Christopher Dragkrow: Now this is the twenty-first chapter of this story, I'm glad to say that we have finally passed the 600th favourites mark, which means we are the best Natsu x OC pairing in all of Fairy Tail fanfiction! We did it guys!

Chapter 22: The 4th Day of the GMG!
In the last chapter of "I Will Love You No Matter What":
"Let's forget all about this and eat already! I'm starving!" this caused the group to chuckle in amusement as they walked to a nearby restaurant to eat.
Unknown to all of them, a hooded figure watched them, or a black haired Prince in particular closely, a small tear falling from its eyes.
Normal POV
It was currently night time at Crocus as Natsu stood by the ceiling of his hotel room looking at the clear dark blue sky. Adoring the moon that could be seen so clearly.
'After tomorrow, there'll only be three more days before the Dragon King Festival. There HAS to be a way for me to get everyone out before it's too late.' Natsu thought to himself as he unconsciously clenched his fists tightly.
He was then broken out from his train of thoughts when someone wrapped their arms around his neck tenderly as Natsu smiled softly and leaned into the figure's body.
"What are you thinking about, Natsu?" Kei asked softly into his ear.
"You're done bathing already?" Natsu asked as he inhaled the intoxicating scent coming from his mate.
"I am, and don't change the subject Natsu, you look really worried. Are you feeling alright?" Kei asked with worry in her tone as Natsu sighed and turned to face her and gave her a reassuring smile.
"I'm alright Kei, I'm just worried about tomorrow's games. I have the feeling that I'm going to be participating in the fight." Natsu said as Kei rolled her eyes at what he said.
"You managed to defeat the strongest mage in the competition, Jura, without you using your full strength and you're telling me that you're worried about battling?" Kei said and Natsu chuckled.
"I know, I know, but like I said Kei, you don't need to worry about it. Whatever happens, I'll make sure to protect you no matter what." Natsu said as he placed a kiss on her forehead as the black haired girl blushed slightly before slapping his chest softly.
"You better not injure yourself by doing that." Kei said and Natsu smiled as he pulled her towards the bed.
"Trust me, alright?" Natsu asked as he gave her his own version of the Puppy Dog Eyes as Kei blushed at the sight as she turned away from him.
"F-fine, let's just go to sleep already!" Kei said, rushing off the bed to turn off the light as Natsu chuckled.
The Next Day
Location: Domus Flau
"Welcome to the 4th Day of the Grand Magic Games!" Chapati shouted as the crowd cheered just as loud as the announcer.
"Both Fairy Tail teams are still in the top 2 positions and Sabertooth right behind them in 3rd place. If they win today's competition and battles, Sabertooth might have a chance to win the entire competition!" Chapati announced as he turned to the field where a giant orb of water was placed.
"And for today's competition part is Naval Battle!" Chapati announced and the competitors of each team were: Juvia for Fairy Tail Team B, Lucy for Fairy Tail Team A, Minerva for Sabertooth, Risley for Mermaid Heel, Chelia for Lamia Scale, Jenny for Blue Pegasus and Rocker for Quatro Puppy.
"This is a free for all battle with the last person in the water wins! Who will take the win in this competition?"
It started well for both Fairy Tail teams as they managed to knock out some of their competitors out of the water dome but that was before Juvia got distracted and was kicked out, getting 3rd place for the competition.
Meanwhile, the match between Lucy and Minerva, let's just say it was a complete domination as Minerva brutally attacked the blonde Celestial mage relentlessly without any intention of stopping and only when Lucy was unconscious did Minerva drop her from the orb with Gray quickly catching her before she could make contact with the ground.
"Oh, and it looks like Minerva from Sabertooth has won the competition!" Chapati announced, getting loud cheers from the crowd.
"Lucy!" meanwhile the Fairy Tail members cried out in worry at the state of their Celestial Wizard.
"How dare you do that to our friend!" Gray growled at the Sabertooth members who stood alongside their empress.
"She was weak, what'd you expect to happen?" Sting laughed obnoxiously and Gray was about to charge at the blonde Dragon Slayer until Natsu, who came down to check up on Lucy, grabbed his shoulder, stopping him.
"Stop it, Gray." Natsu said and Gray turned back, ready to retort to his childhood rival but he immediately flinched.
Natsu's face looked absolutely murderous and not to mention the fact that he was surrounded by large amounts of magical power. All but a few were terrified at the magical power being emitted by the Dragon Prince, a few of which include the Sabertooth members.
"Listen here, you bastards." Natsu said emotionlessly to the guild in front of him.
"You've made a grave mistake in hurting our friend, and I'll make sure that you'll pay for that." And with that said Natsu walked off back to his team, not caring as everyone watched him go.
"Tch, who does that bastard think he is talking to us like that?" Sting growled angrily after recovering from his state of shock.
"To think Fairy Tail has someone like that, I have no memory of this." Rufus said, playing with his hat.
Minerva on the other hand, kept quiet as her eyes were on Natsu's retreating form as she licked her lips excitedly.
'Natsu Dragneel, eh? Interesting.'
Meanwhile Natsu walked into the stadium, punching the wall, creating a massive indent in the wall as he growled.
"You know the sooner you brought the girl in to the infirmary, the faster she would have recovered." A familiar voice sounded beside him and Natsu looked up to see none other than Leila, leaning on the wall.
"The others would bring her in anyways, besides Lucy wasn't going to take part in the rest of the tournament anyways, so I she should get as much rest as she can." Natsu said as he clenched his fist tightly as Leila walked towards him.
"That may be true but getting angry won't help you at all, Natsu. Revenge-"
"I'm not planning on revenge." Natsu cut her off as he turned to face her, his face now calm.
"They'll pay for hurting Lucy, but I don't plan on getting revenge because of it. Lucy's a strong wizard and she wouldn't want anyone to hurt others because of her." Natsu said and Leila smiled at him.
'You really are amazing, Natsu.' Leila thought as she then turned around.
"I wish you luck Natsu, not that you need it anyways." Leila said as she waved goodbye to the Dragon Prince before she walked off.
Natsu then watched her retreating form and smiled.
'Are everyone from her family that interesting?' Natsu thought with a smile as he began walking towards Kei's direction.
The others would have to wait for now.
After a few minutes, Natsu found Kei leaning on a wall, as if she were waiting for him.
"Hey there." Natsu greeted as Kei walked towards the black haired prince.
"Is Lucy going to be alright?" Kei asked in worry and Natsu smiled at her caring attitude.
"I'm sure she's fine. Nothing a bit of rest and healing won't heal." Natsu responded as he pulled her towards a hug, shocking Kei but she wasn't complaining as she returned the hug.
"What's wrong, Natsu?" Kei asked but Natsu thought back to what his mother told him.
"Unfortunately, your friends will also be taking a part in this war."
"Nothing, I just wanted to bring you close. That's all." Natsu said but Kei could tell he was hiding something but she decided to let it go.
"Don't worry Natsu, I'll always be here with you, I promise." Kei said.
"And I'll make sure to keep you safe, no matter what." With that, Natsu cupped Kei's face before he brought her closer towards him for a kiss. A kiss which Kei obviously returned.
They would have continued their passionate kiss if not for the lack of oxygen in their body.
"You should go and check up on your friend, Natsu. As much as I enjoy spending time with you like this, they'll get suspicious." Kei said and Natsu smiled and nodded his head, the two shared one more kiss before they parted ways.
Natsu then arrived at the infirmary and saw Lucy lying in bed with bandages around her face with the two teams and Makarov surrounding her bed.
"Where've you been flame brain? We were just about to look out for you." Gray said.
"I needed to calm myself down, didn't want to burn the entire stadium down." Natsu responded as he turned to Makarov.
"I've a feeling a plan went down?" Natsu asked and Makarov nodded his head.
"Yes, since Raven Tail has been disqualified yesterday, they'll need to make the standings even and to do that, they requested that Fairy Tail team A and B join together and become Team Fairy Tail." Makarov explained and Natsu nodded his head.
"I see, so we have to pick five from both teams and one as a substitute." Natsu then placed a hand on his chin.
"Have you already decided, master?" Natsu asked and Makarov nodded his head.
"Yes, I have decided that the new Fairy Tail will consist of Laxus, Erza, Gray, Gajeel and Natsu with Happy as a backup." Makarov said and Happy complained from where he stood.
"Why do I have to be a substitute member again?!" Happy whined as Natsu chuckled and patted his partner's head.
"Shh, Happy, Lucy is still sleeping." Wendy said as she placed a finger on her mouth.
"Don't worry buddy, you'll get some action next time." Natsu said in reassurance as Happy pouted.
"Well, what are you brats still here for? Get out there and show the power of Fairy Tail!" Makarov said and they all nodded their heads, the six members of Team Fairy Tail looked at each other and a silent message was sent out as they all smirked before they exited the room.
Later
Even after the cruel fight between Minerva and Lucy went down, the competition had to continue on, so they immediately started out with battles. However, this battle was more interesting since it wasn't just a regular one on one battle like the others. It was Tag battles.
And the first Tag Battle match featured Mermaid Heel and Lamia Scale with Kagura and Millianna representing their guild while Yuka and Lyon were chosen.
The match had started out well for Lamia Scale before Mermaid Heel changed the momentum after knocking out Yuka but Lyon immediately knocked out Millianna, leaving it as a one vs one between Kagura and Lyon. And it was safe to say Lyon was saved by the bell as time was up before Kagura could get the finishing blow on the Ice Mage, and five points were divided among the two guilds.
The second match featured Quatro Puppies and Blue Pegasus with Bacchus and Rocker representing their guild while Ichiya and a figure in a bunny suit, Nichiya from Edolas, Natsu figured after he caught his scent, did the same for theirs.
In the end, it was Blue Pegasus who pulled out victorious through Ichiya who singlehandedly defeated both Bacchus and Rocker who had defeated Nichiya earlier on.
"Wow, there has been lots of interesting battles today, isn't there Yajima?" Chapati asked his co-host who nodded his head with a smile on his face.
"I agree that there has been lots of interesting battles, but I'm very excited for the next one though." Yajima commented and Chapati smiled on his face as he realized what the former councilman was talking about.
"I agree with you Yajima, this battle may even change the current standings of the 4th day. The final match of the day will feature, Team Fairy Tail and Team Sabertooth!" with the announcement, the crowd began to go into a frenzy. Two of the top teams will be battling it out, meaning that it'll prove to be an exciting match.
Meanwhile, inside the tunnel connecting to the battlefield, Team Fairy Tail were waiting to be called out.
"We're up against them right after that. Who do you think are going to battle?" Erza asked and Gray growled.
"I hope that it's me. I'm going to make them pay for what they did to Lucy." Gray said as he punched his hand to his palm.
"It seems unlikely though." Natsu stated and everyone turned to him as the black haired Prince leaned on the wall.
"Sting and Rogue are the most popular members of Sabertooth and are known as the Twin Dragons of Sabertooth, so they should definitely be participating." Natsu explained as Gray was confused.
"So? What's the point?" Gray asked and Natsu sighed at his rival's ignorance.
"Meaning that they'll send out their Dragon Slayers so the fans obviously want to see a full Dragon Slayer match between the two guilds meaning that Gajeel, Laxus will be partnering up with me to fight them." Natsu said obviously.
"Wait, why are you so confident that you're going to get called?" Gray asked and Natsu raised his eyebrow at him.
"Have I not gotten any popularity for fighting Jura in the Day One?" Natsu asked and Gray grumbled while Erza was impressed with Natsu's sharpness.
"That's really unlike you to be observant, Natsu. I'm impressed." Erza stated and Natsu just shrugged his shoulders in response.
"Besides, whoever my partner is….." Natsu then gave them a sharp glare, flinching them in the process.
"I intend to battle them alone, so do NOT interfere." Natsu finished and before they could get a say in, they heard the crowd cheering.
"And now, let us welcome the participants of the final battle!" Chapati announced.
"Well, I'm off, wish me luck!" Natsu then began walking towards the exit, leaving the group to their thoughts about what the Dragon Prince said.
"Who does he think he is? After beating Gildarts and Jura and now he thinks he's some hotshot now?" Gray growled and Laxus shook his head at that.
"Natsu's not the type to let fame get to him, in fact, I think that he's pissed off as well and he intends to deal with them as a Dragon Slayer." Laxus stated as he watched Natsu's retreating form.
"Well, I'm a Dragon Slayer too! I'm not going to let Salamander to get the spotlight." Gajeel said as he chased after Natsu.
Laxus then sighed before he turned to the guild's resident redhead.
"What do you have to say about this, Erza?" Laxus asked and Erza shook her head.
"I've got nothing. I believe in Natsu to pull out victorious. But…" Gray raised his eyebrow at the hesitance at the end.
"But?"
"But I feel like he's hiding something from all of us." Erza admitted and Laxus nodded his head.
"I agree. I mean, where did all of his strength come from? Sure he may be powerful, but not strong enough to beat Gildarts AND Jura. Not only that, but Happy has this powerful new form that none of us has ever seen before! Gramps is still suspicious of him, but since he trusts Natsu, he hasn't done anything yet." Laxus said and Gray placed his arms at the back of his head.
"So what do we do? Encounter the flame brain about this or what?" Gray asked and Erza shook her head.
"Even combined we're not strong enough to beat Gildarts, much less Natsu now. I say we leave him be, if he acts like he may betray the guild, only then will we encounter him." Erza said and with that, the three walked off to the stands to match the battle.
"And now, we have an exciting match and this is not just any match, this is a Dragon Slayer's match! The Twin Dragons of Sabertooth will be taking on the Salamander and Black Steel of Fairy Tail!"
"Yo, Natsu-san, let' see if you can talk the talk." Sting said with a cocky grin while Natsu just yawned and looked away towards Kei's direction, infuriating Sting in the process.
'I'll show you!' Sting gritted his teeth in frustration.
'Gajeel…' Rogue looked at Gajeel's direction who shot a glare back at the Shadow Dragon Slayer.
"But before the match starts let us see the current leader board!"
1st place: Fairy Tail 45P
2nd place: Sabertooth 44P
3rd place: Mermaid Heel 30P
4th place: Lamia Scale 22P
5th place: Blue Pegasus 17P
6th place: Quatro Puppies 9P
"Oh and it seems that Fairy Tail and Sabertooth are just one point away from each other! Yajima, what do you think of this?"
"I'd say that this match has a lot in store for both teams, but personally my money's on Fairy Tail." Yajima said with a smile as he looked at the Natsu and Gajeel as he opened his eyes slowly.
'Go and beat them!'
"I see, well I'll just have to trust your judgement this time and let's give it to our referee!"
Back to the battlefield where it was quiet as all four Dragon Slayers were ready for what's to come as the stadium was deathly quiet as if nothing could break it.
Excluding a talking pumpkin with a gong.
"Now let the final match of 4th day of the Grand Magic Games…..Begin!" and with that said, Sting and Rogue took off towards Natsu's and Gajeel's direction.
Sting for Natsu and Rogue towards Gajeel.
Sting then started sending a barrage of punches towards Natsu who easily blocks them all, and with one final punch sent towards the Dragon Prince, Natsu caught it with a smirk.
"Time for some payback!" and with that said, Natsu started sending punches after punches towards the blonde, causing him to cry in pain.
Meanwhile, Rogue moved through the shadows to try and get one ahead of Gajeel but the pierced Dragon Slayer would not be fooled and was keeping out to his surroundings.
Rogue then appeared behind Gajeel and was about to send a punch at Gajeel but the Iron Dragon Slayer caught the punch and head butted his foe, sending him back from shock.
Natsu then sent a kick at Sting, sending him crashing towards the stadium wall, creating a massive indent on it.
Sting then growled at Natsu before he initiated his next attack plan.
"White Dragon's Holy Breathe!" Sting then releases a large, extremely powerful burst of light from his mouth at Natsu.
Natsu sighed at the attack and re-quipped his sword before grabbing the hilt of it.
Natsu then slashed the attack vertically and it managed to split in half, much to everyone's shock.
"You call that a breathe attack? Let me show you one of pure destruction! Fire Dragon's Roar!" Natsu then shot out a massive torrent of flames from his mouth at Sting who stood his ground and had no intention of dodging.
'If he could do that, then I can too!' Sting thought to himself as he inhaled some air.
"White Dragon's Roar!" Sting then fired a white laser beam from his mouth at Natsu.
However, he had wishful thinking since the dragon flames completely destroyed the beam as it continued its way towards Sting before engulfing the blonde haired man, causing him to scream in pain.
Natsu then sighed as he turned to where Gajeel was fighting Rogue.
Natsu then turned back to Sting who quickly got up and glared at Natsu.
"You think you're so hot? Well, why don't you take this! White Dragon's Claw!" Sting then generated a sphere of light around one of his hands before firing it at Natsu, who stood his ground.
Sting then smirked as Natsu looked down at his gut and saw a complex marking on it.
"Hah! Now with my Stigma stuck on you, you won't be able to move and you're now at the mercy of my attack." Sting gloated but Natsu sighed again.
"Again I ask, is this all you've to offer?" Natsu asked as the marking on his gut was immediately burnt off, causing Sting to be in shock.
"No way, how did you burn it off so easily?" Sting asked in shock as Natsu narrowed his eyes at Sting.
"Wouldn't you like to know? Fire Dragon Sword Arts: Explosion Slash!" Natsu's sword was then covered in intense torrents of flames as Natsu started slashing the air, which caused the flames to fly around the air to some it looked like the flames were dancing, the flames then started heading towards Sting.
Sting immediately jumped away from the attack but because he was too focused on dodging the attacks, he didn't realize that Natsu went behind him.
"Fire Dragon's Iron Fist!" As Sting turned back, he was immediately sent flying by a fiery fist, courtesy of Natsu.
"Man, Natsu's really stealing the show here." Laxus commented as he watched Gajeel and Rogue going at one another in an even match.
"Heh, don't tell him I said this, but I'm glad that he's out there fighting for us." Gray said.
"I can already hear you!" came Natsu's voice from the battlefield as Gray blushed slightly and glared at the Dragon Prince.
"Don't take your eyes off your opponent, you idiot!" Gray shouted as Natsu chuckled as he watched as Sting immediately came in for an attack on him, but he dodged them all easily.
Natsu then sent a punch at Sting's gut before kicking him away.
Sting growled angrily, realizing that he was on the losing end.
"Oi, Gajeel need any help?" Natsu shouted as he watched Gajeel avoid attack after attack from Rogue before he sent an Iron Dragon's Club at the Shadow Dragon Slayer causing him to flinch in pain before Gajeel kicked him away, the Iron Dragon Slayer then glared back at Natsu.
"Why don't you focus on your own opponent and leave me with my own, Salamander!" Gajeel shouted and Natsu smirked as he watched Sting glaring angrily at him.
"Let's see how you take this? This technique is the best of the best that I've got in my arsenal!" Sting said as he began charging up the attack by bending his right arm back, light energy began surrounding his fist as he then charged at Natsu.
"Dragon Slayer's Secret Arts: Holy Nova!" Sting then sent a punch with his right arm, and as it made contact with Natsu, a massive explosion engulfed the Dragon Prince.
Kei watched in worry as she waited for the smoke to clear, she believed in her mate's strength, but that doesn't mean she won't worry when powerful attacks struck him directly.
"Hah! That's Sting's best attacking move, there's no way that brat could have survived that." Orga bragged and even Rufus chuckled.
"I have no memory of anyone being able to withstand such an attack." Rufus said but once the light died down everyone could see Natsu, unharmed from the attack as he held Sting's hand, the same hand he used to initiate the attack.
"That was kind of weak." Natsu admitted, shocking Sting as punched Sting with his other hand, sending him back in the centre of the battlefield with Rogue getting kicked there by Gajeel as well.
"What a dominating performance from the Dragon Slayers of Fairy Tail, there are putting the Twin Dragon Slayers from Sabertooth to shame!" Chapati announced as everyone cheered.
Sting then chuckled as he spit out some saliva from his mouth.
"You've really pushed us this far, eh Natsu?" Sting said as Natsu narrowed his eyes at the blonde.
"Let's do it, Rogue." Sting said and Rogue nodded his head as well as the both of them were suddenly surrounded by powerful magical aura and instantly Natsu could tell that their power increased to the roof.
Natsu could only come to one conclusion as he watched the two Dragon Slayers in front of him.
"They're entering Dragon Force." Natsu then clenched his fists tightly in excitement.
Maybe this would prove to be an interesting match after all.
