Being introduced as the crown prince of the 13 lands, to the king's court, was not what Gendry wanted to do today. The man was already watching his every move, letting everyone know how Gendry was him reborn. He was sparing with Jon, and he was doing well with his hammer, almost beating Jon in the sparing ring. Then a king's guard came and told them the king orders them to come to the throne, Gendry and his uncle knew why, after Gendry broke the Crown prince arm yesterday, which became clear after the Lannister man picked his knockout body from the training yard floor.

The Queen after finding out what happen send over 50 Lannister man after them, him and Jon killed every last one of them, and an angry Damien informed the hand of the queen's action. Guest right was broken under the roof of house Baratheon. Something that angered the king, the hand, and the kings' brothers. Now they were on their way to answer King Robert, the whole Lannister family was there, he knew that the façade of his uncle would have to fade, and he would have to be General Damien the Terror of Hakour, and not what he pretended to be while he was here.

From what they have heard, the whole arm was broken beyond repair, the fool tried to block his swipe and it hit him hard, grand maester Pycelle had to amputate the whole arm, something that angered the Lannister more, but due to his station and the kings rage after finding out she broke guest right, the Lannister's held their hands. Not that they could really hurt them, his uncle and his wives could wipe out kings landing if it comes to that.

Now here they are, standing in front of the iron throne, his uncle looks pissed and so did his wives. Damien shouted, "this is an insult towards the empire!"

Cersei looked equally pissed, "watch your tongue barbarian" she hissed.

Erza look at her "Barbarian?" she said aghast. "The 13 lands have stood long before your thief of an ancestor stole that pile of rock you call a home."

Cersei respond equally pissed, "how dare-"

Robert loudly interrupted her, "Shut your mouth!" she glared at him but kept her mouth shut.

Robert looks at Gendry and ask him, "tell me son, what really happen."

Gendry wasn't shock like the rest as Robert asked him to call him father after he legitimized him. Gendry told the king exactly what happened, Robert believed him.

Robert looks at Joffrey and Cersei, with nothing but discuss "be happy they are not asking for your heads" the I would give it to them went unsaid.

Cersei tried one last time, "I took you for a king, they main your son, killed good Lannister man, I should wear the armor and you the gown" the throne room was silent at her words, the hand and Renly looked upset at her words and Stannis was grinding his teeth more at the insolence of the queen.

Robert stood from the throne, looked at Cersei and slapped her so hard she fell. Gasped was heard in the throne room. Tywin and Jamie said nothing, but many could tell they were not happy. Cersei got up and rubbed her now bruised cheek.

She looked at Robert, "I shall wear this like a badge of honor." Robert stood in front of her, look her in the eyes menacingly, Cersei could not help but feel fear when she locked eyes with her husband. He then whispered to her, "Wear it in silence, or I'll 'honor' you again." He went back to the iron throne and sat down.

Damien deciding to put an end to this once and for all, he looked at Robert, "I demand a trail by combat." Robert looked at him and sigh, "it is your right."

He looks at Cersei, "this better put an end to it, do I make myself clear" Cersei continue to glare at him, he glared back at her, "I said do, I, make, myself, clear" she continued to glare at him, but answered through grinded teeth, "yes, your grace."

Robert looks at Damien, "who will be your champion?"

Damien looks at Robert confused "champion?"

The hand spoke next, "do you intend to fight?"

Damien answered, "no, lord hand, my nephew will fight his own battle" to a shock Gendry.

Damien walks toward him, placing an assuring hand on his shoulder, "you are ready, it is time for you to show these lowlifes the power that runs in our veins" Gendry looked at his and shook his head agreeing with his uncle. Gendry walk in the center of the throne room and removed his Warhammer form the strap on his back and look at the king.

Robert looks at Cersei and ask her, "well, who will be your champion." Cersei wanted to punish the bastard for the humiliation she suffered here today, she looked at the crowd and found her target by her father sided.

" Ser Gregor Clegane" she announces. "Will you serve the crown as you have served house Lannister and be your future king champion". The mountain already in full armor walked forward and agreed to be her champion, if he can't kill Damien he will kill his nephew.

Gendry look at the mountain, one of the most feared men of Westeros. A fortnight ago, he would have cowered before the mouth, but the man he is now, the mountain is nothing to him.

Robert called the high Septon who was in the crowd forward, he told them to start the duel. Gendry was already in fighting stance and as soon he heard the high Septon words, he charged forward like a wild bull, hammer raised. Before the mountain could properly defend himself, gentry's hammer fell down on his should with all the power Gendry could muster. At the impact the throne room was filled with the stream of the mountain who fell to his knees, his weapon forgotten. Gendry not giving him time to recover, decided to use his quake magic, he grabs the mountain head and concentrates his vibrations around it, resulting in crushing damage. The mountain stop screaming and drop on his back, Gregor Clegane was no more.

The throne was silent, as they saw the great beast of Tywin Lannister brough down. The fact the crown prince of the 13 lands had such powerful magic was a fearful revelation to those who follow the seven in the throne room. Cersei looked shock and murderous at the conclusion of the trial. Tywin looked at the mountain crushed head and still body on the throne room floor, he looks at Cersei and was not pleased.

The shock high Septon spoke "in the sight of gods and man, House Akaishi is found innocent of all crime."

Robert stood from the iron throne, he spoke with a booming voice "this is the end of this, in will hear no more, from either party" he left with Selmy, the hand and his brothers followed him out of the throne room.

Damien and his party went back to their room, they will be leaving this place come morning. The fact that magic is frown upon in this continent, never stood right with him. He will not put his nephew or his wards in danger from the savages of this city. he plans to go to Winterfell for a while and then leave Westeros for the 13 lands. When the morning came, his group thanked the king for his hospitality and left kings landing for the north.
