Hi! It's been a long time, everyone! Sorry for the long wait on the new chapter. I've been pretty busy due to a bunch of stuff I was busy with. And now, I was able to find the time and energy to update the next one-shot. Also, thank you to those who have read and commented on these one-shots. I'm glad everyone enjoys them ^_^

Now in this one-shot, my O.C.'s Emi the Pink Dolphin, Bianca the Seal, & Milo the Bat will be featured in here. It'll be a sequel for Ch.2 of 'My Merhog', so I hope you all like it. Enjoy!

"You want me to what now?" Sonic looked at his friend in disbelief.

Milo clasped his hands together in a pleading motion. "Be my fake date for tomorrow night!"

Sonic shushed him, making sure no one heard them from their table as he whispered to him. "Why?"

"So Emi and Bianca will have the perfect first date!"

"Wanna elaborate on that?"

Milo leaned back against his chair, folding his arms over his chest. "A few days ago, they confessed to each other in the employee locker room, which I did not eavesdrop on." He softly smiled at the memory. "I was thrilled to hear that they finally revealed their true feelings to each other, and I was the first to know about it."

"They're together? Well congratulations!" Sonic gave him a thumbs up.

Milo chuckled. "Thanks. I'll pass on the message to them." He then shook his head. "But anyways, they're planning on having their first date tomorrow night, and I need your help to make sure they have the perfect first date with no interruptions."

"You mean like a double date?"

"Not exactly. You see, I may have told them a fib on me being busy on their date night."

"But you're not?"

"Nope. I'll actually be spying on them, and I need your help for it."

"Won't they know we're spying on them?"

"They won't as long as we wear our disguises."

Sonic sipped on his blueberry milkshake. "Just so you know, I don't like wearing pants."

Milo shook his head. "Oh you won't be wearing pants. You'll be wearing one of my newly designed outfits."

"A new outfit made by you? Now I'm curious."

"Trust me, you'll love it for sure," Milo grinned. "So are you in?"

"As long as you treat me to dinner, then I'm in," Sonic grinned back. "Now give me the details on tomorrow night."

Tails paused when he heard someone knocking on the door. Checking the clock, he was surprised it was nearly late. Removing his goggles and placing them on the table, he left his workshop and made it to the front door. As he turned the handle and opened it, he was surprised to see a familiar looking gray bat standing on his front porch. "Milo the Bat?"

"In the flesh," Milo smirked, placing one hand on his cocked hip. "Is Sonic ready yet?"

"He's still finishing up," Tails stepped aside to let him in, as he closed the door behind them. "Sonic mentioned the two of you have plans tonight." He pointed to his outfit. "Are you both going somewhere fancy?"

Milo looked down at his outfit, consisting of a red and black gothic style tuxedo jacket with black pants and matching black dress shoes. His smirk widened as he glanced back at Tails. "He and I are gonna play cupid tonight."

Tails blinked at his answer. "Uh, what?"

"Are you two playing nice with each other?"

They both looked over, and their jaws literally dropped as they saw Sonic coming down the stairs. However, the person in front of them didn't look like Sonic, but a beautiful female blue hedgehog covered in sparkles. He wore a sparkling sleeveless red dress that was open on the front to reveal his chest and tight on his body, revealing his curves and a pendant necklace hung around his neck. The dress also had a slit to reveal his long blue slender leg, including his sparkling red high heeled shoes.

A pair of long white gloves covered his hands all the way to his biceps. His makeup consisted of mascara and eyeliner to make his eyelashes appear longer, and light glossy red lipstick to make his lips shine. He styled his blue quills to make them appear down and wavy, along with a red ribbon tied on top of his head to complete the look.

Tails rubbed his eyes in astonishment at what he saw. "S-Sonic?"

Milo's expression became happy as his red eyes sparkled in glee. "I knew the dress would be perfect for you! You look amazing in it!"

Sonic chuckled, flipping his wavy hair back. "Thanks. Shall we go now?"

"Certainly, my dear," Milo placed one arm over his chest and bowed, while the other is brought out to reveal his gloved hand. "May I have the honor in escorting you to dinner?"

"With pleasure," Sonic took his hand, laughing as he looked over and patted his little brother's head. "Just to let you know, I'm helping Milo spy on a couple of friends so their first date will go well. Right now, we're wearing these disguises so they won't recognize us."

"As long as you two remain on your best behavior, then I'll let it slide," Tails turned his head to give Milo a scary glare. "Bring my brother back home before midnight, keep your hands to yourself, do not scare him, and treat him right! If I see a small scratch on him, I won't hesitate to unleash my newest invention on you!"

Milo wasn't fazed by his glare, but nodded his head in agreement. "Yes sir. I promise to treat this beautiful creature like treasure. I'll make sure your cute big brother gets back home on time in perfect condition."

"You better!" Tails gave him another scary glare, then hugged Sonic. "Call me if you need a witness!"

"Will do, little bro," Sonic planted a kiss on his brother's head.

Sonic whistled as he and Milo were seated at a booth. "How were you able to make reservations here?"

Milo grinned evilly. "I know one of the owners here who owes me a few favors."

"Are they legal?"

"I'll leave that to your imagination."

Sonic shrugged it off, as he admired the inside of the restaurant. The walls were painted blue to match his cobalt fur, but the chandeliers made it appear as if gold paint is splattered on the walls and ceiling, even thought it was only the light playing tricks on him. The seats were colored blue with soft cushion, and the tables are made from the finest wood. Even the fancy dishes and silverware sparkled from the light, along with everything else to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

All the guests here appeared rich, dressed in their fanciest outfits that obviously cost a fortune. The food they were having appeared amazing, but in a small portion. Soft violin music played in the background as the waiters and waitresses served their guests with elegance and grace.

"Are you sure Emi & Bianca are here at The Sapphire?" Sonic questioned.

Milo nodded, pointing his finger at a particular direction. "Straight across near the window."

Looking over at where he's pointing at, Sonic saw that the girls were a few tables down, but seated near a glassed window that gave them a good view of the starry night and crescent moon hanging at the sky. The girls were seated across from each other dressed in their best outfits, impressing each other as they were happily chatting and enjoying their meal.

Sonic smiled at the sight. "Looks like they're having a good time."

"Indeed," Milo sadly smiled.

"Is something the matter?"

"Nothing at all. I'm just happy for them."

"You sure?"

"I am. I had a feeling those two were busy crushing on each other, but a little push finally helped them confess and enjoy the best night of their lives."

Milo gazed over at Sonic. "I apologize if dressing up in these outfits made you feel uncomfortable. I should've told you more about the plan and-

Sonic placed his hand up to silence him. "There's no need. I actually didn't mind since we're not only making sure Emi & Bianca have the perfect first date, but you also promised me that the food here is tasty."

"Well, you truly look divine in my latest creation," Milo chuckled, as the waiter came and poured them drinks. "And yes, the food here is amazing. Order whatever you like."

As they both enjoyed the food and checking to see the girls enjoying their date without being discovered, Milo paid for their meals as he and Sonic quietly left the restaurant so they can enjoy the rest of the night.

"Are you sure you don't want to come back to the aquarium and work as a merhog again?" Milo asked, walking next to Sonic. "You're a big hit with the kids."

Sonic shook his head. "I think I'll pass for now. It did help me get over my fear, but only for a little bit. For now, I prefer walking on land than having to swim so much in the water."

"That's too bad. At least promise to come back to the aquarium and visit all of us."

"I sure will. I really miss Bluey and the other aquatic creatures."

"We miss our Syren."

"You'll see him again someday."

Laughing, they were now in front of the house shaped like Tails. Knowing its now the end of their fake date, they both sighed as they turned to look at each other.

Milo gently took Sonic's hand as he bowed like a gentleman. "Tis a great honor to have a date with a gorgeous lady such as yourself, my dear~"

Sonic hid his giggle behind his gloved hand. "You are way too kind, my mysterious handsome stranger~"

"I am no stranger, darling~ I am the man of your dreams~"

"Oh really?~"

"Yes really~" Milo planted a soft kiss on his knuckles. "But alas, I must depart before the sun rises~ Please do not forget me, my rose~"

"I will cherish this glorious memory for all eternity~" Sonic happily sighed with a hand placed against his cheek.

Suddenly, the door slammed open to reveal Tails holding a yellow bazooka in his hands. "No nasty stuff in front of my house!" He then pointed his weapon at Milo. "What did I say about keeping your hands to yourself!?"

Milo placed his hands up in surrender. "I humbly apologize, kind sir. I only kissed your lovely brother's hand and remained as a gentleman to him."

"Is he telling the truth?" Tails arched his eyebrow at Sonic.

Sonic nodded, pouting as he placed both hands on his hips. "You're scaring him, little brother. Why must you do that to every handsome person I've been with?"

"It's my duty to keep you safe from danger, my sweet innocent big brother."

"Aww, my hero!"

"Plus, I told the others that you're coming as my date to this fancy gala Rouge is hosting at her club tonight."

"Wait, what!?"

Rouge whistled. "Love the new look, Shadow."

Shadow rolled his eyes, wearing a black tuxedo outfit with matching dress shoes and his golden inhibitor rings shining from the light. "Why did I agree to come here again?"

"Because it's the only night we have here where we can feel fancy."

"Didn't we dress up in these outfits on our last mission?"

"Only for a short time. Right now, I want to experience what it's like going to a rich party," Rouge sipped on her wine, wearing a beautiful sparkly violet dress with matching high heels and her usual makeup with purple eyeshadow. "Plus, you and Omega are wearing matching bowties."

"I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE POINT OF THIS EVENT," Omega stated in a monotone voice.

Shadow rolled his eyes again, then spotted the others enjoying the fancy gala event here at Club Rouge. "Whom did you invite again?"

Rouge pointed to all who showed up. "I invited Team Chaotix, Team Rose, and Team Sonic. I do recall they can bring in some extra guests as long as they're old enough to enter my club." She held her hand up to stop Shadow from talking. "Also, Cream and Charmy won't be here since they're both sleeping at Miss Vanilla's house. However, Tails is an exception since he mentioned he's bringing a date here."

"The fox has a date?" Shadow questioned. "And how come only the Echidna is here? I don't see the fox nor that hedgehog."

As on cue, Tails entered the club wearing a white tuxedo with a red bowtie. He spotted Amy & Knuckles and waved at them. "Hi Amy! Hi Knuckles!"

"Hi Tails!" Amy waved at him, wearing a sparkling pink dress with white sleeves, white stockings, and red high heels.

Knuckles waved, only wearing a black bowtie. "Sonic isn't with you?"

"Oh he's coming," Tails turned around and went somewhere, then came back dragging Sonic with him by his hand. "Also, I'm having the first dance with him."

Sonic nervously chuckled, as he shyly waved at them. "H-Hey everyone."

Everyone's eyes widened in shock as they saw Sonic's new appearance. If it wasn't for his voice, then they would've thought it was a female hedgehog and not their friend. However, this person in front of them is Sonic, and he's wearing a dress.

Amy let out the biggest squeal in the entire club, rushing over until she was in front of Sonic and admiring his new appearance with glittering green eyes. "OMG! You look so pretty! This dress fits you perfectly!"

Knuckles covered his mouth to refrain of laughing. "A-At least you don't look like a clown."

Sonic rolled his eyes at him. "Oh har har, Knucklehead. But if you ask me, I can pull it off better than you can."

"What was that!?"

Big was sitting at the table eating with Froggy, ignoring what's happening around them. Vector and Espio were shocked at Sonic's new appearance, but chose not to say anything as they enjoyed the buffet table. As for Team Dark, they each have mixed reactions.

Rouge wolf whistled. "Who knew the little fox has such a pretty date?"

"THAT BLUE HEDGEHOG IS OBVIOUSLY SONIC THE HEDGEHOG," Omega stated.

Shadow was silent, as he was too busy staring at Sonic in astonishment. First his crush was dressed as a merhog, and now he's dressed as a beautiful maiden? Is Sonic trying to give him a heart attack or something!? And not only that, why did the fox told everyone Sonic is his date for the night!?

Before he could say a word, music started to play at the club. It was a slow dance song for couples, and some scrambled to get a partner. Surprisingly, Amy brought Blaze over to the club and they're already dancing with each other on the dance floor. Rouge is doing the waltz with Knuckles, who is trying not to blush as he ordered her to let him go. As for Sonic and Tails, they were both dancing with each other with Tails flying so he could be at height level with his brother.

"I didn't know Rouge was gonna host a fancy gala for tonight," Sonic said, as one hand is placed on Tails' shoulder and his other hand is holding his little brother's hand.

Tails nervously laughed, holding Sonic's hand with one hand while the other is resting on his waist. "She really wanted to have the party tonight, and I couldn't say no to her face."

"A woman's beauty is more powerful than you realize~" Rouge sang, as she dipped Knuckles like a skilled professional dancer.

"Unhand me at once! I know what you're up to, you thieving bat!" Knuckles struggled to get out of her grip, but was then spun around in a circle. "Someone help me out here!"

"You're doing great out there, Knux!" Sonic snickered.

"He's right! You're a good dancer!" Amy cheered with Blaze agreeing.

Then, Sonic noticed someone grabbed Tails' upper arms and dragged him away, causing Tails to protest as he was then placed in Omega's arms. Sonic opened his mouth to see who did that, but yelped when he was pulled into the arms of his rival. "Y-You need something, Shadow?"

Shadow didn't say anything, choosing to pull him closer for Sonic to place his hands on Shadow's chest. Sonic felt his face heating up, as his face is dangerously close to his. "S-Shads?"

"Why did you agree to be that fox's date?" Shadow questioned with a dangerous expression.

Sonic gulped. "W-Well actually-

"Do not stall, Faker. I want the truth."

"I-It's a funny story that happened yesterday and-

"Is this your way to get a reaction out of me?"

"H-Huh?"

"Because if it is," Shadow hugged his waist with one arm while his other hand is sliding down Sonic's curves. "I'm furious and you must take full responsibility for my actions."

He pressed his lips deeply against Sonic's, hugging him and letting his hands roam his body as Sonic is shocked at his actions. But instead of pushing Shadow away and punching him for being a pervert, Sonic kissed back hard so Shadow wouldn't get the upper hand. As they both battled for dominance with their lips and tongue while letting their hands touch each other, they ignored the shocked reactions from their friends.

Tails covered his eyes. "Gross! I don't want to have nightmares tonight!"

"THE PROBABILITY OF SHADOW AND SONIC STARTING THE COURTSHIP RITUAL IS-

"No more details!"

Rouge catcalled. "Now that's a spicy kiss!~"

Knuckles gagged. "Get a room, you two!"

Amy's eyes sparkled in awe. "Now I want details of their relationship!"

Blaze patted her back. "Let's give them some privacy first, Miss Rose."

Near the buffet table, Milo chuckled as he leaned against the wall. "Hey punky edgelord! I'm pretty sure you two need to go out on a date first and then you can bring him to your bed! Remember, you must be a gentleman and not a horny psycho!"

His answer is a chaos spear piercing the wall next to where he is, causing Milo to smirk as he folded his arms. "By the way, I made that dress for Sonic! If you want me to make you one, then all you have to do is-

He jumped away to avoid another chaos spear aimed for his face.

I hope you guys liked it, because the scenario is a little different from how I imagined in my head. But anyways, I was thinking of making a sequel for Ch. 25 Moon Pool.
