Chapter 3
Tsukune was walking the usual way to go to school like the other students did, smiling. The reason behind his smile was the fact that the day before, while spending time alone with Mizore, she accepted to start to come to school in order to spend more time with him there too.
He was aware of the fact that she didn't want to interact with other students there, but since he told her that she could just interact and talk with him, that was enough to convince more. The only thing that he was worried about was how Moka and Kurumu would react at seeing the snow girl give him affections and what Mizore would do if someone tried to make fun of him or hurt him.
He hadn't forgotten how she instantly attacked the jerk that they saw in the forest the day before, so he hoped that they could avoid any conflict for the current day; he didn't like violence, after all. He also hoped that Mizore woldn't throw ice cubes again towards the vampire girl and the succubus just for being too clingy with him, but maybe she had understood that she couldn't do that.
Still, the young man saw a smiling Kurumu approaching him rapidly to hug his head against her big chest, so he sweatdropped and stopped her with two hands on her shoulders, surprising her and the other students.
"Good morning, Kurumu.", he told her while still smiling.
"Why did you stop me from hugging you, Tsukune? Don't you like my hugs full of love?", she asked him, pouting.
"I-It's not like that haha. It's just kinda embarrassing.", he replied, sweatdropping again.
"Good morning, Tsukune! Ready to go to school?", suddenly asked him Moka, who appeared and hugged his left arm, surprising him.
"Hello, Moka. Yes, let's go.", he answered, feeling that someone was watching him from between the woods while Kurumu hugged his other arm. Mizore was in fact observing everything from behind a tree, pouting jealously at seeing the other two girls cling on her Tsukune like that. But it was a matter of some minutes before she could be the only one to hug hug him.
Entering inside the building, Tsukune walked with his friends towards their class, with him sighing at noticing the envious expressions of other boys in the corridor. Once they arrived to their class, they sat down at their desks and Nekonome-sensei arrived too, smiling happily.
"Good morning, everyone! I have great news for all of you: after a long time of absence, one of your classmates decided to come back to school!", she exclaimed, shocking everyone, except for the only human boy.
"A classmate that stopped coming to school? Who is it, sensei?", asked a girl.
"Hehe, she will enter now to present herself. Come in!"
After those words, the class' door opened and a beautiful girl with purple hair and crystal icy eyes appeared, attracting the attention of the boys and shocking Moka and Kurumu that quickly recognized her.
"Nice to meet you, everyone. My name's Mizore Shirayuki and I'm Tsukune's soulmate.", said the snow girl nonchalantly and blushing, leaving everyone agape for some seconds before they shouted a loud "Ehhhh?!"
"She is Aono-kun's soulmate?!"
"Damn it! He has a third girl that likes him!"
"Aono-kun is sure popular hehe."
Those were the sentences said by various students afterwards while the young human was still stunned and flushed because of Mizore's presentation. On the other hand, Moka and Kurumu were pouting out of jealousy.
'I knew it! That girl is after my Destined One!', thought the succubus, glaring towards the snow girl.
"Everyone, calm down! Since Shirayuki-san knows Aono-kun very much, you can sit next to him.", suddenly said Nekonome-sensei, smiling at Mizore.
Smiling too, the purple haired girl nodded and went to sit at the desk on the right of Tsukune's, causing the other 2 rivals to frown again while the students were flabbergasted or envious of him in the case of the boys.
"Since you missed a lot of what we did during the previous lessons, you can ask Aono-kun to help you and follow today's lessons with him."
"Yes, thank you, Sensei.", said Mizore, not hesitating to join her desk with the boy's one and sitting awfully close to him, which made him blush like her. The vampire girl that sat in front of him felt more jealous like Kurumu did at seeing the new love rival be that close and affectionate to him, and Tsukune could perceive their jealousy somehow.
Of course he was glad that Mizore started to come to school, but he didn't expect her to present herself as "his soulmate" before their classmates. It was like she said, "Tsukune is only mine."
But while he was thinking about that, the snow girl leaned her head on his shoulder with a blissful smile on her face. He blushed again because of that, with some female classmates and the teacher too finding it adorable. Moka and Kurumu were instead trying to hold themselves from making her stop being that clingy with him.
Anyways, once the commotion due to Mizore's prentation, or to say it better, declaration of love, ended, the lesson started with the teacher explaining something about a new literary author. The snow girl continued to cling on Tsukune while taking notes on her notebook, not toning down her affections even a little bit.
'Well, I prefer seeing her so clingy and affectionate to me instead of fighting with other students.', he thought, still blushing and sweatdropping. Maybe he was a pacifist, but he never liked fighting and hurting the others.
Obviously, he didn't trust the rest of the students because of the other yokais that tried to hurt him and kill him, but as long as he could avoid to end up in another pointless fight, he could have peaceful days at least. Though, peace wasn't what he was going to have later by judging the auras of jealousy coming from Moka and Kurumu.
'Stop being so clingy with my future husband!', thought Kurumu, staring daggers towards the purple haired girl. Having Moka as love rival was enough, but there it was another girl interested in her Destined One and that dared to declare herself as his soulmate. All of that was enough to make the succubus pout during most part of the lesson and the second one as well.
'Hehe, Tsukune was right; I can really spend more time with him like this. I can also show those 2 girls that he's only mine.', thought Mizore instead. She was aware of the glare that Kurumune was throwing at her and that Moka wanted to complain about her being too close to the boy, but she didn't care. Tsukune belonged only to her.
When it was lunch time, she hugged his arm and wanted to go to eat together at the canteen, but the succubus had enough of holding back her jealousy. "Hey, stop being so close to my Tsukune!", she said, frowning ans glaring at her.
"As if I let you shove your cow tits in his face as you often do.", retorted the snow girl nonchalantly, hugging the boy's arm tighter and pressing her chest on it, making him blush and gasp.
Some students were stunned by her words, with others trying to not to laugh at the scene. "Umm, Mizore-san, I think it's uncomfortable for him if you cling that much on him.", said Moka, trying to defuse a potential discussion.
"Tsukune likes my hugs. He even likes it when I hug his head against my chest."
"W-what?!", was the other 2 love rivals' reaction at her words, with the human boy gasping while their classmates were flabbergasted. Feeling that the situation wwas about to get worse, he took Mizore's hand and left the classroom with her quickly, surprising her and everyone.
"Ah! Wait, Tsukune! Waaah! That girl has already seduced him!", shouted Kurumu, crying comically. Moka had an aura of depression around her instead, as she remained very shocked because of Mizore's words and at seeing Tsukune leave the class with her.
Speaking of him, he was currently walking with the snow girl towards the cafeteria, still holding her hand and causing various students to be surprised at the sight. "You didn't have to say those things, Mizore.", he told her, frowning.
"I just wanted to make it clear that I won't let any girl steal you from me. Besides, it's true you like my boobs hehe.", she told him, giggling and hugging his arm.
"I can show them to you in private if you want to~.", she also said, making him blush more and put a hand on her mouth.
"D-don't say things like that at school!", he exclaimed. Thankfully, no one heard what she said, so he saved himself and her from another potential rumour about them.
He continued to walk with her to reach the cafeteria then, where all the students' eyes pointed at them. While he took a tray with rice and chicken and seasoned vegetables, the stalker girl bought a salad with fish, some fruit and an ice cream cup, going with him to sit at a free table.
"You don't eat hot food?", he asked her out of curiosity.
"I don't like hot temperatures, so I prefer eating cold food every time.", she replied, eating her salad in delight.
"I see. Anyways, I'm glad that you started to come to school, but you shouldn't say things like what you did hours ago.", he told her, smiling embarrassed.
"Tsukune is too kind, so I don't want to risk that other girls get interested in you. I want to be the only one in your heart.", she said, taking his hand and bringing it to her face, smiling blissfully at him.
The boy blushed again due to that, but suddenly, Moka appeared and hugged his other arm, causing Mizore to frown. "I managed to find you!", she told him happily.
"Akashiya Moka, keep your hands off him."
The cold tone of Mizore's voice scared the vampire a little, especially because she was giving her an icy glare. "B-but he's my friend, there's nothing wrong with it."
"You just want to kiss him on the neck, admit it."
The pinkette blushed profusely at that, looking down out of embarrassment while the human boy sweatdropped. Kurumu appeared too and sat at his right, trying to cling on him as well but getting stopped by the yukionna that put an arm between them.
"Hey, stop interfering!", complained the bluenette.
"No, he and I are soulmates. He's mine.", retorted Mizore, keeping her icy glare.
"G-girls, calm down, ok? Don't fight."
Their love interest's words managed to calm all the 3 girls down, except for the chuckles coming from the other students and surprisingly the canteen ladies before the scene. Despite he didn't want the situation to get more embarassing, the young man had to admit that it got worse as he feared.
What made him worry more was Mizore's behavior anyways, as he believed that she wouldn't hesitate to use her powers against her rivals if he didn't tell her to not do it. The PE teacher and other students didn't forget about the lance made of ice that almost killed the idiot that made him trip during PE, so if they found out about Mizore's type of monster, she risked to get in trouble.
Though, between the students that were chuckling inside the cafeteria, there were three male ones that were annoyed by the funny scene. In fact, they started to plan something of dangerous against the human boy to do after the second half of lessons.
Once lunch time ended, Tsukune went back to his class with the stalker girl hugging his arm like before while his other 2 friends pouted all the time. They didn't like how she didn't let them be close to him, but since they didn't want to make their crush worry, they didn't say anything against Mizore's overly clinginess towards the boy.
The fact that they didn't complain was like a victory for the snow girl, who smiled and pressed her chest more against her love's arm. If he wanted, she would make him touch them directly if they were alone again; she really desired to be the only one in his heart, after all.
Anyways, she kept being awfully affectionate to him even during the math lesson, taking a lot of notes because he warned her about the teacher being severe with slackers in comparison with Nekonome-sensei. It wasn't a case that even the lazy succubus followed the lesson with more attention; she didn't want to receive a lot of mathematical functions as homework because she got caught slacking off.
While following the lesson, the yukionna glanced at Tsukune's lips sometimes, blushing and desiring to kiss them. As far as she knew, none of the girls that were interested in him had kissed him yet, even if she saw Moka "kissing" him on the neck whenever she sucked his blood. So the idea of being his future first kiss made Mizore very happy, even if in truth, she wanted to do something more with him.
'It's just a matter of time before Tsukune and I get more united, and after that, we will always belong to each other.', she thought, smiling and blushing. Moka didn't like that expression on her face, as she felt that she was going to try to get closer with the boy.
Being her first friend and her love interest, Tsukune was very important for her and she didn't want to give up on him just because of another girl getting interested in him. So just as she competed versus Kurumu, she wouldn't fear doing the same against the purple haired girl.
Inner Moka was affectionate to him as well, but compared to her pink haired personality, she was still cold and didn't hug the boy often, as she did it only once after she defeated Saizou. Tsukune never liked how merciless she was, but that didn't mean that he hated her; both Moka's personalities were his friends in the end.
Following the end of the afternoon lessons, it was time for the club's activities, so the young man went together his friends to the newspapers' club. "Mizore-san, watch out for Ginei-senpai.", was the warning given from Moka to the yukionna while walking.
"I know about him being a hopeless peeping tom. He also tried to frame Tsukune just because he was envious of him."
"Moka beat him up for that in fact, so he paid for trying to ruin my Destined One's reputation.", said Kurumu, who hugged Tsukune's right arm.
"I told you to stop shoving your breasts against him.", told her a jealous Mizore.
"I cling on him as much as I want!", retorted the succubus, glaring back at her. Pouting, the pink haired vampire clung onto him too, making the brown eyes boy sweatdrop. Having more than a girl interested in him was really troublesome.
But what was more troublesome and annoying were Ginei's complainings at seeing the human boy arriving to the club with 3 beautiful girls hugging him. "I knew you had another girl that had the hots for you, but you really have to show it like this, man?"
"If you stopped peeping on girls while they change clothes, you would have a girlfriend too, perverted wolf.", said Mizore neutrally, tightening her hold on Tsukune's arm.
"She's Mizore Shirayuki, Ginei-senpai. S-she will be a member of our club from today.", said the young human, smiling awkwardly due to the situation.
"Welcome to our club in this case, Shirayuki-san. As you surely know, the objective of our club is to make news and scoops. Do you have a certain type of news that you like very much?"
"I love reading Tsukune's articles.", she said flatly, leaving the werewolf guy stunned while her love rivals pouted.
"Hahaha, this chick is crazy for you, dude! Alright, you can work together with him then, since you adore what he writes."
At those words, Mizore smiled happily and snuggled her face into the young man's chest, who blushed and sighed for the umpteenth time. Though, the other 2 girls didn't like what Ginei suggested, as they glanced at their crush and the yukionna once in while after starting the club's activity.
To their chagrin, they saw Tsukune smiling often at Mizore while he talked with her about what to write, but his smile was different from his usual ones. He seemed happier when he talked with her.
'It cannot be…Is he getting interested more in her than in me?! Ugh, you won't steal my fated lover!', thought Kurumu, almost crushing the pen in her hand because of her annoyance and jealousy. Moka was feeling the same, but she was much calmer and simply frowned.
Both of them pouted again when Mizore offered to accompany the boy to collect some paper and other materials to write, since they were almost finished, but before one of them could accompany him too, he had already left together with the stalker girl.
"I'm very happy that we can spend much more time together, Tsukune. Especially alone like this hehe.", told him the snowgirl, clinging on him again.
"I feel the same, but you have to control yourself. I don't want that somebody starts to hate you and hurt you eventually.", he said in worry.
"It's because you care about the others more than for yourself that I like you so much. I don't care if the others hate me as long as I have you."
In response to her words, he blushed but continued to be worried; it was true that he told her that she didn't have to interact with anybody except for him, his friends and the teachers, still, he didn't want that somebody tried to hurt her in the same way other yokais did with him. He knew she could defend herself with her powers, but he didn't want anything of bad to happen to her.
The two of them reached the room where the materials they needed were kept, but after they entered inside, someone else entered too while they searched for the items and closed the door.
"Huh? Who are you 3?", asked Tsukune to the 3 male students in front of him. Mizore glared at them instead.
"We're tired of seeing you act so frivolous with girls during school. It's against the rules and annoying.", replied the tallest one of them, glaring at him.
"What he does is not of your concern. Leave Tsukune alone."
The yukionna put herself in front of her love as to protect him, keeping an icy glare towards the 3 guys. Not liking her attitude and getting pissed off, the 3 of them started to transform in their monster forms, assuming reptilian features.
Getting scared, Tsukune took the girl's hand and escaped with her through the opened window, managing to dodge the claws of an angry lizardman out of luck. "Get back here!", shouted the monsters, starting to chase him and Mizore.
The human boy continued to run with his friend towards the forest to hide somewhere, with her telling him, "Tsukune, I know you don't want me to get hurt, but I can fight them."
"No! If they discover about your powers, everyone will find out that you tried to kill somebody!", he retorted, looking back at her but only to gasp in horror when he saw a lizardman almost reaching them.
"Take this!", shouted the monster, lifting his claws to attack. Gritting her teeth in anger, the yukionna blocked his attack by creating a shield of ice that shocked him and his lackeys.
"I won't let you hurt Tsukune.", she told them, assuming her yokai form quickly.
"S-she's a snow woman? So she's the one that attacked that student!", exclaimed another one of the lizardmen.
"Regardless, don't think you can fight alone against the 3 of us. We will beat you and that loser for good!"
Hearing that made Mizore angrier, with the cold air that surrounded her getting lower and more intense. "Stay away from them!", suddenly said a new voice.
Looking behind them, the lizardmen saw Moka and Kurumu, with the succubus glaring at them. "I was asking myself why Tsukune and Mizore were taking so long, but I know why now. Go away and leave us alone!", was Kurumu's threat, showing her long claws and her demon wings.
Moka wanted to reach to the human boy in order to get her rosario removed by him and call upon her inner side, but he was too distant from her position. Meanwhile, Mizore attacked the first lizardman, who protected himself with his left arm, wincing anyways because of the cold ice.
Kurumu didn't waste time and started to attack the second monster, exchanging clashes with her razor sharp nails. The third lizardman wanted to attack Tsukune, but Mizore created shields of ice around her love to protect him.
Using the chance, the vampire girl managed to get close to her friend. "Tsukune, remove my rosario!", she exclaimed. He nodded and took the said object, but suddenly, the third lizardman jumped the icy shield and raised his claws.
Moka gasped in horror while the young man hugged her and protected her with his body, crying in pain at feelings the claws hit his back that started to bleed immediately. "Tsukune, noo!", was the vampire's reaction, crying and holding on him.
Seeing her love get wounded like that, the cold aura emanating from Mizore get more intense and her eyes glared murderously at the culprit of Tsukune's pain. So she slashed through the adbomen of the first lizardman, who returned human and screamed in pain, and quickly charged against the other one.
'What's with this huge murderous intent?!', thought the third evil yokai, trembling out of fear and cold. He was so scared that he didn't lift a muscle to defend himself, so Mizore hit his face and wounded him heavily.
"Aaaargh! M-my face!", he shouted, nursing his face and falling on the ground while returning human.
Everyone was shocked by what happened, especially the last lizardman that was horrified. Immediately, he stopped fighting Kurumu and ran away quickly, without being chased down.
"Tsukune!", said the succubus in worry, running towards him and Moka.
Ignoring her victims, Mizore returned to normal and went to him as well, pushing Moka away from him and taking him in his arms possessively. "Stay away from him!", she exclaimed, crying and glaring at the vampire.
"Tsukune, let's go to the nursery.", she then said to the boy, helping him to get up and leave the forest together.
"D-don't blame Moka for this. I-I protected her because she's my friend.", he told her weakly, with the pain making him wince more.
The yukionna nodded and left together with him immediately, not paying attention to the vampire and the succubus. She was really angry at Moka for letting Tsukune get hurt like that, but since she didn't want to upset her love, she refrained from scolding her. She also didn't care if she and Kurumu were following her and the boy.
'Why didn't she try to protect him? Even if her powers are sealed, she knows he's a human! You may be his friend, but you disappoint me, Moka.', she thought angrily, arriving back to the school building and walking towards the nursery after entering inside.
Upon reaching it, the nurse was shocked at seeing Tsukune wounded and bleeding on his back, so she helped Mizore to make him lay on the bed and cure him without wasting a second. She also listened to Mizore's explanation of what happened, frowning and promising her that the lizardmen that didn't escape would be expelled without questioning it.
"I won't reprimand you for using your powers. You used them to protect Aono-kun, after all. I stopped the bleeding and bandaged the wound, but he should rest here for now. Be by his side and accompany him back to his dorm later, ok?"
"Yes, thank you very much, Sensei.", thanked her the yukionna. Smiling, the nurse went to the toilet for some minutes, during which, Mizore kept holding the young man's left hand.
"How do you feel, Tsukune?"
"M-my back hurts like hell and I can't surely lay on it while sleeping for some days. I'm sorry for getting you involved like that.", he replied, making a sad expression.
"Don't be, it's not your fault. It's those bastards that wanted to harm you for stupid reasons. I'm glad that they didn't hurt you more, she told him, smiling sadly and crying while holding his hand tighter.
Smiling back at her, he closed his eyes and started to rest, with her still holding his hand. After a minute, Moka and Kurumu appeared too, avoiding to shout in worry for him upon noticing him sleep.
"I-Is he fine?", asked a still crying Moka.
"Yes, but don't forget that he got wounded because you didn't protect him.", told her Mizore, glaring at her.
"Calm down. Moka can't use her powers freely like other yokais.", said Kurumu, frowning.
"So what? She could try to defend him anyways. You two know well that he hates violence and cares a lot about who he holds dear."
At that retort, both the other girls didn't say anything back and stayed quiet, also because they didn't want to awake Tsukune that needed to rest. They disliked seeing Mizore hold his hand all the time, but refrained from complaining about it.
Due to the wound he received, some annoying days awaited the young human, but his greatest sorrow came from the fact that Mizore's first day at school, after she skipped for so long, got ruined because of what happened. Though, his sorrow wasn't great like the girl's dislike towards the other students, which got bigger along her possessiveness towards him. And probably, she would get far more possessive in the future.

And chapter 3 is here, everyone! Well, it looks that Mizore started to go to school after Tsukune convinced her, and she didn't hesitate to be overly clingy and affectionate to him before every student, especially Moka and Kurumu haha!
No one found out about her being the one that threw a icy lance against a student thankfully, but unfortunately for 3 lizardmen, they found out about it and what happens when someone hurts her Tsukune. I didn't make Moka transform into her monster form because I wanted to show how far Mizore can go to protect her love, and as you can read, it turned ugly for the lizardmen.
Though, this event caused her possessiveness towards the young man to grow more and to not trust Moka, so what will happen next? Stay tuned to find out.
