Hey guys Kurama here with another chapter of Gamer: Path of the Demon King and I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Let's begin!
-Timeskip-
It's been a few days since I unlocked my Second Origin and I must say it was the best decision of my life, barring the excrutiating pain.
Since then, I've been either training with Erza on my swordsmanship or doing jobs with Lucy, who recently woke up alongside Happy from their long coma.
The whole Guild's good mood was restored a few minutes after their awakening, which I was somewhat happy about.
Conversing with a few members allowed me to get rid of the [Remorseless] trait, which I was excited about as that shit really hindered me in terms of feeling emotions.
[Gamer's Mind] allows me to think more logically but now I can be overwhelmed by my Sins.
For example, I unleashed my full wrath on both Natsu and Gray for touching my food, which guranteed that they wouldn't do it for a long time.
I know that because they commented that I was scarier than Erza on a bad hair day so yeah, that was my [Sin of Wrath] acting up.
Speaking of them, I also unlocked Lucy's, Natsu's and Erza's Second Origins at their request and we formed the newly improved Team Natsu.
The plan for now is to make sure that Lucy gets the rest of the Golden Keys as that could be essential in her getting Star Dress.
But before I could even do that, I see an explosion near the Guild so I jump out my window and fly off in that direction, silently hoping that none of them were hurt.
"So... you idiots thought it was a good idea to mess with one of the most powerful Guilds in all of Fiore. Should I attribute your arrogance to stupidity or something else?" I say, taking out my Demon King Sword and stare at my Guild's assailants.
Using [Observe, I find out that every single member of that Guild are weak compared to some of our strongest members like Erza or Gildarts.
Tch, this won't even be a challenge.
"Iron Dragon... ROARRRRRRRRRR!" Gajeel yells, firing off a very powerful tornado with sharp metal shards inside of it but I simply retaliate with a small [Firebolt, which causes a small explosion in the middle our make shift arena.
I then my superior speed to throw him far away as I do the same for some of the much powerful Phantom Lord Guild members to my Fairy Tail friends 'cause they need to test their current strength.
Plus, this will be a great way for me to see if they can handle themselves when I'm not around.
-Natsu-
"This is gonna be fun, Salamander!" Gajeel roared, charging with his fist cocked back.
'Fire beats metal and since I have my Second Origin, which in turned has allowed to unlock more of my Dragon Slayer abilities, I should be fine.' Natsu thought, blocking a fist from Gajeel that was aimed for his head and retaliates with a strong kick to his chest, sending him flying a few feet back.
"Fire Dragon's Sword Horn!" Natsu yelled as he coated himself in fire and lunged towards Gajeel, who was smirking despite the pain he was in.
"That wasn't too bad but this is what a true Dragon Slayer can do." Gajeel said, headbutting the Fire Dragon Slayer and then proceeded to to follow through a nasty kick to the ribs.
"Iron Dragon... ROARRRR!" The blast sends Natsu flying a few kilometers back but using his magic to set his body on fire, he charges in once more with a [Fire Dragon Sword Horn].
Stopping mid way, the Salamnader would then attack him with a flurry of kicks that Gajeel is able to stop rather easily but Natsu uses that oppurtunity to fire off a [Fire Dragon Roar] at point blank range.
"Not bad Salamander but that's still not enough to stop me or help you get to your little Fairy Tail pals." Gajeel taunted, wiping the blood off his mouth.
Moving on the offensive, Gajeel covers his arms in Iron Dragon's scales as he yelled out.
"Iron Dragon's Hard Fist!"
Natsu dodged the barrage of punches and channeled as much magic as he could into his fists.
This was the end of the fight for he he had no more time to waste.
Not when his friends, his family were at the mercy of people like he was a while ago.
"Fire Dragon's Iron Fist Frenzy!" Natsu roared back as he dodged another strike from Gajeel and responded with a barrage of fiery punches that attacked him from all different angles.
With one last punch to his stomach, Natsu was confident he had defeated the Iron Dragon Slayer, which was evident in the fact that Gajeel Redfox was now unconscious.
'Damn, forgot to ask him if he saw his Dragon parent or Igneel. Ah well, I'll just ask him later.' Natsu thought before running in the direction of the Fairy Tail Guild.
-Lucy-
"Let's finish this already. I have better things to do than waste my time on a pathetic summoner." Totomaru scowls, ignting his hands on fire as a rainbow danced across his entire body without setting him or his clothes on fire.
'From the looks of it, he can use fire magic, which is a pretty basic element. I've got Tauros, Aquarius, Cancer, Capricorn, Sagittarius, Virgo and Leo as well my Silver Keys. As long as I pace myself while also being careful I should be able to win.' Lucy thought before taking out a Golden Key from her keychain.
"Time for ya to burn! Yellow Fire!" Totomaru shouts as he throws a yellow fireball the size of a basketball at the Celestial Spirit user.
"Star Dress Mix: Aquarius x Scorpio!" Lucy yells out as she places two keys on her chest which incorporates the power of the aforementioned Celestial Spirits into her body as the fireball hits her.
When the smoke disappates, it would be revealed however that not only was she not affected by the attack but that she also appears to be fine.
She now appears to be wearing a combination of the Aquarius Form and Scorpio's, obtaining a bikini set that sports a zigzag design and bulky armor around their limbs.
A belt with Scorpio's and Aquarius' zodiac sign is tied around their waist and a large gun shaped like a scorpion's tail is placed at the back.
Furthermore, the user's hair becomes tied up in pigtails and an additional Aquarius sign is located between the user's collarbone whilst in this state.
All in all, this power not only showed case the bond she has with her Celestial Spirits but also her love for her Guild and how far she was willing to go to protect those she loved and cared about.
"I don't have time for this. I need to to get to my friends and help them save our Guild." Lucy remarked, feeling the power of her keys coursing through her.
"Good thing ya won't make it far!" The Fire mage replied with snark in his voice as his flames went from yellow to blue with his expression growing more manic by the second.
"Blue Flame: El Diablo!" Totomaru yelled out as his physical features took on a more sinister and demonic turn.
Two devils horns would sprout from his forehead as his nails would turn into claws, a tail would sprout from his back and to complete the demonic transformation, his irises were now gone and were instead replaced by glowing white eyes.
"So are you ready to dance with the devil?" Totomaru asks with a manic look.
"Bring it on freak!" Lucy shouted at him with a look of determination.
"El Diablo's Blue Flames!" The demonic wizard shouted as he fired a concentrated stream of blue fire at the Celestial Spirit mage, who dodges by doing a backflip.
The fire mage would follow up by firing multiple fireballs at the Star Dress user but she creates a shield using her proficiency in water magic to block the attacks.
"Come on little fairy, you know you can't hold that shield on forever. You're going to break at some point and when you do, I'll be there waiting to take to hell!" He yelled out in excitement, switching from shooting fireballs to firing a concentrated stream of blue flames at Lucy.
'I need to end this before the shield breaks. Though on second thought maybe I won't need it.' She thought as she dispelled the water shield and rolled to the side to dodge the stream of fire.
Lucy would quickly stand up and run towards Totomaru with neck breaking speeds as she focused a decent portion of mana into her hands.
"Aqua Storm!" She shouted, unleashing her attack as the fire wizard was then hit by a swirling storm of water and sand, causing him to scream in pain and defiance.
When the storm fades away, it is revealed that Totomaru is severly injured but is alive nonetheless.
'Now that it's over, I can go help the others win their fights.' Lucy before sprinting off in the direction of her Guild.
-Erza-
"So, it looks like I've been blessed with the oppurtunity to fight the legendary 'Titania' herself. I hope you won't dissapoint me too much." Aria sneered.
"Likewise. Requip: Nakagami Armour." Erza replied before transforming into a new armour.
She now appears wearing a crown on her head as the armor is mainly gold and dark teal in coloration. A seemingly gravity defying white cloth is on her back. Large lion carved metal plates sit on her shoulders.
As for her weaponry, she now wields a staff with blades on either end, making thus one of her strongest armours to date.
"Changing armour won't make any difference since you're still going to lose." Aria said, feeling confident in his abilities and the knowledge he had on Erza.
"We'll see about that. Nakagami Starlight!" Erza called out before lunging towards her opponent while swinging her halberd with brute force, cutting the space before them and delivered a huge amount of damage to her current opponent, which was evident by the fact that Aria was now unconscious.
"It's finally over but there's still much to be done. I need to regroup with the others and deal with this threat." She muttered, grabbing Aria by the leg and dragged his knocked out body with her in search of her guildmates.
-Laxus-
"It appears that you are my opponent. For the sake of my Guild and my goals, I will not hold back." Sol said calmly.
"Be prepared to lose then." Laxus replied as lightning danced around his body.
The Lightning Dragon Slayer would then charge in at inhuman speeds then cupped his hands together as the lightning condensed into a ball of eletrical energy and as he threw it, he would yell out...
"Lightning Dragon Slayer Secret Art: Heavenly Distortion!"
The attack would then hit the wind mage with full force as he
'Such magnificient power... is this the true power of a Guild like Fairy Tail?' Sol thought before the darkness claimed his consciouness.
"Heh, my Dragon Slayer Secret Art was unnescessary here since he was much weaker than I expected." Laxus muttered, a bit annoyed by his fight with unconscious mage before him.
"Still..." Laxus said looking on to see the battle José and his grandfather raging on.
Lightning would once more dance around his body as he sped off in the direction of what would appear to be the main battle, knowing that the faster he resolved this the faster he would achieve his own dreams..
-Gray-
"Drip... drip... fall asleep to Juvia's lullaby." Juvia intoned in a monotone voice as a comedic sweatdrop would appear on Gray's face as he thought to himself.
'Why do I always fight the crazy ones?' He thought before flaring up his mana and slipped into a fighting stance.
The power boost he got from unlocking his Second Origin was something special as it gave him a new power he didn't know he had.
That power was a type of Lost Magic that was similiar to Natsu's though instead of slaying Dragons it was for demons.
Dante named it Ice Devil Slayer Magic, which sounded pretty cool although a bit edgy if Gray was being honest with himself.
Still, he couldn't deny the power that he got from this type of Ancient Magic as well as unlocking his Second Origin.
"Now then, let's end this quickly. Ice Devil's Rage!" Gray bellowed, releases a large purple blizzard of cold air, ice and snow from his mouth, directing it towards the Water mage, who remained calm despite the powerful attack heading her way.
"We'll see about that. Water Nebula!" She shouted, creating two columns of water, which rotated around each other and formed a helix that came in contact with the purple blizzard as the two spells would fight for control.
'I can't lose here. Not after everything I've done to get stronger. As long as I'm still standing then I haven't lost yet.' He thought, memories of his time at Fairy Tail flashing vividly into his mind as he pushed more of his mana into the attack.
'What is this!? His attack got stronger all of sudden. Is this the power of love?' Juvia thought as she was then overwhelmed by the wave of mana hitting her with full force, causing to scream in pain as her body hit a wall, which in turn knocked her out.
"Now that that's done and over with, I can go help the others win their fights against these guys." Gray muttered before sprinting off in the direction of his Guild, hoping to not be late to the party.
-Dante-
"What's wrong José, can't fight by yourself? Are you that weak that you need to use your Guild members like pawns?" I ask him in a mocking tone, using [Taunt] to piss him off.
"Grr... I'll show you 'weak' boy!" José before pressing a button as the building of his Guild reveals a cannon, which then charges and fires a compressed beam of energy at me.
In response, I use my sword's ability [Storm of White Flames] to counter the energy blast as they both collide into each other, resulting in a beam struggle.
"What are you waiting for?! HELP ME ALREADY! The Dark Guild Master yells at the top of his lungs towards his Guild members, who then fire a ton of magic spells at me.
"Lightning Dragon's... ROAR!"
"Ice Devil's Rage!"
"Fire Dragon's... ROAR!"
"Aqua Storm!"
"Nakagami Starlight!"
With the sudden help from Laxus, Gray, Natsu and Lucy who deal with the oncoming waves of attacks while Erza defeats the other members of Phantom Lord with relative ease.
Thanks to their support, I'm then able force a bit more mana into the sword, resulting in the lightning storm overwhelming the Jupiter Cannon's energy beam and winning the beam struggle as the weapon would then explode upon contact.
"Nooo, you fool! Do you have any idea what you have done?!" José yells angrily upon seeing his destroyed weapon.
"I believe we just won ya dumb cunt. Now take your sorry excuse of a Guild out of my face." I growl at him as he and few members quickly run away, leaving Gajeel and Juvia as well the destroyed Jupiter Cannon behind.
"Why'd you stay? You know we're gonna kick your ass, right?" Natsu asks them.
"Tch, don't kid yourself with that shit Salamnader. I'm only staying 'cause of Demon boy over there." Gajeel replies whilst jabbing his thumb at me.
"Juvia wants to stay here for another reason and that reason is love!" She says happily while Natsu just stares at her with a look of confusion on his face.
"Love? What does love have to do with this?" He asks her, still confused by what she said.
"Everything! Juvia was a fool to have hurt her dearly beloved Gray..." Juvia says before sprinting off to where he was.
Right...
Anyway, the rest of the situation is handled pretty smoothly.
José and his Guild members are arrested, including Juvia and Gajeel as they were part of his Guild though I imagine that they would be put under probation for defecting to our Guild in the end.
I spot an uncomfortable Levy trying to read but is instead bombarded with praises from both Jet and Droy.
The most reasonable thing I can do here is help her deal with the two simps but I'm gonna be honest.
I think she should deal with them herself 'cause that'll give her some much needed backbone and who knows, maybe when Gajeel shows up, he can teach them a thing or two about respecting a girl's personal space.
Still, I create a fist made out of pure water and use it to knock them out by punching them in the face at full strength.

With that good deed done, I suppose now would be a good time to go grinding so I can max out some of the [Skills] that need it.
I select the Demon [Dungeon] and find myself in a hellish version of Magnolia as I'm surrounded by a huge plethora of demons.
A huge grin would spread itself across my lips as I yell out in excitement.
"Come on! Let me show ya filthy imposters what a true demon looks like!"
I then lunge towards the oncoming wave of demons whilst holding my Demon King sword with both of my hands.
This is gonna be fun!

And that takes care of the boss right here
My [Lightning Magic] and [Earth Magic] are now level max as well as [Dragon's Fear] while both my [Necromancy] and [Sound Magic] are currently level 40 and my [Fire Devil Slayer Magic] is currently level 10, which is pretty good if I do say so myself.
All in all, I'm making good progress but I think I'm done for today so with that, I use [ID: Escape] to reappear at my new house, which I bought a bit after I unlocked my Second Origin.
I head to my bathroom then open the shower and step inside to take a shower.
Today was a good day in terms of my expectations for the team being fulfilled.
I'm confindent in saying that
Once I'm done, I dry off and wear my pyjamas and go to my bedroom.
Too tired from the events of today, I then fall asleep like a light after a few seconds of lying on my bed.

We're nearing 200 Favourites and Follows so I would like to thank each and every one of you for your support on this story.
Updates on this story are a bit slower simply because I don't know how to keep moving forward with this. I want Dante to quickly move onto DxD or DBZ but know that I can't punish you guys by not giving you content so I've reached a stalemate. So I'm gonna ask you guys a question.
Question: Should I change the entirety of the fic so that instead of starting in Fairy Tail, Dante would start in a stronger world like DxD for example?

Glitner: I was supposed to have him start in DxD but I decided to go a different route to at least let the character build up his power. Also he has the Gamer system, he's bound to get OP things though I do agree that the Perks are a bit much so I'll tone it and I like Solo Leveling without necesseralily having a hard-on for it.
Sid99: I'm trying to balance between the wish fufillement and the way I want the story to go to so hopefully you can all witness the change in direction.
