Now, about the story. Something surprising and unbelievable has happened at Sodor! And you all wouldn't believe what it is, for us Engines and the Smurfs! And indeed, you all are about to find out right now!

Some things can come up when you least expected, if it's so surprising, very unbelievable, or perhaps both. And that's exactly what something surprising and unbelievable that is about to happen on the Island of Sodor.

One day, the Fat Controller and his wife Lady Hatt were waiting patiently for my arrival at Knapford Station. And it's because I'm bringing in his mother Dowager and their grandchildren Stephen and Bridget from their holiday.

/The Fat Controller\: "Right, any minute now, my dear."

/Lady Hatt\: "Yes darling, and I hope they had a lovely time in Belgium."
