Ryder and detective Tavers arrived in Toronto and they pulled into the driveway of Chase's house. Skye opened the door and Ryder said "Do you not have class?" "I do but I am not going Chase is missing and it is partly my fault" Skye said. "You should go to class we will find him Skye don't worry" Ryder said. "I can't I need to be here" Skye said, "Honestly I don't think Chase would want you to skip class, him missing is enough already please Skye go I will keep you updated" Ryder said. "Okay" Skye said as she grabbed her bag and went to her class, Rocky was already gone and Ella was still asleep. Ryder and detective Tavers went to the school and they retraced Chase's last steps. Ryder also found his teacher Mr. Ruzek and told him he would not be in class today. Tavers and Bruiser went to the gym and Bruiser started sniffing around, the coach came out and said "Hey man you can't have a dog in here" Tavers showed him his badge and said "I can as he is helping me, I am a detective and so is he we are trying to find a missing student" "Oh sorry um anything I can do to help?" Coach Barnes asked, "yes can you tell me the last time you saw Chase Chapman?" Tavers asked "He was in the gym yesterday at around 2 pm I never saw him leave so I am not sure where he went after. Is he the missing student?" the coach asked. "Yes, you are saying he was here at 2 pm?" Tavers asked, "Yes he was" coach said. "Okay thanks" Tavers said, Bruiser barked as he was trying to get at something under the bleachers. Tavers walked over to his pup and found a sweater as he pulled it out Bruiser barked again, "This belong to Chase boy?" Tavers asked. Bruiser barked again and sniffed the pocket as Tavers pulled out a cell phone. He opened the back and noticed the microchip was missing, "whoever took him didn't want him to be found" Tavers said. Ryder joined them and said "any luck?" "This his?" Tavers said holding up the phone and the sweater. "Yes, does this mean he was kidnapped?" Ryder asked. "I am not sure but I am assuming so yes. Bruiser find him" Tavers said. Bruiser sniffed the jacket and started to pick up his scent as he ran from the gym, both Ryder and Tavers followed him.
Chase was still trying to figure out how to escape as a young woman walked into the room and she looked at Chase. "Damn Sweetie wasn't kidding you are really hot" she said as she sat next to him, "It really is to bad that you didn't choose my girl Sweetie, she would have taken really good care of you" the girl said as she stroked Chase making him uncomfortable. The girl really wanted to take advantage to Chase even though she knew it would be wrong. Sweetie told her not to touch him but she really didn't know if she could resist. She went to the kitchen and found a pair of scissors and she walked back to the bed and started to cut off Chase's shorts. This made him squirm he knew what was going to happen and he wanted so desperately to get himself out. The ropes were cutting into his wrists and ankles but he didn't care he needed to get out of this situation. Sweetie came into the room and said" Beth what the hell are you doing?" "I want him, being raped really isn't that bad and well he is pretty" Beth said. "Stop we are not doing this Chase please stop moving so much you are bleeding and the ropes are just going to get tighter" Sweetie said. Sweetie removed the gag and gave Chase some water and he drank it as he was so thirsty. "We are not trying to kill him here or hurt him okay please" Sweetie said as she put the gag back in as she really couldn't have him screaming. Chase was scared he didn't trust this Beth girl and the man scared him too. As much as he hated her Sweetie right now was helping him even though she was the reason he was there. The name Beth rang a bell in Chase's head "was she the one he saved from the blonde abductor?" he thought. Sweetie made some food and walked up to Chase and said "Chase I am going to give you food, but I can't have you screaming. I will put the gag back in and leave you here do you understand." Chase nodded he was so hungry and thirsty he didn't know the last time he ate. Sweetie took the gag out and gave Chase small bites of food, "Water please" Chase said softly as his throat was dry. Sweetie gave him some water and kept feeding him bits of food.
Bruiser was trying so hard to keep the scent as he stopped at a house and stared at it. "This where is is bud?" Tavers asked, Bruiser didn't bark or acknowledge he kept sniffing as he sniffed the sweater Ryder was holding and the ground again. Bruiser was not sure anymore he lost the scent and he whined. Tavers pet his dog and said "It is okay bud you did good" Ryder looked at him and said "What happened?" "He lost the scent, I am assuming that Chase is somewhere in this area but he can't figure out which house" Tavers said. "Well then we search them all" Ryder said as he started walking up to houses. "Wait Ryder it is not that easy, I don't have jurisdiction in this area. I work in Adventure Bay, I can't just demand people let me in their houses, we need a Toronto cop" Tavers said. They marked the area and walked back to their vehicle as they went to the police station. Tavers explained who he was and one of the cops recognized him, "Hey you are the detective that helped us capture the serial rapist" the officer said. "Yes maybe you can help me?" Tavers said, "Sure what can I do?" the officer asked. "You can come with me as I am looking for a missing teenager, he actually helped me that night maybe you know him Chase Chapman?" Tavers said. "I do actually we are looking for him he is a missing person. Where are we going to go?" the officer asked as he grabbed his things. "To an area that Chase might be, I just need to be allowed to knock on people's doors and you are going to help me. What is your name?" Tavers asked. "Oh sorry I am officer Hunter" Hunter said as they drove to the area they marked. "Thank you for helping us now you will let me and my dog here lead as you just get us in the door, we don't need to get far my dog just needs too see if he can pick up a scent" Tavers said, "and if he can?" Hunter asked. "Then we find Chase hopefully as that is what he is searching for and Bruiser here never fails" Tavers said. They started knocking on doors in the area and not everyone was eager to open the door to cops.
Chase finished the food Sweetie gave him and she said "Can I trust you to not scream? or do I need to put this back in" "you can trust me. Please loosen the ropes" Chase asked. Sweetie loosened them a little bit but she still wanted him to stay put as she hadn't figured out how to make him hers yet. "Why are you doing this?" Chase asked, "I already told you Chase, I will keep you here forever or at least until you fall in love with me" Sweetie said. Chase sighed he knew that he could never love her, "Sweetie this is dumb, I will never be in love with you. Torture me all you want but we are never going to happen. Do you think that the police aren't out there looking for me?" Chase said. "I am sure they are but they won't find you here Chase, we are not exactly in an ordinary house" Sweetie said. "What do you mean?" Chase asked, "This is sort of like a prison, everything you see outside is fake, this house is like an illusion, there is no escape. Even if you were to leave there is no way out. I designed it so no matter what door you open you will always end up back in this room." Sweetie said. "There has to be a loophole though I mean you can leave" Chase said, "Of course and so can my friend Charlie as he helped me design it," Sweetie said. "What about Beth?" Chase asked, "What about her? She is here for Charlie, she is a bit nuts I am sorry she was here. I will try keep her out" Sweetie said. "I have to use the bathroom" Chase said. "Fine" Sweetie said as she untied him Chase walked over to the bathroom and thought "No way this is an illusion it looks real" once he was done he noticed Sweetie wasn't paying attention as he left the room.
Meanwhile Tavers knocked on another door and a man opened it and said "Can I help you?" "Yes sorry to bother you sir there was a report of a gas leak in the area, my dog here is trained to sniff out that sort of thing. Mind if he sniffs around your home to be sure it is safe" Tavers said. "Yeah I mind, there is no gas leak here" the man said as he tried to close the door. Tavers stuck is foot out and said "Sir this is a police matter if you don't allow us to check we can get a warrant" "Get the warrant then" the man said slamming the door. "That seem suspicious to you?" Hunter asked. "A bit yeah but not everyone wants cops in their home, can we get a warrant?" Tavers asked. "Not sure we don't have cause" Hunter said. Charlie was pissed how did the cops know, or were they really checking for a gas leak. He opened the secret door and saw Chase running around and he grabbed another sedative and grabbed Chase sticking the needle in his arm. Chase lost consciousness quickly as Charlie carried him back into the room, "Sweetie what the hell, you letting him run around for he saw the secret door." Charlie said. "Sorry he needed to go to the bathroom then I was distracted" Sweetie said. Charlie tied him back up to the bed and said "we need to keep him tied up there are cops poking around outside and they have a dog" "Really? they can't find this place right? I mean can they?" Sweetie said a little worried now. "I have no clue but I didn't let them in said they needed a warrant. I have a feeling they are going to get one" Charlie said. Sweetie put the gag back in Chases' mouth as she really couldn't have him screaming now. She left the room with Charlie and tried to come up with a game plan as she really couldn't have the cops finding him.
Tavers and Hunter tried really hard to get a warrant but it was hard as they really didn't have a cause. Ryder was checking his phone as he was getting texts and calls from both Skye and his wife. Ryder called Katie first, "What the hell is going on Ryder?" Katie said as she answered. "What do you mean?" Ryder asked, "I mean you lied to me you aren't in Adventure City" Katie said. "Okay I am sorry I am in Toronto" Ryder said. "Why is everything okay with Chase? I couldn't get a hold of him" Katie said with concern. "To be honest babe I don't know he has been missing since yesterday afternoon" Ryder said. "What missing? Ryder what is going on?" Katie said. "I don't know but I am here with Tavers and Bruiser and we are going to find him" Ryder said. "I am coming there" Katie said, "No please don't stay with Cassie. You also have Blaze and Tundra to take care of. Please let me handle this we will find him" Ryder said. "I hope so babe, find our son" Katie said. "I will" Ryder said as hung up and called Skye. "Any luck?" Skye said as she answered. "Not yet but we might be onto something I will let you know if we find anything out" Ryder said. "I am getting really worried" Skye said. "I know so am I but we won't give up" Ryder said as he hung up. Tavers finally convinced the judge to give them a warrant as they went back to the house. Hunter knocked and Charlie said "They are back go behind the secret door and stay there" Sweetie did as she was told and Charlie opened the door. "I have the warrant" Tavers said as Charlie had no choice but to allow them into their home. Bruiser sniffed he was super focused as he thought he could smell Chase but he really didn't know. He stopped at the hidden door and hesitated he sniffed again and sat down. Tavers walked up to his dog and said "Do you smell it?" Bruiser sniffed again and barked he didn't know why he smelled Chase behind a wall but it was faint and there. "Sir what is behind this wall?" Tavers asked, "I don't know pipes? oh no is that where the leak is?" Charlie asked playing dumb. "Could be I am going to have to get behind this wall" Tavers said. "Now hold up, you aren't going to just tear down my walls looking for some invisible gas leak" Charlie said. "Don't need to tear the walls down I just need your handprint" Tavers said as he grabbed the man placing his hand on the wall. The door activated and opened up. Hunter grabbed the man for Tavers and cuffed him so he couldn't get away.
Bruiser ran into the room and the scent for Chase was stronger as he ran from room to room. Sweetie had untied him from the bed but kept him gagged and tied up and hid him with a moth balls hoping it would throw off the dogs scent. Sweetie then hid herself as she knew the dog wasn't looking for her. Chase finally came to and he realized his hands were tied behind him and his feet were also tied up. He smelled something gross and it was so overpowering him as he couldn't hold is breath because of the gag. Chase tried to make sounds or even move but the space was very tight and he struggled. Bruiser was in the same room that Chase was in the smell of moth balls was overpowering the room and Tavers said, "They are trying to throw off you sense of smell Bruiser fight through it. You were trained for this" Bruiser barked as he walked past the closet Chase was in and then he went back and sniffed again. He sat down and barked, Tavers pet his dog and opened the closest and Chase fell out. Tavers untied him and said "You really like keeping me busy don't you" "Yeah I guess, thanks how did you find the secret room?" Chase asked. "Well once Bruiser stopped at the wall I knew something was up, I have seen something like it before. The man's handprint activated it and well I took it from there." Tavers said. "They are holding another girl Beth, I think she was the one we saved from the rapist guy." Chase said. "They?" Tavers asked, "Yeah Sweetie is friend with him she is the reason I was kidnapped" Chase said. "Sweetie? the bully from school?" Tavers said confused. "Yes she is obsessed with me" Chase said. Sweetie was pissed she really was hoping they wouldn't find Chase but she knew her scheme was up as she tried to escape. Bruiser heard her and he ran after her and tackled her. "Good job Bruiser" Tavers said as he cuffed her as well, Hunter called for back up just in case as more cops arrived to search the house. Ryder grabbed Chase in a hug and said "Thank god" "Dad what are you doing here?" Chase said, "I brought Tavers and Bruiser. Skye called me" Ryder said. "Thanks I honestly didn't really have much hope for the Toronto police force" Chase said, Ryder laughed and he drove his kid home.
Chase didn't even get a foot in the door before he was tackled by Skye. "I am so happy you are okay" Skye said. Chase hugged her back and said "Me too I am happy you aren't mad at me anymore" "I wasn't mad I just, it is hard to explain. I am just glad you are okay" Skye said hugging him tighter. Rocky and Ella hugged him too as they were glad he was alright. "I have your homework here" Rocky said as he handed Chase some papers. "gee thanks Rocky" Chase said sarcastically. "No problem" Rocky said as he sat back on the couch. Ryder had called Katie and told her Chase was alright and she was relieved as Ryder hugged him goodbye and drove back home. Sweetie and her friend Charlie were arrested and Beth was taken to a hospital where she could be evaluated as she has been through a lot of trauma. Chase told everyone what happened to him and Skye was just disgusted "I hate her so much, why can't she just realize you are mine. I mean ugh to sink this low" Skye said as she noticed Chase's wrists were bandaged. "Did she hurt you?" Skye asked. "No I did trying to escape, the ropes were really tight every time I moved they cut me" Chase said. "So she did hurt you ugh I hope she rots in prison" Skye said as she kissed Chase and curled up against him. "I am sorry that I was so mean Chase, when we couldn't find you I realized that I was being an idiot. I feel so bad" Skye said. "Don't its fine I get it. I mean I am just glad you aren't mad. We can work through the other stuff" Chase said kissing the top of her head. They cuddled on the couch until Skye fell asleep and Chase carried her into their room and did some of his homework before going to bed himself.
