It was about ten minutes after which Naruto reached the Konoha archives, a little bag in his hands. It was a quite large two storeyed structure made of concrete, located on the North of the village. In his youth Naruto hadn't really been to this place, but he realized that this building will be instrumental part of his mission.
Naruto kept a safe distance from the building as ge crouched behind the wall one of the houses opposite of the archives. Only registered shinobi with a rank of chunin could have access to the archives, and Naruto wasn't waiting for that long to take action.
"Kurama"
"Hmm."
"Do you think you can lend me a bit of a paw here? "
"You want me to scour the area for any shinobi right? "
Naruto mentally nodded.
"On it kid."
Kurama then used his sensory abilities to scour the area for chakra signatures. It was an ability possessed by the biju which allowed them to sense chakra from miles away. Although Kurama could only do a couple hundred metres due to the seal.
"I will try to unseal Kurama as soon as I am able to" Naruto thought as the power of the Kyubi would be vital for their mission going forward.
"There are about ten shinobi in the premises of the archives. I think seven of them are chunin while the rest three are mid jounin."
"Thanks Kurama."
Naruto then proceeded enact his plan to approach the archives. He first created on kage bunshin, and gave him the bag that he had been holding. Then the clone henged into a little mouse. The mouse clone then ran up to walls of the building and tried to find a hole in the wall. It luckily found one, probably used by other rats as well and entered the archives.
Inside Konoha Archives
The mouse clone made it's way into the corridor of the building and started looking for his target. He crossed several doors labelled with their contents' name, such as medical records, legal documents, Mission reports etc., until he found his destination-
' Jutsu Archives'
The clone mouse made it's way under the door of the room, and entered it. The room was dark with rows of shelves going across left to right, and in two rows. The jutsus were divided according to their rank and element. The clone mouse transformed back into his Naruto form and started looking around the shelves for some Futon and Suiton jutsu for himself and Katon ones for Sasuke. He first got some A and B ranked Wind jutsu, and a few C ranked as well, then some Suiton ones as well. For fire techniques he got some pretty powerful A and B ranked jutsu, for to convince Sasuke he needed justsu equal to, if not powerful than the ones he already knew.
"Now for the next phase."
The clone then opened the bag given to him by the original and he took out one roll of scroll paper alongside ink and a brush. He could take the scrolls and be done with it, but the disappearance of scrolls from the Konoha archives was not a good thing as it would cause unnecessary turmoil.
The clone then proceeded to write down the info about the jutsu onto his scroll one by one. It took about ten minutes thanks to Naruto's incredibly speed. He then rolled up all his stuff and put it in his bag and also put the jutsu scrolls back to where he took them from. Accidentally one the the scrolls slid off the shelf causing a thud.
The clone Naruto then heard foot steps approaching the roon and managed just in time to transform back into his mouse form and save himself from being caught.
The man entering the room was recognized by Naruto. It was Izumo, one of the chunin gatekeepers of Konoha.
The chunin entered the room and saw one of the scrolls lying on the floor.
"Must've slided off the others." He muttered as he put the scroll back in its place.
The clone gave a sigh of relief as he the dashed back to Naruto.
Naruto was growing somewhat worried as the clone had yet to return. He wondered if been had been dispelled, no , he hadn't gotten it's memories yet. The bloned gave a sigh as he spotted the mouse clone coming running back to him.
"You got it?" Naruto inquired.
The clone transformed back into Naruto as he handed him the bag.
"You bet boss."
Naruto simply nodded as he then dispelled the clone and looked at the scroll he had acquired.
He was now one step closer to his goals.
The blonde then simply sunshined back to his home deciding to start bis training tomorrow as it was weekend as well. He got into his home decided to go to sleep.
Back in the village of Kumo, a certain blonde man was sleeping. He was wearing the standard Kumo outfit, simply just without it's white shit. He had a well built muscular body and a dark skin. He had a goatee and wore sunglasses even while asleep. He was wearing a Kumo headband and had a horn tattoo on jis right cheek. It was Killer Bee, the jinchuriki of Guki, the Hachibi. The tailed beast was asleep just like his vessel, until he has a very peculiar dream.
He could see himself and Bee fighting on a battlefield against several other biju the Hachibi recognised as Matatabi the Nibi, Isobu the Sanbii, Son Goku the Yonbi, Kokuo the Gobi, Saiken the Rokoubi, and Chomei the Nanabi. He also saw a boy standing in front of them, covered in golden chakra.
At that moment Gyuki woke up from his sleep. Bee was although sleeping as usual.
"What's up with those dreams?" Gyuki wondered.
Was that dream a vision of sorts?
Or just a regular dream?
Gyuki hoped the latter to be true.
