Chapter 13: Wife 1
The entire arena just stood there in shock as Apollo was the first to yell out. "Sister what the hell is this about. I thought you made a promise to stay a virgin forever." I look up at her awaiting her answer as she just scoffs at him and looks the other way as she looks at Zeus. "Father may I leave now." He nods as she gets up and leaves the crowd speaking in low tone as I just scratch the back of my head and turn to head out as Order remarks. "Well then boys make sure to have Percy's gift ready before his match tomorrow." Apollo and Hermes nod as I walk out the stadium and into my preparation room. As I walked in a very jealous Calypso was waiting alongside Chaos the snark look on her face knowing what is in store for me. "What the heck was that Percy? Why did Artemis just come out and say she is going to be your wife." I just shrugged as I looked at Chaos for support. "Hey don't look at me Percy this is something you have to make up with her." She giggles as she looks at me. "But besides that you did great I didn't know you had that much innate talent In combat. Some of the moves you pulled off were very exciting to see." I nodded my head, acting a little more proud as an all too familiar voice chimed in. "Well of course he is, mother, that's why I like him so much." Nyx's voice rang in our heads as Calypso looked at us confused as Chaos laughed a bit. As we continued to chat, I managed to calm down Calypso as there was a knock on the door. "Ummmm Percy are you there? I really need to chat with you." Before I could say anything Chaos grabbed Calypso and nodded as she teleported the two of them out before anything could happen. I approached the door and opened it, seeing Artemis in a beautiful dress walking in and closing the door behind herself. She brushed her auburn hair out of her face as she took a seat on the bench as she looked at me with those silver eyes of hers. She started to speak in a more hushed tone. "Hey I just wanted to let you know that what I meant out there is true. I do want to become your wife. It's just I want to know how you feel about it." She looked at me and I just made a mocking face as said. "Sure why not." She looked at me with a more frustrated but sly look as she said. "What that's it. A girl confesses to you and 'sure why not' is the best you can come up with. Ahhhhh man, I wonder why I fell in love with such an idiot like you." I smirk as I pull out one of my trademark jokes. "Hey I mean I have always been one to charm the ladies." She just mocked and rolled her eyes as I sat next to her and took her hand in mine. "But in all seriousness I just did not know what to say. I have only had a crush before and have never been really asked out so I don't know what to do." Artemis just continued to stare as she did something that literally left me in utter shock as she took my face in her hands and planted a huge kiss on me. The feeling of her delicate lips as they pressed against mine sent shivers down my spine as I just looked at her and smiled with a dorky smile as she pulled away. She giggled as she was madly blushing and said. "Well that's all I can do for you for now since I need to get more used to this whole love thing. Maybe we can go out sometime if you make it out of this tournament alive." I smiled and came back to my senses and looked her in the eyes again. "Oh I am for sure making it out of this Tournament and
I will hold you to it, you hear me." She just smiles as she leans on me and we sit there in silence enjoying the feeling.
SOMEWHERE ON OLYMPUS
Order was looking at the scout sheet for the next match of the tournament as the doors busted open and Calypso walked in. She looked Order in the eyes as she stated. "What will it take for me to be up next? I want to have a hand at Percy myself." Order just looked at her in disbelief as he had not expected this. He just laughed and said, "Well well you also want a chance. There is someone who did say she wanted her chance next but I think she would be down with it." At this Aphrodite walked in and said. "Hmmm this is very interesting. I would love for her to compete alongside me. It might make things a bit more interesting going forward. You will be my warrior in the fight as you know I don't really like to get my hands dirty."Order smiled as he snapped his fingers and Calypso and Aphrodites names were penned down for the first match tomorrow. "Well it's settled then. Let's see how you ladies perform against him and remember you must go all out, no holding back." They both nodded simultaneously as they headed out planning on what they would do for tomorrow's match.
AN: And there is another chapter. This one is a little shorter as it was just set up for the next part. There will be some more time for interactions later and there will be some lemons coming soon.
