Being back in Toronto Skye's anxiety about what she went through is getting worse, she doesn't know how to deal with it. She is terrified that he might take her again even though he is in prison, she fears he will get out or someone else will take his place. It is 2 am and Skye wakes up from a nightmare screaming, "Skye baby are you alright?" Chase asks trying to comfort her, "No don't touch me, don't touch me" Skye yells. "Baby its me I won't hurt you" Chase says hoping he can snap her out of her fear, "No! don't touch me!" Skye starts crying she knows that it is Chase she just can't stand the thought of being touched. Chase backs off and says "Okay baby I love you, I will go sleep on the couch. I am here for you if you need me" Chase says as he leaves the room. Skye cries harder into her pillow and says "Why did I do that? Why am I afraid of Chase?" She can't figure it out. Rocky meets with Chase in the living room having heard the whole thing, "Is she okay?" Rocky asked, "I don't know man, she is freaking out. I can't help her I don't know how. She knew it was me but she doesn't want to be touched, I don't know what I can do for her" Chase said a little sad and also scared for Skye. "She just needs sometime man, she will get there maybe she can see a therapist?" Rocky suggested. "Yeah maybe but I feel like if I bring it up to her she is going to scream at me again. I can't take this stress and I know she can't either, it is like we are fighting but I didn't do anything and she won't let me help her" Chase said. "I will suggest it in the morning, hopefully you get some sleep tonight. Night Chase" Rocky said, "Night Rocky and thanks" Chase said as Rocky went back to his room. Chase lay awake on the couch thinking about his girl and hoping that she would get some help. Finally an hour later he fell asleep even though it wasn't the most comfortable couch to sleep on.
Monday morning and everyone was getting ready for class except Chase as he didn't have class on Mondays this semester. "Sorry Chase" Ella apologized knowing she woke him up, "Its cool I wasn't really asleep anyways" Chase said as he sat up. Skye came out of the bedroom and proceeded to go to class she didn't even say anything to Chase and she just left the house. Rocky went after her and caught her just outside, "Skye look I get you are afraid, I am not sure why you are upset with Chase but at least let me walk you to class" Rocky said. "Okay, I am not mad at Chase either. I just I can't look at him right now all I see is that man Rocky, he is everywhere. I know it wasn't Chase's fault but I feel like he is the reason I was taken. That girl he was with for his class did this to me and I know Chase didn't know but I can't help just feel hurt" Skye explained as they walked. "I get it Skye, I have been through this too and it was my own father who took me. I can't begin to understand how you feel but I want you to know something as scared as I was it was Chase who helped me. Chase was the one who got me through the fear, I honestly think if you can't talk to Chase at least talk to someone. A counselor or a therapist or something. Don't bottle this up it will only get worse. I hid my feelings when I was younger and I shouldn't have it will slowly eat away at you. Please get some help" Rocky said. "Okay I will thanks Rocky" Skye said as they made it to the school and Skye went to the airstrip as Rocky went to his engineering class.
Chase was hurt that Skye never said anything and just left, he didn't want to push her but he couldn't help feel that she blamed him for this. Chase sighed and Ella noticed, "Hey you okay? I have a client but I can cancel if you want me to stay and talk" she said. "No its fine I am gonna try get some more sleep anyways. Thanks Ella I will be alright" Chase said as he walked back into his bedroom. Chase noticed the tear stains on Skye's pillow and this made him feel even worse and he didn't know how to help her. He grabbed his phone and called his mom hoping she could help him out. "Hey sweetie aren't you supposed to be in class?" Katie said as she answered. "Nope I have Mondays off this semester. Mom I need help" Chase said, "With what?" Katie asked. "Skye, she is afraid of me and I don't know how to help her. She was okay when we were in Adventure Bay and now being back her she won't even talk to me" Chase said. "She has been through a lot honey, and I don't know why she won't talk to you that seems weird." Katie said. "I think she feels like I am responsible for her getting kidnapped. I mean I did bring Abby into our home and she felt threatened by her I guess" Chase said. "No honey she doesn't, I mean if she does I am sorry. Maybe she should talk to someone it sounds like she has some feelings she needs to resolve" Katie said. "Rocky suggested that too I am hoping that he can convince her too. I just feel so helpless here I just want her to be okay" Chase said. "I know honey just trust in her she will come around. She just needs time, how are you though otherwise are you okay?" Katie asked. "I guess I am tired but I will be okay when Skye is okay" Chase said. "Okay I love you Chase, I have to go to work but I am here if you need me" Katie said. "Okay thanks mom I love you too" Chase said as he hung up and sighed. His mom wasn't as helpful as he had hoped and he really didn't know who else to call. Ace jumped onto the bed and curled up next to Chase as he fell asleep.
Chase woke up at 11 am to his phone ringing he rolled over and answered "Hello" "Hey sorry did I wake you up" Marshall asked. "Yeah but it is fine what is up?" Chase asked, "Katie told me what happened with Skye and I think she might have some kind of PTSD I have a number for a few therapists that specialize with PTSD in Toronto there I can give you the numbers. I just wanted to get you before we leave for the Dominican tomorrow" Marshall said. "Great thanks Marshall just let me get a pen hang on" Chase said "Okay go ahead" he finished. "There is Jasper Huer his number is 555-2867 and then there is Elena Benett and her number is 555-7856" Marshall said. "Thanks Marshall, have fun in the Dominican and give the twins a kiss for me" Chase said. "Thanks and I will, good luck Chase" Marshall said as he hung up. Chase wrote a not for Skye saying:
Hey beautiful girl,
I know you are hurting and I won't push you, I will wait for you to come to me. Marshall sent these numbers over for therapists if you want to talk to someone. I again don't want to push it, just know I am always here for you no matter what. I love you baby girl always

He left the note on the counter along with the numbers and let the dogs into the backyard as he locked up the house. He decided to go to the gym and play basketball as it helped him relieve his stress. Coach noticed him playing and said "Hey Chase we don't have practice today" "Hey coach I know I just have a lot going on and it helps calms me I guess" Chase said. "I hear you, I am sorry you are dealing with a lot play as long as you need to" Coach Barnes said. "Thanks coach" Chase said as he did a few layups. It was 2 pm when Skye made it home and saw Chase's note. She smiled at the note but still didn't know why she was afraid of Chase, she decided to give the therapist a try. She called the number for Elena as she was afraid the Jasper one would be hard to talk to as he was a guy. "Dr. Benett's office how can I help you?" a female voice answered. "Hi I was wondering if Dr. Benett was taking new patients. I am just dealing with a lot and I need someone to help me." Skye said. "She isn't at the moment but if you like I can take your name and give you a call when she is" the female voice said. "Oh sure um my name is Skye Sterling" Skye said and before she could give her number she was interrupted "Skye hang on just a sec" the female voice said. A few seconds later she came back on the line and said "Skye if you like Dr. Benett can take you in an hour" the voice said. "Really? wow um okay I will be there" Skye said as she wrote down the address the lady gave her. Skye texted Chase just so he wouldn't worry when he came home.
Skye: Chase I am not sure when you will be home. I am going to see the therapist you suggested Elena Benett. I will be home after that.
Chase: Okay, do you need a ride or something?
Skye: No its fine I can get there just keep doing what you are doing
Chase: Okay I love you
Skye didn't reply back after and Chase felt a bit hurt but he knew she at least was getting help. Skye arrived at the office a few minutes before her appointment and she felt a bit nervous as she walked into the building. The lady at the counter said "Hello and welcome you must be Skye?" "Yes thank you for taking me" Skye said. "No problem I will let Elena know you are here" the lady said as she left the room. Skye sat in one of the chairs in the waiting area and the lady came back shortly after and said "If you would follow me please" Skye followed her into a really nice office with a couch and chair she felt warm and safe here. "Elena will be with you shortly can I offer you a beverage or anything?" the lady asked. "No thanks" Skye said, Elena walked in and said "Thank you Gia that will be all but can you please make us some tea" "Yes ma'am" Gia said as she left the room and closed the door. "Hello Skye, I am Elena Benett. I am glad you called I took a special interest in you because I hated the man who took all you young ladies. I can't imagine what you are going through and I hope I can help" Elena said. "Oh um thank you" Skye said, "I am going to listen and help where I can, do you want to tell me how you feel?" Elena asked as Gia came back into the room with the tea and set it down and left again. "Right now I just feel scared. I see him everywhere its like he haunts me, last night I had a nightmare and yelled at my boyfriend. I haven't spoken to him since last night I am afraid right now and I feel like I am only going to hurt him" Skye said. "You are afraid that is normal, you went through something traumatic, are you saying you are afraid of your boyfriend? Or are you afraid of hurting him?" Elena asked. "I am afraid of both I guess I mean I can't help but feel like he got me into this mess. His lab partner is the one who made her dad take me in the first place. I probably would never have even been on his list if it weren't for her. I don't want to blame Chase but I do and I know it is not fair to him" Skye said. "I can see how you feel that he is to blame, you feel like he put you in harms way. Do you feel comfort or any other feelings towards him?" Elena asked. "I feel safe when I am with him I know he saved me and that he loves me very much. I just feel like when I see him I see her, which makes me see him" Skye said. "Okay Skye I am hearing all of your fears are stemming from your fear of what this man did to you. I feel that you do have a mild case of PTSD and we can help treat that. I know it sounds scary but it really is manageable if you talk about your feelings. I am going to suggest you talk to Chase because I don't feel you are afraid of him. I just think you are afraid to let him get close to you because you feel in a way dirty. It is completely normal to feel that way, and from what it sounds like is Chase really wants to help you. He won't hurt you and I feel like he will understand you fears and help you get through them" Elena said. "Okay thank you for taking me in" Skye said, "Your welcome and I would like to follow up with you once a week until you feel like you don't need me anymore. I am also going to give you this prescription I want you to take these once a day in the morning to help your anxiety" Elena said. "Okay" Skye said as she took the prescription and was scheduled in for the same time next week.
Skye filled her prescription and made it back home it was now 5pm and Chase was still not at home. Ella was making dinner and Rocky was watching TV, "Hey Skye how are you feeling?" Ella asked as she walked in the door. "I am okay I talked to a therapist, I have a little PTSD but I am working through it. Where is Chase?" Skye asked. "Not sure we assumed he was with you" Rocky said. "Nope, did anyone call him?" Skye said. "No" Ella said as Skye dialed his number and she was sent straight to voicemail. "That's weird his phone is off" Skye said, "weird when he is stressed he usually plays basketball. I will go to the school and she if he is there. You girls please stay here" Rocky said as he put his shoes and jacket on and walked out the door. Ella locked the door behind him as she noticed Skye was worried. "I am sure he is fine his phone probably just died and he didn't notice." Ella said. "Yeah you are right he is fine" Skye said as she went to shower before dinner. Rocky made it to the school and he walked into the gym it was empty, he saw the coach was still in his office. "Hey coach I was wondering if you have seen Chase?" Rocky asked as he walked into the office. "Yes he was here earlier. I never did see him leave though sorry" coach said, "It is alright thanks" Rocky said as he walked away. Rocky tried calling Chase's phone to and it also went to voicemail for him. "That is weird where could he be?" Rocky thought to himself. He turned on his find a I phone tracker and tried to ping his location even though his phone was off. Chase's last know location was at the school which Rocky already knew he wasn't getting anymore pings from Chase. Rocky walked back home feeling a bit worried as he really don't know where his friend could be.
