Chapter 9

Through the window of his room, the morning light hit Tsukune's face, making him frown while his eyes opened. They widened and his face got red when he saw a naked Mizore sleeping on his chest, covered in sweat like him and hugging him happily.

The day before, after they had sex in the bathroom, they did it again in his room before sleeping, which was the reason they were both sweaty and naked in his bed. The human boy was amazed that he took her virginity as soon as they became a couple, but it was obvious that she wanted to make love to him so bad after the various sexual advances she made.

The happy expression she had while cuddling with him was adorable, but they had to go school anyways. "Mizore, wake up. It's morning.", he told her gently.

"Already? I want to sleep with you a little more mouu.", she said, opening her eyes and pouting.

"We're still students, so we have duties to follow. Besides, we must take a shower first.", he said, sweatdropping and smiling.

"Having a shower together will be fantastic, but the way you had sex with me was so beautiful~.", she told him, blushing like him.

"Well, let's say that I let my feelings go after you showed that you wanted me to take your innocence. Sorry if I was a perverted yesterday."

"I love the perverted Tsukune anyways hehe.", she told him, kissing him on the cheek and giggling. Still smiling, he got up from the bed and took her hand to go to the bathroom together and then inside the shower box. Like in the case of the bath, he used cold water for her sake, not getting bothered by it because he got used to cold temperatures after spending lot of time with her.

"Thank you for making your woman, Tsukune. The joy inside my heart is overwhelming.", she told him, hugging him with her face on his chest.

"I couldn't afford to keep being uncertain about how I really feel. You, Moka and Kurumu showed how much you love me, so it's only fair that I understood my feelings the soonest possible. It's you that one I love more than a friend.", he said, hugging her back and caressing her head.

Blushing more, the yukionna hugged him tighter and smiled in bliss, adoring how comforting was his warmth. It was the same one that she felt when he made love to her, causing her heart to melt more thanks to her deep love for him.

'It's me the one he really loves. I won't let any other woman to take him away from me and I won't forgive those that hurt my Tsukune.', she thought, remembering with hatred the lizard men and Keito. She knew that there were other dangerous yokais that could hurt her beloved, so she would do her best to protect him even more than before.

Anyways, they finished to have a shower in some minutes and wore their uniforms before having breakfast, with him putting some cookies on her plate that she ate gratefully. The way she ate was adorable to his eyes, so he glanced at her often before giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"That was to reciprocate the one you gave me earlier.", he said, scratching his head.

"Kiss me whenever you want, Tsukune.", she happily told him, leaning her head on his shoulder with hearts around her. She was more like a wife than just a girlfriend for him with the way she acted, but that was just something that made her very lovely for him.

Once they were done with their break fast, she got out of the window while he took his school bag and left the room to reach outside, linking arms with her to walk together. Along the way, the other students noticed them, finding them very cute.

"You see, Aono-kun is a true man that knows how to make women fall for him!"

"Well done, bro!"

"I wish I was in Shirayuki-san's place."

The comments made by the boys and the girls made him blush more and sweatdrop while his girlfriend pouted and clung on him tighter. No one could take her place as his beloved girlfriend.

But while they walked, Moka made her appearance and hugged his arm. "Good morning, Tsukune, Mizore-san!", she told them, smiling.

"Hello, Moka.", he said, perceiving the glare of the yukionna towards the pinkette.

"Good morning, honey!", exclaimed instead a happy Kurumu, jumping to give him a breast hug that he dodged though.

"Ehhh? Why did you dodge me?!"

"Because I've already told you that he prefers my breasts.", said the yukionna, pressing her chest on his arm and making him blush more.

"What?! You're lying!", complained the succubus.

"Mine are soft too, Tsukune.", said Moka instead, hugging his arm tighter and annoying Mizore more. In order to defuse the situation, he suggested to go to class to not be late, managing to stop them thankfully while the other students chuckled before the situation.

So he and the girls entered in the building and walked towards his class, greeting their classmates that noticed Mizore clinging on him. "Ara ara, you and Shirayuki-san are so lovely this morning, Aono-kun nya.", said Nekonome upon seeing them.

Her words made him smile embarrassed and scratch his cheek, with his girlfriend giggling happily. The vampire girl and the succubus pouted in jealousy at the scene, not missing how their common love interest seemed to be closer to their rival.

In fact, once Nekonome-sensei started the lesson, Kurumu observed how the boy glanced and exchanged smiles with the snow girl once in a while, blushing too. 'Those don't just seem friendly smiles.', she thought, wishing that her honey smiled at her like that too.

Moka wished the same thing, especially because it looked like that Tsukune and Mizore were more affectionate to each other than the day before. Though, she kept her attention on the lesson to not get distracted, reading a passage from the text book perfectly when Nekonome asked her to read.

On the other hand, the human boy was worried about the bomb he and Mizore would drop after telling her rivals that she became his girlfriend, because he was sure that both the pinkette and the bluenette were going to be heartbroken. Having a very kind heart, hurting those dear to him made him sad, no matter if they were just friends for him.

In comparison to the monsters that attacked him and tried to kill him, except for Tamao and the mermaids that were now his fangirls, he wasn't selfish and didn't have a wicked heart that cared just about himself. The simple fact that Mizore's well-being and happiness were more important for him than his own was the clear proof of it, after all.

It wasn't a case that such kind heart beat faster whenever he glanced at her, loving how she blushed and smiled back at him. Maybe it was due to his feelings for her, but she was really too beautiful to his eyes, and their sweet interactions just made their classmates, with the exception of Moka and Kurumu, smile too.

The morning lessons went on like that until lunch time, which was the moment the yukionna hugged his arm affectionately. "Let's go to the canteen, Tsukune.", she told him with a blissful smile.

"Wait a second, I'm coming too!", said Kurumu, hugging his other arm tightly.

"Take your hands off him.", retorted Mizore with cold eyes.

"No, I cling on honey as much as I want!"

"Girls, don't fight.", he said, sweatdropping.

"I want to have lunch with you too.", said instead the pinkhead, clinging on his back. Seeing two girls hug her boyfriend like that made Mizore grit her teeth, so she pulled him towards herself possessively.

"Wow, Shirayuki-san is so jealous!"

"She's acting like she's already his girlfriend.", said another student before the scene.

To avoid a worse discussion, the human boy took the snow girl's hand and exited from the room, apologizing to his friends that tried to follow them. Mizore was shocked by his move, blushing and smiling because she liked following him like that. She even got surprised when he brought her outside near the vending machines instead of the cafeteria.

Checking that no one wasn't around, he turned towards her and kissed her, blushing like her. She was caught in surprise by that move, gladly kissing him back while tugging on his blazer.

Such kiss lasted some seconds before he detached his lips from hers and leaned his forehead on hers. "I love only you, Mizore. There's only you in my heart.", he told her, cupping her face and looking in her blue eyes.

"You wanted to assure me that you love only me? You're so sweet, Tsukune.", she told him, kissing him briefly and smiling. His face got redder but he smiled back and suggested ro take some sandwiches and drinks from the vending machines for lunch, getting a nod from her.

So they took two sandwiches, a cola can and orange juice before sitting near the wall and starting to eat. "I prefer when I'm alone with you like this.", she told him, leaning her head on his shoulder again.

"I know you love me so much, but you don't have to fear that someone takes me away from you. My feelings for you won't change.", he said, caressing her head and smiling.

With a redder face, she locked her eyes with his brown ones and leaned her forehead on his. The fact that she looked at her with so much love filled her heart of joy, giving him another kiss before continuing to eat like he did.

When they finished their sandwiches, she sat in the middle of his legs, getting hugged by his arms lovingly and enjoying her time alone with him. She even giggled when he kissed her cheek, kissing his lips then in return and adoring the dance between their tongues.

'Aww, every time I connect my lips with his is so beautiful.', she thought, moaning in his mouth happily. Obviously, he felt the same sensation, hugging her waist tighter.

Though, the sudden sound of something falling in the ground caught their attention, making them stop kissing to look in front of them; there was a flabbergasted Kurumu looking at them and with a bag of cookies near her feet.

"K-Kurumu?!", was Tsukune's reaction, getting immediately worried.

"T-this can't be real…You fell for her then?", she asked him, sounding extremely sad.

He saw tears forming in her eyes, so he closed his mouth and looked away while nodding. The succubus started crying then, putting a hand on her mouth before running towards the woods.

"Wait, Kurumu!", he exclaimed, trying to stop her but in vain. She kept running away.

"Mizore, I need to talk with her. Wait for me here.", he said to his girlfriend, with her taking his hand.

"Please, come back safe.", she told him, kissing him before letting him go towards the forest. In comparison to him, she didn't say anything to her rival because Kurumu saw them kissing each other, which was enough proof that she was his girlfriend. She was the only one in his heart.

After saying to wait for him, the young ran towards the woods, calling for Kurumu. He was both angry and sad that she found out like that that he and the yukionna were a couple, imagining that her heart broke when she saw them kissing. And he couldn't let her stay like that.

He searched around the trees to see if he could find her sitting next to one, but with no results until he suddenly heard someone crying. Focusing on where it came from, he followed that sound for some meters before finding the bluenette, who was crying and sitting on a flat rock.

"Kurumu.", he called her, catching her attention and making her look at him with teary eyes. It was something that made him even more sad.

"Since when? S-since when you and she are a couple?", she asked him with a broken voice.

"We became a couple yesterday. I didn't want to be uncertain on my feelings anymore, so I confessed to her.", he replied, avoiding to say that he took Mizore's innocence.

"But why? Why can't I be the one you love? Y-you're my Destined One.", she told him, crying more than before.

"Don't think I hate you. I've never disliked you, but I ended up falling for her by spending time with her, Kurumu. I'm sorry.", he told her solemnly.

The succubus' tears increased and she kept crying, getting shocked when he suddenly hugged her. "I'm really sorry.", he mumbled, hugging her tighter.

She blushed a little because of his action, but the pain of being heartbroken was too big and she cried on his chest, with him keeping her close to him. He didn't want that she found out like that, as he knew that she would react in that way; she was very sensitive and loved him very much, after all.

'I fear that also Moka will react like this too. Breaking girls' hearts is so horrible.', he thought, frowning. He didn't want to hurt their feelings like that, but he had no choice; he couldn't let them hope to have the possibility of becoming his girlfriend after he and Mizore became a couple, as that would make him a man that toyed with their hearts. The type of man he didn't want to be at all.

Kurumu was moved by how much he cared for her, as it was also the first time that it was him to hug her instead of the contrary. She could clearly feel that seeing her cry hurt him, so he was striving to console her.

"Please, don't think that I don't care about you. I know how much you and Moka love me, but I can't lie about how I really feel about Mizore. We can stay like this until your tears will be gone.", he told her gently, tightening his hold on her.

"Y-you have such a kind heart.", she told him, still crying but smiling a little. Still, they suddenly heard a sound coming from the bushes, so they looked there and their eyes widened at the sight of a wolf like creature.

Upon seeing them, the beast began to growl and show its fangs with bad intentions. Kurumu was shocked when the boy got in front of her, stretching his arms as if he wanted to shield her.

"Kurumu, run!", he told her, even if he was scared.

"Ehh? B-but it will hurt you!", she exclaimed, not wanting to leave him in danger.

"I can't let you get hurt after I broke your heart!", he exclaimed, making her eyes widen. The fact that he cared for her to that extent made her cry again, but feeling moved instead of sad.

Meanwhile, the beast was getting closer, glaring at him ferociously. He was scared of it, but he didn't want to run away; he couldn't let Kurumu fight it while she was still heartbroken.

"Calm down.", he said to the wolf like creature that seemed to really want to attack him. The beast then jumped and Kurumu got horrified, trying to stop it from hurting him.

Though, to both her and his shock, the animal got frozen instantly inside a cube of ice, falling on the ground. Surprised, he looked in the middle of the trees to see Mizore with her arm raised, who looked back at him and enveloped him in a hug.

"Thank you, Mizore.", he told her, hugging her back and caressing her head.

"I felt that you were in danger, so I came here immediately.", she said, blushing and smiling. The succubus watched how they were affectionate to each other, feeling sad again because she wasn't in the yukionna's place.

"So it's her the special girl in your heart.", she mumbled, crying again.

"I'm sorry I can't reciprocate your feelings, but I don't want to lose my friendship with you and neither with Moka. Believe me.", he told her with a sad expression.

"I n-need to be alone for a while.", she said, running away again but back to the academy. He wanted to stop her, but he didn't because he understood that she needed time to get over her heartbreak.

So he hugged Mizore tighter, letting some tears fall from his eyes. "It's not your fault, Tsukune.", she assured him gently, hating to see him sad. Since she was his girlfriend, she wanted to do her best to make his tears stop, which meant that she would console him until he was fine again.

Besides, she was glad that she saved him from that wolf like creature in time; the fangs of it could have bitten his throat and the idea of losing him forever terrorized her. She didn't want to live without him.

The two of them kept hugging each other for some minutes, after which he seemed to have calmed down and suggested to go back to the academy because lunch time was about to end. Still worried, she nodded and walked back to school by holding his hand, kissing him on the cheek in hope to make him smile again.

She feared that he would get sad for breaking the hearts of her rivals and that was why she would try to cheer him up even after he told Moka the same things said to Kurumu. Everything that concerned him, especially his health and his happiness, were too much important for her.

In some minutes, they made their return to the academy just in time to reach the class for the afternoon lessons, not finding Kurumu there because she went to the dormitories by saying that she didn't feel well. Their classmates were shocked when she said that while Tsukune could only feel more guilty.

He even looked at Moka during the lesson and he grimaced. 'I don't have any choice, I must tell her too. She deserves to know it.', he thought sadly. The vampire girl was his first friend he made on his first school day and she also refused to lose him when he wanted to leave the academy after discovering that it was for monsters, despite her terrible experience in a human school. So just the idea of making her cry was painful for him.

Obviously, Mizore looked at him and made a sad expression. She couldn't help but get worried for him, now more because he was her beloved boyfriend. She understood that being heartbroken could be very painful, as she would feel like Kurumu did if the boy fell in love with one of her rivals instead. He was everything for her.

Following the afternoon lessons, the human boy asked Moka to go on the school's rooftop because he had something very important to tell him, making her blush instantly. Their classmates were surprised by that and thought that he was going to confess to her, with the exception of Mizore that knew what he was really about to do.

Flustered, Moka nodded and left the classroom together with him, taking the stairs to reach the same rooftop where she told him the truth about her silver rosario. Now alone with him on that place, she blushed more and looked down on the ground embarassed.

"Moka, there's something of important I must tell you.", he suddenly said, making her redder.

"Y-yes?"

"You're the first friend I got in this school where a human like me shouldn't be and you even accepted me when I told you my secret. I'm really happy that you became my friend and I'm deeply grateful for the times you saved me.", he told her, looking at her and making her twirl her hair.

"I-I'm glad to know it, Tsukune. You accepted me as your friend and you're important for me, so I don't want to lose you.", she told him in bliss, making his heart ache.

"Though, I'm aware of the fact that you feel something beyond friendship towards me. It makes me glad that you feel that way about me.", he told her, making her heart beat faster.

"But I'm sorry, I can't reciprocate your feelings. I fell in love with Mizore."

Once those words got heard by her ears, the blush on her face disappeared instantly, getting substituted by an expression of astonishment. Her heartbeats slowed down too, feeling that her heart broke in thousand of pieces.

"W-what?", she mumbled in disbelief and horrified, making him more worried for her.

"It's as I just said; I'm in love with Mizore and she became my girlfriend yesterday. I'm sorry, but I can't love you in the same way you love me.", he replied with a sad tone.

"T-then…The reason Kurumu left early…", she mumbled, not ending the sentence because he nodded to confirm her supposition. Tears began to form inside her green eyes, falling on the ground.

"W-why? Why, Tsukune?"

"I'm really sorry, but this is how I really feel. By spending time with her, I got more affectionate to Mizore and I didn't want to be unsure on my true feelings anymore. If I continued to be uncertain, I would just hurt you girls more and I don't want that.", he told her, with his bangs covering his eyes while he clenched his fists hard enough to scratch his hands.

The pinkette's tears increased and she covered her face before leaving the rooftop, with him trying to stop her but uselessly. She left too fast, staining the floor with her tears while he fell on his knees.

"Damn it all!", he shouted, angry at himself while he beat his punches on the floor, not caring if it hurt him.

"No, Tsukune!", exclaimed the yukionna, appearing immediately behind a pillar and taking his hands in hers.

"Please, don't hurt yourself. It's not your fault.", she told him, cupping his face and looking into his eyes.

"But I hurt her too…I h-hurt both of my friends.", he said, crying. He got surprised when she kissed him for some seconds before looking into his eyes again.

"You did the right thing because you care more about your beloved ones than yourself, so don't hate yourself for this. Seeing you hurt is painful for me.", she told him, with tears in her eyes.

Her words and her expression made him hug her with his face on her chest, bringing her to reciprocate it while telling him that she was there for him. She was sad for her rivals, but she was more worried for him because she truly couldn't stand seeing him in that state.

'You never stop caring for those dear to you and you're sad when you hurt them without wanting to. I will comfort until you feel better.', she thought, patting his head while still hugging him. That was the second time she comforted him, as the first was when she helped him to forget that nightmare where he dreamed to die.

After they got more united, she worried for him far more than before, so she wanted to do her best to console him and to make him smile again. She loved her Tsukune more than anything in the world and he was her dearest person that she wanted to protect and make always happy.

And here's chapter 9! Well, this was inevitable; since Tsukune and Mizore are now a couple and they even made love, he couldn't afford to hide the truth from Moka and Kurumu, who unfortunately didn't take well the news. Both girls were in love with him because of what he did for them and he was the first human that accepted Moka despite she's vampire, so it wss unfortunately expected that they would be heartbroken.

Having to hurt them like that pains him greatly, but thankfully there's Mizore that did her best to comfort him and stop him from hurting himself. He's far too important for her, so she wants to always care for him and do what she can to make him happy no matter what. Moka and Kurumu will need time to recover from what happened, but the boy hopes to not lose their friendships. Stay tuned to find out what will happen next.
