Thoughts

Speaking—

Note: In case anyone is wondering about the attitude of Artemis, the huntresses, and some gods... this is because I needed a character or characters who were the ones 'hated' by the readers, so to speak.

Some will change their attitude, slowly, very slowly... very very slowly

When the projection was turned on, they saw Second World again on the screen, where some instantly recognized that they would return to the previous world while the rest had to be told

"Is it going to be okay?" barely feeling bad about the bad time he put the blond through, Percy asked his seatmates.

"He'll get over in a day or two, then he'll come looking for more verbal fighting," an adult male voice answered the demigod's question, coming from behind him.

The Greeks and gods recognized the voice, so they turned to see the only centaur present, as well as some Romans who could remember the voice of the heroes' coach during the presentations

Turning to see who spoke, Percy had the sensation of perfectly recognizing the voice, reacting accordingly once he clearly saw the man who was accompanied by quite a few people.

"Chiron!" Unable to contain his joy, the son of the sea god jumped out of his chair to hug his coach, happy to see at least one familiar face.

The surprise was no longer as marked as with Medusa and Medea, but it existed, they were beginning to get the idea that there were counterparts with different appearances, but even so, those who already had an idea of what was happening with the Perseus on the screen wondered if the Chiron from the green-eyed demigod's home world in the projection was like the one that they were watching in the projection or as in what is with them in the public.

When he was taken by surprise, the mythical centaur returned the show of affection, finding it impossible to deny in his mind the resemblance that the black haired man had with those who everyone said was his father, at least in what corresponded as a physical appearance. Parting slightly, the Servant felt that the happiness emanating from the young adult was contagious, who seemed even more relieved to see him even though he did not know him.

Once again everyone accepted the resemblance between the son of the sea and his father, a fact that still surprised them since that level of resemblance in a demigod was extremely rare, usually they only inherited the eyes, from then on at most they inherited the color of the hair, although of course some had other characteristics of their parents such as the sons of Ares or Hephaestus who used to have a robust build, almost always, cof cof Leo cof cof, but their physical characteristics were usually those of their mortal parents, among the few exceptions were Annabeth who was a young version of her mother but blonde, Katie Gardner daughter of Demeter along with her Roman half-sister Leila regarding the Roman version of her mother, and Nico, being the ones that have the most similarity

"I have to admit with Stheno and Euryale that..." began the son of Kronos and Philyra, only to be interrupted by a distant shout.

"EURYALE!" It was clearly heard in the Great Hall, even though the culprit wasn't there.

"What was that?"exclaimed several

"What was that?" Alerted by the exclamation, Percy instinctively deployed Anaklusmos and stood in front of the young versions of Medusa and Medea.

Now several of the Greeks of the future were dramatizing about thinking like the seaweed brain, which Grover found funny, and the young Annabeth Chase, with the son of the sea looking treacherously at his two friends, the rest watched them with the Romans thinking how they could disrespect their praetor, only to stop at that thought when remembering what they thought of him because of what happened in New Rome.

Instead, Zoe stiffened at the name of her ancient sword in the narration and seeing it on screen before turning to look at the younger version of Perseus, which Artemis and some of the huntresses noticed.

The glow of the celestial bronze inevitably attracted the gazes of all present, though the most abstracted seemed to be the Greek Servants. Escaping distraction, Chiron noticed the black-haired man's quick reaction, analyzing both the posture and his attention to the surroundings, mentally applauding him for how experienced he looked.

Chiron did the same as his counterpart, just like the Atlanteans

"Wow, I didn't expect that," a pale green-haired guy holding a spear while a long orange scarf diagonally encircled his torso.

"He's definitely Greek," a young woman with wings on her back and a small tiara on her light pinkish head, said as she approached the demigod taking calm steps in her high-heeled shoes.

The appearance of both individuals had everyone curious, especially because of the color of their hair

"You can tell he's fought in wars," declared a woman with white hair and a slightly muscular build, allowing her to maintain a graceful femininity.

That worried almost all the gods again, with the rest of the audience wondering if she was albino, and a few, commenting on the choice of clothes and the woman's body, angering the hunters

"It's remarkable the fact that he didn't hesitate for a second to protect Medea, Lily and Ana," this time a female voice came from a stylized figure dressed in green, the most notable detail being the presence of cat's ears and tail on her body.

Once again they made the huntresses angry with other comments, Hestia and others only denied the reactions of the huntresses themselves.

While the strangers talked about him, Percy didn't let his guard down, trying to find the source of the low scream. However, his state of caution disappeared when the same girls he protected instinctively took his arms, managing to calm him down.

"It was only Asterios, Percy. Don't worry," the young witch said, staring at him for a second, before watching him relax his tense muscles.

"Who is Asterios?" several wondered

"He screams every time someone utters Rider's sister's name," the answer came from a woman who was hidden behind Chiron, revealing herself as a hooded figure where only the lower part of his face could be seen.

It occurred to several that she was some kind of witch or an Oracle

Rider?" Confused by the title given, Perseus looked at Medusa Lily in the belief that it was her.

"No, I'm Lancer. She's a Rider... and she's Avenger" fervently shook her head, Ana later pointed out who her alternate adult versions were.

Let's say that a part of the audience was impressed by the appearances of the two adult Medusa, which angers certain women, some worried and others even more worried about the life of Perseus, with several of the latter feeling that he was going to give them a seizure, such as Poseidon, Annabeth (both of them), Grover, Greeks of the future, Chiron, etc.

A fact that made the face of the demigod mutate, who went from tranquility to alertness, realizing later that he was still alive and not turned to stone as he thought after looking at the violet orbs that the duo of adult women had. Emphasizing that one of them did resemble the Medusa of mythology with her hair full of snakes at the tips of her purple locks.

"Close your eyes?!" was the unanimous cry with several of the Greeks from the future, being the loudest in the shouting, in addition to the fact that along with Hazel, Frank, Grover, the young Annabeth began to cry because apparently their friend He was about to die, Poseidon clenching his fists with helplessly and his wife along with their children grimacing at the fate of Perseus and lamenting it; Zeus, Ares, Athena, Hera, Octavio smiling, and the rest just lamenting the fate of the green-eyed black-haired man.

"Hmm... I'm not made of stone." Feeling his arms and torso, the surprised demigod confirmed his condition.

That stopped the sadness, cries and cases of smiles, seeing in shock that nothing happened

"Why do you say it as if it were something strange?" A dark-haired man tied in a ponytail and armed with a long gold-colored spear at the tip of a spear wanted to know, as well as having the peculiar oddity that a small blond boy was hiding behind him

Everyone could think of good reasons to answer that question

"Mmh... I don't know. Maybe it's because my mother named me Perseus and my father is Poseidon? Or maybe because they both result in something they can hate without me being able to say anything against it?" Failing miserably to contain his sarcasm, Percy snapped, still feeling threatened by the two grown women.

That was the answer that many had thought

Instead of getting angry at the answer, the man let out a contagious laugh that the others later joined in, including the two adult Medusa who stared at him without uttering a word, except that the one with the snake hair wore a wicked grin while the one with the leather hair seemed calm.

The concern of those closest to the green-eyed man increased again

Still uncomfortable with the duo's stares, Percy resorted to the same treatment he applied to little Medusa, reaching into the left pocket of his jacket before pulling out a couple of biscuits in the direction of the adult Gorgons. Being the recipient of stares, the black-haired man only hoped that he would not have to fight in an unknown place, because if he had to escape he would only end up stranded in the middle of nowhere.

Almost everyone looked on incredulously at Perseus' method of securing a truce, including Perseus' young counterpart

"Hey! Free cookies! Before anyone could react, a blond man who reminded him a lot of Thalía's brother took the peace offerings from Percy, earning a withering glance from the hooded woman.

Applying Annabeth's wise advice to count to ten in his mind, the son of Poseidon and Sally Jackson concluded that it would be best to offer all those in front of him a cookie, so he took the bag out of the bottom and began with the women, where each thanked with a murmur or nodded silently.

Athena was thinking of breaking up her daughter's friendship with the boy

"Eat them despa... forget what I was going to say." Medusa Lily tried to warn them, failing miserably when their own adult versions made their cookies disappear.

"Ambrosia of the gods..." marveled at what she devoured, the white-haired woman spoke as if she were in nirvana.

"It's delicious..." said the one with long green hair, unconsciously wagging her tail from side to side.

-GRRRRROAAAR! A well-muscled man growled gutturally, looking into his huge right hand at the small blue-pigmented biscuit before making it disappear into his mouth.

A detail that no one overlooked, at first, since after trying them they were totally ecstatic.

If they didn't look incredulously at what had happened, they were wondering how good those cookies were, or in the case of those who had already tried the cookies, some had their mouths watering when they remembered their taste.

"Do you want a cookie Chiron? My mother made them... Although from now on I think I'll make them when I can." Raising his spirits again at the sight of his mentor, the son of the god of the sea offered a cookie, only to be saddened at the thought of no longer being able to see the woman who brought him into the world.

"Please don't bother, I just ate an hour ago" politely refusing, the centaur earned the surprised looks of all the Heroic Spirits when that response was broken when he saw what Percy had taken out of the opposite pocket.

"And a chocolate?" – always ready, like the other inhabitants of Camp Half-Blood, the New Yorker offered the candy that always served its function with the hero trainer.

The Greeks who came out of their surprise looked amused, and giving glances between the two Chirons

"Wow, it looks like you really know me young demigod," finally accepting the treat, Chiron said as he saw that the Jackson seemed happy to have achieved his goal.

Once again the projection darkened, as the hero trainer tried not to show embarrassment on his face.
