Kasem returned home, already feeling a headache coming on. He went over towards the nearest couch and plopped himself on it, trying to recover from the day.
"Hey Kas," Yong Soo greeted, entering the room too. "How was your day?"
"Crap," Kasem sighed. "Three meetings, the documents I needed for one of them went missing, my computer crashed and needed to be reset, and my deadline was moved up from next month to this week."
Yong Soo winced. He walked up behind Kasem and started to massage his shoulders. Kasem sighed, leaning his head back. Yong Soo kissed him on the forehead.
"Why don't you go take a nap?" Yong Soo suggested. "I'll wake you up when it's time for dinner."
Kasem was quiet for a while before he sighed, nodding his head.
"I guess I'll do that," Kasem said.
He drank a painkiller and went to lie down. Though sleep didn't come, the headache disappeared and he was starting to relax. It seemed to be far too soon when Yong Soo called him for dinner.
When he arrived in the kitchen, he was surprised to see a familiar dish on the table. Yong Soo smiled at him.
"I thought you'd prefer some pad thai," Yong Soo explained.
Kasem smiled and hugged the Korean.
"Thank you," he said. "I think I need it."
