"Let me congratulate you Naruto or should I say hokage-sama" said shikaku, "you don't need so much formality" said naruto while smiling nervously, "it's a normal thing naruto, you are the hokage and people will start to give you the respect that comes with the position, although I must tell you not to go to your head the fame "said shikaku with a lazy smile, "You don't have to worry Shikaku-san, I'm willing to protect the village alive, and nothing will cloud my judgment"; Shikaku smiled and looked at the boy in front of him more and more convinced of his choice, but he remembered the work ahead of him, within a week Naruto's appointment as a hokage in front of the village would be made official, before that he had to explain to him how the village works, all the available shinobi, how to choose the right shinobi for the missions, How to start the reconstruction works in the village, the relations with other villages and the countries that hired his services, just thinking about that was already giving him a headache, definitely this week would be very complicated and he would not have time to rest properly.
"Naruto we must talk about how you should start your duties and the duties you have in the position, I will be there to guide you but in general we have a week before your appointment to teach you everything about the position" said shikaku, naruto contemplated the words for a few seconds before replying "I understand all that shikaku-san but, do you think we could do it in three days?"; Shikaku didn't understand what he was hearing, he didn't know what the boy's plans had and what was happening so suddenly in his head "I don't understand Naruto, why only three days, is there anything important you have to do?", "yes, I need to finish my wise training, or at least reach a higher level than I have now, I couldn't finish the training because of the invasion and I'm sure I won't have much free time when I take over officially, I know that what I'm asking of you is difficult, but now that I'm Hokage I need all the strength I can get to protect the people in the village," Naruto said. Shikaku wanted to say no, it would honestly be too much trouble to do so much in such a short time, but seeing the boy's determination left him with no choice "okay Naruto, but these three days will be very heavy, your hokage training has just begun."

Sasuke asked, "one of my Pain men completely destroyed the village", everyone was paralyzed at the news, they didn't know what to think, sasuke is starting to get upset when suddenly a giant fly-catching plant appeared next to tobi and spoke "I'll explain to you what happens in the leaf"; "Do you know who the new Hokage is?" Tobi asks calmly, "yes, and I'm sure you'll be surprised to find out", Tobi slightly moved his head towards zetsu and he continued "the new hokage is Naruto uzumaki", this news had different reactions among those present, on the one hand the members of taka minus sasuke didn't know anything about this naruto and why this news was so surprising, On the other hand, to say that Tobi was surprised is an understatement, he did not expect this, and if he put some difficulty in his future plans, the fact that the nine-tails is Hokage means that he would have an entire village to back him up and that he would have to attack the blade to go after him, all this without counting the meeting that the Raikage was planning to put the threat of Akatsuki on the table; Sasuke didn't know what to think, he felt so much at this moment, his former blond airhead partner was Hokage, was Naruto really that strong?, Was Naruto already stronger than him?, these thoughts approached Sasuke's head and his fists clenched, "Then I'll have to go to the blade to check it out," Sasuke said with an arrogant smile surprising everyone, "I wouldn't be too sure about that, after all he was the one who defeated Pain, so Naruto can be above you" Tobi told him, Sasuke was boiling with anger, he wanted to charge towards the masked man and finish him off right then and there but he kept talking "Don't bother Sasuke, I'm sure the mission I have for you is very convenient for your plans".
Naruto sighed, he was tired but happy, although he didn't know that being a hokage was being the guy who had the most paperwork in the village, he was in a tent on the outskirts of the village while they finished adapting his office in the hokage tower, fortunately the tower did not suffer such serious damage and would be ready by the time he was officially appointed, He was sitting at a large desk with a clone of leftovers on each side and others scattered on the floor of the shop and with Shikaku in a corner are another table full of papers, the man had given him the information about the job and what needed to be done immediately, fortunately he had the shadow clones to speed up his learning and make him learn in three days the essentials about being Hokage, Shikaku tackled with him the main actions and appointed the new Anbu commander first, his name was Uzuki Yugao and he had been in the job for several years, he also had an impeccable record and was loyal to the village, he had wanted to apply to Yamato but Shikaku told him that because of his mokuton it would be wiser to leave him in charge of the rebuilding of the village, After this he was given a quick induction about the village departments and their functions and several warnings about the elders, especially Danzo who was believed to run a shadow organization, after this Shikaku gave him the job of five clones to go through all the available Shinobi personnel and their files, Since it was essential that he knew all of his Shinobi and their abilities, five other clones were reading about the nations they had military and trade alliances with, another five went over reports about the other Shinobi villages on the continent and what terms they were on with the blade, others would learn how the council works, dealing with the daimyo and the organization of the village, and to finish the original and two clones were sending letters to their immediate allies informing them about the situation and possible aid, they were also approving resources for reconstruction and attending to mission requests.
The work was definitely hard, but naruto couldn't complain, he fulfilled his dream and is now working for his village.
