AN: The Record of a Fallen Vampire is a manga made by Kyo Shirodaira. I read it a few years ago & I loved it I also saw some similarities with the main character with lelouch. I recommend people to read it. I am also surprise that an Anime has not been made for this.

He then tries to control his powers but did not have much luck until he ran into a powerful vampire called Miraluka where she trains him. He learns from her about the supernatural world & after spending some time together he leaves. He then travels the world where he then settles down at Kuoh Town in japan. 3. He was reborn & became a mercenary where he became tired of war and into retirement. Years latter he joins Noctis & his group in order to save the world.
