2PNyoAmeLiech: Sweet and Sour

"Come on, boys," Emily taunted. "Are you saying you can't handle a little girl?"

The boys sneered, but none of them were willing to continue with this challenge. Emily Jones was the delinquent of the school, and all attempts to subdue her were met with failure. A few of the boys – another group of delinquents – thought that they could take her down. However, she proved to be the better fighter.

Those that didn't fall under the umbrella of 'delinquent' usually stayed as far away from the American girl as possible. Everyone knew that it was only asking for trouble.

"Oh, here they are," Lili said.

Emily followed after Lili as they went to their seats. It was Lili that wanted to come see the ballet, and Emily would do anything to make the smaller girl happy. So, she was accompanying her.

Emily glanced around, hoping that no one she recognised was there. She had a reputation to protect, after all. And she didn't want Lili to be ostracised because of her. Once she established that no one from their school was there, she relaxed in her seat. She would have prepared herself to sleep, but she knew that Lili would want to talk about the show when it was over.

Swan Lake. Hopefully, it was interesting enough to keep her awake.

I was asked for 2PNyoAmericaXLiechtenstein, with "rough most of the time" Emily being awkward and shy around her crush, though I kind of strayed from that. I opted for the route of her showing her softer side.
