Luan along with her siblings and Benny sat on their usual booth at their dad's restaurant. She had informed all of her siblings that also included Lori who drove back home to give her support so she could tell her parents about her boyfriend.
She told Benny about her little plan and he decided to tag along for moral support. Yeah, she was going to marry him one day. "How about we tell them through a song?" Luna suggested but her other siblings didn't really like that idea. "That just sounds like a pretty basic idea that you'd say." The comedian replied not trying to sound disrespectful but she'll apologize to Luna when she's not stressed out.
Benny immediately raised his hand grabbing all of the siblings attention towards him. "Why don't you walk over them and just tell them everything.?" The young boy suggested but all he got was stares of confusion. Benny looked at all of them very confused himself. "Why are you staring at me like that?" He questioned getting all of the loud siblings out of their trance. Lincoln immediately spoke. "Sorry, but we didn't really expect for you to raise your hand to speak. We usually talk over each other." The twelve-year-old answered while his sisters hummed in agreement. Lola started to clap while the rest followed. "That was beautiful, 10 points for being very respectful!" The pagent twin praised.
Benny chuckled, being very respectful was something he had been praised for his entire life and everyone saw that as a blessing.
After a few more minutes of coming up with a plan, Rita who was holding Lily came into the restaurant and at the same time Lynn Sr made his way out of the kitchen with a whole plate of dishes that he cooked for all of his children.
He gave each plate of designated food to his children even to that complete stranger who was sitting with them. That made him stop in his tracks and do a double take. "And who are you?" The restaurant owner questioned the young boy who immediately shook his hand. "Benny sir, Luan's my girlfriend."
Benny revealed while Luan's whole family gasped. Luan looked at him very offended and he just shrugged. "Not my fault it took three months." He fired back and now he was waiting for the drama to begin.
"Yes, Benny's my boyfriend and we've been together for three months." Luan started her story for what felt like the hundredths time. The same 'I assumed this relationship was going to Last the day I told you but three months later I was wrong'. "Anyways, I hope you aren't mad. I also never told my siblings but they figured it out on their own. So don't feel too bad." Luan looked at her parents waiting for a reaction.
Lynn Sr and Rita looked at each other before looking straight at Luan. "Well, we aren't mad but you shouldn't be afraid to speak up for yourself. Also if he gets along with your siblings and they like him then we trust him as well." The young comedian sighed in relief and thanked them while Benny and the loud siblings high five each other in celebration.
"See, now that wasn't so hard now was it?" Benny looked at her with a supportive looked. "Yes it was!" Luan freaked out causing everyone to laugh.
It may have been nerve-wracking moment for Luan but at least she has her siblings and Benny to always have her back. She was so grateful for to have Benny as a supportive boyfriend and Best friend forever.
AN: And that's the end of Wasn't Meant to be A Secret. I just realized that messed up the time-line of some events of the show but it's okay, I'm not the best writer in the world.
