~ Baby Roach Drabbles ~

"Uncle Essie!"

"Aww, the baby can't pronounce my name right and it's adorable~!" Eskel cooed, cuddling baby Roach. "Who's the cutest little kelpie in the whole world? It's Baby Roach. Yes, you are."

"Can you say 'Uncle Lambert'?"

Baby Roach stared at Lambert for a long moment before replying succinctly, "No."

"Well, damn."

"Don't swear in front of the baby, Lambert!" Vesemir yelled from the next room.

"Shut up, old man!" Lambert yelled back. Turning back to Baby Roach, he said, "Now... let's start with 'Lam.' Can you say 'Lam'?"

The child perked up at this and squealed, "Baby sheeps!"

"Oh yeah, that's me alright. Uncle Baby Sheeps Bert."
