sorry guy if I took a long time to post this chapter, I'm very busy with college and everything, I also wanted to fully review my notes to properly start the story, don't hesitate to send a private message or review the story and how I could improve or even to just point out some critical flaw (I'm trying to get better at grammar, I'm not any good yet, but I swear I'm trying and hope I can get rid of this flaw as fast as I can). anyway, I'll let you enjoy the chapter.
After the airship has landed,Maos guided the group of students under his jurisdiction to the main hall, he got out quickly after that .
he now finds himself alone just outside the main hall, he cancels the [disguised] spell,he looks like himself again
he takes a slow breath
[okay, according to I have a small break till I have to guide the student in the academy, and then another small break till dinner and I will have to guide the student to where they have to sleep for tonight]
he started walking around, he want to go to the library
suddenly his scroll rings, he looks at it, it's the staff
/yeah ?/respond Maos, the staff immediately respond/we're afraid some students manage to lose the group, Do you mind searching for them ? we're being overrun here/
Maos roll his eyes /sure.../ and he turns around to walk toward the entrance of the academy again, he walks for less than a minute before he sees Ruby rose on the ground, with several suitcases around her, also a girl with white hair wearing a white knew what Winter Schnee look like and also he saw the list of names of future potential students, he quickly put 2 and 2 together.
[Weiss Schnee...heirs of the whole company...]
Weiss seems to scold Ruby, pretty heavily, at some point Weiss grab on the suitcase who had fallen,she opened it,Maos enhance his eyesight using wild magic, his silver glowed a bit,the suit contain dust,Weiss start shaking a vial...causing dust to come out of it, the vial is crack...
it's dangerous, especially if all these crates are full of it,the other case being closed it should be fine
Ruby starts sneezing, and Maos notice it,he stares at the open suitcase in front of Weiss's face
[it's going to explode!]
[haste!], Maos's speed is suddenly greatly enhanced,a body-enhancing spell that only focuses on speed and nothing else, there for making him faster than if he use full body enhancing 4th level wild magic
he dashes toward Weiss at extreme speed and grabs the case in Weiss's hand as the dust ignites Ruby sneeze and throws it really in the air
"wha-" barely react Weiss and ruby as they only see a 19 year boy appear between them
the bit of dust in the air due to Weiss's shaking the vial was not enough to actually hurt any of them, but it was enough to ignite the dust in the open suitcase, good thing Maos throw it in the air
"what do you doing you dolt, this is my dust!" said Weiss
Maos suddenly turn around, doesn't say a word, raises his hand, and points at the suitcase high in the air, Weiss, and ruby look it,it suddenly explodes,a pretty big explosion, it could have really hurt them, especially Weiss
Maos stare at Weiss, he's much taller than her, and it's a bit intimidating for Weiss for the first 3 seconds
"When a vial of Dust is cracked, you don't shake it!" said Maos with almost an angry fatherly tone
ruby gets up, she seems embarrassed, she had "I'm really really sorry it's my fault!...I...I-I swear I didn't mean to do that!", Weiss now stares back at Maos's " if it wasn't for her, this vial would not be cracked!, what is a child doing at Beacon anyway!"
ruby seems to had enough too
"I'm not a child!I said I was sorry Princess !"said ruby,
Weiss pointed at Maos's chest with a single finger, like she was scolding him too "and who are you to speak to me like that!"
Maos for some reason, seem to be really annoyed by Weiss already, he had a long, and he was not going to let a rich brat ruin it even more, however,he's smart,just insulting her wouldn't do anything, Weiss doesn't seem to be easily intimidated at least not anymore, he needs to be clever, he stares Weiss dead in the eyes
"I just save your face princess, this lack of recognition is clearly inappropriate for whatever false high status you think you have"
"false ?!" react Weiss
A girl with black and a bow on top of her head appears near the group "it's heiress actually", everyone turns to look at her, she had the remainder of the via in her hand
"Weiss Schnee heiress of the Schnee dust company one of the biggest propulsive energy producers in the world"
"Finally some recognition!" react Weiss, Maos just rolled his eyes
"the same company infamous for its controversial labor forces and questionable business partners"
"wha-how dare- the ner-"Weiss couldn't find the right words, ruby laughed a bit because of it and Maos had a small grin
she glared at the black hair girl,a glare that the black hair actually send back, Weiss knowing she couldn't win, she just take the vial of dust, and then left
I promise i will make up to you!" said Ruby in the last attempt of befriending Weiss
[she just left like that ?...I expected more...it's better that way] thought Maos
ruby sighed and look down a bit" I guess I'm not the only one having a rough first day"
she turns to the black hair girl "so.."
no one,the black hair is gone,Ruby sees her walking away, she turns to Maos
"so..." said Ruby, they both stare at each other
MAos's scroll rings again, he answers it, and the staff immediately gives an order, the man was panicking
/a pink hair girl found her way into the pantry of the cafeteria!she eating everything! we need your help now!/
Maos stop and think for a second and said to the scroll while Ruby watch him/beacon has enough food stock for an entire army,she'll get full pretty fast/
the staff seems more panicked than before and scream in the scroll /MAOS,A THIRD OF THE FOOD IS GONE, PLEASE HELP!/
"how in the wor-..." react out loud Maos, seems genuinely surprised
/I'm on my way/said Maos, he looked at Ruby "sorry, I have to go", and then he simply left
"oh..It's...Okay" ruby barely had time to finish the sentence that Maos is already gone
she realizes she failed all socializing attempts she had, she let herself fall on the ground "welcome to Beacon..."
after a few second,a blond boy appears above her and offer a hand "hey, I'm Jaune"
she grabs his hand and get up with his help" ruby"
for a second she thought a bit
[that student had silver eyes like me...is he the Maos that uncle Qrow told me about ?]
she then came back to earth as the boy name Jaune touch her shoulder due to her lack of reaction
With Maos and 3 people from the staff, and a boy apparently name Ren,the boy had introduced himself when Maos arrived at the crime scene, they all are in front of the door leading to the pantry, they could hear the sound of someone eating inside
the staff member stares at Maos and begs him "I'm not going in there/me either!/she's tried to eat my hand"
Maos turn to Ren who doesn't seem to be scared of the girl inside
Ren looks at Maos , he speaks with a very calm tone" she's doesn't eat human flesh...just everything that his food related...I have never see them stop eating when she start she keeps doing it till there is no more food"
"that much ?" asks Maos,ren look at the door again "her name is Nora,we are childhood friend...sadly in that kind of moments she doesn't listen to no one,not even me"
Maos walks toward the door "let's get her out", Ren put his hand on Maos's shoulder "Careful, she can be violent when it comes to food, she is currently under the effect of sugar...it ...it has a bad effect on her...really really bad affect"
"I will be okay," said Maos as he release a bit of his energy, Ren has high energy sensitivity, and he suddenly back down in shock, he knew directly who Maos was, the champion of Beacon.
[this much aura ?! it's really impressive that he can control it that well...] thought Ren in admiration
Maos open the door and enter,he sees a lot of food and after a few seconds, he sees the pink hair girl eating a pancake
"you better stop now,you may get sick and run your chance during the entrance exam"
the girl turn around and stare at Maos "HOW DARE STOP ME FROM EATING"
she charges at Maos
"what the-", Maos simply dodge,she runs straight to the wall behind him,the young sorcerer look at the girl who clearly isn't thinking straight
[talking isn't a possibility I see...]
Maos raise his hand and cast a spell
[Sleep!], yellow energy appear around Nora's head for a second and then disappear
Nora just start walking,she loses her balance a bit, and her eyes slowly close,Maos walked toward her to catch her when she fall
"NO!FOOD FIRST"
Nora suddenly open her eyes and rushed as Maos
[she's resisted the spell ?!]
"what the hell is wrong with you ?!" react Maos out loud
Maos enhance his body using 4th-level wild magic, and he stops her in her rush creating a small shock in the room, they both grab each other hand as they start wrestling,Maos had physical contact now

/she can absorb/conduct electricity to use boost her abilities, she unconsciously uses her own bioelectricity meaning her physical abilities and constitution are far above any regular human/

"Oh I see, you're a tough one," said Maos as he push back Nora, her semblance or strength is not close to 4th-level wild magic body enhancing,but it wasn't easy either, she has crazy strength, but not as much as Coco
Nora didn't say anything, At first, she felt completely overpowered, but she didn't give up,i n fact, Maos felt that she seem to get stronger, he doesn't if Nora can keep doing this for long, he certainly can't, he may control 4th level wild magic, that doesn't mean the chance of magic surge is 0%, plus the higher the level the magic he uses,the more it's consuming his mana, he may have a lot, but it remains finite. he can't just keep 4th level wild forever, which is why the use of spells like [haste] is important to Maos's fighting style, spells consume way less Mana as they are more refined and mostly he doesn't risk exploding when using too much of them, the only real problem with spells is the casting time.
Maos suddenly had an idea "you like food ? right!" said Maos, he let go of a hand and put his other arm in a horizontal position to keep Nora in check
[Goodberry],10 berries appear in Maos's free hand, a single berry of those berries can feed a grown man for a whole learn that spell to be able to go on a long mission that could last several days if not weeks
Maos push a bit harder, and Nora screams as she exercises more and more strength, her aura is slowly running out, and she uses all she has at Maos
the moment her mouth opened, Maos suddenly put his hand full of the berries in her face and force her to swallow the berries,all of them
Nora suddenly stop pushing, and fall on the ground as she start chewing, the young sorcerer knew he had won, he hear a "gulp"
"I'M FULL" said Nora, and she instantly fell asleep,Maos goes next to her, and then he look around, all the food on the floor, the chaos she has caused is impressive
"it's a mess..., Maos remember he had a useful spell for that kind of situation,he wanted to use, mostly because it was efficient and could cool right now
[Telekinesis], a 5th-level spell, it's way better than using wild magic to do it, sadly Maos doesn't have many 5th-level spells, in fact, he only knows 3, telekinesis being one of them. the last spell he learned took 3 weeks only to learn which actually slow heavily his learning of lower-level spells.
Maos raise his hand, his eyes glow purple, every object in the room starts floating, many objects are fixing themselves, being rearranged to clean the room, an organized tornado of food, chair, table, table set...
the feeling of control over everything in your area like that, it's enough to bring a smile to Maos's face
[no wonder professor Goodwitch abuses her semblance !]
after a few seconds, everything is fixed
Maos go toward the door to leave, he knocks on it to attack the attention of the people outside"you can come in" said Maos
the staff enter...slowly, Ren too, they see Nora unconscious on the floor,Ren glare at Maos
"calm down, she fell asleep because she ate too much...she's full,"said Maos
Ren stares at Maos in response "excuse if I find that hard to believe",Ren gets on his knee next to Nora and touches her cheek to see of she's okay
one of Nora's hands just pushes ren's hand away,Nora barely talks "sh...ju...just let me sleep.."
Ren is now reassured that Nora is fine
the staff member then thanked Maos, he still had time for a small break,Ren took Nora with him, first time in years he saw her that sleepy
later, all the candidates for the entrance exam were brought to their room, it was the same big room as last year,all the future students slept there
Maos was asked to go and told the student about the curfew for tonight, Beacon can't have random young people walk around during the night
he enters the room, MAo sees most students making their beds, he realizes some students are looking at him, he's wearing his beacon outfit and some people start whispering between them
Maos take a deep breath and look at the other students and start walking in the room, mostly walking back and forth from one side to another and saying with a loud voice
"everyone! try to get good sleep, you'll need it for tomorrow!"said Maos as he walk around, most people listen to him, the others are finishing doing their temporary beds on the floor and some kept talking,Maos just walked with his head high went to all small group like that and convince them
after a minute in the room then the young sorcerer hears a few girls talking, and the annoying voice of one of the girls gives him a pretty good clue to what's happening
ruby, blake,Weiss, and a blond girl were talking to each other,Maos guess that the blond girl is Yang, ruby's older sister, what gave away is her resemblance to Raven, the young sorcerer is about to intervene, other people are trying to sleep, yet before he even approaches, Blake blow on the candle she's was holding killing the light, the conversation between Yang,Ruby, Weiss, and Blake ended pretty quickly..they mostly scattered after the room went dark.
Maos had to stay in the room for a bit, his job is to make sure everyone is staying in the room tonight, he went and lean on the wall of the room as he wait. the light in the room all go out eventually. Maos remain there in the dark, waiting, the second-year student intends to wait for at least 30 minutes, and after that he leaves, that's his plan at least.
he can't see anything,but with the night any sound in the room could be heard,he heard someone getting up
[darkvision],a 2nd level spell that allows the one casting it to see in the dark unlike regular night vision, this allows the user to see clearly in complete darkness
Maos's eyes were fully open and could see clearly the whole room,he see black getting up, she walk around going straight at the door, she manage to avoid everyone on her way
[she can see in the dark...Nightvision...semblance?...no, Faunus...her bow is hiding her animal ears..It's smart...she's not even making any sound while walking she's really light on her feet...she could even sneak up on me with such skill]
Maos watch her living the room, he didn't move an inch, and he then walked toward the door of the room,he can be as silent as blake,so he magic to make a literal cushion of wind under his feet to not make any noise, he quickly reaches outside the room, now that he's the corridor, he sees the light of the girl's bathroom on, he can see the light going below the door, especially with the corridor being in the dark
he just lean on the wall next to the door and waits for her to come out, he's curious about her now,
why is she hiding her Faunus trait? how can she be so good at sneaking around?
she comes out and sees, she got suddenly surprised, she pulled out a knife and aim it at him by reflex, he stops her hand by grabbing it,he disarms her in instant.
Maos look at the knife
[she took a knife from the cafeteria to defend herself during the night? while sleeping next to a hundred of students?...she's probably paranoid and has enemies]
Blake glared at Mao's for a second like an animal looking at its foe, she had her untied bow in her other hand
"I'm not your enemy...also...this knife wouldn't hurt anyone..." said Maos
Blake slowly calmed down and realize who she had in front of her, she calm down almost instantly, but she did breathe a bit heavy for a second, she watch really in a panic a second ago
"you...you're the second-year student from earlier," said Blake,Maos just raise his eyes toward her cat ear, blake see it, her heart skip a bit for a second, her eyes widened in shock, and she immediately put on her bow, she walked past Maos almost pushing him out of her way and go toward the sleeping room again
"you didn't see anything!" said blake as she walk past him
the young sorcerer didn't have the time to talk that Blake is already gone, he is disappointed,he sigh a bit
[she hides her Fauns heritage...and she acts like she's being hunted...whatever her story is...she's going to be hard to deal with...she seems calm and all earlier, but really she's paranoid...maybe it's just her personnality]
Maos thinks a bit and just gives up on the case if she wants to keep it a secret, he will, it's not his business, after all, he doesn't know her, and he has no right to enter her personal life, and asks a few inappropriate questions.
he raises his arm on both side and stretches a bit,he starts to feel sleepy
"welp, let's just hope her future Team will be able to make her open up and teach her to not steal a knife from the cafeteria to be ready to stab anyone who approaches by surprise in the night"
Maos then went to his room to sleep
the next morning, Maos is awakened by his scroll ringing,
he opens his eyes, grabs his scroll and looks at it, it's Professor Goodwitch
[damn it, it's only 7 am, there's no class...is it too much to ask for a good night's sleep ?]
he answers it despite being barely awake
/yes ?/
/it's professor Goodiwitch,i may need your help for something,i would like to assign to a student during the entrance exam/
/huh ? something wrong ?/asks Maos
Maos could hear Goodwitch sigh and grab a paper, she seem to search through several papers and file
/there is a candidate for today's name today, his transcript is obviously fake, and I'm afraid he doesn't have the skill to survive the exam today/
/does Ozpin know about it ?/asks Maos
[of course, he knows about it, just asking to not seem weird to miss Goodwitch]
/i already mentioned the problem, but he proposed to still let Jaune arc at least a chance in the exam-/
Maos interrupt professor Goodwitch as he sighs and rubs his eyes /and then headmaster Ozpin proposes that I could overwatch Jaune during the exam to make sure he doesn't die. is that right ?/
/.../ the professor remains silent for a second
the lack of response from the teacher proved to Maos that he was right in point, Maos get up/I'm coming...the death of a student would look bad fro Beacon anyway...
[this guy makes me do everything...seriously...]
/I will inform the headmaster right away/respond Glynda
on that the call ended,Maos cleaned himself using magic and then change using his Ring of clothing
[i should try to make another magic item at some point, like a ring or an amulet that allows someone to use the spell [jump] or maybe [control water],it could use to give a magic Item to ruby...like if Ozpin tried to use magic to manipulate her at some point...or even magic item that brings passive advantage...like a ring of strength...]
Maos already proven that other people other than him and Ozpin can use magical Items, Coco manages to use the ring of clothing a few times, but instead of magic,it uses aura to do it, and the effect is the same, meaning Aura and MAgic are energy similar enough to be used for Magic item
the young sorcerer has a theory that people of this humanity could still at least learn spells, semblance being really similar to some spells, however, he can't teach just spell to random people,he would reveal himself as a sorcerer and put himself and others in danger, he thought of tricking people to make ritual or learning spell while staying in the shadow, but he didn't nor had the motivation nor had the money for it, he needs to focused on himself, for now, he needs to get stronger.
later,Maos arrive at the airship with all the students, he is in his regular student outfit while most students wear their battle outfit and weapon, and he didn't even have his sword with him, the candidates must not know he's here as protection. he went past the student which attacks a bit of attention from the other students next to Ozpin and Glynda
"I see you came" said Ozpin, Maos barely look at Ozpin and go next to Glynda"so I did"
after, they both stay silent as Glynda start giving a few instructions to the student in the airship as they are flying to THE cliff
Maos realise that Weiss is avoiding most students and seemed to follow this red hair girl around,he guess this red hair girl that he saw several times on a cereal box is Pyrrha Nikos, the famous mistral champion...which would explain why Pyrrha is looking a lot at him, he chooses to ignore her for now.
he also searches out Jaune arc is all of those students,he didn't even need Glynda's description to find him, it's just written on Jaune's face that he's a newbie, first clue...Maos use [identify] on Jaune and realizes the blond guy doesn't even have his aura unlocked, second clue...his general stance any really trained fighter would not look that unconfident while holding his own sword
Ruby and yang were looking at him,Yang tried to motivate ruby into going to see him,but with so many people around,ruby just barely made a tiny gesture to say hi while yang wink at Maos,seem like they both know who he is
[i wonder if Qrow talks about me to them? i mean he talks about them to me...]
after 10 minutes, the airships land, and all the student get ready, Glynda place the candidates on the launching pad
Ozpin and Glynda explain the rules of the exam
"any question ?" asks Ozpin
Weiss raises her hand "yes miss Schnee ?", the rich girl point toward Maos "excuse but...why is he here ?"
everyone looks at Maos, Ozpin answer pretty quickly "Maos is only here as an assistant, he's merely here to watch"
Weiss's eye open widened as she realizes who Maos
[he the man winter told me about ?!...isn't he the one who is said to be the strongest huntsman in the training of his generation ?!]
Weiss facepalms literally, she realizes that having such a bad start with him isn't the best thing she could have done when getting into Beacon,Weiss lowers her hand again "i have no more questions..."
Ozpin take a sip of his coffee "any more question",jaune raises his hand a bit "Yeah, um, sir-",Ozpin cut him off instantly
"Good! Now, take your positions"
jaune insisted "Uh, sir? I've got, um, a question."
other students start being launched, Maos look at them flying
[it's weirdly satisfying...]
"You're, like, dropping us off or something?" asks Jaune,"No. You will be falling"
"Oh, I see. So, like, did you hand out parachutes for us?"
Maos made a movement from left to right and back with his head meaning a clear him
"No. You will be using your own landing strategy" said Ozpin,Jaune start to be uncomfortable and then he suddenly got launched in the air "So, um, what exactly is a landing strateGYYYYY"
Jaune went flying
"Maos"call Glynda
"got it",Maos went on a launcher and is launched immediately
while in the air, Maos simply cast a spell to help himself
[fly], a 3rd-level spell that allows one to fly, the spell last 10 minutes which is more than enough
Maos could always do it with wild magic, but it's harder to control the wind, so the spell itself is his best option, Maos slow down his fly to make to not be seen by Jaune, he suddenly saw Pyrrha Nikos land on a tree, changing her rifle into a spear, and then throw her spear to save Jaune just in time
the sorcerer with the spear flies really far and hits Jaune and saves him by going through his hoodie and sticking Jaune to a tree
MAos stop his movement, impressed by Phyrra's precision despite the huge distance
[she can aim that good from such a distance? without using any magic to boost her sight ?... she's the champion of Mistral, I guess]
Maos also saw ruby and Weiss meeting and he saw that Pyrrha went to help Jaune, he stay hidden for a while and see the team forming bit by bit
[seem like Jaune won't need my help...I think i can go now]
Maos then smell a fire, a big one
"huh ?" he turn and realise that while he was watching Jaune and Pyrrha...Weiss and ruby started a forest fire
he receives a call from Ozpin
/Maos... could you please stop the fire, we still need that forest for next year/
/sure.../react Maos, he ends the call on that, he went to the forest fire, made sure no one is there
[locate creature: Human], a 4th-level spell that allows one to detect the presence of living creatures around 300m of the spell-caster, however, the spell only targets precise things., you have to concentrate on a specific thing to truly locate, if you target human in general you just get vague information that in the 300m around you, there at least 1 human or you have a precise thing in mind like ruby or Ozpin or even Ursaa, you get very precise information on the creature's location whatever it may be.
Maos mostly use it to avoid Ozpin when he walks around the academy, it's actually a spell that he learned to find people quickly during a training mission.
[ruby and the spoiled brat left quickly...good...there's no one,i can do my things freely at least]
MAos cancel his [fly] spell and lands in the middle of the fire, it's a pretty big fire, a really big one
"...[control flame] won't do there's too much fire...[create water] is not a good option either...by the time I make enough water, the fire would have spread too far..."
Maos sighed, he doesn't know any really efficient spell on the matter
[wild magic it is then...let's use some ice]
Maos could use his wild magic simply to create a small storm and make rain, but it really a silent thing, he doesn't risk the candidate to noticed anything
the sorcerer put his hand together, making a small ball of ice between it, he ad d more energy while still compressing it into a ball, the ball seems to change shape constantly, trying to explode, hopefully, can contain it for now
the ball then slowly become bigger and bigger as Maos raise his hand and put the ball above him
"and release," said MAos out loud
the ball suddenly explodes creating a wind of pure cold in the shape of a sphere coming from it, freezing everything on it's way,on a radius of almost 100m
the fire was put out instantly, plants, trees everything is frozen and trapped in thin ice
Maos look around it
[seem like the fire is put out...]
he touch the grass a bit,it barely covered in ice
[it should melt quickly and not harm the plant and tree that much...]
the sorcerer then use his scroll and sent a message to Ozpin
/the fire is out and Jaune is protected around Pyrrha, my job is done/
Ozpin sent a message back pretty quickly /you can come to the cliff now, fast, we don't want students to not see you when they arrive they might
guess you were in the forest/, Maos sighed as he sent a message back /sure, I'm on my way/
MAos look around and had an idea,he had brew any potion in months...plus making a new magical Item could be useful
[this forest is used by Beacon every year...many Grimm died here... I can probably find Grimm tears]
Grimm tear is a flower that grows where a lot of Grimm have died, it's a base ingredient in ritual and alchemy,it can also be used to prevent Grimm's corps from vanishing.
and so MAos was looking around to find it as he went toward the cliff,he manage to get a few
[with that...i should be able to make either several positions..or a single weak magical item...]
"the item might be more useful in the long end..."
Maos then speed up to the cliff, using his wild magic to run really fast between the tree, he also uses the spell [invisibility] to hide, he runs through the forest while still holding a lot of Grimm tear
he avoids all candidates on his way and reaches the cliff before any student
"Why do you have so many flowers?" asks Glynda, while Ozpin just sighs and he takes a sip from his mug
"...just for some decoration in my room..."
[Miss Goodwitch does a ritual using Dust when she fights, however, Ozpin didn't tell her she's literally doing magic while doing that, I'm almost sure, he even performs a ritual on her to improve her semblance permanently...not sure she actually asks for it]
"hmm..."Glynda adjust her glass and then went on with her work
soon team RWBY and team JNPR arrive, and they seem tired, a medical bay was called and the staff started taking care of the student
Maos actually especially helped team RWBY, he goes to ruby and her team
"so ? any injuries to declare?" asks Maos, ruby look at him, and then she turns to yang, then blake, and then Weiss,"no injuries, at still I don't think so"
the 4 girls look at Maos's, and Yang wink at Maos "the flowers are for us ?"
"sorry to disappoint you, I'm just gonna use them to decorate my room a bit, also I just went down the cliff and grab a few of this"

Maos is now in his room, he looks at the wooden magical staff that use to belong to his mothers,he had fixed since a few months, Grimm tear he manage to restore it"s core and the energy in it using a ritual and the staff is now usable...sadly Maos is now used to the sword of Osiris, someone he still the staff as a weapon when he's on an easy mission, to not let it rust in his room.
he got toward his desk,a desk he bought with his own money, the desk was full of ritual components that he had gathered throughout the year.
"so i want to make a useful Magic item...Book of magic"
a book appears in front the boy, the pages turn really fast and show a list of Magical Items and how to make them, Maos read the pages carefully
[a ring to infuse a spell inside ?...it's used to be common back in the old world, most guards of small villages had one, in order to have better control of their magic, it would avoid the cost of employing an actual spell caster]
"hmm...I can make a ring able to bear a spell...however with the current material I have which is Iron, the ring could have the effect of a level 1 spell as best...I mean it's already good...especially if I give it to someone, Giving the ability to cast a spell to a human of this humanity is already a big thing..."

the dust seems to lose its color as Maos's other hand goes above and seems to absorb it in the shape of an orb of pure magic, he starts to direct the energy in the runes
suddenly the ring glow as some magic seems to lick out of a rune, the runes are strong to hold this much energy HOWEVER the material of the ring is not
"fu-"Maos a small energy shockwave occurs like a gust of wind inside Maos's room, making him fall from his chair backward,the rings fall next to him,the runes still glowing
he grabs it and looks at it

Maos raise an eyebrow "the Grimm wasn't a problem before ?", the assistant hesitate for a single second "Grims always were a problem, of course, the defense provided by the company could handle it...however, the recent event attack is particularly violent and the sheer number grim out run our automatic turret "
"Maos walk around the Room " do we have any Idea why the Grims suddenly change their behavior anything ?"
"this part is a mystery, our theory is the potential presence of a strong Grim in the area, maybe in the mine, and the weaker grims are attracted to it"

[maybe they went too deep...or maybe a change in the mine occurs, a change that the company doesn't consider as real change,it may even be a small change, the grims are attracted to bad emotion..maybe something happens between the worker themselves and they didn't talk about it]

"Beacon should not depend on big companies like that anyway, I've got no complaints, for now, I'll do the mission..when ?" said Maos out loud

"so what info do we have ?" asks Maos, the secretary stays silent and gives a digital tablet with a bunch of info on it "this is all information we have on the mine"

[there's nothing special about this mine, the worker are the same for several months...no particular accidents...I guess I'll have to ask a few questions here and there]

an hour later, they were almost at the mine when the pilot suddenly calls "the mine is apparently under attack! however, we also a never more coming our way according to our radar! you mind helping huntsman ?!"

the student sighed and he gets up, unsheathed his sword, he push a button to talk to the pilot "I'm on it, open the back door"*
the backdoor of the airship opens, and the secretary calls Maos as he walks toward the exit " are you really going to jump ?!"
Maos look at her "jumping?... I'll think about it"
[locate creature: NEVERMORE], the giant nevermore on the right side of the airship apart 30m away from it, so it's really close and it's apparently going behind the airship and in front of Maos because it's still slower than the airship
the giant Grimm can now be seen, and the secretary scream "please kill it fast!"
"calm down, you're basically asking it to kill you right now",
Maos use wild magic to enhance his body and then jumped toward the Nevermore
the bird didn't even at a time opens his mouth to swallow Maos, the sorcerer land on the Grim's beak, keeping his momentum, he jump above the nevermore's head, and his sword suddenly get engulf in fire and light
[flame blade],a 3rd-level spell that allows one to create a blade made of fire, however, Moas use it to enhance his sword
Maos swing his sword twice aiming at the Grim's neck while in mid-air, the slash easily cut through the flesh of the grim, making 2 deep injuries, but not killing it
Maos try his best to land on the grim back, gripping the feathers with his free hand, he raises his flaming sword again and stabs the nevermore's back, he let the sword in the wound, and Maos transfers more energy into the sword, the fire getting stronger, the blade suddenly grow longer, the expansion being made of fire
the blade suddenly reaches the other side of the grim, piercing its stomach and finally killing it, Maos then use the grim's body as a platform to jump using wild magic on his body to make a long jump and also manipulating the win to direct himself back in the airship, the flame on the sword disappear during the jump
he lands inside and put his sword back into his sheath "and done", the secretary stares at him for a few second and then go back to her seat "ex-excellent...j-just, as expected, your skill suits your reputation"
Maos push the communication button to talk to the pilot "how is the situation at the mines ...still under attack ?", the pilot immediately responds" apparently there too many grims for the turrets, and the miners are in danger"
Maos unsheathed his sword again" how long till we arrive ?", the pilot cut the conversation for a second, and he look at the radar of the grims" by the gods just how many Grims is that ?"
"how long!?" asks Maos again," just a minute we are almost above the mine"
"let the backdoor open,' I'll jump down, I make a safe zone for your land and rescue as many miners as you can, don't forget to use the defense turret of the airship"
"what and you're going to let me alone ?! what if another giant flying Grim shows up" react the secretary, Maos stare back at her" then just closed the door after me", he then ignore her
after a few seconds, they arrive above the mine "we're above the mine, are you sure you want to jump into this many grims ?"
"sure thing, you follow the plan", Maos then jump out of the airship
"by the gods, he actually jumped ?!"react the secretary, the pilot laughed as he heard her screaming "that's a student of Beacon for ya, you'll get used to it if you keep working with us"
on his side, Maos is in free fall, he looks down on the mine, it is an open hole on a cliff wall, and there is a whole camp with several vehicles and prefab buildings,the area is surrounded by a wall of metal with several automatic turrets on it., there are a clear big breach in the defense, several Beowulf and Ursa rushing in...no really strong grims in sight
[the turrets aren't working ?... I don't see them shoot...something wrong, no wonder so many Grims can get through]
the sorcerer sees the crowd of workers, all stacked up in the same place against the cliff wall near the entrance of the mine, they are using the vehicle as shield and mining tools to defend themselves
[okay, Maos think, what spell is useful right now ?], as he falls Maos make a quick plan that should work
he engulfs himself in a ball of energy something he learned from Ozpin,a white energy working as a shield to protect himself from the impact
he directs himself in between the wave of Grims and workers, and he crashes into the ground, creating a lot of wind
he put his hand on the ground
[Spike Growth], a level 2 spell that allows one to create an area of large spike and thorns,it a rare spell that Maos could mostly learn thanks to his druid blood
a 2 m high and 1-meter large barrier of spikes and thorns appear from the ground surrounding the worker, forcing the grims already present to be a trap and the approaching grims to either try to climb the barrier or stopping in it. either it highly slows the progress of the grims toward the workers.
[haste] Maos grab his sword, rushes around the barrier he just made, and starts killing the grims stuck in the barriers at some point he has to climp on the viness a bit to reach a Beowolf, and he stabs the beowolf in the head, there is a worker who sees him, and Maos realize he is close enough to talk to the workers inside the circle
"huntsman here to help," said Maos as he killed the grim, the worker looked at him with despair "thanks the gods!", several workers look at Maos like their savior
"any injuries ?" asks the sorcerer, the worker moves a bit to the left, showing that several people were badly injured, those people were put in the center of the circle.
"Okay, the people who are still able to fight can try to hit and kill the grims that get stuck in the thorns using your tools and stay in behind the barrier, don't do it if you're not confident in your abilities, remember safety first, meanwhile I will re-activate the turrets anything I should know ?"
"the first generator is down, a second safety generator did not activate for an unknown reason, it's closed behind a metal door, here's the key!,the push down the big red lever you can"t miss it!" a worker who seems to be the leader throw keys (not magnetic card literal keys) at Maos and shows the direction of the generator
MAos catch the keys
"watch out behind you!" scream a miner at Maos, the young man barely turns his head to see the Ursa attack him,he goes down to avoid the hit, rolls on the ground then launches himself in the air with his hand, his sword teleport in his right hand and then after a quick spin to gain a moment and then swing to cut out the monster head,it was a clean cut.
Maos look between the vines toward the leader of the miner "'i'll be back"
with the effect of [haste], the sorcerer could be very fast, he uses his speed to run toward the generator's door, swinging left and right to kill grims don't the way, enhancing his sword-filled energy and giving a white glow on the blade itself and allowing him to cut through grims like butter. he killed 7 Grims just going to the Generator.
he arrived in front of the iron door, he doesn't have much time, he simply use wild magic telekinesis to tear the door down and get access to the lever and push it down as he has to avoid Beowolf attacking him, one Grims behind one Grims upfront
a Beowolf upfront jump at Maos, but he dodges by doing a sidestep at the same he raises his empty hand above the Beowolf's head ,a bit of electricity appears in it, he Grabs the Grims's head
[Shocking Grasp],a level 0 spell, Lightning springs from the sorcerer's hand to deliver a shock to Grims, killing it on the spot
right after, the other grims swing his arms at Maos's, he dodges it by bowing his head and spinning to swing with swords and cutting the grims's arm off, then he goes a second swing cutting the grims's head
the student looks around at he sees the turret activating, he searches for specific Grims
[with this many monsters, there must be several Alphas]
the sound of the turret is astonishing, Schnee weaponry is no joke,a lot of Grims were slowly being killed
[i'll see later, first I need to close the breach]
Maos run at the Breach, this time without attacking at the turret killing most Grims in the Area
[according to the files...last, there was an attack the turrets weren't enough to stop all of the grims, meaning it must have been crazy]
Maos arrive at the Breah, he has to skill an Ursa in front of it
[Chaos Bolt],a mass of Chaotic energy (rainbow color lighting) launches From Maos's hands, pushing the Ursa outside the Area as well as KIlling it, Maos's usage of wild magic to land and telekinesis made him accumulate wild energy so he chooses to get rid of it in a useful way.
Maos look outside the Area, several arriving in an almost straight line, no turrets were shooting at it as all of the defenses were concentrated on the inside,
the sorcerer sees the shape of Bigger Grims in the back, probably the alphas who are smarter and stay in the back
"a straight line huh? and you think you're far enough ?" said Maos out loud as he smiles, he concentrates a 3-level spell, creating electricity and condensing it into his sword, a ball of pure lighting appear on the end of the blade, and he put more energy in it to increase the range of the spell to make to hit the alphas, he basically raises the spell to a higher level from level 3 to level 4
Mais point the tip of the sword in the direction of the alphas
"[Lightning Bolt]"
a long bold of lightning emerges from the blade and goes through everything and more importantly kills every creature on its way,Maos manage to even bend the bolt to his will while aiming to hit every grims, the bolt was also enough to kill the Ursa Alpha and the Beowolf Alpha.
[2 fewer Alphas... there must be at least one more...i hope the spell can help me find it], the sorcerer closes his eyes and concentrate

there is no Alpha in the area
"Really ?...I almost expected 4 to 5 alpha given how many Grims there is..." said Maos out loud
the sorcerer then look at the worker inside their protection, they were pushing the grims, and the turrets were doing a good job,it was almost over, there were very little Grims in the Area now,the danger is gone
[guess i overestimated the number of Grim...], Maos still around him with a suspicious look, he feels like something is still wrong
"later..I need to close the Breach first"
[telekinesis], Using his magic Grab the several pieces of metal that uses to compose the protective wall, and put them together like puzzle pieces, after making they stay in place, he goes closer to the few cracks he can find to fix the Wall fully
[reparation],he starts taking his time on the wall, knowing the turrets would protect him.
after a minute of fixing the wall "that should last until they fully change the wall"
he turns around and sees no more Grims in the area, he goes toward the vines and dispels them, he ends up in front of all the miners, at the same, he looks up and sees the Airship coming
[the airship ran away mid-battle I didn't hear it using its turret even once]
MAos look at the airship slowly landing as he goes toward the worker, the area is clear
"Everyone okay ?" asks the student, the leader of the miners approaches Maos " if okay means being alive regardless of condition then yes, thank you huntsmen...sadly we have 2 greatly injured people here...and 6 bodies...the rest...can walk at least..."
Maos walk past the leader "show me the injured, I will heal them a bit, at least enough for them to heal over time",the leader point out in the right direction,then he look at maos as he turn to the airships which is landing "go take of them... I will have a talk with the people from the airship...i hope they have medical supply on board"on the leader left's
workers look in confusion as they look at MAos going toward the injured and kneeling next to them,he look at their wounds,he determined that most of them should be oka,he then go to one of the 2 heavily injured one
the sorcerer kneels next to a man who lost his arm,Maos pauses his hand on the man's remaining part of the shoulder,the man had passed out due to pain
[Cure Wounds], a level 1 spell that allows healding someone else a bit using magic energy, the wound of the man suddenly stops bleeding and seems to heal, sadly the arm is lost forever
Maos exhale heavily above the man, Healing yourself with magic is easy, especially for him...however, healing someone else it's a whole other different thing. the people who can perform a healing spell are normally Cleric, people who worship the god of light, Maos not being a worshipper is really having a hard time with those spells, not because they are hard to do, but because they drain him of a lot of energy, not magical energy, but actual stamina, he could kill himself of exhaustion if he uses a healing spell several times.
he's breathing gets a bit better after a while
"to think Osiris could literally bring someone back to life..."
[again when he was immortal it probably wasn't a problem for him, infinite stamina and not being able to die...no...even after becoming a mortal he could still do it...there's just a trick...something I don't know...the book of magic won't answer me on that, every time i ask,it just shows me the page of the staff of Osiris...I must understand how this thing works!]
as everyone who was watching him looked at him like he was a god,2 workers help Maos get up "you're an okay kid? you're not injured are you ?"
"No...No I'm not..I'm just tired...this heading costs a lot of energy...i can barely do it twice...someelse with equivalent injuries ?... I'm sorry but the others will be taken care of the old fashion way.."
"Over-over there" called a woman, she was on her knee holding another woman in her arms, it was a fox Faunus holding a goat faunus" I don't think she will make it!",the fox faunus is crying and panicking
Maos walk toward the woman after regaining his posture, he kneels in front of the woman "show me the wounds"
the fox Faunus let go of the injured and left the body on the ground, the goat girl is unconscious it to Maos, the goat Faunus has a big claw wound on the chest...a very deep wound that probably destroyed most organs, and definitely more injured than the man who lost his arm.
Maos froze, he can't save her, this type of wound would require several [cure wounds]....he already uses it once.. He can only use it 3 times or he will pass out and risk dying.
saving that woman using his magic would mean his own death
the fox Faunus stared at Maos's" why did you stop? please heal her!" while Maos remains frozen, staring at the dying woman
[there's be a way...I can't just let her die... there must be a way to save me without me dying...I don't want to die!]
he suddenly had a flash in his mind
he said out loud "right...I know how..."
Maos suddenly stare at the fox faunus " what are you link to her ?"
"she's my wife, we met during a riot...a few week later we got married it's a long story",Maos interrupt her " married ?! perfect!"
"Okay listen I can save her...how I can't do it alone...I will need to bother some of your energy...this operation could cost your life"

Maos look around at the other workers, i want everyone to turn around,i need to concentrate...I can't with everyone looking at me"
a worker raises his voice..."can we be of help...like giving energy or something ?", he seems to be followed by all the other workers,Maos look at him "sadly, no...it's not how that kind of things workers unless you're her brother or a lover..." the workers knowing the situation was desperate instantly obeyed and turn his back like the others
the sorcerer looks down on the injured for a few seconds,his breathes is getting slower
MAos had a strange feeling...some kind of admiration, it was not the first he sees it and yet he was always so surprised by it, the look of the fox faunus ready to die for the person she loves,all of those workers and miners supporting each other in order to survive and would exchange their own lives to save another.
those moments remind Maos how good Humanity can be
he reaches the shoulder of the fox Faunus "you're gonna have to repeat the words I'm going to say, it's a language you won't understand but try to spell the words the best you can, this is called a ritual, after you're done telling the word I will say, I want you to think of the day you married, more importantly on the promise you made during the marriage, the word you told to this woman on that day, the promise you both did to each other",
the woman agrees by moving her head as Maos start telling the incantation
"Okay, now put a hand on me and say the words" said Maos as he put a hand on the injured
[i know people of this humanity can use magical objects they can probably do rituals...I hope this ritual works, it's my first try]
in certain rituals, a few components may be required, sometimes because of the material, and sometimes because of the symbol behind it, the component does not need to be an actual object, an emotion can be a component, a promise can be a component...and a love promise..it's a very powerful component, it does not give any kind of energy, but it gives a direction, it helps guide energy, from a lover to the other.
she starts saying the words Maos told her "sacrificabo, vitam dabo, unum omnia dabo",a energy glow around the fox woman,it was aura,in it's most pure form,the energy goes throughout Maos and then to the injured on the ground
Moas acts like a conductor... that way he can use his stamina and the fox Faunus stamina
[cure wounds], the healing had begun,Maos use the fox woman's stamina for this one
the fox woman start talking as she felt energy living in her body, she thinks deeply of the day of her marriage making the link even stronger despite her getting tired
[cure wounds!], the heading kept on going, and the mains organs were getting fixed, this time Maos did the spell using his own stamina
[cure wounds!], again, this time using the fox woman's stamina, she fell on her knee, her hand still on Maos's shoulder to keep the ritual active
[cure wounds !] using his own stamina, he clenched his teeth as he was sweating heavily and breathing is painfull
[if I use it one more time, I'm gonna passed out and maybe die...if I use her stamina she's the one who may die...fuck it , it was her choice]
[cure wounds !], the Goat Faunus opens her eyes, the wounds are healed enough to save her life and bring her back to consciousness
Maos fall back on the ground, heavily tired, the fox woman falls to him, he catches her and checks her breathing

he felt relief [yes! it worked...and they are both alive!]
"Where...where am I?" asks the goat woman, the miners turn around hearing her voice "hey she's saved! he made it!"
the goat slowly gets up in the pain,Maos put his hand above her to stop, it's a very slow movement, and he's really tired" I suggest you don't try to get up right now...",the women stare at him"a kid ?...a huntsman ?"
2 workers grab Maos by the shoulder and lift him,"you're a hero kid!"
"I'm not a kid,...I'm 19..." said Maos with a weak voice, too tired to even fight back
"yeah !" everyone starts to cheer and a sudden joy and happiness s now among the survivor, this kind of emotion should keep the grims at bay for a while.
an hour minutes later,the airship had a few medical supplies in it, they manage to slowly patch up the workers, they also called for help to get the injured one far away from here, sadly they have to wait for the reinforcement to come for that, which will happen tomorrow morning
Maos is seating on a chair, watching over the other side of the wall from a small watch tower to make sure no grim show up he saw the leader of the worker arguing with the secretary, he approaches them, they were standing in front of the main generator the one which was destroyed
"a problem ?" asks Maos as he interrupts them
the leader turns around to Maos " I'm telling her that the defense was sabotaged, someone turns off the first generator on purpose!"
the secretary turned to Maos "the generator falling is due to a malfunction, this man is paranoiac! we made research in the area, there no trace of any human activity"
the lead worker is getting "mam, I know the sound of a malfunctioning generator! i know how it looks! this generator was turned off on purpose and it's been several times already! it can't be any of my workers I'm sure of it, someone from outside is causing the attacks"
Maos finally react "can you too please calm down? it's almost night time everyone needs some rest, the rescue team will only arrive tomorrow morning, you two will fight when everyone is safe, I will personally look around to understand why there are so many grims attacking and what happened to the generator ok? no need to have more negation emotions"
the pilot from the airship who was helping the workers changing bandages raise his voice to be heard "the kid is right you know, not the first time people get saved, then they get angry at each other for certain reasons and they just get attacked by grim again and die"
the secretary and the leader turn to each other and sigh at the same time " I guess we'll talk about it another time"
Maos smile a bit as the pilot who supported him
soon after, everyone start preparing their thing to be able to sleep most injured workers slept directly in the airship, Maos decide to stand guard during the night , the pilot was there too
it's only Maos and the pilot near the small watchtower, they had a bit of coffee in hand, at some point Maos look at the pilot
"by the way...where were you at the time of the attack, I didn't even hear you using the turret", the pilot sighed at this question " once you left the airship that secretary was so scared when I got near the ground and the grim she came next to me and beg me to go somewhere safe, she almost took control over the whole thing, it was leaving or the airship crashing because she kept trying to take the command away from me...she's so composed when in a safe place, but when potential danger she want crazy...fear really show you the real side of people"
the pilot took a sip of his coffee "and you what do you intend to do ? what kind of investigation do you have in mind ?",Maos look to turn back toward the inside of the camp and look at the entrance of the mine and then outside the forest "there was too many grims and not enough alpha...meaning the pack wasn't lead by alphas and mostly the pack is not natural, a natural pack of Grim has by default as one or more alpha to lead it, the number of alpha depend of the side of the pack, it's proportional actually,that plus the fact the generator was turn off on purpose"
"you believe the miner ?" react the pilot, , the sorcerer looked at the pilot" I rather believe the guy who has been working here for years than the secretary who doesn't know anything about mechanics"
"any guess?" asks the pilot "white fang ?"
Maos active the spell [darkvision] to see in the complete night " the white fang have been getting more and more active in Vale, this mine belongs to the Schnee, plus it's isolated 3h away in an airship from civilization, i would be the surprise of it's not them...it's actually easy to lead the grim into certain direction when you want too"
pilot look around " by the way, earlier I saw you draw weird glyph all around the area what are they for",Maos almost ignore the pilot " just something to warn if anything bigger than a dog get close to us, one of my semblances usage"
"Okay...seem weird but coming from you I'm not that surprise"
the pilot took the last sip of his coffee" okay 30 more minutes and go to sleep, I'll have a worker replace me don't forget to get some sleep too",Maos look at the pilot "don't worry about it"
on that, the pilot gets off the watch tower and starts walking around the camp
after that an hour, pass the pilot went to sleep and another worker kept on watch with Maos
the student start yawning a bit as he walk next to the worker
"maybe you should get some sleep too, I'll call someone to replace you" said the worker
Maos suddenly felt a glyph being activated, but only once, then another glyph on the opposite side
"Not now, people are coming to wake anyone who can fight," said MAos as he unsheathed his sword, that he run toward the first creature his glyph activated,he has to actually go outside the camp to encounter it so he does
[jump], using a level 1 to boost your jump range,Maos does a prodigious jump above the wall and land right in front, he is directly met with a blade as he falls,he manages to block it using his own sword and was push back and land on his feet, his sword in hand
the sorcerer looks at who attack him, it's a man about his age, a tall Faunus with a lean build and auburn hair that spikes backward in a windswept way. While most of his hair was red, he had streaks of brown. A noticeable trait of his appearance was the mask he wore, which obscured his entire upper face above his nose
the fauns look at Maos "well, well, seems like the grims did a terrible job, some people are still alive." the Faunus had a katana in his hand and point it toward Maos "giving your appearance gives you a huntsman, you probably just got engage by the company as a safety measure...no you look too young...a student? do they think the white fang are a joke ?!"
Maos ready his sword "you should leave white fang, and nobody will get hurt you are especially involved with the last part"
"you think you can beat me, huntsman, in training ?", the Faunus takes a strong stance with his katana "know that Adam Taurus is the one who will kill you"
"My name is Maos ", the sorcerer takes an opposite stance "know that I don't intend to kill, but if you leave me no choice I will"
Maos and the unknown fauns then charge at each other at incredible speed using a dash
At beacon at the same Hour, team CFVY's airship land, they are back from their mission
Coco jump out of the airship and stretch a bit "it's good to be Home"
Fox arrive next to her followed by Yatsu and Velvet "i think the entrance exam was today"
"oh" react Coco as she re-adjust her glasses, Velvet's rabbit ear moves a bit at that information " so we are finally not the newbie anymore"
"aren't you going to share some class with them...since you fail history class last year ?" asks Yatsu, Velvet's ears suddenly go down "I know..."
Coco turns to the tallest member of the team," Yatsu, no negative comment till we reach our room, everyone is tired",Fox smiles a bit at that, while Yastu looks at Velvet "sorry..."
then Team CFVY went toward their room, they pass Maos's room and realize he is not there, they went past it and reach their own room
"maybe Ozpin asks him for help...again, like to help the new students,"said Fox, Coco grunted at that "seriously, Ozpin asks Maos for everything"
"I hope he's not on another suicidal mission," said Yatsu
"he better not be, we are supposed to work on our babies tomorrow,"said Coco
" you mean the motorbikes you two are building from scratch? ?" asks velvet,"yes, we spent a lot of time on it" said Coco
Yatsu go toward the window, it's night so he can't see much " i wonder what kind of student are the first year...maybe there'll be our team equivalent"
on the other side of the dorm, with Team RWBY, their team was fully formed, ruby as the leader which is something not everyone agree with, the "not everyone" in question being Weiss, they were supposed to be sleeping right, now in fact only ruby is awake, the others are fully asleep
ruby is almost curled into a ball, most people would think she would be happy to be the leader...however it's given her a small anxiety now...she has a lot of doubt about this which kept her away.
at some point, she changes her position, her belly toward the bed and her head toward the window, watching at the moon,her silver reflecting the moonlight,shining a bit
her eyes suddenly hurt like a burn as she suddenly sees an image while looking at the moon she see Maos fighting a strange man wearing a mask
"ouch!"ruby close her eyes after that, Weiss was woken by the sudden sound "can you please go to sleep LEADER we have a full day tomorrow,"said weiss
"sorry!" said ruby as she back to a normal sleeping position and tries to sleep, burying her face in the cushion
