The Galaxy King was parked a bit away from the school as the group inside waited before Kabuki returned.

"So?" Sunset asked.

"Well…good news is that Agent X has not murdered anyone inside yet." Kabuki said.

"And what's the bad news?" Adora asked.

"He's not the only Yo-kai here. Inside, four non-turned Yo-kai are keeping the students and faculty inside with their inspiriting. While two monster Yo-kai are patrolling the entrances." Kabuki explained.

"So, what's the plan? We only have so many hours left until Agent X begins the execution process." Noel said.

"First of all, calm down." Sunset said. "Kabuki, where is Agent X?"

"Well, he patrols the school every 15 minutes to make sure all is okay. For the rest of the time, he's holed up in Principal Celestia's office." Kabuki said.

"So essentially, once we get inside the school, we have 15 minute windows between his patrols to rescue everyone before we take him down." Glimmer said.

"Yes…provided we actually get in." Kabuki said showing footage of the patrollers. One of them being a humanoid horse and the other being a humanoid cow.

"Talk about deja vu." Rutee said.

"It's those two again, from the Blue Planet." Zephyr said.

"Moolinda and Neighthan." Sunset said.

"Been a while since we saw those two." David said.

"Who are they exactly?" Klonoa asked.

"They're Classic Yo-kai we met awhile back. But now looks like Kelly got to them and made them monstrous guards." Sunset said.

"Should we use force to get through? Or would that end up attracting Mr. X?" Hapi asked.

"The way I see it, we're going to have to confront them eventually. Question is, if we want to juggle them and Mr. X at the same time or not." Lancer stated.

"I think we should only attack one entrance and leave the other guarded by the Yo-kai we don't attack. That way, we don't have to deal with three opponents at once." Kendo suggested.

"Either way, we still need to purify the two." Hermit said.

"You all are still forgetting there are four other Yo-kai inside…WITH…Agent X." Kabuki said.

"Right….getting ahead of ourselves." Kendo said.

"Obviously we all can't just blitz it or he'll kill them immediately." Jexi said.

"Yes. This kind of task will require stealth and a LOT of deep planning." David said.

"We'd better come up with a plan fast, we're on the clock." Vashyron said. "But we can't do anything that X will expect. When we tried our last tactic against him and Kelly, they made it blow up in our faces."

"Well darlings, if I may make a suggestion." Rarity-2 spoke up. "Instead of the usual people making the plan, I.E. our signature strategists… perhaps we should have someone else make the plan for once?"

"She has a point. It's about time we start thinking outside the box." David said.

"Oh yeah…our time to shine." Rainbow said. "This is our school after all. We know all the ins and outs. Now…he'd need a big space to keep them all. So they're either in the gym or cafeteria or both."

"Okay…good suggestions but…how do we plan to actually get inside?" Rarity asked.

"We can do what that girl's doing." Pinkie suggested.

"What?" Sunset said as they looked out the window to see a girl with green hair walking in and out of the school, the guards not even taking notice of her.

"Whoa, they're straight up ignoring her. It's like they don't even notice." Emo said. "Is it some kind of veil spell?"

"No magic of any kind. I think they genuinely don't notice her even though she's there." Princess Twilight said. "Who is she?"

"No idea. Must be new." Pinkie said.

"...I've been at CHS for a long time and I have never seen her before now." Sunset said.

"It's not that she has magic or anything…it's just no one really pays attention to her." Hope said. "She's been at the school all along, but no one notices. She's invisible in plain sight."

"...I think we just found out way in." Adora smiled. "Sunset, are there any Yo-kai we've folded into the night parade that can make us completely invisible like her?"

"Dimmy, Blandon and Nul should be able to do just that." Sunset said.

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's call that triple combo out!" DW typed.

"All right." Sunset said, summoning all three at once. "Hmm…we'll need to keep the guards distracted. Adora, Trish, you both are on distraction duty. Keep those two busy while me and my team go inside and save the students."

"Got it." Adora said.

"You can count on us." Trish said.

With that, Adora and Trish split up from the group to take on the two altered Yo-kai. Trish headed to battle Gozu while Adora went to deal with Mezu.

"Okay, they're distracted." Sunset said as her team, consisting of the Mane 7, the Mane 6, Team Go-Go, and Starlight slipped in undetected.

"Okay, looks like we're in." Starlight said.

"So…next step?" Applejack-2 asked.

"We deal with the four Yo-kai keeping everyone trapped. Then I get close to Agent X and peer into his mind, find the location, then we kick his butt." Sunset said.

"A sound plan." Cap-P commended. "Lead the way."

"Yeah, lead the way, Sunset." Tomnyan said standing behind the group.

"Tomnyan? Why…oh…I see." Sunset said.

"You aren't the only one who has beef with that fella. I need to make him pay." Tomnyan said.

"Right. Our first step is…" Sunset said before they all heard heavy footsteps. They looked down to see a large muscly Yo-kai with poofy orange hair shaped into wings marching at them.

"He looks like that guy from the hospital." Fluttershy said.

"Yeah…except…much more impatient. So impatient they call him the king of the world of impatience." Sunset said.

"Grrr….quit making me wait!" he called out as he charged right at them. They quickly dodged as he charged right through a bunch of lockers and a wall.

"Wow. That's more of a mess in seconds than what Natsu's done in a day." Applejack said.

"He'll be happy to hear that, I'm sure." Emo deadpanned.

"You all are…keeping me waiting." Tut'n'K'mon called out as he charged once more, this time with Alkal blocking him.

"Go on without me! I'll try and wear him down." Alkal said as he punched the Yo-kai in the face, sending them reeling back.

"Thanks, Alkal!" Rainbow said as they ran down the hall.

They ventured further into the school where they saw some of the students being kept inside the cafeteria.

"There they are but why haven't they tried to escape?" Pinkie asked.

"Now listen, you all need to follow my way. And my way says we stay here." Vice Principal Luna said.

"I have made an important decision, no running away is allowed." Principal Celestia said.

Sunset, suspicious, shined her light and revealed two figures. A snake-like creature pointing at itself, and a devil-like Yo-kai.

"So that's it. Mython makes you self centered and Decidevible forces you into snap decisions." Sunset said.

"But…this doesn't look like all the students." Fluttershy said.

"They must be keeping the rest in the Gym." Sunset said.

"But first…" Rainbow said as she and Rainbow-2 dashed into the cafeteria and took care of the two Yo-kai and snagging their medals.

"Nice play." Starlight said as they moved towards the gym.

Upon reaching it, they saw the students cowering in fear at a large figure with messy hair and a very scary face.

"He's a big fellow, isn't he?" Cap-P remarked.

"Big and scary. He tends to make those he inspirits put on scary faces themselves to scare others." Sunset said.

"I got this." Applejack said as she went in there and lifted the big Yo-kai up and hurled him into the wall, knocking him out.

"Whoa…he's actually a nice guy! He probably would have stepped aside if I asked him." Sunset said.

"Oh…uh…sorry about that!" Applejack said.

"It's…okay…" Hairum Scarum said weakly.

"That's all the Yo-kai. Now…everybody out!" Sunset said as the students started running out of the building.

"No more hostages now. Now…we just need to figure out where Agent X is." Twilight said.

"He should be in the office." a voice said.

"Wow, thanks for that." Sunset said to the group.

"We didn't say anything." the group replied.

"Uh…over here." the voice said as they turned and saw the girl from earlier standing at the door.

"Oh…it's you. The new girl." Pinkie said.

"New girl? I've been going here for as long as you guys." she said.

"Really? Wow…it's…amazing we did not notice." Sunset said.

"Wait, how do you know where X Might be?" Rainbow asked.

"I've been watering the garden outside and passed by him. He doesn't really notice me, nor do the guards." she said. "Or…pretty much anyone. Oh…I'm Wallflower Blush by the way."

"Pleasure. And thanks for the tip." Sunset said as they hurried over to his office until Team Go-Go and Tomnyan stopped as the girls raced ahead. The small team looking over at Wallflower.

"So…how long you gonna hide it?" Emo asked.

"Hide what?" Wallflower asked.

"I'm talking…about this!" Emo said, pulling something from Wallflower's pocket, this being a watch with a red wristwrap, and a golden frame.

"That's…the Yo-kai Watch Dream!" Tomnyan said.

"You mean…" Cap-P realized. "Blush, have you ever encountered someone by the name of Dennis?"

Hearing the name caused Wallflower's face to light up. "Dennis? Y-Yeah, I did! We only met for an hour or two, but…he made me feel more seen than I ever was in my life. He said this watch would help me make so many friends, and…it has!" she said, acting more expressive than she had been before. "Do you all know him? Is he here?"

The heroes and Yo-kai looked at each other uneasily, before Emo chose to bite the bullet. "Wallflower…I'm sorry, but there's something you need to know about the guy who's taken the school…"

The rest of the group charged into the office as Agent X sat at the desk.

"Well well…if it isn't little miss Yo-kai tamer." Agent X said. "You got a lot of nerve. Ruining my school eXtermination thing. I was kinda looking forward to it."

"It's over, X. Give it up, now." Sunset said.

"Give it up? I don't think you know who you're eXtorting!" Agent X said as he got up. "I'm the right hand of the Ghoulfather, his enforcer, his ride or die…his eXecutor!" Agent X said as he grew into his bigger, more threatening boss form. "And as Headmaster…I say all of you girls…are eXpelled!" he said laughing.

"You wanna get to the Ghoulfather? You gotta go through me!" he said as he smashed the desk apart.

"Uh…Sunset…plan?" Princess Twilight asked.

"I need to get behind and touch him." Sunset said.

"We'll get his attention then. Get ready." Applejack-2 said as the Mane 6, Starlight, and Sunset's friends all went on the attack against Agent X as Sunset moved quietly and slinked behind him.

"All right…let's see what we got." Sunset said, touching him. In the memory, she saw the Ghoulfather and Agent X meeting for the first time and Agent X getting his own name. "Not that one." she said as she tried again, only seeing him killing multiple Yo-kai Watch users, Jujutsu sorcerers and a few exorcists. "No! It's gotta be here somewhere…" she said, trying again but getting something different.

"You sure we can trust that alchemist guy? Keller or whatever he's called?" Agent X said.

"We don't have to trust him. He just needs to do his job. Besides, I'll kill him after he's no longer useful. But for now, we need him to help ice the current Lord Enma." the Ghoulfather said.

"Yeah. I just don't feel comfy trusting some human from the Shinto Universe." Agent X said.

"Like I said, it don't matter if we trust him. Moment the job is done…bada bing…the whole multiverse is gonna know the name Ghoulfather."

"Shinto…I…I got it! I got it!" Sunset said happily before she saw Agent X staring her down. "Uh oh…"

"Sneaky little rat. So that's what you were after." Agent X said as he grabbed her. "Too bad you won't get to use the info for anyone. Not even for your friends." he said, showing her overpowered friends lying on the ground. "Now…I'm gonna do what we should have done at the mall." he said, starting to crush her in his hands. "Put the eXtra hard squeeze on you!"

Just as Sunset started feeling the pressure on her bones, however…

"You!"

Agent X looked to the doorway of the office, seeing Wallflower standing there, tears of sadness and anger steaming down her face. "Is it true?! Were you the one who killed Dennis?!"

"Huh? Who the hell is this? Don't remember her among the students." Agent X said.

"Nobody ever does…nobody but him…!" Wallflower seethed. "I…I'll make you pay!"

"With what?" Agent X taunted the student.

"With this!" Wallflower said, showing the Yo-kai Watch Dream.

"What? So that's why I couldn't find it on him. Well, this makes things so much easier for me." Agent X said as he crept towards Wallflower.

"Come on out my friend! Calling…Tomnyan! Yo-kai Medal…do your thing!" she said, inserting the medal.

The setting appeared to be a small roulette wheel with the charming cheerleaders as Tomnyan stood in the middle and danced.

Tomnyan then ate the sushi as a bell rang.

Tomnyan danced in celebration before appearing. "Tomnyan!"

"What?! She shouldn't have any medals!" Agent X said.

"I got one…as part of the gift from Mr. Dennis." Wallflower said.

"And guess…what? She wasn't the only one…summoning." Sunset said, showing a medal in her watch as a familiar red cat appeared.

"Jibanyan!" Jibanyan called out as he stood by Tomnyan. "We won't let you…"

"Have your way." Tomnyan said as both cats pounced on him.

"Paws of Fury/Centicuffs!" both cats said as they rapidly started striking him with their paws.

"Grraagghhh!" Agent X roared as he charged up an attack. "EX-ceptional Hate!" he shouted as he unleased green flames at the two cats only for the cats to take the heat and continue beating him down.

"EXplosive EXcisions!" the Boss Yo-kai called as he threw a ball of green fire at them. Even still, they continued to beat him down. "A-Again! Again!" he tried over and over, getting more desperate by the second. "Why the hell…won't you all eXpire?!"

"Ha…did you forget…" Jibanyan said.

"We already died!" both cats said as they focused all their attacks on his face, forcing him to let go of Sunset as he was being knocked towards the window before he was sent flying right out of it. "You're nothing…compared to a truck!"

The Ghoulfather's right hand man fell from the window, landing in the dirt with a resounding crash. Pulling his head out of the dirt, he saw the group approaching him. "You kids…you got no idea who you're messing with. The Ghoulfather's gonna change the multiverse. We're gonna… live in the worlds we always dreamed of. You think you can stand in the way of something that eXceptional?"

"I don't care about this Ghoulfather." Wallflower stated as she pulled something out of her pocket. "I just want you to know…what it's like to lose."

"What's…?" Agent X started to ask before he chuckled. "A rock? What, you gonna…stone me to death?"

"No." the young girl stated in cold rage as she held the stone out towards Agent X, light coming off of it before a beam shot out and hit the Yo-kai boss, causing images to flow out of his head as he yelled out in pain. After a few seconds, the light faded, Agent X kneeling on the ground, seemingly unharmed.

"Is he…?" Emo started to ask before the second-in-command sat up, looking around confused.

"Huh? Where am I?" he said, sounding much less threatening and unsure of himself, before he saw the group standing ahead of him. "Oh! Uh…hi." he waved at them. "Hey, can any of you tell me where I am? Or…who I am, for that matter?"

"Holy crap. You wiped his whole memory?!" Alkal said.

"I…guess so?" Wallflower Blush replied. "I found this rock a few weeks ago. I think it's something like all the weird magic stuff that pops up every once in a while."

"I…think it's probably best if you don't carry that around." Alkal said, taking it.

"So, what do we do with him?" Emo pointed to Agent X, whose attention had been drawn to a ladybug flying around him as he stared at it in interest.

"I have an idea.' Sunset said. "Okay. Your name is Agent X. You're the school groundskeeper and love gardening and nature."

"Right…I'm the groundskeeper. And looks like I got lots of work to do." Agent X said as he headed to the toolshed.

"Well, not how I expected this to turn out, but…I'm not complaining." RD-2 stated.

"Yeah…hopefully he doesn't regain his memories…ever." Sunset said.

Back in front of the school, Sunset shined her light on the horse and cow, reverting them to normal.

"Ah…so this is the fabled Memory Stone." Princess Twilight said.

"This is from our world. It must have been hidden in this one so no one could use it." Starlight said.

"If the memories in the stone stay in here for 3 days or longer, they stay erased." Princess Twilight said.

"So you had it the whole time you were in school?" Sunset asked.

"Maybe..." Wallflower said. "I only used it to erase little things. Awkward hellos, saying the wrong thing, literally any public speaking…. And I almost thought about using it to torment you."

"So what changed your mind?" Sunset said.

"...Dennis did." Wallflower said.

During a time during a hero's break…

Wallflower walked the gardens late at night as she held the stone in her hands. "Just erase all the good things Sunset has done. Make them remember how wicked she really is. And maybe the hero stuff too." she said, preparing to use it before bumping into someone.

"Oh…pardon. Didn't realize you were there." Dennis said standing there. "Weird looking rock."

"It's mine. I…" she said before seeing Tomnyan beside Dennis. "What's…with that cat?"

"Wait…you can see him? Well…isn't that something." Dennis said with a smile as he took her somewhere private. "So…you're feeling like you've forgotten too? Well, can't blame ya for feeling like that. I've been feeling it myself nowadays. No one is interested in my Yo-kai summoning act."

"You know what it's like? It sucks." Wallflower said. "Being invisible to others, like you don't exist at all… going through your life without no one ever acknowledging you once."

"Well…I'm acknowledging you now. That must mean something." he said, Wallflower showing a small smile at the man, before showing her something. "In fact, I have something that can help you make friends." he said, presenting her with the Yo-kai Watch Dream. There's even already a medal in it. Someone who has always been there for me, I'm sure he'll be there for you too if you call him. Just promise…you won't do anything crazy for attention…okay?"

Wallflower looked at the stone before putting it aside. "Deal." she said as they shook on it. "So…what's it like? Your act?"

"Oh, you wanna see?" Dennis asked in excitement, as he pulled out a few medals. "Well, it goes something like this…"

The rest of the night was spent with Wallflower learning about Dennis's act and his place as the Cosmic Circus, meeting with his Yo-kai friends, while she spoke about the gardening club she founded and ran at her school. It was a night the girl would remember for a long time.

It was the first time she felt that someone cared.

"If he hadn't stopped me that night, a lot of people would have forgotten about your good side as well as the heroes you're with." Wallflower said.

"(Thank you, Dennis.)" Sunset thought to herself. "Well, for what it's worth…I am sorry for not noticing you before. It's…something I've had trouble with."

"You're getting better at it." Jexi said as the others arrived. "All the students and faculty made it out safely."

"And…don't worry about me. I'm not lonely." Wallflower said, showing the multiple Dream Medals she had.

"Wow…kinda look like poker chips." Peacock said.

"They're Dream Medals. A different variation of some regular medals. Only usable with me and the Yo-kai Watch Dream." Sunset said.

"Yeah…Dennis…gifted them to me before he…you know…" Wallflower said.

"Don't worry…you avenged him today. Always remember it." Sunset said as Wallflower smiled. "No one deserves to be forgotten."

As the group headed back to the Galaxy King, Wallflower watched them go, having an internal debate with herself, before she called out to them. "I…I know wherever you're going…it's somewhere I can't go with you! But…if you ever need me for some reason…" she quieted down.

"...To be honest, I probably will need you!" Sunset called back, Wallflower looking up in surprise.

"Wait…r-really?" Wallflower said.

"Definitely. If something happens to me…someone has to carry on in my stead." Sunset said. "Keep making friends…both with Yo-kai and people!"

Wallflower nodded with a smile, as she watched the Galaxy King lift off and fly away. "I will. I promise! Thank you!" she said, looking down at the medals. "I'm not alone…"

"So, the Yo-kai Alliance is hiding in the Shinto Universe, huh?" Archer said as the group reconvened in the Galaxy King.

"Makes sense. The Yo-kai originated there before moving to the Beast Universe." Sunset said.

"And it seems Kelly is also from there. And after running a map scan…lucky us…there's only one world that has him as a resident." Jet said.

"We've found your house, you sonova gun!" ZS cackled. "We've got this in the bag!"

"This is it…we're finally marching towards the final battle." David said.

"Yeah but I have no clue what Kelly will have up his sleeve." Sunset said.

"Then there's no sense in waiting." Mark said, smashing his hands together. "We go in, we find Kelly and the Ghoulfather…and we end this, full force."

"Now we're talking!" Carmine said in excitement.

"As reckless as it is, directly confronting them would be our best option." Double D admitted. "In a straight fight, I doubt the Yo-kai Alliance would emerge victorious."

"I mean…you have a point, but-" Kieran started, only to do a double take in Sunset's direction. "Uh…guys?" he said.

The reason for his reaction? A swirl of red and black that had appeared around Sunset.

"Wait, that's how Kelly disappeared back in Sunset Mall!" Mark remembered. "How is this…?!"

"No…" Sunset realized as she lifted her shirt a little, an alchemical symbol appearing on her stomach. "He must've slipped this on me back at the mall!"

"He tagged you? Like a dolphin?! What for?!" Makoto said.

"I recognize that symbol…" Miriam realized. "It's a transfer rune! He's teleporting her!"

"Oh crap! Sunset, hold on, we'll-!" Sanji tried to say and they and several other group members raced towards her.

But it was too late, as Sunset disappeared in the swirl, leaving the spot she was occupying empty.

"...Damn it." Miriam growled.

"Jet…get us to that world." Jexi said.

"Already got the coordinates plugged in." Jet said. "Let's go!"

And so, the group sprang into action, as each of them felt that the final stage of their adventure had begun…
