me and Raphtalia, I am proposing a Tag Team Match between two individuals of my choosing against your obscure knights next week." He unveiled the offer while the General Manager nodded, taking notice of the proposition as she wrote the deal on paper.

"Alright…" Teruhashi replied as she then faces Malty. "What do you have to offer on the table, Miss Melromarc?" Malty was supposed to say something but Teruhashi replied first. "I know you are 'The Queen' but let's professionally keep the negotiation, okay?"

Malty closed her mouth while Naofumi lightly smirked and Raphtalia tries to hold her laughter by covering her lips., making the former annoyed by their reactions.

She then took a deep breath and answered briefly.

"After the first match, I assumed that this mess will be over in a hurry but Mr. Naofumi over there tried to embarrass me in front of people," Malty answered, causing Naofumi to react almost in an instant but was stopped by the halting arm of Raphtalia with the queen barely smirking over the reaction.

"Afterwards, I notice that his minion over there was seemingly trailing me backstage but I attempted to ignore her. But in the next few days, I started to feel discomfort all through my body and I decided to confront Mr. Naofumi for this matter; therefore, this whole thing happened." She added as the General Manager scribbled any details that she could use for defusing the situation.

Raphtalia then felt disrespected as she tries to stand up but was stopped by the arm of Naofumi, gesturing that it is not worth it to fight for as she obliged. Meanwhile, Malty begins to show her sly smug until she continues and shares the offer.

"Now, with that out of the way, I know Mr. Naofumi will propose a match, but I will accept the offer. But since he was victorious in the first match, I have the right to add a condition for this one. Since it's a tag team match, I'll notch things up for him and Raphtalia."

GM Teruhashi nodded while Naofumi was seriously looking at him and Raphtalia felt butterflies in her stomach, getting a feeling that they will be in a big hurdle.

"Next week, my knights will take on Raphtalia and Naofumi Iwatani…" She paused and smirked at them as she continues. "…who will be at the ringside for the match and will neither lay a hand on my knight nor to his partner."

Raphtalia stood up from her chair in protest. "Hey, wait a minute! A match between your knights against me and you're putting Naofumi-sama outside of the ring?! That's unfair! That's very mean of you!"

Meanwhile, Naofumi was beaming his eyes at the opposition with the thought of knowing that this was gonna happen, not stopping Raphtalia from protesting.

"Let him speak, Raphtalia." Naofumi said.

"Huh? But she's-"

"She's not done with the offer… yet…"

"Okay, Naofumi-sama…" She sat down back on her chair again to hear out the continuation of the offer.

Malty sneered. "Since Mr. Naofumi is being nice to me today, I can add more to my offer. Just remember, Ms. Raphtalia, that this is a tag team match and pretty much means you have no partner to tag but I'll give you both a chance to pick your partner."

GM Teruhashi was all ears for this interesting proposal but Naofumi hummed for a second and asked.

"Is there a catch to that?"

"No, I promise, you can choose anyone, I mean you can reveal your partner once we're all in the ringside area."

Naofumi gave it a thought but Raphtalia internally wants her master to reject the offer and counter it with another.

"If we win, this whole thing will be over and I will get a title shot at the AVW World Champion." He answered, where Malty nodded. "And if we lose?"

Malty hummed for a second and answered instantly. "If you lose, both of you and the partner of your choosing will be needing your assistance to my monarchy."

"Huh?!" Raphtalia exclaimed. "Wait, Naofumi-sama, we could just counter the offer, right?!"

"I accept." He replied, much to the shock of the General Manager and others inside.

"Huh?" Malty was dumbfounded by this answer but quickly composes herself again in a professional stance. "Oh, I guess the deal went smoothly as expected."

"Okay then. The negotiations are set for both parties and for that…" Teruhashi spoke as she handed a newly-printed contract to them. "I'll let you sign this contract to serve as confirmation that this whole negotiation occurred. If both sides sign, I'll put your tag team match next week for the Tag Team Turbulence TV Special."

Malty easily signed the contract while Naofumi respectfully snags the contract and signed his name as well on the paper. Raphtalia felt a volume of anxiety as the match became official and will commence in 7 days.

"Alright, it's official, The Knights of The Monarchy will compete against Raphtalia and a partner of their choosing next week in Jacksonville, Florida. If Raphtalia's team wins, Naofumi Iwatani's AVW World Championship opportunity will be secured; if Malty's team won, Raphtalia's team will attend to the services of The Monarchy." GM Teruhashi stated the match and its repercussions as both sides stood up in unison as both Malty and Naofumi shook hands in respect. "Oh, my, I didn't even need to say it though, how professional! Good luck to both of the teams!"

"Wait, really? Raphtalia will be competing and not Naofumi? And he accepts it?!" Shun asked in disbelief. "That is literally the worst-case scenario for them!"

"As much as I can agree with you, Kaido, the match will happen next week at Tag Team Turbulence TV Special in Jacksonville! The Knights of The Monarchy will compete against Raphtalia and a mystery partner of their choosing." Corey replied. "The contract has been signed, and the negotiations are in effect!"

"With repercussions on the line, who will be victorious between two sides that have been bumping into each other in the past few weeks? We will find out next week!" Excalibur said.

("Shadow is the Light" by THE SIXTH LIE) began to play in the arena where the crowd split on their presence at the entrance as the taller swordswoman, who was wielding her sword and closing her eyes as she stabs the sword in the middle of the steel floor, causing the pyro to explode beside them and also for the red mage to appear with her staff tapping the floor, causing for the fireworks to erupt above the Tron.

"The following women's match is a Four Corners Match, set for one fall and with only a 30-minute time limit. Introducing first, being accompanied by Megumin, from the city of Axel, Darkness!" Mai Sakurajima introduced the first team as the majority begin to boo them.

"We know what occurred last week when Darkness and Megumin, and Kill la Familia prematurely collided outside of the arena and this forces the management to give them a hold harmless agreement until they are all in the ringside area," Excalibur stated as both adventurers walked on the ramp towards the ring, where they entered the ring on the top rope.

"Looks like it can be said that these teams could not get their hands on their foes like they're hungry wolves!" Shun exclaimed as removed her hat and hoists her staff to the dislike of some fans with her staff got disposed of outside afterward.

("Blow out" by Konomi Suzuki) played in the arena as an explosive parade of pyrotechnics erupts off the side of the entranceway with both girls in their school uniform appearing on the back with the crowd heavily cheering for the duo.

"Next, being accompanied by Sistine Fibel, from the Alzano Empire, Rumia Tingel!" Mai Sakurajima announced the second team as they made their way slowly to the ring and slid underneath the bottom rope.

"While we have seen the two teams last week, tonight, we have seen a glimpse of The Mage Sisters and Team Stratos, who were escorted by the security to ensure that there will be no assault occurring for the night until the match will commence," Corey said as both mages climbed up to the top turnbuckles while Darkness and Megumin watch from the outside.

"If we can remember, two weeks ago on Elevation, Darkness and Megumin attacked Kill la Familia from behind and this triggers an attack from The Mage Sisters as they portrayed the Familia as friends," Excalibur said as the mages were looking at the adventurers seriously.

("Wild Thing" by X) played next with the women patently entering through the crowd with the fans singing the song. Uncharacteristically, the girls did not interact and were looking at their opponents menacingly.

"Next, being accompanied by Ryuko Matoi, from the island of Honno City, Satsuki Kiryuin!" Mai Sakurajima announced as the crowd was severely rooting for the team while the other competitors were looking at them as well.

"The looks from these fighters just say it all," Shun said. "With one more team to come, they are not going to waste time to lay a hand to anyone of them."

"You're not wrong, Kaido. I believe that their moniker of fighting is going to stimulate an all-out war in the ring." Corey said as the girls hopped on the barricade as they are glaring at their foes, specifically the adventurers.

("Imaginary" by Evanescence) played next as the lights shut off monetarily until a spotlight sight a silhouette of women in the middle of the ramp. One was standing, and the other was kneeling as the light went back to reveal the last entrants and begins to walk towards the ring with a serious look.

"And being accompanied by Cecilia Alcott, from the IS Academy, Houki Shinonono!" Mai Sakurajima announced the final team as they slid underneath the ring, climbing the top ropes to make time for themselves taunt to the fans and the reception is heavily negative for them.

"And to think that only two teams involved in this tag team dilemma just turned into a fatal 4-way in an instant makes me wonder how ravenous these teams are for the sake of being the best tag team in the women's division," Excalibur said as suddenly Satsuki enters the ring and whacks Houki from behind, causing for Cecilia to assist her partner but Ryuko intercepts the attempt, attacking her in the process. "Oh! Looks like Kill la Familia could not wait any longer as they are attacking Team Stratos!"

While the other teams began to brawl outside to the roar of the crowd. Meanwhile, Ryuko sends Cecilia to the outside with a Clothesline while Satsuki got poked in the eye by Houki. On the other hand, Sistine sends Megumin to the audience as the former hops to the barricade and dives to the latter with a Crossbody.

"Everyone and everyone is not safe from this onslaught and it's not going to end well despite the match between the four teams will not conclude until one gets the Women's Tag Team Championships!" Corey exclaimed as Darkness reverses the Irish Whip, sending Rumia to the barricade in pain while Ryuko clotheslines Cecilia from the barricade to the crowd.

"And the fight is not only getting violent inside but they're sending the fight to the crowd!" Shun exclaimed as Darkness sends Rumia back to the ring, following herself in pursuit. Due to the four of them are now inside the ring, the referee begins to signal the bell as it chimed immediately.

"And here we go, the match begins in an instant but the beatdown continues!" Excalibur shouted as Houki continues to stomp Satsuki on the corner while Darkness also does the same thing to Rumia on the other corner. "Their other half is somewhere in the arena, mugging out with each other!"

"And somehow, it's a relief because the referee could officiate the match cleanly as possible but a Four Corners Match ain't easy to moderate as well, let alone a Singles Match," Corey said.

After they beat down their opponents, Darkness and Houki turns back around to meet each other, the moment the latter saw the former, she berated her for hitting them with the chair with Houki shoving Darkness, causing for the blonde woman to deck her with a right hand and another as she whips Houki, who counters it with her own. Houki hits a Corner Clothesline twice but it was not effective as it only earned a moan from Darkness, causing for Houki to step back.

"Okay, I did not want to hear that," Kaido said.

"One of the weirdest masochists I have ever seen if there ever was one," Corey replied. Darkness turns serious again as she sends Houki to the corner to attack her with punches and added it with a few chops, sending Houki staggering to her feet.

Darkness then sends Houki outside with a Clothesline. When Darkness looks back, she was met with a Spinning Back Fist by Rumia, who then whips her to the ropes as Satsuki, who stood up, hits a Big Boot, sending Darkness rolling to the outside to the cheers of the crowd.

"Big Boot by Kiryuin and sends Darkness rolling!" Excalibur said as both Rumia and Satsuki met their eyes on one another to the coos of the crowd. "Now who was left in the ring right now."

"They're considered as friends but it seems that the current situation says they're now." Corey said as both women were talking to one another and said 'let's fight'.

Rumia attacks first with a right but Satsuki counters with her own as they exchange offenses until Rumia whips Satsuki to the ropes. Satsuki hops onto the dropped-down Rumia as she ricochets to the other ropes. Rumia went for a leapfrog but Satsuki manages to catch her with a Snap Powerslam to the roar of the crowd.

"Wow! Incredible catch by Satsuki off mid-air!" Shun exclaimed as Satsuki went for the cover but was broken by Houki with a boo, earning boos from the crowd.

"And an incredible save by the giant of Team Stratos!" Corey replied.

Houki picks up Satsuki and spams her with punches incessantly until she was unresponsive. But before she could do something with Satsuki, Rumia jumped over Houki's back with a Sleeper Hold but immediately escapes to the hold with the former ran towards Houki but was instantaneously caught by Houki and hits a Fallaway Slam, sending Rumia rolling to the outside.

"Hard Fallaway Slam by Houki and sends Rumia Tingel rolling outside," Excalibur said as Houki turns attention to Satsuki and picks her up in her shoulders, hitting a Rolling Senton in the center as she covers her.

Satsuki kicks out.

Houki then picks up Satsuki and whips her to the corner hard. Houki attempts to run towards Satsuki on the corner but was intercepted by Darkness who hits Houki with a Running Crossbody Block. Darkness then sees Satsuki still in pain at the corner and runs over her with a Running Corner Facewash to the face of Satsuki. Darkness picks her up and sends her to the top turnbuckle.

"Satsuki is in a precarious position with all of this offense sending through her and Darkness begins to climb to the top as well," Excalibur said as Darkness headbutts Satsuki a few times until she was unresponsive again.

Darkness gets the shoulder of her opponent, attempting for a Superplex but somehow, Satsuki blocks the attempt, Darkness was adamant to hit the move as he attempts again but was stopped by Satsuki, who clubs the back of Darkness. Soon after, Houki stands up slowly and went to the corner to club the back of Darkness and went underneath Darkness to attempt a Powerbomb but was also blocked by Darkness.

"Uh-oh! I don't think it's not going to end well between them as they're setting up for a big move here!" Shun exclaimed as Rumia came back inside, also decking Darkness on her back, also looking to take down Darkness.

The crowd went nuts as both Houki and Rumia, hits a Powerbomb on Darkness, who executed the Superplex to Satsuki, sending everyone down on the mat with the crowd positively cheering for them.

"Tower of Doom by everyone in the ring and this is just only the preview of what's to come for next week!" Excalibur exclaimed as the match turns the tide in an instant when both Houki and Rumia stood up.

The aforementioned two females began exchanging blows to the face, with the crowd playing along to their offenses; cheers for Rumia while Houki earned boos. When Houki attempts an eye poke, it was blocked by Rumia's hands and whips her to the ropes as she hits her with a Spinning Backfist and a Lariat, sending Houki down to the mat.

"Hard Lariat by Rumia and there are bodies in the ring, she better keep an eye on all of them," Corey said as Darkness went for a Clothesline but Rumia reverses it with a Side Russian Leg Sweep.

Satsuki came back as well as she kicks Rumia's gut and bounces to the ropes to attempt a Clothesline but Rumia ultimately ducks the attack as she attempts a kick but the boot was caught by Satsuki, who got caught off-guard by an Enzuigiri, Rumia then follows up a Snap German Suplex. Darkness went up again as she attempts another Clothesline but was victimized by a Snap German Suplex from Rumia. Houki then also made her way to Rumia, who was alerted on her presence as she picks her up with another Snap German Suplex, making Rumia pumped up, and so is the crowd, who were supporting her.

"Look at Rumia Tingel, she's been a one-wrecking crew! And the crowd is loving every second of the action!" Shun exclaimed as Rumia decides to go high risk when she begins to climb up from the apron to the top turnbuckle.

When Rumia got on the top, the crowd booed when they saw Cecilia, going back to the ringside as she pushes off Rumia to the mat, clutching her back in pain. Cecilia went down and mocks the crowd loosely. But little did she know, Sistine came back inside the ring as she aims towards Cecilia, who looks back to meet Sistine with a Suicide Dive, sending both of themselves through a table at the timekeeper's area, causing the crew there to back out and the crowd to go wild once again.

"OHH! Sistine just took out Cecilia into the timekeeper's area without hesitation to her well-being with an impressive Suicide Dive!" Excalibur shouted.

Satsuki begins to stand on her own while Darkness followed suit as the former attempts a Big Boot when Darkness ducks and bounces to the ropes only for Satsuki to hit a Spinning Heel Kick. Satsuki picks her up and hits an Alabama Slam to Darkness, stacking her for a pin attempt.

Megumin, from out of nowhere, hits a steel chair to the prone back of Satsuki, making the crowd angered with her actions.

"Oh! Megumin just came at the right time to break the pin but it was the painful method that she utilizes and the fans in Norfolk aren't happy about it!" Corey exclaimed as Megumin continues to assault Satsuki with the said steel object.

The crowd begins to cheer again as Ryuko made her way back inside as she tackles Megumin and begins to mug the fire wizard.

"Oh, my God! Ryuko's punches seemed like it has been gathered for weeks and she is taking them all out to Megumin, who rolls immediately outside." Shun said.

Ryuko picks up the chair that Megumin used as she was rapturous to the fans and throws the chair outside. When she looks back, she was met with a Spear by Houki as the crowd went sour afterward.

"What a Spear by Shinonono and that just figuratively cuts half of Ryuko in the process!" Corey exclaimed as Houki prepares to target Darkness for another Spear.

Houki then tackles Darkness with a Spear with authority as Houki went for the cover, the crowd went wild as Rumia enters and surprises Houki with a Double Underhook DDT, spiking her and sending her rolling outside. Rumia quickly went for the cover over Darkness.

Satsuki enters the ring at a snail's pace, attempting to break the pin

The bell rang in succession as the crowd went loud as the music of the victor played.

"Here is your winner, Rumia Tingel!" Mai Sakurajima announced the winner, who immediately rolls out to the ring to aid her partner, who begins to stand on her own.

"What a chaotic scene have we seen here tonight! Everyone took the initiative of getting their presence beat up by everyone who collides with them! In the end, Rumia Tingel gets the victory ahead of their match next week for the AVW Women's Tag Team Championship!" Excalibur exclaimed.

"The fact that this happened before that match is unbelievable! Next week, when all of them are in that ring, it's gonna be a turmoil that will be concluding in the most chaotic way. But for now, this is just a preview for what's to come to that match in Jacksonville!" Corey said as Rumia assists Sistine to the ramp. Meanwhile, the others were looking at each other, hurt by the actions of their enemies while looking at the victors in defeat.

Backstage Area

"Wow! What an unbelievable sight to behold, what a turbulent war that was! But for now, let me introduce to you, one of the teams that will be featured in the semi-finals for next week's Tag Team Turbulence Tournament - Nagisa Shiota and Karma Akabane!" Chika Fujiwara said and introduced the duo, who appeared beside them as the crowd jeered them in the background.

"So, about your tag team match tonight together with the SOS Brigade against-" Chika was startled when she got interrupted by Karma, who snags the microphone from the interviewer's grasp.

"Listen… about for tonight, I don't see the reason for us asking any questions that are so tedious. We will work together with our fellow tag team specialist, SOS Brigade, that is a guaranteed victory for the both of us and for them!" Karma answered with pride.

Nagisa picks up the microphone from Karma and continued. "But that's going to be a momentum-inducing victory. So, we wouldn't mind about getting the W."

Chika picks up a microphone from the pocket with ease. "So, you are saying that there's a possibility that you will turn your backs on your allies?"

Karma steals the second microphone from Chika, who was anxious about getting the device stolen from them, causing the fans to boo them continuously.

"You're prepared, alright. But we're more prepared than everyone else in the tournament! If we get through those flimsy teams, we'll be one move away from being called the first-ever AVW Tag Team Champions!" Karma answered.

"They better keep an eye on us because if they don't, they'll never know what we will bring and you'll have to wait to see it with your very eyes." Nagisa coldly stares over a nervous Chika, who receives the mics from the duo.

Chika was left nervous as the camera pans back to the entrance ramp.

"You'll never know when those assassins going to deploy their schemes but we'll have to wait and see," Corey said.

("Never Die" by All Good Things) played over the arena as the final competitor arrive in the entranceway with a shower of pyros bursting beside him as he raised his fist, causing the crowd to cheer for the individual.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, from New Tokyo City - Shinji Ikari!" Mai Sakurajima announced as the boy offered hands to the nearby fans beside him.

"Three weeks ago, Shinji Ikari was on the verge of becoming the AVW World Champion but was defeated by the current champion, Izuku Midoriya! And within that period, this individual took this loss severely as he has been in a situation where he recalls his mistakes from that match." Excalibur said as Shinji enters the ring through the middle rope and calls out to the timekeeper to give him a microphone. "And tonight, he is fully recalibrated and regained his self-esteem!"

"It took way too long for him to return but will this sabbatical be enough to gain back his dignity as a talent?" Corey asked as Shinji checks the microphone by tapping as the music dies down.

Before he could speak, Shinji heard the crowd chanting for his comeback as he was happy about the reception that he is witnessing right now.

"It seems that the folks here missed his presence," Shun observed as Shinji begins to talk in the middle of the ring.

"You know what happened in several weeks, I lost to Midoriya for the World Title at Winter Warfare… and after that, I felt something, something that has been haunting me since when I was young. I have never felt this intensity of this emotion before, it feels like… I almost give up myself."

The crowd begins to give Shinji a sympathetic name to him, causing him to chuckle.

"And while I took a long time to figure things out and to myself, I realized something… I realized that I… that I really missed you guys!" Shinji shouted to the roar of the pleased audience. "I really miss you all! Those three weeks are just a recalibration of what will I become today. And tonight, I am back!"

Shinji received the loudest pop that he had heard in his life but he put a little smile on his lips like he was grateful for them.

"I am back, I am here, and I am Shinji Ikari! I will be here as long as I breathe and move! I will become stronger than ever, I will fight through everything and nothing is going to break me down!" He exclaimed as the crowd applauded Shinji for his passionate speech.

("When I Grow Up" by Mayday Parade) played in the arena as the crowd began to boo when Kazuma Sato appeared at the entrance with a microphone in his hand while Shinji was looking at him like he was unexpected to be interrupted by someone.

"Oh, great, someone has to interrupt his passionate speech," Shun said.

"Kazuma might have something to say to the returning Shinji here, maybe he will congratulate him in person.

The music dropped as soon as Kazuma put the mic under his lips.

"Shinji Ikari, welcome back! Congratulations on your recovery though!" Kazuma said, clapping to show his support to Shinji, who was unconvinced by his actions as he begins to walk towards the ring while talking. "You came back and your last match was three weeks ago, it was for the World Title… never could have imagined that feeling of losing the privilege. But for you to walk out for so long, it's pretty pathetic of you, to be honest!"

Kazuma fully ignores the boos that he received as he enters inside to confront Shinji.

"You see within those weeks, every single week and you know what happened when you're not here? I fought and I lost all of my matches! And you know what's the difference between you and me? You walked out on your first night here like a coward while I put my butt in this ring for the sake of showing my phase as a talent!" Kazuma criticizes Shinji's walkout as the crowd continues to jeer the adventurer.

"He is right there, gentlemen," Corey said.

Shinji looks at the crowd who was still supporting him as he begins to speak again.

"Yeah, I do look like a coward at that time. But now, I'm not going anywhere! So, I will throw a challenge to you, let's fight in this ring… right now!" Shinji replied as the crowd begins to show their heavy support from the fans. "And we'll see who's going to take the spotlight from here on."

"You're on, crybaby," Kazuma answered as the crowd was heavily jeering the adventurer with his comments.

Shinji drops the microphone as Kazuma followed suit, accepting the offer, and was currently removing his robe when a referee arrived at the ringside and enters the ring.

"Whoa! Are we getting the match on the fly? This is incredible! Shinji Ikari versus Kazuma Sato is gonna happen!" Shun exclaimed with excitement in his voice as the referee picks up the microphone and sends it back to Sakurajima, who picks up the objects as the referee calls the timekeeper to ring the bell as it chimed instantly.

"Here we go! We are witnessing a match from Shinji Ikari for the first time since Winter Warfare and it will be against Kazuma Sato!" Excalibur said as the two began tying up each other.

The tie-up was broken up when Kazuma kicks the gut of Shinji to the disapproval of the fans and sends him to a corner, where he stomps the defenseless Shinji until the referee reprimands the adventurer, who raised his hands as he obliges to the order.

"You know what happens when you are gone in a wrestling ring for a long time? You'll be in a dilemma on how to resolve and it is occurring to Shinji right now." Corey explains the current situation.

"For only three weeks?" Shun asked.

"Yes, they're a few people who experience it beforehand, it's ring rust and it's a bad omen to deal with."

Kazuma surprises Shinji with additional stomps to the gut until he whips him to the other corner, where Kazuma hits a Corner Clothesline, followed up by a Snapmare Takedown and went to the ropes to hit a Basement Dropkick. Kazuma then covers Shinji.

Shinji kicks out as Kazuma automatically locks in the Chin Lock on the returnee.

"Dropkick by Kazuma wasn't enough and it seems Shinji is in a bad position right here with a Chinlock," Excalibur said as Shinji tries to pull himself up with the crowd rallying behind him.

A few seconds later, Shinji's pulling efforts lead to a rope break when his foot caught the bottom rope as the referee begins to warn Kazuma, who raised his hands again to follow the decision while looking at the official with a pissed-off look.

"Kazuma there being annoyed with this intervention from the referee and he's easily displeased when his plan doesn't go into accord," Shun said as Kazuma picks Shinji's hair and sends him to the ropes but Shinji held on to it while Kazuma runs towards him as Shinji low-bridges the rope, sending Kazuma down outside. "Kazuma fell to the trick of Shinji Ikari and got ejected into the floor outside!"

The crowd brightens up when Shinji bounces to the ropes and attempts a Baseball Slide Dropkick to Kazuma, who dodges the boot and attempts to send Shinji to the ring post but Shinji reverses the move and Kazuma was instead smashed to the post. Shinji adds insult to injury when he sends Kazuma's face to the apron a few times.

"Shinji Ikari is sending Kazuma through that hard apron! The face must have rearranged from those hits!" Corey exclaimed as Shinji took his time to interact with the fans until he sends Kazuma back inside before the count of 8.

Shinji hits a sitting Kazuma with a Basement Dropkick and pins him for the referee to count.

Kazuma kicks out of the predicament.

"A Dropkick almost ends the match here for Kazuma here and Shinji is looking to regroup for a moment here," Excalibur said when Shinji cranks his neck and picks up Kazuma, sending him to a corner until he whips him to the other side.

Shinji runs towards Kazuma, who hits a Back Elbow to Shinji's face, causing the crowd to hiss momentarily. Kazuma follows up with a hard right hand and a kick to the gut as he grabs the arm of Shinji to roll him over into a Rolling Infinity Pin, where the referee begins the counting.

Shinji kicks out of the pin as Kazuma instantaneously locks him back to the Chin Lock.

"Kazuma with a wise strategy to surprise Shinji with a unique pin and back to the Chin Lock in an instant," Corey said as the fans begin to support the returning Shinji, who was still caught in the hold.

After a short while, Shinji begins to squirm on the mat and began to stand on his own at a snail's pace as he starts an Elbow Shots spree, where Kazuma gave up the hold to tend to his jaw.

"Look at Shinji! He's not losing at anything when it comes to being in a predicament and he just took out Kazuma with those elbows!" Shun exclaimed as Shinji went for a Clothesline but Kazuma ducked to hit a DDT.

"DDT by Kazuma, spiking Shinji's head on the mat! This could be it!" Excalibur exclaimed as Kazuma uncharacteristically picks up an unconscious Shinji and carries him to the top turnbuckle in a sitting position.

"He did not go for the cover and an I'm starting to question his strategy on winning a match here," Shun said as Kazuma climbs up to the top also where he begins to attack Shinji with punches to the jeers of the fans.

"Maybe, maybe Kazuma will bring something to the table and get the job done, let's see what he has planned for this one," Corey said as Kazuma attempts to carry Shinji on his shoulders but miraculously, Shinji was able to strike with his elbows to the side of the head. "Kazuma apparently was looking for the Chunchunmaru (Samoan Driver) from the top but Shinji luckily avoids disaster."

Shinji lands on his feet safely to club Kazuma's back multiple times until he could not move. Shinji then climbs up in the middle rope and hooks both arms behind as he hits an Avalanche Double Chickenwing Facebuster from the top with the crowd standing up in awe and the two stars down.

"Oh, my God! Kazuma might be knocked out cold with that one!" Corey exclaimed.

"A high risk did not pay off for Kazuma as he landed face-first into the mat! Shinji Ikari may have a scoop of chance on recovering here." Excalibur said.

"Two stars are down but many more stars are roaming around Kazuma," Shun said as Shinji begins to stand but in a staggering posture with Kazuma following suit.

Shinji lit up the crowd when he decks Kazuma with a Clothesline, followed by a second then whips the adventurer to the ropes but Kazuma surprisingly reverses the Irish Whip with Shinji kicking the chest of Kazuma. Shinji lifts Kazuma on his shoulder and slams him to the mat with an Emerald Flowsion as he hooks Kazuma's inside leg to pin him.

Kazuma's shoulder went up before the count of three as he asks the referee but answered with a two-finger gesture.

"Emerald Flowsion, a classic maneuver but wasn't enough to take down the ever-resilient Kazuma Sato," Corey said as Shinji took his time to interact with the crowd before he could pick Kazuma on his shoulder, attempting for a second Emerald Flowsion.

Kazuma was able to slip off Shinji and shove him through the turnbuckles chest first as he rolls up Shinji with the referee begin to count.

Kazuma was shocked to see Shinji kicking out and he instantly carries Shinji, attempting to put down his opponent with Chunchunmaru (Samoan Driver), but Shinji counters the move midway with a Small Package Pin.

Kazuma was able to kick out as he surprises Shinji with Adventure Crusher (Cutter), sending awes and boos from the audience.

"Oh! Adventure Crusher by Kazuma and he is a few seconds away from securing an upset here at AVW!" Excalibur exclaimed as Kazuma slowly slithers through Shinji and extends the arm to him to cover.

Shinji kicks out, much to the shock of the crowd and awe.

"Shinji! Shinji still has a fighting spirit living somewhere inside of him! This should have been over but it's not!" Shun exclaimed in surprise as Kazuma begins to show signs of frustration.

"I am not sure how he did it but by instinct, Shinji was able to keep the match going through," Corey said as Kazuma quickly picks Shinji up in a Fireman's Carry position but Shinji inexplicably powers out Kazuma with a few Elbow Shots to the head of Kazuma.

As soon as he lets go of the hold, Kazuma turns around as he met a Superkick by Shinji to the delight of the crowd then soon kicks him to the gut, nodding to the sound of the cheerful crowd, and soon lifts him up and spikes Kazuma's head with a Brainbuster.

"End of Evangelion Brainbuster by Shinji Ikari with authority! Shinji is crawling to Kazuma for the count…" Excalibur said as Shinji hooked both legs of Kazuma.

The bell rang in succession as the crowd wildly shouted for Shinji, who slowly backs up to his feet on his own.

"Here is your winner, Shinji Ikari!" Mai Sakurajima announces the victor, who was raised by his arm by the referee while recuperating himself in the middle.

"What an effort by Kazuma Sato but in the end, the heart of Shinji Ikari prevailed in his returning match here in AVW!" Excalibur exclaimed as Shinji let go of the arm from the referee and slides underneath while in pain to shake hands with the fans nearby.

"I would have to say that Shinji Ikari's self-esteem and confidence have been recalibrated after the encounter that we have just seen, gentlemen! I think he is ready to strike anytime when he feels like it." Shun said as Shinji simply walks out to the ramp and taunts the crowd one more time.

"No doubt about it." Corey simply agrees to Kaido's statement as the camera turns its attention inside of backstage.

Backstage Area

Ristarte was in the backstage area, where she is beside the duo that will be interviewed by her.

"What an important win for the returning Shinji Ikari but for now let's welcome, Fire Force!" She introduced the team as the crowd was cheering for the pair. "Okay, so you've heard the other teams earlier, any reactions to what's to come for tonight?"

"Well, they need to settle down with their hostilities because we, Fire Force, are the hottest tag team in AVW! Don't forget that! And in next week, those teams might take consideration upon our resume because their chances of winning those Tag Team Championships will go up in flames." Arthur answered with dignity while Ristarte passes the microphone to Shinra, who kept her devil-like grin.

"We'll fight fire with fire and they're all going to go down in flames." Shinra endlessly gestured that those teams will go down as Arthur nodded and walked off Ristarte immediately.

Meanwhile, when Ristarte begins to pack off from the segment, she looks back as she saw a presence that shook her to the core.

"S-S-S-S…." She stuttered and her microphone begins to quiver as she was in a frigid area.

When the camera turns to the left, it was revealed to be a man in his half-hero, half-casual attire, who was looking at her menacingly.

"S-S-Seiya?! Wh-what are you doing here?!" Ristarte exclaimed in shock but did not know that the microphone picked up the lines that she spout.

"So you work in here?" Seiya curiously asked as Ristarte's eyebrow raised in confusion.

"Yeah! I do work here, I was just done interviewing someone." She replied.

"Is this place safe for you? There are probably lots of aliens around here, looking for a brain to pull."

"Ha? No, there aren't aliens here! I am doing this job for almost a month now, so it's safe." Ristarte answered in an honest manner but stumbled on the thought of why he was in the building. "Speaking of which, what are you doing here?"

"I was looking for you." He simply answered.

Ristarte's eyes widened as she squealed and giggled after hearing such a genuine reaction from him.

"Well, you found me, Ristarte, a beautiful goddess and a well-known interviewer, I could give you a tour around here-"

"Can you show me where the bathroom is?" Seiya asked, interrupting Ristarte in her prideful introduction.

"Ah, yeah, sure! Why would you wanna go to the bathroom?"

"I can give you assistance there because your stench is all over the place. That's why the others are avoiding you. It reeks." Seiya commented as he cover his nose to avoid getting the stench on his nasal cavity.

Ristarte lit up and smells herself between her shoulder and armpit, causing her to cringe and instinctively blow a raspberry with the crowd laughing in the background.

"Ah! Hehehe, good observation, Seiya!" Ristarte said as when she turns around, she saw nothing. "Huh?! Seiya? Seiya! Where the heck did he go now?!"

With this developing problem, Ristarte packed the microphone and other stuff and ran off, screaming for his name in the background. The crowd continues to chuckle in the arena as the camera sends back to the ring.

"Ristarte and his partner, Seiya, who just came by backstage? Oh, boy, this sure is getting riveting." Shun said.

"How about Seiya complaining about the backstage area's discomforting atmosphere? I thought I saw it all and I'm not complaining either!" Corey exclaimed.

"Well, let's take you back to the ringside with Miss Sakurajima setting the motion for the next match!" Excalibur added as the camera pans over to the middle of the ring, where an individual was on a corner, preparing for his opponent to enter anytime.

"The following match is set for one fall and with a 30-minute time limit. Introducing first, from the Thirteenth Plantation, Hiro!" Mai Sakurajima announced the first competitor, who raised his hand to the light reaction from the crowd.

("Go to Hell, for Heaven's Sake" by Bring Me The Horizon) played in the arena as the crowd began to boo once this man appeared at the entrance as he gave zero interaction with the fans.

"And his opponent, from Fujisawa City, Sakuta Azusagawa!" Mai Sakurajima announced as the aforementioned giant looked at her with an affectionate look, causing her to react uncomfortably and evaded to look on his face.

"There goes the discomfort from Sakurajima-san and she is not looking at Azusagawa!" Shun exclaimed as Sakuta enters while not looking at his opponent but at the ring announcer. "He never took his eyes off her, that is creepy."

"Well, you may be right but Miss Sakurajima might receive the message from Azusagawa but she did not want to handle it in the ring, maybe she could address it in a private manner," Corey responded as Sakuta was leaning on his chest into the corner to look at her as if he was going to say complimentary to her.

"I am not sure if Azusagawa couldn't care about his match right now," Excalibur said as Hiro suddenly hits a Dropkick to the back of the unaware Sakuta then turns him around to climb up to the middle turnbuckle when the referee calls for the bell to ring as it did. "Hiro doesn't wanna waste time over some insignificant interactions as he is taking it out to Sakuta!"

Sakuta pushes Hiro out of the corner but was able to land and roll through, running straight to Sakuta again with a Dropkick this time to the chest, causing the crowd to cheer for the smaller individual.

"Another dropkick but this time he is facing him, right where he needs to gain attention and Hiro is giving him a reality check," Shun said as Sakuta staggers at his feet when Hiro bounces to the ropes and hits a third Dropkick to the legs of the giant, causing for him to kneel.

Hiro went to the other side and drops Sakuta's head with a Spike Hurricanrana, causing the latter to collapse as the former went for the cover.

Sakuta kicks out with such force that Hiro got launched across the nearest ropes, sending the crowd in awe.

"Oh, my goodness! I didn't think he would launch him like that when he kicks out by my god, how long did Hiro go by that?" Corey asked in amazement.

Hiro attempts to run to Sakuta, who immediately caught him in mid-air, scooping him and sending him in a Fireman's Carry and drops Hiro down with a Samoan Drop but Sakuta did not go for a pin as he stood up and went back on staring on Sakurajima.

"Sakuta is taking his… precious time to look out over Miss Sakurajima in the timekeeper's area," Excalibur said.

"I don't even get the appeal of this guy, seriously," Shun replied.

"You don't, Kaido. He has that brazen confidence and machismo that even you, would wish to get one." Corey replied.

Sakuta looks behind as Hiro begins to stand up and leaps off his opponent with a Leaping Clothesline, followed up by a ground-and-pound offense from Sakuta, earning jeers from the audience.

"Being multi-talented does mean being good at multi-tasking; therefore, Sakuta is doing it right now, mugging the hell out of Hiro while he is watching Miss Sakurajima from afar," Corey said as Sakuta stands up and proverbially locked his fist to the canvas and gives Hiro a Superman Punch, sending him down to the mat again.

"Superman Punch by Sakuta and the time is nigh for Hiro to put the finishing touches for him." Excalibur as Sakuta look over at Sakurajima and shouted to her that he'll be coming to her.

Sakuta taunts the crowd as he saw Hiro standing up groggily and tackles him with a huge Spear. The giant covers Hiro, covering his forearm with his face while looking at a discomforted Sakurajima.

The bell rang in succession as Sakuta smirked to the displeasure of the crowd and was raised an arm by the referee.

"Here is your winner, Sakuta Azusagawa!" Mai Sakurajima clearly announced despite getting uncomfortable with the man she mentioned his name.

"Despite stalling time for a girl, Sakuta Azusagawa gets the easy win here tonight in Elevation!" Excalibur exclaimed as Sakuta begins to roll out of the ring and approaches Sakurajima, who stood up from her chair and confronts him.

"Whoa! Looks like Miss Sakurajima has the backbone to face her admirer, in front of the ring!" Corey said as they both looked at each other while Sakuta talks about how will he keep his effort and made his intention clearer to her to make her say yes to his proposal.

Then he turns his attention to Hiro, who just rolled out of the ring in pain and clutching his stomach as he locks him into a Guillotine on Hiro, he immediately taps out to it while the crowd keeps booing him and Sakurajima was looking irritated by his actions.

"Okay, that's enough, Azusagawa!" Shun exclaimed as Sakurajima shouted for reinforcements as some security crew appeared on the ramp and releases Sakuta from the hold with ease. "Sakurajima-san calling security is the best thing to do here from this obsessed delinquent!"

"As far as making a statement goes, Sakuta is confident about sending a message to his probable crush, Miss Sakurajima," Corey said as Sakuta says that until he could not breathe, he will belong to her to the dismay of the ring announcer as he got send out by the security out of the arena.

"But let's switch things up a bit-"

The screen went abruptly halted as it became static until it transitions to the Shibuya Crossing, where the motion becomes slower than a turtle as it focuses on a rather colorful girl in a yukata, visibly distinguishing from the people around her as she looks up the top as if the weather will change anytime soon.

"The sun is waving at me.. but will you be able to wave back when the time comes?"

The girl's head dropped, covering her face with her bangs as if she got struck by something until a raindrop tipped the girl then the pouring of the rain made her look up again.

"Time is precious for those who wait… time is over for those who seek…"

The girl smirked and unveils a knife, swinging the weapon so quickly that a surge of blood burst within her. The girl then hysterically laughs like a lunatic before she got interrupted by a ringtone from a phone. She then picks up the phone and answered the incoming call.

"I'll be waiting for you."

The girl in yukata dropped the call, figuratively and literally, smashing the phone on wet, hard concrete as she resumes her strolling on the crossing, which was now filled with dead people, soaking at their own blood.

"I'll see you in hell."

The screen once again transitioned back to its formalities as the camera focuses on the commentary desk.

"Welcome back to AVW! What a night has it been here in Bridgeport, Connecticut!" Excalibur exclaimed.

"Couldn't agree more, Excalibur. But next week is a special night, especially for the Tag Team Wrestling that everyone must fill the seats in for next week!" Corey said as he began running down the card. "Next week, Jacksonville, you will bear witness to the Tag Team Turbulence! Firstly, Asuka Langley Soryu and the newly-debuting Ami Kawashima made an alliance to take down the AVW Women's World Champion Rin Tohsaka but a returning Rei Ayanami returned at the right time to save the champion. Therefore, General Manager Teruhashi made it official that both Rin Tohsaka, the AVW Women's World Champion, will team up with Rei Ayanami to team up against Ami Kawashima and Asuka Langley Soryu!"

"What about the 4-Way Match for the inaugural AVW Women's Tag Team Championship? Earlier ago was just a preview but what about next week? Darkness and Megumin, The Mage Sisters, Team Stratos, and Kill la Familia… all are eligible to compete, and what more chaos can they bring in Jacksonville?" Shun added.

"And it looks like the dispute between 'The Shield Hero' Naofumi Iwatani and The Monarchy isn't over with the latter making a Royal Negotiation! With Naofumi out of the list, Raphtalia will have to make a choice for her mystery partner to tag against Malty's knights! If Raphtalia's team wins, Naofumi will get a title shot at the AVW World Championship in the future; otherwise, they will be needing the services of The Monarchy for this one." Excalibur added.

("Falling Down" by Oasis) was played in the arena as the crowd react to the quintet at the entrance negatively with Haruhi Suzumiya, leading the charge as they make their way to the ring.

"This 8-Man Tag Team Match is scheduled for one fall with a 60-minute time limit! Introducing first, being accompanied by Haruhi Suzumiya, the team of Karma Akabane & Nagisa Shiota, and representing SOS Brigade, Yato & Yukine!" Mai Sakurajima announced as the group entered the ring with both Karma and Nagisa climbing up to separate corners while the brigade cheered their group by gesturing the letters they're associated with as the crowd booed them wildly. Meanwhile, the assassins focused their gaze on their unaware partners with sly looks.

"Well, we are seeing some signs of The Assassins bringing a scheming gesture toward their partners. Are they really bringing this to the fold tonight?" Shun asked.

"Listen, Kaido, it's not that they're planning onto something but looking at them is a sign of admiration and respect for one another. They also said that SOS Brigade is a tag team specialist. But you're half right about looking at them like they have some intentions of bringing something to the table." Corey said.

The Assassins dropped off the top as they communicate with the brigade on strategizing about the match.

("New Rockers" by Jim Johnston) played in the arena as the fan-favorite teams appeared together at the entrance to a positive reception as everyone nodded and sprint across the ramp to the ring, where they slide underneath and stood up to taunt the fans. Meanwhile, the opposing teams were unimpressed by their heroic entrance.

"Let's not forget that these four teams will be in the Semi-Finals next week in the continuation of the Tag Team Turbulence Tournament! Fire Force will take on Nagisa Shiota & Karma Akabane meanwhile in the other match, SOS Brigade will compete against their adversary, Class 1-A's Shoto Todoroki and Katsuki Bakugo. And whoever wins those respective matches will fight for the right to become the first-ever AVW World Tag Team Champions!" Excalibur stated as both Todoroki and Bakugo jumped off the middle rope while the firemen unrobe their fire suits and throw their hats to the crowd.

"Couldn't wait for that moment to happen but for now let's see which team will get the momentum prior to the event next week!" Corey said as the teams begin to adjust on their corners, brainstorming on who was starting the match.

"It seems that Yukine will begin on one side while Shinra is on the other side," Shun observed as the referee signals the timekeeper to ring the bell. As the bell rang, the two men squared off in the center with a tie-up.

The tie-up was broken when Yukine attempts a punch but was ducked by Shinra, who gave him a thunderous chop and a second one that sends his foe to the corner in pain. Shinra then whips Yukine to the other corner and runs towards Yukine with a Corner Clothesline.

"Right off the bat, the good guys are getting the upper hand in the match," Shun said as Shinra puts his enemy down with a Snapmare Takedown and went to their corner, tagging Arthur and enters the ring to bounce to the ropes and hits a Basement Dropkick to the side of the head.

Much to the surprise of everyone, Arthur tags Bakugo, who immediately hits a Penalty Kick to the chest to Yukine, who was clutching his chest in pain, while, Bakugo then tags Shoto, who then hits a Jumping Splash, who went for a cover.

Yukine kicks out.

"Totally unexpected for the team of Fire Force and Class 1-A to work as a cohesive unit and I guess I'm not surprised by this," Corey said as the crowd went complaining when Haruhi jumped onto the apron to distract the referee while Shoto picks Yukine up only to be blinded temporarily with an eye poke by Yukine as Haruhi jumped off the apron as soon as the deed was done.

Yukine then hits a Scoop Slam on Shoto as he tags Yato and both of them hi-fived to hit a Double Elbow Drop and went for the cover.

"SOS Brigade with a strategy that they usually utilize and it's been effective up to this point," Excalibur said as Yato attempts to tag Yukine back but was intercepted by Karma, who suddenly taps the hand of Yato, causing the crowd to coo and for the brigade to complain.

"And speaking of strategies, it seems that their motive is starting to get in motion," Shun said as Karma smirked at their tag team partners except for Nagisa, who covered his mouth as if he was trying not to react at anything. While the other teams in the corner were surprised at this current predicament.

Karma continues the match by stomping on Shoto multiple times and picks him up to hit a Sidewalk Slam then tags Nagisa, much to the chagrin of the brigade. Karma then adjusts Shoto's head as it was draping on the middle rope before Nagisa hops on the back of Shoto to turn him around as the Tarantula submission was locked into the disapproval of the fans.

"As much as scheming that was, it turns out that the momentum has been shifted to the other side but it only costs the trust of the other members," Corey said as the referee begins to count Nagisa until he releases Shoto, who was on the apron, got kicked to the stomach by Karma while his partner was currently stalling the referee. Meanwhile, SOS Brigade did not partake in the beating as they were still upset at the change of heart from their teammates.

"So far, it has been on The Assassins' side of things and Todoroki's team is desperately needing for a tag!" Excalibur exclaimed as Bakugo begins to clap with the fans begin to support Shoto while their teammates followed suit.

Nagisa then pulls Shoto back to the ring as the former climbs up to the second turnbuckle and drops his knee to the prone gut of Shoto as he covers him again.

Shoto's shoulder was up as Nagisa stood up to readjust himself. But all of a sudden, he runs towards Shoto's corner to deck both members of Fire Force, much to the jeers of the audience while Katsuki saw it coming and glares over at a smirking Nagisa, who mocks him with a letter L gesture.

"Oh, boy, you talk about sneakiness and your host would be both Nagisa and Karma? You got yourself an instant hit!" Corey complimented Nagisa's tactics as the latter sits Shoto up in the center of the ring as he begins his spree of PKs to the gut.

"Multiple kicks and offenses to the gut of Todoroki and he is trying to fight on whatever offense he took, showing no signs of backing out," Excalibur said as Shoto surprisingly grabs the working leg of Nagisa, who got surprised but he came back with a hard Lariat, sending him back to the canvas with Nagisa covering him again but only for a two count.

"This is where people knew the strength of the Class 1-A, their hearts, and their will to carry on as Nagisa looks for a submission here!" Shun exclaimed as Nagisa locked in the Boston Crab, sitting on the lower back of Shoto, who was wincing in pain as the crowd begins to clap in rhythm while Katsuki orchestrates the beat.

"Boston Crab by Nagisa and is it possible for Todoroki to fight off the excruciating pain from this submission?" Excalibur asked as Shoto attempts to make it to the nearest rope until he held on to a bottom rope, causing the referee to begin counting over Nagisa, who still locks in the hold before releasing him.

Nagisa quickly grabs both legs of Shoto, who was still holding on to the ropes in pain. Nagisa then pulls Shoto but the latter lands on his feet and hits a Gamengiri kick to the side of the head, causing the former to stumble across to their corner. Karma attempts to tag his dazed partner but was tagged by Yukine instead, the redhead questions the tactic. Nagisa rolls out of the ring to take a respite.

"I think Nagisa attempts to at least tag out to his partner but I guess, Yukine could use some assistance as well despite all of this miscommunication of some sort," Corey said as Yukine enters the ring and picks up Shoto to kick him to the gut as he climbs up to the middle turnbuckle.

Yukine attempts a Diving Knee Drop but Shoto scouted the move and was able to kick Yukine to the gut mid-air, grabbing his head to leap to the turnbuckles to hit a Tornado DDT, causing both men to go down in the canvas.

"Tornado DDT by Todoroki and he has a few miles ahead of him to make a tag to his partner, his other partners are nowhere to be sighted. That's the only resort available for him!" Excalibur exclaimed as the fans begin to chant 'Tag!' but the mood changed suddenly when Karma entered the ring illegally, picking up Shoto and attempting to throw him out of the ring but Shoto reverses the attempt and throws Karma instead outside, causing the fans to wildly cheer for Shoto.

"Karma is way too smart for this one but did not see Todoroki's last gasp to counter! This is the only chance that he has as he really needs to tag his partner desperately!" Shun said as both Shoto and Yukine were crawling towards their corner.

After what seemed an eternity both sides entered fresher competitors in the form of both Katsuki and Yato to the approval of the fans, in which the former jumped to the top rope to hit the latter with a Springboard Dropkick.

"Huge way to tag in for Bakugo with that Springboard Dropkick and he is here to fire up Bridgeport!" Corey exclaimed as Katsuki fires up with a Clothesline and whips Yato to the ropes but was countered. Katsuki bounces, sending himself to Yato, and hits a Tilt-a-Whirl Headscissors causing Yato to roll to the corner.

Katsuki went to the corner to hit Yato with multiple PKs to the crowd's delight. After the kicks, he takes down Yato with a Snapmare and climbs up to the top slowly. However, Karma appeared in the ring and attempts to intervene with Katsuki, who sees him and kicks him in the face. When the coast was clear, Katsuki attempts to hit a Moonsault to both men. However, midway through, Karma pulls Yato and the latter was fully caught by the move as Katsuki went for the cover.

Karma was able to break the pinfall with a kick to the back while Haruhi begins to complain about the shenanigans from their other partners. Karma then mounts over Katsuki with several punches to the face to the chorus of boos.

"Karma pulled Yato to take the full impact of the Moonsault. I don't even know if that was a wise decision for their side." Excalibur said.

"It is clearly effective from Karma because he is actually beating the hell out of Bakugo on one hand," Corey replied as Karma attempts to grab the legs of Katsuki but he was able to use his feet to send Karma to the middle rope, his head draping against it.

Out of nowhere, Shinra appeared on the apron and hits a Guillotine Leg Drop to the back of the head of Karma, who got spilled to the outside. Nagisa saw Shinra and pulls a leg from him, causing Shinra to land on his back at the apron. Then, the blue-haired individual then grabs his head and sends Shinra to the barricade, shoulder first. When Nagisa turns around, he was met by Shoto, who blasts him with a Meteora from the apron. Then, Yukine fires at Shoto with a hard Forearm Shot to the face.

"Everyone is throwing bombs outside of the ring!" Shun exclaimed as Katsuki begins to stand up, he saw Yukine on the outside as he bounces to the ropes and went for a Suicide Dive but Yukine counters it with another Forearm Shot, sending Katsuki stumbling. This did not sit well with the fans and Haruhi begins to elate at the moment.

"Even throwing shots at every human being that is moving around the ringside, it is quite chaotic prior to next week!" Corey said as Yato hoists up Katsuki in a Fireman's Carry position and hits a TKO and went for a quick cover.

Shoto miraculously saves the match-up for their team to the shock of Haruhi and to the delight of the fans.

"Unbelievable! Despite all of the punishment that he took, Todoroki saves the match for their team. It is true that their hearts are bigger when it comes to the predicament." Excalibur said as Yukine enters the ring also to come to the aid of his partner and beats up Shoto.

"The referee could not do anything but just told every illegal man inside to exit the ring and this won't stop until someone is pinned!" Shun exclaimed as Yukine tries to whip Shoto to a corner but was reversed to one of Shoto's own with the latter hitting a Corner Dropkick.

Shoto then told Katsuki to get up as they picked Yato up in a Double Vertical Suplex position, when they lift them up, Yukine picks up Yato in the air. However, Yukine picks his partner up in a Powerbomb position as both Class 1-A students dropkicks both legs of Yukine, inadvertently planting Yato with a Powerbomb to the awe of the crowd. Yukine then wisely rolls out of the ring, leaving Yato writhing in pain and attempting to stand back up on his own.

"Wow! They turned something negative to positive with that innovative move!" Corey exclaimed as Nagisa hits a Superkick to Shoto, causing him to be knocked out of the corner.

The referee took a motion to get Yukine out of the ring while Nagisa enters the ring to hit a Superkick to Katsuki, who immediately dodges it as Yato eats the boot instead, sending him back down again. Nagisa did not react to the accident accordingly as he looks back to duck a kick attempt and hit a Roundhouse Kick to the side of the head to the jeers of the audience. Nagisa pulls Yato back to the corner and voluntarily tags himself after the referee was done with Yukine.

"Roundhouse Kick by Nagisa and the referee was busy aiding to exit Yukine outside. He is able to pull the knocked-down Yato and tags himself in!" Excalibur exclaimed as Nagisa enters back and picks up Katsuki, grabbing the arm and looking at the reception from the crowd as he attempts a Cross Armbreaker submission but Katsuki escapes and carries him and hits a Death Valley Driver on the canvas.

"Death Valley Driver, perfectly executed after countering the submission from Nagisa," Corey said as Katsuki saw Shinra getting back up from the outside back to the apron while Karma secretly tags himself in when Nagisa got sent to their corner by the move. "Oh! There's a blind tag by Karma and I think their opponents have never seen that one."

Katsuki then tags Shinra to enter the ring as he saw Nagisa resting on the corner and hits a Cannonball Senton, squashing Nagisa fully. The crowd began to cheer again as they saw Arthur on the apron, fully recovered from earlier as he tags Arthur in. Shinra then picks up Nagisa, setting him up with Arthur, and perfectly hits a Flamethrower (Total Elimination) to Nagisa.

"There's the Flamethrower by Fire Force but Nagisa is not the legal man and they aren't aware of this," Excalibur said as Arthur went for the pin, Karma sneakily rolls Arthur up.

The bell rang in succession as the crowd booed loudly to the sly tactic of Karma, who jumped in elation after outsmarting the opponents and to the surprise of Haruhi and the brigade. Meanwhile, Shinra cluelessly did not break in time.

"Here are your winners, the team of SOS Brigade and Nagisa Shiota & Karma Akabane!" Mai Sakurajima announced the winners as both The Assassins rolled to the outside immediately after seeing their foes trying to beat them up.

"Wow! You talk about miscommunications and not trusting but it turns out, Karma's plan went perfectly as he would expect! That is genius! Whatever happens next week, if this consistency gets them to tag team gold, then I'd be not surprised about it!" Corey exclaimed as the good guys in the ring were agitated by the victory while the opposing team celebrated despite doubts from the brigade.

"You know what? I'll give them the credit, I don't even know if that miscommunication was part of their plan or not, the fact is, next week, they're on their own. Who will be the new tag team champions?" Shun asked.

"All of this would just be how the tag team works and this is only just a preview of what's to come in Jacksonville, Florida! Tag Team Turbulence is coming our way here in AVW! I'm Excalibur, on behalf of everyone, we will see you next week for the night of Tag Team Appreciation! Good night, everyone!" Excalibur exclaimed.

The crowd booed wildly at the winners as they brag about how smart they are than them and they will see them next week with the camera fades to black, indicating the end of the program.
