Meanwhile, Diego and Soto stalked towards Manfred and the group, but then Diego got in front of them.
"What are you doing?" Soto demanded.
"Leave the Mammoth alone." Diego said.
Oscar and Lenny then appeared.
"Fine. I'll take you down first." Soto said.
Soto and Diego circle each other growling, and then they fought as they roared.
Manfred roared as then Oscar and Lenny confront him, and then threw Lenny off his shoulder as the sabers snapped at him as Donald used his staff and Goofy used his shield at them.
Soto and Diego continued fighting as then Soto threw Diego as he hits a rock.
Soto growled as he turns to fight as Oscar and Lenny started forcing them back against the rocks. Manfred then turns to Diego as he just woke up, and then turns back to Soto as he growled. Manfred then roared and swung his tusks as then Soto lunges ready to deliver the final blow. But then Diego quickly got up, and took the hit as he hits the snow.
Manfred soon turns to him.
Sid and Sora then arrived and saw them.
Soto was about to finish Diego when then the baby yelled and Soto saw them.
Sid placed his hand over the baby's mouth as Twilight lit her horn.
Soto then smirked as Manfred glared at him, and then swung his tusks knocking him back. Soto hits the side of a rock as icicles above him shook as he woke up, and then several broke and fell as Soto saw them.
Then Oscar and Lenny cringed as Manfred turns to them as they got nervous.
"I'd leave if I were you." Donald advised.
Manfred then growled as Lenny and Oscar ran off.
Sid and Sora rushed over to them.
"We did it!" Sid said.
But then they saw Diego still on the snow as they went over to them.
"Yeah. We were some team, huh?" Diego weakly said.
"Were?" Manfred said. "Come on. We're still a team."
"I'm, uh, sorry I set you up." Diego said.
"Ah, you know me." Sid said. "I'm too lazy to hold a grudge."
Sid placed the baby down as he and Sora went to Diego.
"Hey, knock it off, squirt." Diego said. "You gotta be strong. You have to take care of Manfred and Sid. And the girls. Especially Sid."
"Come on, you can lick this." Sid said. "You're a tiger. Look, I'll carry you. Come on, what do you say? Come on, Diego, come on. Tell he's gonna be okay, Manny."
"Listen. You have to leave me here." Diego said. "If those humans get through the pass, you'll never catch them."
The baby turns to them.
"You didn't have to do that." Manfred said.
"That's what you do in a herd." Diego said.
Manfred was sadly silent, and he grabs the baby as they remained sad.
Soon, they headed off to Glacier Pass.
