LuxHutt: Regal Elegance
"I don't know about this," Luxembourg said, staring at himself in the mirror. "This looks a bit strange."
"Nonsense," Hutt River said. "It really suits you. You have the elegance of a prince, after all."
Hutt River had convinced Luxembourg to try out his cloak, and he had to admit that it was perfect for Luxembourg. The other always had a regal air, and with the cloak, he looked like Prince Charming. Too good for Hutt River, but he wasn't going to tell him that. Perhaps, Luxembourg would realise that he was too good for the micronation and decide that he would seek out someone that was better suited.
"This look works for you, perhaps," Luxembourg said. "I just look silly."
Hutt River took a quick picture with his cell phone, sending it to Seborga. Luxembourg whipped around to face him.
"What did you just do?" he demanded.
"I sent your picture to Seborga," Hutt River said. "Ask his opinion."
"What? Why?"
"Because he's the only European that I know well enough that would know about royalty. And the only one that's mature enough to not make things weird."
As he said that, the phone chimed, and Hutt River smiled.
"See?" he asked. "He says you look very handsome in that."
Hutt River didn't know how he felt about the fact that his best friend called his boyfriend handsome, but he still handed over the phone for Luxembourg to see Seborga's answer.
Luxembourg didn't know how he felt about the fact that his boyfriend would ask his best friend's opinion about what he looked like, or that Seborga's opinion seemed to be treated as a winning argument.
Still, he couldn't help but smile at Hutt River's eagerness. He wondered if he should tell him that he used to wear these types of clothes a lot.
Since both of these characters have a princely aura, I decided to go with this. And a bit of insecurity from Hutt River.
