Christopher Dragkrow: Now this is the fifth chapter of this story, I'm glad that a lot of people like to read this story, it makes me very happy.

Chapter 5: The Three Months
In the last chapter of "I Will Love You No Matter What":
Everyone, excluding Happy, was in shock when they saw Natsu still standing with a smile on his face. Heck, the Dragon Prince didn't even look tired after the fight at all!
Makarov was the first, out of many, to break out of his shock as a smile found its way to his face.
"Gildarts cannot fight anymore! Which means Natsu Dragneel is the winner!" Makarov then announced.
Normal POV
Natsu then walked towards the downed Gildarts, a massive smile on his face. He finally did it! He had finally bested Gildarts in an all-out fight!
He was tempted to use his Dragon Prince Mode against the orange haired man, but fortunately he didn't need to use it, which meant he could keep his secret a while longer.
The Dragon Prince turned his head to the direction of his guild mates who were still in shock at the announcement. Macao and Wakaba, both who managed to snap out of their shock, were talking about how he had grown since he was a child and the ravenette had to agree with them.
He was certain he wouldn't ever had the guts to use his full strength even if they told him too. He was scared that his true strength would cause his friends to be afraid of him.
Shaking his head from the thought, the Dragon Prince then stood over the orange haired man.
"Are you just going to lie there all day, old man?" Natsu joked as Gildarts grunted at this as he slowly got up.
"Yeah, yeah I'm getting up." Gildarts said as reluctantly got up as Natsu chuckled at the man in front of him.
Gildarts then looked at the ravenette in front of him and a soft smile formed on his face. Like Natsu, he heard both Macao and Wakaba talking and also agreed that he had grown.
The Crash Mage then placed a hand atop of Natsu's head which caused him to look at him.
"Congratulations, Natsu. You finally defeated me, I'm very proud of you." Gildarts said as Natsu smiled at the praise.
"Thanks, Gildarts, but you weren't that easy to beat, that's for sure." Natsu said honestly as Gildarts smirked at that as he placed two fingers on his chin.
"Well, who do you take me for?" Gildarts said as Natsu gave him a deadpanned look and said, "The biggest pervert of Fairy Tail."
"Hey! Makarov is more perverted than I am!" The old man in question looked over at them and merely shrugged, neither denying nor confirming this.
Natsu and Gildarts then glared at each other, electricity coming out of their eyes before their small contest was stopped by Natsu who began chuckling before breaking into full blown laughter. Gildarts, albeit confused, did the same thing.
It suited the situation for sure. After a hard fought battle won, the best way to ease the tension is by laughing.
This caused the whole guild to snap out of their shock.
"D-did Natsu just beat Gildarts?" Gray said in disbelief.
"Is this a dream?" Lucy asked as she started rubbing her eyes, yet nothing seems to be changing.
"I'm at a lost for words…" Erza said as she turned to the ravenette, wondering just how powerful he had gotten after their trip to Tenroujima Island.
Master Makarov smiled as he began walking over to the Dragon Prince.
"Congratulations on winning the fight, Natsu, it was very good battle if I do say so myself." The short man said as Natsu gave him a toothy grin.
"Thanks a lot Master!"
"Besides, I think that for winning, you deserve a reward." Makarov said which confused the Dragon Prince.
"And what is that?" Natsu asked with curiosity laced in his tone as he raised one of his eyebrows as Makarov smiled.
"Natsu Dragneel, as of now, you are promoted to the rank of S-Class!" Master Makarov announced loudly which caused everyone's eyes to widen.
"WHAT!" Everyone in the guild shouted in shock at the news.
"But Gramps, the Flame Brain didn't even pass the S Class Exam!" Gray complained with jealousy in his tone. He joined the guild earlier than the pinkette but HE was made to be an S-Class Wizard first?!
"Yes but don't you agree that this fight alone proves Natsu's worth?" Makarov asked as Gray started grumbling underneath his breath causing everyone to chuckle, knowing that the two's rivalry were still going strong.
"Thank you for the offer Master." Natsu said to the old man with a smile who returned it with a wave of his hand.
"However…"
"As much as I would like to become one, I'm afraid that I have to refuse it." Natsu said which shocked Makarov, and practically everyone else in the guild.
Who on Earthland would reject such an offer?!
"Of course but if I may ask, why?" Makarov asked, knowing that the pinkette had always wanted to become an S-Class Wizard.
"As what Gray had said earlier, I didn't pass the test, so it would be unfair to the others. That and I think Gildarts was still exhausted from his mission." Natsu responded.
The old Guild Master knew that there was another reason as to why he rejected the offer, but for now he accepted it with a smile.
"Well, if you truly believe so, then I shall accept your wishes." Makarov said as Natsu thanked the smaller man with a bow. The slight movement caused him to flinch in pain as he noticed several bruises and scars scattered across his body from his battle.
Seeing this, the Sky Maiden, Wendy Marvell, instantly walked up towards her brother-figure.
"Let me heal you, Natsu-san, and you too, Gildarts-san." Wendy said as Natsu nodded his head in appreciation as he sat down while Gildarts waved his hands at the offer.
"Don't worry, all I need is a good night's rest. Just go and heal Natsu." Gildarts declined as Wendy nodded her head in understanding as she kneeled in front of Natsu.
"Thanks a lot, Wendy." Natsu said with a smile as he removed his damaged shirt, which revealed his toned, muscular body to which caused the young Dragon Slayer to blush a the mere sight of it. Fortunately, she managed to shake it off as she then placed her hands on it and Natsu then felt that the pain on his body was started to lessen.
Once it was done, Wendy smiled as she wiped her sweat off of her forehead.
"It's done." The girl announced as Natsu gave her a smile and a pat on her head.
"Thanks Wendy, honestly." Natsu said as Wendy once again blushed.
"N-no problem Natsu-san." Wendy replied with a slight stutter. The girls who had crushes on the pinkette immediately sent glares at the Sky Maiden.
Natsu then began stretching his body before sighing.
"Well I need to head out and get some clothes." Natsu said as Happy then flew over to him.
"Hey Natsu when are we going to visit Sachi and Kei again?" Happy whispered softly so that not even the other Dragon Slayers could hear him.
Natsu couldn't help but smirk at the question, it hadn't even been a day yet and Happy already misses them. Though he would be lying to himself if he said that he didn't miss the two, especially Kei.
"The first chance that we see then we will visit them, alright?" Natsu whispered back causing Happy to smile widely.
"Awesome!" Happy said cheerfully.
"Well let's go to town then!" Natsu said as Happy nodded. With that, the Dragon Prince began walking towards the town as Happy rested atop Natsu's head.
The whole guild could only stare at Natsu's retreating figure before they immediately began talking about the changes Natsu had undergone and how strong he had gotten as they walked back towards the guild, leaving only Makarov and Gildarts at the field.
Gildarts and Makarov then looked at each other and smiled.
"He sure has grown up, hasn't he?" Makarov asked the orange haired man who merely chuckled at this.
"I was shocked when you told me that he had changed, to think it was so drastic." Gildarts replied.
"That boy really changed our guild, didn't he?" Makarov asked, getting a nod from the Crash Mage.
"If he wasn't here, I doubt that the guild could be laughing and enjoying themselves."
With that said, they began their walk towards the guild.
With Natsu
Natsu started walking around the town with the clothing shop being his destination, despite it being weird.
As he was walking, there were several females that were looking at his exposed chest quite lustfully I may add. Usually it was Gray who would leave his body exposed for everyone, but not Natsu though and the girls were definitely enjoying every second of it.
Happy sighed when he noticed the looks that the females of the town were giving Natsu before turning to the ravenette. It looks like the Dragon Prince was not noticing at all.
Happy being the only one to notice the stares at Natsu, merely chuckled. Unfortunately for them, he wouldn't let them ever get near him. These females were only interested in the good looking and famous, Salamander of Fairy Tail, and not the nice and pure hearted Natsu Dragneel.
A dark aura immediately began to surround the Exceed at the thought.
Natsu had already had a terrible past, with his village destroyed, and being ridiculed by his friends for being both "weak" and "idiotic" in the guild. And if he had his heart broken by a person he loves.
Natsu would be totally devastated.
Natsu raised him from young, protected him from danger, and even trained him to be a mage of the highest class, and if anyone were to hurt him, they better pray to whatever God that they were praying to for mercy, because he sure won't give them any.
A sudden thought then appeared to mind,
What has he truly done for Natsu?
All he's ever done was watch from the sidelines while the Dragon Prince was getting beat up by Erza, Mira and even Gildarts! And even though Natsu requested it from him, make snide comments about the pinkette after it had took place.
What kind of partner would do that?!
The Exceed's mood instantly soured up after that thought.
Natsu, somehow noticing the sour mood his partner had, began petting his head comfortingly just like he always would whenever the Exceed was in a bad mood.
Happy then smiled as he purred to the touch. While he wasn't a full cat, he was still part of it and appreciated being petted like one.
It took a while before Natsu finally arrived at the clothes store and bought a few pair of the same clothes he had worn before the fight with Gildarts.
As he exited the shop, he saw the remaining members of Team Natsu head towards the exit of the city.
'Hmm wonder where are they going?' The Dragon Slayer thought to himself as he began following them stealthily. This carried on for a few minutes before they arrived at the forest.
'Since they're going into the forest, they must be heading to meet Porlyusica for something then.' Natsu thought as he carried on following them as stealthily as he could so that he doesn't aware them that he was following them, not that he had a reason to do so.
"Hey Natsu, why are we following them?" Happy whispered to his partner.
"I'm curious as to why they want to see Porlyusica." Natsu whispered back at his Exceed, his eyes never leaving the group as they made their way through the dense forest.
It took a while, but they all finally reached the large tree which was the pink haired witch's home. Natsu, who was hiding behind a bush, watched as Gray began knocking on the old woman's door. It took a while but Porlyusica finally opened the door, sporting an annoyed look on her face.
"What do you want?" the old woman asked with annoyance laced in her tone.
"Well we were wondering by any chance would you have any potions that could increase our magical power?" Gray asked sheepishly.
"You came over here just to ask me that?! Get out of here, I hate humans like you! Get out! Get out! Get out!" Porlyusica shouted in rage as she began throwing chairs, tables, books, plates, and anything that she can find in her house, at the group who immediately ran off so that they don't infuriate the woman any more. However, as they were running, Wendy looked back at Porlyusica before running alongside the group.
Porlyusica then started breathing heavily. Before she heard a chuckle behind her and saw Natsu and Happy standing behind the tree.
"You know that was quite funny, I even had to bite my tongue to not laugh out loud and blow my cover." Natsu joked as Porlyusica sighed.
"And what can I do for you today, brat?" Porlyusica asked with an annoyed tone in her voice.
"You know, the fact that you always say that you hate humans, I have never seen you shout at me or chase me out excluding our first meeting." Natsu commented as he then plucked an apple from a tree and took a bite out of it.
"But you can't call yourself a full human can you?" Porlyusica sighed as Natsu chuckled as it reminded him of the first time he had met the old witch.
Flashback
A younger version of Natsu was walking through the dense trees of the East Forest.
"Man am I bored or what? There's absolutely nothing to do, and since Erza's in the guild I won't be able to take any job freely." Natsu complained as he had his hands behind his head.
That was when he saw a large tree with a door on it.
'Hmm is someone living here?' Natsu thought curiously as he began walking towards the tree.
Natsu then knocked on the door, but even after waiting for a while, he didn't get a single response from the inside. This prompted him to knock even harder, but just like before, his efforts proved to be fruitless.
Natsu was then starting to become annoyed by this.
"Fine, if no one is answering, then it looks like I'll just go right in" Natsu said as he opened the door.
Natsu then entered the house and then saw that the house had a small bed, a few books, and the shelves were filled with medicines.
'Wow, whoever lives here must be a doctor or something.' Natsu thought as he looked around the room.
"Ahem." a loud sound came from behind Natsu which prompted him to jolt up in shock as he got into his battle stance.
He then saw an old woman with pink hair.
"Who are you?" Natsu asked as he pointed rudely at her.
And before Natsu knew it he was then smacked in the head by the old woman who held a thick book in her hand.
"What are you doing in my house, human?" The old woman asked rather rudely to Natsu as she narrowed her eyes at him.
"Hey! That hurts!" Natsu yelped as he held his head in pain.
"And I believe I just asked you a question." the old woman said annoyed.
"I just happened to see this house and I knocked on the door but no one answered so I just head inside." Natsu replied.
"Don't you know that it's rude to enter people's house?" the old woman asked as Natsu raised an eyebrow at this before shrugging his shoulders.
"Alright, I'm very sorry for entering your house without permission." Natsu said as he bowed down.
The old woman then looked at Natsu and was shocked at the strange aura that surrounded the pinkette.
'This boy doesn't have the normal aura that humans have.' She thought to herself.
"Boy, just who are you?" the old woman asked with curiousity as Natsu stared at her confusedly at her weird question.
"I mean, are you truly human? Your aura tells me that you're…different, much more different than them." She elaborated as Natsu nodded his head in understanding before pointing at himself.
"My name is Natsu Dragneel, son of the Fire Dragon King, Igneel and the currentDragon Prince!" Natsu declared rather proudly as the old woman's eyes then widened in shock.
'This boy is theDragon Prince? He's so young! But I guess this was the weird aura I was getting from him.' the old woman thought.
The old woman then sighed at this. After reading many books throughout her youth, she knew that it the average healer wouldn't be able to heal the Dragon Prince, no matter how good the medicines they had. Unless they were her.
"Alright then, now if you were to get injured in any way, you can come here so I can heal your wounds." the old woman said as Natsu then smiled at the offer.
"Thanks a lot! Uhh.." Natsu said as he rubbed the back of his head, realizing that he didn't get the woman's name.
"Porlyusica, my name is Porlyusica." the old woman now revealed as Porlyusica greeted.
"Thanks a lot, Porlyusica!" Natsu thanked.
Flashback End
And from then on, whenever he had gotten a serious injury he would head to her and she would heal the injuries that would have took a few weeks to recover in only a few days.
"Come on Porlyusica, you make it seem like I am some kind of other species." Natsu joked.
"Although you are one of the strongest mage in the world and as well as a very smart person, you really need to do something about that childishness of yours." Porlyusica sighed causing Natsu to chuckle before finishing the last of his apple.
"You know the fact that you're the Edolas Version of one of the nicest Dragon's ever is really funny since you get angry way too easily." Natsu chuckled to which the pink haired woman could only sigh once again.
Natsu then took extended his hand out and in a flash of bright light, a stack of papers appeared on his hand before he threw it at Porlyusica who caught it in ease.
"Why don't you give it to Wendy? After all if I gave it to her, everyone will get suspicious of me." Natsu smiled.
Porlyusica then looked at him but only to see an apple on the place that Natsu once stood.
"That brat is always too smart for me." Porlyusica sighed as she began walking towards the group's direction. Since they had only left a short while ago, she was sure she could catch up with them.
Unknown to her, Natsu had left and in a puff of smoke the apple disappeared and Natsu took its place back on the large roots of the tree.
'Heh, me being too smart? That's something I never thought I would hear that from someone about me.' Natsu thought jokingly as he then jumped downwards and Happy then appeared from his bag and the two then walked towards the direction of their guild.
On the way to the guild, he saw Porlyusica giving Wendy the same papers he had given her a short while ago.
And on the way to the guild, he saw people laughing at him, pointing and chuckling at him. Though he didn't bother any of them and carried on walking.
He then reached the guild and immediately sat down by the counter.
"Feeling tired, Natsu?" a voice said behind him.
Natsu looked to see Mirajane, behind the counter, wiping an empty glass using a cloth.
"Yeah I am." Natsu replied as Mira then handed him a glass of water.
"And why is that?" Mira asked.
"Well, I just fought Gildarts and walked around town without any rest whatsoever. Wouldn't you feel the same?" Natsu joked as Mira giggled at this.
"How about taking my job as a bartender and try serving the guild for a whole day and tell me which is more exhausting." Mira joked with a wink as Natsu then looked up at the ceiling of the guild and thought about it before shaking his head furiously.
"No thanks." Natsu said getting another giggle from the silver haired female.
"How about a meal since you're hungry?" Natsu smiled at her appreciatively as the former Demon of Fairy Tail headed to the kitchen in order to cook some food while Natsu sat by, leaning his head on the counter.
He heard someone sitting next to him which caused him to look up, to see the grinning face of Romeo.
"Hey there Romeo." Natsu greeted the young male who smiled back in response.
"Hey there Natsu-nii!"
"So have you improved while we were gone?" Romeo nodded his head ecstatically as he lit his hands with purple flames as Natsu stared at it with a smile.
"Looks like you inherited this from your father, eh?"
"That's right, but I can also do things like this!" With that, the colour of his purple flames changed to blue and then to yellow, something Natsu remember seeing in his past.
"Can you guess who taught me this?" Romeo said cheekily as Natsu stared at the odd coloured flames in front of him before snapping his fingers in realisation.
"Wait, did you learn it from that Phantom Lord guy?" Romeo was surprised that his role model managed to figure out the identity of his teacher, but nodded his head nonetheless.
Romeo then began explaining that the man had set up a school where he teaches people how to use Fire Magic and when Natsu commented about wanting to visit, Romeo quickly added that there was a sign that states that he is not allowed in his school and that his students are forbidden from even mentioning him in class, to which Natsu chuckled.
"Here's your food, Natsu." Mira cut in as she placed the plate in front of the Dragon Slayer who smiled at her appreciatively before digging in to his food.
As he ate, Mira took a good look at Natsu as if trying to identify him.
Instead of seeing the immature and childish look of Natsu, Mira saw the mature, strong and handsome looking Natsu Dragneel, she could also feel the aura that was surrounding Natsu, and to say the least, it was powerful.
"Say Romeo, there's something that's been bugging me, could I ask you something?" Natsu asked the purple haired male.
"Sure, ask away Natsu-nii!" Romeo said happily.
But before Natsu could asked his team that consist of Erza, Lucy, Gray, Wendy and Charles returned.
And Natsu caught notice of a stack of paper in the young girl's arms.
"Hey there guys! Eh? Wendy what's that?" Natsu asked as he pointed at the stack of paper in her arm.
Wendy then held the stack paper tightly as she smiled at the pinkette.
"This is actually a gift from Grandeeney! She apparently gave it to Porlyusica-san who happens to be the Edolas Version of Grandeeney!" Wendy said happily as Natsu had a small smirk on his face so no one could see it.
'Like I didn't know that.' Natsu thought to himself.
"Wow really? Good for you Wendy!" Natsu said as he patted Wendy's head to which she blushed slightly under his touch.
"Yeah!" Wendy said happily.
Some of the females couldn't help but stare at Wendy with jealous looks.
"Anyways Natsu-nii what did you want to ask?" Romeo interrupted.
Natsu then thought about it before turning back at Romeo.
"Oh yeah, what is the current position of our guild? Since in the past we were the strongest" Natsu asked as the members that stayed in Fairy Tail during the 7 Year time skip all felt something piercing their hearts as they all hid their faces.
"Uhh, about that…" Jet stuttered as Droy started munching down his food at a much slower pace.
"We are actually ranked..." Alzack started with a sheepish grin on his face.
"Dead Last. We're the weakest guild in all of Fiore" Bisca finished it as the older members all had shocked looks except Natsu and Happy.
'So that was why those people were laughing at me when they saw my mark.' Natsu thought.
"Wow that sucks, we were the strongest and now we're the weakest." Gray shook his head at this.
"Is there any way that we can get our title back?" Natsu asked as everyone that stayed during the 7 year time skip then paled.
"Yeah there is a way! In fact, it's the only way we can get it back!" Romeo said happily as everyone that stayed during the 7 year time skip started panicking.
"Don't tell me that you're referring to..." Jet stuttered.
Macao then stopped him.
"Don't even suggest it Romeo! We would just embarrass ourselves again!" Macao shouted loudly as Romeo glared at his father.
"No we will not! We have the core members of Fairy Tail back, and even Natsu-nii who just defeated Gildarts!" Romeo argued.
"We will still embarrass ourselves though." Macao said weaker than before as he thought about it.
However, their interaction merely caused everyone to be confused.
"What are you talking about?" Makarov asked, raising an eyebrow at the Fourth Guild Master.
Romeo then looked at Makarov with stars in his eyes.
"The Grand Magic Games! It's a tournament where, all the guilds of Fiore take part in the tournament to win the ultimate prize of 30 Million Jewels and the title of Strongest guild of Fiore!" Romeo said as this caught the interest of both Natsu and Happy.
Natsu and Happy then smirked at each other when the thought of fighting a strong opponent appeared in their minds.
Makarov, on the other hand, had stars in his eyes at the thought of getting the mone- I mean the title of Strongest Guild again.
"Is that so…" Makarov smirked as he stroked his chin before standing upright on the table.
"Listen up everyone! In order to get our title back, we will take part in the Grand Magic Games!" Makarov declared as everyone excluding some of the members cheered.
"Somehow I think that this will go horribly wrong." Alzack whispered to his wife who nodded her head in agreement.
"Romeo, when is the competition going to be held?" Lucy asked.
"It's going to be held in Crocus, in three months' time." Romeo replied.
"Alright let's work hard to be Fiore's number one Guild again!" Erza stated as she punches the air as everyone else did the same excluding Natsu and Happy.
'This will prove to be interesting.' Natsu thought with a smirk.
After a while, Makarov then decided to say something.
"Alright, now before the Games begin, I want all of you to train so that we can get the 30 Million Jewel- I mean the Title once again!" Makarov stated as everyone nodded their heads in agreement.
"But before that, everyone one of you here should go back and prepare, for tomorrow you all will be heading out in groups to train. Once you all return I will select the participants of the games!" once again, everyone nodded their heads and returned home.
The Next Day
"Alright are you all ready to leave?!" Makarov shouted as everyone nodded their heads and were prepared to leave before Levy raised her hand up.
"What is it Levy?" the Guild Master asked as Levy fiddled her fingers as she looked down.
"I-I was just wondering where Gajeel and Lily are? Shouldn't they be here with us?"
"Well, it would appear that Gajeel and Lily has went off on their own to train, as to where I'm unsure." Levy looked a tad bit upset at the news.
"In fact, it isn't just him. Laxus and his Thunder God Tribe have left yesterday as well. Not to mention Natsu and Happy." The latter shocked everyone in the guild.
"Wait Natsu left already? But I saw him at the guild today." Lisanna said as Makarov pulled out a piece of paper.
"Yes he has left already, Lisanna, and he even left a note." Makarov said.
"What does it say?" Lucy asked.
Makarov then stared at the note that Natsu had left.
Hey there Gramps, sorry about leaving right away, but I heard a rumour about a dragon in a forest so me and Happy are going to investigate on that. So me and Happy will go and train over there instead. Oh and I may not be able to take part in the Grand Magic Games as I have things to do after.
-From Natsu and Happy.
This caused the whole guild to pale at the news.
"N-never mind, we still have Gildarts!" Macao said, trying to bring everyone hopes up.
Mira then walked over to Makarov and whispered to his ear as she then hands him another note.
Makarov then read the note and paled slightly.
"Who is it from and what does it say Master?" Erza asked after seeing the panicked look on his face.
"It's from Gildarts and he said that he left on another mission and won't be back for a year." Makarov said as everyone in the guild started to panic.
"Oh no! It's over!" The whole guild then started screaming frantically and pulling out their hair. To think they had two horrible news in one day!
"Enough!" Erza shouted in rage as she punched the table, breaking it in the process which immediately quelled the panicked atmosphere.
Everyone then shut their mouths and turned to see an enraged Erza gripping her hands as blood started to drip out of her steel gauntlet.
"So what if Natsu and Gildarts will not participate with us in the Grand Magic Games? So what if some of us don't have our true strength since we were asleep for seven years? Why does it even matter? All of us have each other, and that is our true strength, the only strength we need in Fairy Tail!" Erza said as everyone started tearing up or looking at her in admiration.
"So are we going to take part in the Grand Magic Games?" Erza asked.
"Yeah!" the guild said.
"If we're taking part in the Grand Magic Games, we need to be louder! So are we going to take part in the Grand Magic Games?" Erza asked again once more.
"Yeah!"
"Louder!"
"YEAH!" The guild shouted once again.
"Good, now let's train ourselves so that we can get Fairy Tail to be the number one guild again!" Erza punched the air at that.
"Yeah!" The guild shouted agreeing with her.
Makarov then smiled as he saw the determination from his children.
Unknown to everyone else in the guild, Natsu was just outside and with a smile on his face while Happy was busy sleeping on his head.

With Kei
Kei was currently in her house with Sachi, eating.
It had just been only a few days, and she was already missing Natsu. Her growing feelings for the Dragon Prince wasn't helping her situation as well, as she would began imagining situations where the two would be together, embracing each other tenderly and what not.
Shaking her head from the thoughts, Kei then sighed before getting up and walking towards the door. Silently wishing that Natsu would appear by her doorstep.
'Well, there's no way that Natsu would just appear in front of my door, crazy right.' Kei thought jokingly.
But just as she opened the door she saw Natsu and Happy by the door.
"Hey there." Natsu greeted with a smile.
However, before she could respond, a white blur then shot past her and tackled Happy to the ground.
"Happy! I missed you so much!" Sachi cried as she kept rubbing her head against Happy's chest, to which Happy immediately blushed at the contact.
"Yeah I did, like I promise." Happy said with a smile before the two then flew off out of the house, holding hands with one another.
Kei then smiled as she watched the two Exceeds fly off. They were getting as close as she was with Natsu, perhaps even closer.
Kei immediately blushed as she had realised what she had thought about.
Natsu, noticing the redness on her face, immediately sported a worried look on his face.
"Hey Kei, are you alright? Your face is all red." Natsu pointed out with a worried tone.
Kei was then brought back into reality as she shook her head as well as wave her hand reassuringly.
"D-don't worry, I'm fine. I was just thinking about something." Kei said as Natsu smiled at her.
"Alright then, if you say so." Natsu said.
"Anyways, Natsu what are you doing here?" Kei asked.
Natsu then shrugged his shoulder as he entered Kei's house.
"Have you heard about the Grand Magic Games?" Natsu asked as he sat on a chair.
Kei then placed a hand on her head, as if trying to recall if she ever heard of it, before she nodded her head.
"I heard that it's a competition for guilds aiming to be the number one guild in all of Fiore." Kei replied with a shrug as Natsu nodded his head.
"Yeah, so my guild wanted to take part in the tournament, so the Master asked everyone to train for 3 months." Natsu explained.
Kei then gasped when she heard that.
"So does that mean-" Kei was unable to finish as Natsu cut her off.
"Yeah, that means I can spend time with you for 3 whole months!" Natsu happily said as Kei just smiled.
"That's really great!" Kei said ecstatically.
Natsu smiled as he then surprised her giving her a hug causing Kei to gasp and blush at the sudden embrace. It was happening the same way as her thoughts were.
"You know, I really missed you, Kei." Natsu whispered into her ear. Kei immediately blushed more when she felt the hot breath on her neck.
Kei then giggled as she wrapped her arms behind Natsu.
"I missed you too, Natsu." Kei whispered back softly, her eyes staring into the deep black orbs that were Natsu's eyes. With that, the two slowly began to lean in towards each other.
Right when their lips were about to touch each other, they heard giggles coming from behind them which caused them to jolt up in surprise as they turned back to see Happy and Sachi by the doorway.
"Sorry about that lover birds" Happy joked.
"Happy!"
