As the game started Ella began getting more and more nervous as she watched the strange man, Skye noticed and looked where she was looking. "Who is that?" Skye asked, "I am not sure but I feel like he is watching us, I think it might be that guy from the park" Ella said. Rocky turned and looked at the man and wanted to walk over to him. "No Rocky just leave it if he follows us after then say something" Ella said. "Are you sure babe, if he is watching you I want to tell him to fuck off" Rocky said. "I am sure let's just watch the game." Ella said, Chase was playing really well he had already scored 10 points. The strange man was in fact watching the teens as he was known around campus as the blonde abductor. Several blonde girls have been taken over the past few years and they were never seen again. Ella was researching on her phone and gasped loudly causing Rocky and Skye to look at her. "Look at this, unknown man has been said to be lurking around campus abducting blondes only for them to never be seen again" Ella read out loud. "I have seen the missing girl posters 3 have been reported missing, you think he is trying to abduct us?" Skye asked. "I think he wanted to the other day but we escaped, I think if it is him we should call the police," Ella said. "Absolutely but let's make sure first and after the game" Rocky said. They all agreed and finished watching the game. The bulldogs won by a landslide as Chase scored 40 points leading them to victory.

They explained the situation to Chase as he came out to meet them and he agreed about calling the police. They all started walking home and they were in fact being followed, Chase decided he would be the one to call as they continued walking. "911 what is your emergency?" dispatcher asked. "Hi my friends and I are being followed by a man" Chase said, "Where are you?" the dispatch lady asked. "Just walking off campus of Toronto University towards our house" Chase said, "Can you describe the man?" the dispatcher asked, "He is wearing a black hoodie, hiding his face it is hard to say. Tall I'd say around 6 feet." Chase said. "Alright just keep calm the police are on their way. Can you tell why he is following you?" the dispatcher asked. "My girlfriend seems to think he is blonde abductor, the one that is taking all the girls." Chase said. The dispatcher lady said "Okay the police should be arriving shortly just hang tight" The police did arrive shortly after and the man started running in the opposite direction, they were not able to capture him as he disappeared. "I suggest you don't leave the house alone, and we will have someone keep an eye in this area, if you do ever see him again call us right away. We have been looking for him for a while we are just not able to catch him as he disappears so fast" The police officer said.

"Neither of you are allowed to leave the house alone got it?" Chase said, "Okay" both Ella and Skye said. "I mean it I don't want either of you going missing" Chase said, "I second this" Rocky said. "We won't leave the house alone we promise" Both Ella and Skye said honestly as they were both terrified. The man was truly disappointed he knew he wanted to capture a girl he was getting lonely and he had a particular interest in Skye. He lurked around outside their house as he knew she would have to eventually leave it he was hoping to catch her alone. Rocky ordered dinner while the others did some homework. Chase felt like he was always behind as he had basketball take up the majority of he week. There were times he thought of quitting and just concentrating on school but he couldn't do that as he was there on a basketball scholarship. Studying to be a police detective was very hard as there were a lot of details to work out however the case of the blond abductor peeked his interest. His criminology 101 class they were to pick an unsolved case and Chase texted Abby:

Chase: What do you think of doing the case of the blond abductor?

Abby: I thought about it as is a local case, but I feel like a lot of students might pick it

Chase: What else is there?

Abby: I was thinking the case of Madeline McCann as she was never found.

Chase: that might be to hard I want to at least see if we can solve the case. Lets still think about it

Abby: He doesn't expect us to solve it he just wants to know what we would if we were on that case.

Chase: I know but I want to try for the blond abductor we can doing the Madeline one if we don't get this one please.

Abby: Okay fine

"Who are you texting babe?" Skye asked curious, "Abby" Chase said noticing his girl roll her eyes, "Skye its is for school nothing else" Chase said assuring her, "I know but I still don't like her" Skye said. "Well I can't change my partner and I think she is helping me a lot this year" Chase said. They all had pizza for dinner as that is what Rocky ordered and watched a bit of TV before heading to bed. Ace climbed onto the bed and cuddled with Chase as Aliya cuddled with Skye. The next morning the alarm went off at 630 and Chase rolled over turning it off, Skye got up and was getting ready. She said "Chase you have class in 20 min" as she noticed he still wasn't awake. Chase jumped up and they all walked to school together as Ella handed him coffee to go. Mr. Ruzek handed back the tests and began class, Chase was stoked as he received 86% and it honestly was the highest mark he ever received on a test. Chase and Abby were unable to get the blonde abductor case as it was a very popular choice so they were detectives on the Madeline McCann case. Abby was very excited as she was super invested and Chase just followed her lead as he felt that she knew her stuff. He agreed to meet wither her later so they could begin researching. "Would it be alright if we did at my house?" Chase asked. "Yeah sure your girlfriend does make me uncomfortable though" Abby said. "Don't worry about her, she is harmless just a wee bit jealous" Chase said. Abby agreed to go over to Chase's house after classes as the day ended quickly. Chase did text everyone to let them know Abby was coming over and Skye although she was not okay with it at least agreed. She knew having her where she could see her was best.

The case of Madeline was very interesting as Chase read more into it and he was annoyed that the parents left their kids. "This is stupid who leaves their kids in a hotel by themselves. I mean come on, I am not surprised she wasn't found. And her friend is an even bigger idiot as all she cared about was her own kid. She could have stopped this whole thing" Chase said. Abby laughed, "told you it was a good case" she said as they continued writing what they would do in the situation. The strange man was starting to get to invested and people were beginning to talk he had to go into hiding. This wasn't over yet as he still had an interest in Skye but he needed to wait until this died down to try again.
