The group sped across the current world as they headed to Japan once more.
'The heroes are in Japan right now?" Hope asked.
"Yeah. Just before you came to get me for this, I got an alert about them going against something." Agent Spect-Hare said.
"Like what?" Rebecca asked.
"The alert didn't say. All it said was that it was all hands on deck." Agent Spect-Hare said. "We wanted to be in small groups so it was harder for the Yo-kai Alliance to get their hands on us, so whatever is causing everyone to come to one place…it has to be dangerous."
"Well, it couldn't be Hoaxy-Coaxy since we kicked his butt." Klonoa said.
"It probably isn't related to the Yo-kai Alliance, but doesn't mean we can ignore it." Sunset said.
"Yes, whatever's going on, we need to investigate." Kagane said.
They flew towards a large shrine where a large battle was already going on.
"Whoa…looks like we came into some major fight. Wait…what the?" Sunset said as she saw one of those figures was a black multi-tailed fox. "Kyubi?"
"But…Kyubi was captured. How…it's a fragment of his soul." Kagane realized.
"That one took the form of Darkyubi." Sunset said. "That would also mean…" she said, seeing a light-oriented being with a snake scarf. "Illuminoct!"
"Now how did those two get here, if their main selves are captured?" Double D wondered. "You don't think Kelly…?"
"Fragmented their souls when he captured and turned them? Yeah…that's what I'm going with." Sunset said, her hands balled into fists and shaking at her side.
"It is possible through alchemy." Miriam said. "That man's evil knows no bounds."
"Maybe if we can get their medals, we can find out where the main ones are being held." Mark pointed out.
"Yeah...I mean…isn't only two of…." Sunset said as a blue Kyubi and a dark Venoct joined the fray.

"They're multiplying!" Klonoa said.
"Where are my teammates?" Agent Spect-Hare said before they soon saw two figures strike against the Kyubis. One being a skilled ninja and the other a ghostly figure floating in the air.

"And the other team's here too. Nice." Agent Spect-Hare said.
"Other team?" Bernadetta asked.
"Oh, right. See, us Yo-kai Heroes are divided into two groups. Myself, Silver Lining, Oridjinn, Shurikenny and D-Stroy are the Sushi Squad. While Little Charrmer, The Jawsome Kid, Unbearaboy, Double Time and Dr. E. Raser are Tempest Force." Agent Spect-Hare said.
"It's mostly cause Silver Lining likes Sushi and Little Charrmer likes Tempura." Sunset said.
"Okay, not the best way to name a team, but we'll roll with it." ZS said. "So, what say we get down there and help the heroes out, huh?"
The Galaxy King lowered itself down to the ground, grabbing the attention of all the present battlers. This attention was further magnified when the doors opened and the Hero Alliance leapt out.
"Well…nice to see some familiar faces." a voice said as a succubus like Yo-kai in red flew down.
"We were hoping for your help." said a male Yo-kai dressed in blue with an electric cape.

"Nice to see you guys!" Sunset said. "What's going on?"
"Oh…nothing much…just some Yo-kai going on a rampage." Little Charrmer said.
"Those Yo-kai are extensions of Venoct and Kyubi." Hope said. "We think they're attacking because of the machinations of the Yo-kai Alliance."
"Taking them down could lead us to finding where they're holding the captured Yo-kai." Mark added. "How many of the attackers are there?"
"Uh…about 5." Little Charrmer said.
"Five? Where is the…" Sunset said as they felt the ground shake as they saw a dark being in a large pot dealing with the rest of the hero teams.

"That's… Wobblewok!" Hope recognized. He had encountered the Boss Yo-kai awhile back, during his first excursion to Skylands. "He's a Yo-kai that's made up of the souls of those who've fallen in battle. He's supposed to be sealed up in the Infinite Inferno!"
"Well, looks like he was let out by a certain group." Emo remarked. "Damn Yo-kai Alliance…How strong is this guy, Victor?"
"Uh…he can be…a challenge?" Hope said, clearly not believing what he was saying.
"Right, no problem then." Emo replied. "We got this in the bag."
(Cue- Big Battle- Digital Devil Saga 2)
They looked over to the big Yo-kai as they saw he was already engaged with a large orange dinosaur, a small boy in a cape and goggles as well as a scientist in white.

Wobblewok just stood there laughing as it fired dark fireballs at the three Yo-kai heroes fighting it.
"Hang on! We're coming!" Izuku said as some of the group started to fight the walking spirit blob as it retreated into its pot for protection.
"No fair, you can't just hide from us!" Ruby said.
"If I remember right…we need to break the seals to get at it." Hope said, pointing to the three seals on the pot.
"Yeah, I remember!" Akane recalled. "We hit those, Wobblewok will come outta that pot of his."
"Say no more!" Cap-P declared as he swiftly leaped to the pot and sliced all three of the seals apart, forcing Wobblewok out of his pot and start attacking once more.
"It's out of its pot! Take it down!" Hope called as the group started attacking it.
"Geocrush!" Ace called, braveshifting to Drevas in its gauntlet form as a projection of Titan appeared behind him as he entered a meditative stance and focused for a moment before he slammed his fist into the ground as a crack formed and approached underneath Wobblewok before a pillar of earth erupted beneath the Yo-kai as Ace followed up with a foot stomp, causing the pillar to burst, dealing high damage.
Wobblewok however was not phased as it started to breath out a large mass of darkness above the heroes before proceeding to drop it down right on them.
"No you don't!" some of the heroes said as they beat back the mass and got it thrown right back into Wobblewok. This causing the Yo-kai to tip over right onto its back. The Yo-kai shrinking down to a small size as a medal rolled out from its pot.
"And, after seven years…" Hope said, picking up the medal. "We got him."
"Yeah. And hopefully, we can get four whacked out Yo-kai to add to that." Weiss said.
It didn't take long for that particular battle to start winding down as Illuminoct, Shadow Venoct, Frostail and Darkyubi were apprehended.
"Nice work, heroes." Silver Lining said.
"Yeah. You got them all." Little Charrmer said.
"Thanks. I was still surprised to see these Yo-kai having broken off from their counterparts." Sunset said. "Though…there's something plaguing me. Why am I getting this feeling…that this fight isn't over?"
*Stomp!* *Stomp!*
The sound of stomping and splashing was heard as a large figure was seen approaching in the water.
It was a giant, purple, three-headed, turtle-like Yo-kai with darker purple skin on its long tail and each of its heads. On its back it has a dark purple shell with five pale red-spotted spikes on it, three large ones and two smaller ones. Its arms and legs have a wavy zigzagged pattern on them and its hands and feet are clawed. Each of its three heads has horns, turquoise tongues, red irises, and two large fangs respectively in addition to multiple smaller fangs. The number of horns on the heads varies, along with some other features. The rightmost head has two horns, green scleras, more angular eyelids, and a much longer tongue that the other two. The middle head has one horn, blue scleras and a more jagged muzzle. The leftmost head has three horns, orange scleras, and eyelids that curve upwards instead of downwards. Its underbelly is a light cream color and there appears to be a red diamond-shaped mark with a black spiral on the center of the chest.

"You gotta be kidding me." Sunset said.
"What the heck is that?!" Klonoa asked.
"It is the Mighty Gamera! Plus two heads!" Ed said in awe.
"No, that's…wait…why does it feel like...I've seen something like this before?" Mukuro said as she remembered way back to when she was Maddiman's subject and saw three small turtle Yo-kai. "No way…these…are those turtles from Maddiman's lab?!"
"You mean… Maddiman made this thing?" Hope said.
"No…he didn't. I remember…he actually released them into the sea after finding no use for them. He didn't wanna subject them to any of his experiments." Mukuro said.
"But how did they become this?" Natyal asked.
"Natyal, have you seen what people dump into the ocean?" ZS asked. "Whole thing's a soup of radiation and microplastics."
"Yeah, people just keep dumping garbage everywhere. Not their problem, they say. Well, guess what? Now this thing is our problem." David said.
"Okay, you both raise good points, but I'm pretty sure the Yo-kai Alliance had a hand in this." Sunset said. "Though I did not expect anything like this. We're going to have to defeat it if we wanna return it to normal."
"Guess we don't have a choice." David said. "I only have four words for you all: Try not to die."
"Same to you." Simon smirked.
"Hmm…everyone, keep that thing back as much as you can. I'll be back!" Sunset said as she ran off.
"Well, since we're holding the line, time to do what I do best." David said as he underwent Sapphire God: Armament Complete. "H̵op͜efull҉y, ̷t̶h͟i̸s̨ foŕm s͞h̢oul̛d b̕e͘ ̵abl̶e ̨to handle ̕the p̷u̢ǹis̛hm͟en͘t ̛nơw."
"You sure your form will last this time?" Kurochi said.
"Pǫsiti͏v̛e.͟ L͟as͢t͟ ̶ti͟me, ̷I ̧got̡ ҉a͞ bi҉t car̸rìed awa͡y. T͘ha͡t's ͜a ҉m̡is͝tak͏e I ͢won'̡t ̛b҉e ̴maki͝ng ̴again͜st͜ ͝this gu͘y.̷" David said.
"I thought your form was still unstable at the time." ZS said.
"It w̕a͠s͘. I͏ t̸hought it̷ w̡ould ̶be a͟ble t̶o tank it at ҉lea͏st.͘ Bu̸t͝ ͠now͝ tha̡t I҉ ha̴ve co͘mpl̨ete ̀c̕ont͟r̕ol o͝v̛ęr it͜,̕ ͘t͝im̡e to̡ se͜e ho͟w m̡uc̀h̨ o͜f a d̛if́fere̕nće ͢it ̶w͘ill ̛m͞a͘k͜e." David said. "Though..̶.͞ ̕S͏o̕m̡e b҉ackup w͢ill b̵e ap̕preciated̛.̸ Evęn wiţh ͞t̷his̡ f̀or͟m,͠ I̴ c̕an̡'t ͢leav̷e ̸a̶ ̧dent iņ th̷i̧s ţhin̛g͘ b͏y͠ my̶se̛lf͞."
"Consider it done." Simon said. "AVAVAGO!" he chanted as he danced and summoned Gomorrah who appeared out of the water as he roared at Yo-kaiju.
Yo-kaiju however was not intimidated by either opponent as it roared and charged into both fighters at once.
"Whoa, this thing is fierce." Hope said.
Gomorrah fought back by clawing and biting as Yo-kaiju did the same. Even going as far as biting into the demon's neck, making it howl in pain.
"Look who's nice and vulnerable." Simon said to David.
"Look ̢a̧g̨ain͝!" David said as Yo-kaiju turned the tides against Gomorrah quickly by biting into its neck instead.
"What a strong Yo-kai." Mayumi said.
Both David and Gomorrah were giving it their all as Yo-kaiju was quickly overpowering both of them. But before it could finish both of them, a fist came and slugged it.
"What?" the group said before they looked over to see a large mech.
"Is that…the Yo-kai Mech from way back?!" Franky said.
"A machine powered by three different Yo-kai. The fiery Blazion, the destructive T-Wrecks, and the singer Sing Kong…I present…Blazikong T!" Sunset called out from inside the mech.
"Giant robot!" most of the boys in the group said in awe.
"Wow…haven't seen that thing since that Gundam thing." Ibuki said.
"It's just like Steel Titan in a way." Haruto said in excitement.
"Thanks to collecting Blazion, T Wrecks and Sing Kong's medals, it's now fully operational again!" Sunset said. "Besides… there's no better way to take on a kaiju, than with a mecha!" she said slugging Yo-kaiju, forcing it off David and Gomorrah.
Yo-kaiju roared as it and the mech duked it out against each other.
"Whoa…that thing packs a punch!" Ash K said.
"It's really amazing." Tanjiro said.
The mecha continued to battled Yo-kaiju, beating it down to the last bit.
"It̕'s͠ w̛e̷a̛k…le̡t's̢ fin̡i̧sh̵ ̢t͜hís ́ưp." David said, charging up an ice blast.
"Time to bring the heat!" Simon said as Gomorrah prepared a powerful breath attack.
"Ultimate Attack!" Sunset said, combining all three Medal powers as she drew out the mech's microphone weapon as its chest gathered power. "Blazikong T…Blaster!"
All three attacks fired as one against Yo-kaiju before it ended in a massive explosion.
"Now that's how you do it!" Jexi cheered.
The group watched as three small turtle Yo-kai emerged from the water as they slowly moved to land and headed into the city.
"So, we're just letting them go after seeing them in that state?" Penny asked.
"I doubt they're any threat like that." Mark replied. "Besides, if the Yo-kai Alliance was really involved, then they'll be safe here, we've cleared the city of their presence."
"Yeah…I think that's finally all of the enemies." Little Charrmer said. "Well done, rookie heroes."
"If that's what you call rookie work, I shudder to think about what veterans go through." Emo said dryly.
"Hahahaha! This one…he is so very funny!" Silver Lining said, patting the warlock on the back.
"So…anyway…about our…" Sunset said.
"Say no more." Silver Lining said. "Consider us…on your side."
"Great…" Sunset said as she collected the medals before a page started to glow. "Whoa…what the…."

Looking inside the Medallium, Asura's page was lit up with the following Yo-kai: Illuminoct, Jawesome Kid, Dr. E. Raser, Slackoon, Pride Shrimp, Unbearaboy, Double Time, and Skillskull.
"That explains it. The Medals we received just now were the other pieces to complete Asura's Legend page." Hope called out.
"Guess we weren't paying attention that much to the Legend Pages on the Medallium." Bow said.
"Yeah…there's still a few that need filling out. Suppose I'll have to hit up the Crank-a-Kai after we're done cleaning up here." Sunset said.
"Whadda mean 'after we're done'?" Eddy asked. "We are done! We got all the Merican Yo-kai, we saved the city, you piloted a giant robot…what else is there to do here?"
"Sorry…just had to say that once." Sunset chuckled.
As the group talked, they were unknowingly being watched by a few figures in suits.
"Boss…did you hear that?" one of them said on a comm.
"Yeah, I hear ya." the Ghoulfather said. "Abandon the area. We've lost our chance to take the heroes."
"Bada bing." a soldier said as the comm was cut.
"So…she'd be broken huh?" the Ghoulfather said looking at Kelly. "Doesn't sound like it."
"Your plan didn't work! Sunset Shimmer is still collecting Yo-kai!" Dame Dedtime said.
"I saw that she was broken when I left." Kelly replied. "I can only assume that she was forcibly pulled out of the state I left her in."
"Yeah, right. You just don't wanna admit you failed big time." McKraken said.
"This 'big time failure', as you call it, is a temporary set-back." Kelly said. "We merely have to push back obtaining the Medallium for now. Once we have our true target, then it won't matter how many medals she has."
"Shut up! All of you!" the Ghoulfather was gripping his seat as the floor and wall behind him all broke inward, silencing the room.
"Crap…the boss is pissed." Agent X said to himself.
"We can all agree…Enma is the main target. However, these punks are something we also can't ignore. So…what will we do? I know exactly what. I'll leave them for Rongo to deal with." the Ghoulfather said.
"As you say." Kelly bowed. "In the meantime, I will continue in my duties."
"And Kelly…if I find out you were lying about being able to capture Enma…I'll kill you myself." the Ghoulfather said.
"Rest assured, Ghoulfather…I no longer need to lie." Kelly smirked as he took his leave.
"I don't trust that Human. He's probably aiming to keep Enma's power for himself, or at the very least, betray us if things go his way." Dame Dedtime said.
"I can handle one puny human." The Ghoulfather said. "If he says he can capture Enma, it works for me to give him a shot. And once we got his power…we'll be able to make our dreams into reality." he said looking up to the sky. "All of our dreams…no one will be looking down…on any of us…"
