AN: Mark of the Ninja is a game I had heard about & decided to check it out. I liked & I am surprised there are no stories for it on fanfiction, but only on Archive of Our Own did I find only 2 stories & they came out this april. So I hope people like these ideas.

Also I was planing to update on june but I lost track of time so sorry.

What if after lelouch's birth he was taken by the Hisomu ninja clan? He was trained into an effective assassin & was told he was an orphan when he was took in his sensei Azai. He is trained by some of the best fighters in the world where after he completed his training he is then sent out on his own missions & kills the clans enemies. He becomes one of the best assassins in the clans history & some believe he will become the leader of the Hisomu but lelouch discovered something about the clan that made him lose faith with Azai & led a coup d'etat with his own followers where they won. He then leaves the clan where he tries to leave his past behind him. However he is forced back into action when he finds himself in the middle of a massacre. M rated

After saving his world lelouch is reborn in another one where earth is in the middle of a war with extra-dimensional aliens called Nova. M rated

2. Lelouch was a Limiter to Kazuha Aoi & was the best limiter during his time. When Kazuha died he decided to look after her brother Kazuya & trained him. He manged to get a job at West Genetics so to keep an eye on him.

When lelouch appeared again in a strange new world he had a feeling that his work will never be done. He learns about this world & trains himself knowing that with his luck something bad would happen. He was right when he goes to a small town called Kuoh. M rated

1. Lelouch was an orphan & became a ninja for the Hidden Leaf Village where he became one of their best. One day he met a young naruto & knowing how he is treated by the village he decides to look after him, where he becomes like family too him.

2. Lelouch travels the world where he trains himself in becoming an S Rank ninja. He meets naruto when he has left the village to train himself for the next few years.

3. Lelouch makes a name for himself as an S rank ninja & joins the Akatsuki organization.

Section 2

Code Geass / High school DxD

Lelouch had been raised into a clan of ninja's since he was born. He was trained in the ways of the Hisomu ninja clan in both body & magic, where he quickly rose as one of their best but for some reason he left the clan & went to explore the world. M rated

Four ways this can go.

1. He becomes a member of Rias Gremory's Peerage

2. He went around the world where he made a reputation as a strong & skilled person where many tried to figth him. One day he became tired of all the fighting & went into hiding at a small town called Kuoh.

3. While he was traveling he got involved with the rebels during the devil civil war, and after the war was over he went back into the shadows. Now years latter he is pushed back into the world of the devils.

4. He died in a figth but manged to send his soul to be reborn years latter & goes to Kuoh academy.

Section 3

Code Geass / Rosario + Vampire

Lelouch was born into a clan of ninja's where they do assassination missions agents humans but also monsters. They also make sure that humans & monsters are stay neutral and not starting a war with each other. Lelouch becomes tired of his life & leaves the clan where he wants a normal life but instead his life becomes interesting. M rated

Three ways this can go.

1. Lelouch takes tsukune place at Yokia Academy.

2. He becomes a student along with tsukune as well.

3. He is hired by Tenmei Mikogami as a guard so he could protect the academy from those that want to destroy it.

Section 4

Code Geass / Akame ga Kiru

Lelouch was born to a clan of ninja's where they did assassination work for different nations. When they refused to work only for Prime Minister Honest he had them destroyed, but lelouch survived. Wanting revenge he trained himself to the bone & has the ink from the Sumi flower put on him since it gives the wearer superhuman abilities despite many going insane because of it. Years latter he finally starts his quest. M rated

AN: Lelouch can have a Teigu if the people who write this want him too, where if they do they can message me so I can give them ideas to what kind of power it has. The power lelouch gets here could be different from The Mark that was in the game I can give ideas to what kind of powers he gets from it too.

Section 5

Code Geass / Mark of the Ninja

What if when Sayoko first became lelouch's servant he asked her to train him where after he completed her training she then brought him to her own master Dosan to be trained in further. When lelouch finds out about The Mark he asks Dosan to put it on him despite the risks that he would go insane. What changes would this bring? M rated.

Section 6

Code Geass / Dead or Alive

Lelouch was born a member of Hisomu ninja clan where he was one of their fighters. One day something happened where the whole clan was destroyed with lelouch the only survivor. He then became a mercenary where he traveled the world & learned many things. One day his life becomes interesting when he is invited to the first DOA tournament.

Section 7

Code Geass / Nioh

What if lelouch was born in the world of Nioh? Where he was took in by a ninja at a young age after his family was killed. When his master died he was then made a subordinate too Hattori Hanzo. He was not popular with the other ninja's due to being a foreigner but one ninja did not show him any dislike her name was Kasumi & over their missions together they became close. One day a foreigner called William came to japan & lelouch was assigned to be his partner while goes aroud the country looking for someone. M rated

Section 8

Code Geass / Marvel

Lelouch was raised by the Ninja organization called The Hand & quickly rose the ranks as one of their best assassins. He was given powers thanks to The Beast & completed every mission they gave him & came in conflict with many individuals with superpowers. One day something happened that made him leave the Hand where he then traveled the world. He discovered he was dying thanks to the powers the Beast gave him & looked for cure. He did every thing from science too magic but nothing worked. Too slow down his death he went to sleep on ice where every few years he wakes up to explore the world. He now wakes up during the modern era. What would this change?

The powers lelouch can have from the Beast are below.

1. He has the powers of the Mirakuru serum from Arrow.

2. He has the powers of Khan from the Russian film Guardians

3. He has the powers of a Beast from the Beauty & the Beast 2012 tv show.

4. He has the power of Shifty from the game Mr. Shifty.

Section 9

Code Geass / Young Justice

Lelouch was born in the YJ universe as a member of the Hisomu ninja clan where he was there best assassin. Lelouch was banished from the clan after he did a certain act where afterwards he became a mercenary, but he retired after getting tired of the killing. His retirement is cut short when he gets involved with the Team. M rated.
