Will was on a date with Mathias. He smiled at the Dane's antics, and right now he started to relate an amusing story.
"Emil was stuck with blue and green hair for the rest of the week!" Mathias exclaimed. "He ended up wearing a lot of hats. Has anything like that ever happened with you before?"
"Well, nothing like that," Will said. "But hic there was this time that hic…"
Will clamped his hand on his mouth as another hiccup shook his body. Mathias looked at him with concern.
"Are you okay?" Mathias asked.
Will took a few sips of his drink. He waited for a moment before he sighed.
"I'm okay HIC!"
He blushed, and Mathias burst out laughing.
"I'm sorry," he said. "But this is kind of funny."
Will glared at Mathias as he took a few more sips of water and almost choked when he got a hiccup mid-sip.
"Try holding your breath," Mathias said. "That always hic…"
Mathias froze as the hiccup escaped his mouth, followed by another one a few seconds later. Will couldn't help it. He started laughing. Soon enough Mathias joined in.
